I never leave reviews but Jessica most certainly went ABOVE and BEYOND what they are required to do. She actually cut my hair with scissors instead of an electric trimmer and HOOKED IT UP. Best haircut probably ever.

I showed the woman a picture example of the haircut that I wanted and specified that I wanted it a certain length and this was not followed through in what I was given. This is the second time the exact same incident has occurred at this business.

My son wanted a mullet apparently they are coming back in style. So we went to sports clips in oxford and Jessica gave him a modern day mullet she did a great job and he loved it. We even have a video of it. It was a great experience we will be returning and we want Jessica to touch up the mullet. Great job Jess. ❤️

I will not be back. I asked her nicely to not do something and she did exactly what I asked her not to do. As what if on purpose. Its longer in some places. On one part its an inch longer on one side and on another part 2 inches. I paid a good bit for an awful and I mean AWFUL haircut.

The haircuts are great, and waiting 45 mins for an appointment through the app is expected, but waiting another 30 mins once I arrive entirely defeats the purpose! They don’t allow scheduling appts over the phone and they’ll break it anyways, so I recommend supporting local places!

Loved it. Its targeted more towards men, but Ill definitely be visiting again. The MVP treatment is worth everything. Steamy hot towels, temple and scalp massage, and then a shoulder massage. Awesome!!!!!!!

Made an appt to get my hair cut and got put with Jessica. She was super friendly and professional,but was truly exceptional with each and every customer interaction, no matter what she was doing she would make it a point to interact or assist with any need or question. She was even willing and ready to help me pick out a haircut and she did a great job and now shes the only person that cuts my hair. I have and will continue to reccomend her to my co workers and anybody that asks. (I even let her trim my beard now, fellas yall know what Im talking about.)

There should be an acception with children getting their hair cut. A parent should be able to be in the building with them. How many kids are able to say yeah thats how I want my hair? My child doesnt like talking to the person cutting his hair and always ask me. They made me sit outside and he is in there all by himself. Ill never come back here. I should have said nevermind and walked out.

They were very clean and followed all State guidelines regarding COVID. Stylist was friendly and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I was very pleased with my experience.

My son refuses to go anywhere else. The stylists always give him a great cut- well worth the price, especially for Mrs. Gwen & Tatiana.

I get hair cut here bout once a month. I prefer Sam W. She does awesome cuts. Little too pricey for me (why I only go once a month now) but still a great cutter.

Easy in and out. Wait time was shorter than I had been informed. They have killer app available and store is always clean.

I’ve been here many times over 18 months and when this place is busy, you can forget about getting in. The app allows you to check in via your phone but if you don’t show up, then you are screwing over folks that actually show up. I’ve been across the road to the competition and a $10 haircut is just that, a $10 haircut.

Go for the MVP! Hot towel, scalp, and shoulder massage! You wont regret it! Fun environment with sports decor and TVs with sports playing!

The price is a little high for a basic clipper cut, but the barber did a good job. The atmosphere is sports everything, but it doesnt matter. The stylists get paid by the hour, so they dont seem to be in a rush to help you. I waited ten minutes as the only client with two open chairs. I will probably go back in a pinch.

Walked in at 7:21pm and was rudely told I was unable to get a cut because they closed at 8 and I would cause them to stay late.I should rate this a 5 because they actually helped me out. I went across the street to Great Clips and got a better cut and even greater service.

Took my son in for a cut and had to wait forever and no other person was waiting. As I waited one of the stylist came in. I got my son and left. There was no way that Gina was touching my child. Surprised to see they employ disgusting trash like this. Apparently drug screening is not a requirement of working there..or morals.

There were 4 customers in the lobby, a delivery guy delivered a new internet modem, the assistant manager STOPPED taking back hair cuts and sat in the floor behind the register attempting to assemble a new modem. There was one other employee in the building. One guy walked out, I certainly wont be coming back here. No regard for customers time.
