Came here with the GF, this place is NICE! We have been to a few places for her to get services, but this place stands out in its customer service and atmosphere. The premier/elegant environment they setup makes you feel comfortable from the time you walk in. It does make a huge difference when customer service is 10/10, and here it is! We were visiting family in the area, so sadly, we cant make this spot her go to, but we will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

The staff is always so great at this location! I got both my face and my legs laser hair removed. I no longer look like a low land gorilla! My hair is gone and has stayed gone!

I highly recommend LaserAway in Hermosa Beach. I went in for laser hair removal of neck and underarms. The location is great and facilities are very nice and clean. The staff was attentive and very helpful with all of my questions. Laura did a great job assisting me.

I took my wife here for her birthday a week ago, she had nothing but amazing things to say. The staff was very professional while being very friendly at the same time. She now wants to make this her go to for any laser hair treatment. Highly recommend this establishment if you are thinking about laser hair treatment. They walk you through the whole process and answered any questions my wife had.

I strongly recommend Hermosa Beach LaserAway. I have a beard and got sick of having to shave my neck and deal with ingrown hairs. I got laser away removal on my neck, cheeks and unibrow and couldn’t be happier with the service and results. I barely ever have to shave my neck and It feels great to have 2 eyebrows instead of one. I I bought my packages from Lupe and she was extremely knowledgeable about the services and was very accommodating with scheduling. The nurses that treated me have all been great too. Give them a call if you have some unwanted hair that you want gone.

This company will steal your money. They offered me a service for my tattoo removal and said I could finance it. I ok’d and got approved for the loan. Once approved they utilized EVERY PENNY I was approved for and made as if my treatment was exactly that amount. I was desperate and fell for their scam. (My fault of course, for believing they really cared about their “patients” ) mind you, their “nurses” aren’t even in office. They call you from home via their in office iPad to “approve” whatever procedure your requesting. I called the next day after talking to my husband and tried to call back to obtain a refund, not even 24 hours later, they advised they could only give me “store credit” now 5k later and still making payments, I’m unable to even get a hold of them to get an appointment for ANYTHING. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Love this location! I get my botox and laser done by Jeanette here and Ive had my coolsculpting done by Hillary. Savanna and Mariah are the sweetest and always so friendly and accommodating every visit. Such a great experience every time- I recommend to all my friends and family :)

Front desk ladies were professional and helpful. Unfortunately the tattoo removal services were frustrating and disappointing. I have a outline tattoo the size of a penny... 10 sessions was the package I had to buy. My tattoo after 5 sessions was still pretty dang bold to the point even front desk staff noted it was not where it should be considering size, age, and color of the ink. Keep in mind when you go here.. the contract locks you in. you will pay for all sessions. if you finish before the last sessions you will not get your money back. Regardless of the contract since that was of my responsibility to be aware of. The treatment was horrible.. over 400.. for inadequate work at an office that is supposed to be top notch.. other treatment here may be worth it still, but tattoo removal I highly recommend going elsewhere. There are better places with amazing results.

Front desk was super friendly. One of the receptionist was so willing to give advice as to where to find parking. Diana B. is awesome! Diana has been my nurse practitioner for a few sessions and never disappoints! She is friendly, careful and takes her time. Super satisfied.

On my third tattoo removal (changing my look 😉), the first two are completely gone. While in for services every staff member has been professional, and the treatments as easy as they can be. They’ve always confirmed by appointments and reminded me when they come up. Never needed to buy more sessions or felt up sold. They are true professionals, always friendly, and offer great deals to keep you coming back as a loyal costumer. Highly recommend.

I’ve done several treatments here at the Hermosa location for a full body laser hair removal and the results are amazing. I have very thick dark hair with a skin type 4 or 5 (medium tan/brown). Prior to doing treatments, I would shave it would grow back within days and irritate my skin. I decided to come here because of the great reviews, location, and because they offered a loan through GreenSky that I have a payment plan with. I barely shave now and sometimes I don’t because the hair is so thin you can’t really tell it’s even there. It’s worth the investment. The staff in the front are very welcoming and hospitable! The technicians are nice, thorough and make you feel comfortable, catering to your pain tolerance. I highly recommend coming here if you want good results and a comfortable environment!

They ended giving me a really good deal for a package of eight sessions on Brazilian, underarm, and full leg and also a great deal on the face as well. It’s still too soon to say how effective the treatments are, but I appreciate the timeliness and professionalism of the staff there

I was trying to talk to someone about hair removal and pricing and she said that she could not give me a estimate on pricing and told me I would HAVE to come in for a consultation. I told her that I would rather not drive in for a consultation if I have no idea on pricing and SHE HUNG UP ON ME? I would say poor service.

Nancy is the sweetest! Everyone at the hermosa location is very welcoming. I am currently getting treatments for laser hair removal on my upper lip and Nancys been my laser specialist, she is very informative and always takes the time to remind me of how to care for my treated skin and also shares with me other tips to further help my skins appearance. Im so grateful to have met her!

The staff here are awesome! They are super cool and friendly. I always have a pleasant experience when I come here and even when I call to make an appointment. When I first came here I was nervous because of my insecurites but this is a judgment free zone! These ladies make you feel super comfortable! As far as the actual laser treatment, it is legit! My hair takes a super long time to grow back and it comes back much thinner every time. You do have to be consistent with your appointments though. The treatment does hurt in certain areas but the numbing cream and ice really helps. I find that the ice helps alot more. Leave it on for 15 minutes and you wont feel a thing.

Ive been going here for 6 sessions of tattoo removal, thats nearly a year. The company itself hires attractive sales people who convince you that you will get the results youve come in for and then after three treatments you are mocked by the technicians who tell you that your tattoo will definitely not be fully removed. The last tech I had there told me my tattoos were random and she understands why I want them removed, also compared me to her other clients that have regrets. Very unprofessional and degrading experiences thus far. I go through a lot of pain and tears for nothing, no results. Sold on false promise of fresh clean skin to my liking and desire.

They should tell u their prices on the phone well they dont and I booked an appointment and supposedly I was going to get a goodie bag I wasted my time driving there and even got lost just to get a price for hair removal that was to high. Now new look skin center is 20 dollars flat for partial face not 89 dollars per treatment same quality and cheaper.

I did not like laser hair removal results. The hair came back I end up getting really bad pimples. I paid 5000$ full body. I did also my lips done there they did very bad job my lips were not even I had pain after bc they hit my upper lip nerve. I don’t recommend.

Laser Away has been an incredible experience i have been doing it for four sessions and have a fraction of the hair I use to have! Its a once a month commitment for a lifetime of no hair why wouldnt you do it!
