Albee is amazing!! She always takes her time and makes sure that you leave happy. Very clean and great salon! They’ve gained a long term customer!

I wanted simple design with my manicure and I asked the girls if they can do it, I showed them the picture. They said yes.What turned out is just horrible!!!!!!!!!!!I removed it as soon as I came home :-(It was obvious that she didn’t know how to do nails design.They told me that next time I should make an appointment and tell them in advance that I want design.But why the heck I was accepted as a customer today if they knew that they won’t be able to provide decent service?I was also changed around 60$ for this awful manicure.

My first experience was excellent with Sandy. Her work is exceptional. The second time I went, I made an appointment with her. She was running 25 minutes late. I didn’t receive acknowledgment or any apologies for her lateness. Obviously management overbooked her. I had to have my services rushed and left very upset. I made an appointment so that I wouldn’t be late to my next responsibility. I would go back again because I love her work, but I know I can’t rely on their appointment system. They are lacking in customer service!

No frills set up but great service.

Best manicure I have ever had. They are incredibly skilled and put on extra top coats for gel polish which I think contributes to the salons famously long lasting manicures. Absolutely brilliant!

I was so pampered! It wasn’t cheap but definitely worth it. Most detailed SNS manicure I have ever received. Massages were amazing. One of the best nail places in the area!

Always great experience. Have been going there for years. Everybody is great at what they do. Amazing mani-pedi and great massages. Hours are convenient and they even managed to accommodate me for last minute appointment at 7pm on Jan 31st!!! Love my sparkly nails - perfect for a New Years Eve. After my mani-pedi and 20 min massage, I felt pampered, relaxed and ready to ring in the 2020!

I love this place! Really great service. The owner is very nice and attentive, she does a great job cleaning and prepping your nails, while making you feel relaxed and comfortable, also the environment is very clean and calm, you never feel rushed. The end result was so beautiful, and my nails look amazing. I had a regular pedicure and gel manicure with nail art, both outstanding!

I got coffin acrylic tips and they were perfect....I have sent so many friends there especially for wedding nails. The salon is no frills but they do the best job in NYC!

Why do people leave great, positive reviews and then just 4 stars?! This is definitely a4 star place! The best nail salon in this area by far. But definitely call for an appointment.

The ladies here are nice. I had a good time with most of them. The person that did my nails did something I didnt like so I told her and she eventually fixed it. If you tell them what you want theyll try their best to help. My manicure and pedicure still look great. Thanks!

Lily has been giving me a UV Gel manicure for 2 years. She is amazing, my nails last for 3 weeks.Albee pedicure are one of a kind.I also have my waxing done at the salon. The Salon is immaculate. A real find.

I originally requested Sophia and ended up with Mandy last minute. She was rushing the whole process of filling in my acrylics. And was always very rude pulling and pushing away my hands. There were A LOT of language barriers because I couldn’t understand what she was saying. But I didn’t want to be rude and tell her that. She then made the wrong shape on acrylics and got upset when I told her that I didn’t understand what she said. And then proceeded to talk to her Peers in her language. Then she shooed me away to another lady to finish off the process because someone else who requested her came in. I also wanted glitter on my nails and was charged $10 more and again Mandy was being cheap with the glitter I paid for. She got upset yet again because I requested more glitter. I ended up with a cut on my thumb and an overpriced acrylics procedure and it was only a fill in. I requested Sophia for a reason if I knew she wasn’t there I would’ve canceled my appointment instead of dealing with a mad woman who took it out on my nails. Never again. At Least not with rude Mandy

This was my first time trying the Dipping Powder. I was hesitant because I always always go with a gel manicure and LOVE it. But I took a gamble and Nicole did a PHENOMENAL job... Im just in shock at how amazing and natural my nails turned out. I used a light pink dip powder color. Im just obsessed.

One of my friends talk to me about this place and now I Love this place ! Staff is understanding and attentive they take their time with every manicure and pedicure. I went in for a gel manicure and finish doing a pedicure also. I love my nails and this place is great.

Ive been a regular at the same since moving to New York. Today, I had an extraordinary bad experience... a young woman named Kelly was working the register and as I walked up to pay my $224 bill, she tried to force me to the ATM to pay cash. Having been there for a while---I witness most people paying with a card... so it was strange to me. I mentioned that Id rather pay with card and she began to stall...she ask for my ID several times.... while running my card. What I failed to mention is that Im black-- and had been the only black person during the 3 hours I was there.... seemed really strange that only my card required cash. Eventually, she ran my card as she saw I want going to leave in the weather to go get cash.... my regular tech Lily apologized but I wont be returning.

Came here with my wife it was a great experience nice calming relaxing. Staff was great took care of us like weve been here before. This was an amazing experience for my first time, I will be coming here regularly. I really recommend it

I was in the area and had a manicure and pedicure it was a nice and clean place. It was a last minute thing so I couldnt expect for something to be as perfect as I like my nails. But it fit my expectation for the time.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I heard such great things about this place and was completely disappointed. I went there for my graduation and planned on getting the special for $55. Instead I decided to get acrylic tips that are $75. The acrylics lasted 4 days before they started popping off (doing light activities such as brushing my hair) I went back to get them fixed and Lilly only offered me a BASIC manicure instead of redoing them or giving me gel polish.I was so upset because I really loved the way the nails came out but UV would not acknowledge the fact that they rushed the nails and they were not done properly. For the price I paid I expected better. I will never go back.

Wendy did a full set of ombre acrylics for me & when I went in to repair my pinky nail (my fault), Tammy went above & beyond to make sure all my nails looked on point. 110% recommended.

My first time . I am from New Jersey but work in Manhattan so it is always hard to get to my regular salon in Jersey . A College recommended this salon and I have to say It was the best experience and service and my nails and toes look amazing . Lily made sure each nail was perfect . It was worth the extra $13 that I normally spend on my UV fill in and Pedi . If your in the area stop in . I promise you wont be disappointed .

Amazing place to do your nails!

This place isn’t bad! It’s popular, and usually busy before they close. I’ve been here many times, being helped by different people every time - they are all OK 👍🏼- it’s convenient and they seem to have regulars they connect with so that’s cool! They carry Essi, Zoya and OPI. My gel lasts for 3 w. every time, I really don’t have any complaints. They have $30 mani + pedi special. (Gel last a long time. 3 weeks)

Nice clean place however the customer service is very poor !! My wifes toe nail polish came off after a few days she went back and it came off again !! It was a new brand polish. Jason refused to change it for my wife !! Bad mistake !! We both come in and send a lot of money on each visit !! BYE BYE you wont last long treating people like this !! Do you really think we care about the few dollars its about the principal !! This is NYC !!

This place is terrible. Was totally rushed through. They did no moisturizing or exfoliating on my feet. I will not return.
