Had a great experience with Cecil and his staff! I rented a skid steer for a week to spread gravel at my RV Park at Lake Almanor. They delivered and picked up machine for me. Cecil the manager of Rental Guys is such a pleasure to work with. He always makes sure the equipment is clean and maintained and will spend the necessary time educating you how to operate it. You can tell he loves his job and the company he works for. One would think by his high level of service and professionalism that he owned the store. This not only says a lot about the manager, but about the whole company is general. They are great! and I would highly recommend them from the smallest jobs to the largest jobs all over the Northern California region.

My husband Tim and I rented from these guys. We rented a backhoe for a month. It broke down multiple times. My husband did multiple repairs and we paid for the parts. We live an hour and a half from Susanville so we ran to Reno to get parts and took our time, gas money and did repairs. They refused to reimburse us. We called them to let them know and they said they would reimburse us. We let them store their machine for a week and handed them all the receipt for the repairs. Cecil argued with my husband and it has been a month and after multiple phone calls they have not paid us.

Good bunch of dudes! I rented a scissor lift and could not use it on my property, they gave me a full refund. All kinds equipment to get the job done!

Only been here once, but the service and help I was given means Ill come back again. Good rental selection and very accommodating staff.
