Rude and not friendly nail techs. Acted as if they wished they weren’t working and gave rude remarks when I was trying to pick a color. Told me they didn’t have that color but then I ended up finding it on my own as he was rushing me to pick one. Then he Did a very quick manicure rushing throughout it. Didn’t greet people as they walked in door. When I paid with my debit the lady at the desk kept questioning me and asking me numerous times if I had cash on me even though I said no the first 3 times she asked me. I will definitely not be back.

Ok can hi just say high class. Place was so clean. So professional. Great staff. I like that the person doing my pedi was focused and not gossiping. I legit went for my birthday and felt great. The fact that it was so clean is amazing. I like that the counters are cleaned off and not full of products or bottle or tools. Makes the location look more open. Breath of fresh air. ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Hidden gem!!! Must go!!!

I love my nails!!! An extensive selection of gel colors and designs. Feels great to know they use clean and sanitized tools with every customer. It makes me feel comfortable every time I come in. Prices are above average but its definitely worth the price. Ladies here are wonderful!

They give the best pedicure Ive ever had. They are extremely thorough at cleaning the piggies and the polish is always perfect. Each pedicure comes with a hot oil and stone massage. I wont go anywhere else and the price is just right. They are always booked so I recommend calling ahead for an appointment.

After 25 years of acrylic nails I finally took them off, came to this salon and was treated to the first pedicure and manicure that was completely relaxing, professional and no rushing! They did a beautiful job on pedicure and first manicure on my own nails with gel polish. Complete with leg and foot massage then neck massage at end of manicure. Yes, costs a bit more but well worth the actual service and professionalism. Finally, a nail salon that puts customers first! Do not go there if your in a rush, go to the other assembly line nail joints. This place is a class act all the way. The good old days have returned my friends at the Black and White. Prepare to spend a few hours truly being pampered again.

I like this place. They do accurate manicure and gel lasts for ever. I use gloves at work and wash the hands hundreds time a day and my nails are always nice and neat. Definitely recommend them.

Best nail salon in Natick. Use to go to other but after going here this is now my go too. It’s a SPA experience, clean, all the equipment is brand new, very calm atmosphere and the best, hands down the best neck and leg message I have ever had. Ask for Petey, he will become your new best friend. Enjoy and make sure you have an appointment!

They are so professional in terms of cleanliness and they really pay attention to caring the nails. I love the leg massage and the neck massage. I feel like i am in heaven when I am there! I highly recommend this place!!

You’ll never go anywhere else! Yes you need an appointment because they have three people and they never rush. They take the same amount of time for everyone and your nails are perfection! I have never had a better manicure or pedicure in my life. Yes they are more expensive than your average salon but it’s WELL worth it. I cheaped out twice and went somewhere else and immediately regretted it. Never again!

Went here today per a coworkers reco and was not disappointed! The place was super clean and they had a manicure bar as opposed to individual stations, which made the place look more spacious and uncluttered. They were very thorough with my manicure and had a huge polish selection (I changed my mind on color at least 3 times!) They did an amazing job and even gave a shoulder massage at the end which, while a bit awkward as it was over the counter, was a nice and unexpected surprise. Once finished, I watched them immediately clean the tools and put them in wortha heat sterilizer, so they definitely use clean tools. Something worth mentioning, though, is a customer came in behind me wanting a mani and pedi and she was told she could only have one. Based on other reviews it seems like this was more of a time concern/short of staff (it was 4 and they closed at 6). I walked in without an appointment and was taken care of immediately, but it seems this hasnt been the case with others. Its probably worth it if they had more employees because they do an awesome job!

Sadly the manager is more interested in conveying her opinion than in caring for the people who are paying her bills.

Second review: the place is clean but spare, the work is generally very good (Jojo is excellent), but not only can you not walk-in, I cant even get an appointment, ever, for any date. They seem determined to put themselves out of business

Although I was only tagging along with my girlfriend for her nail errand here, I can say that she loves their consistent, high quality work. I can attest to that as the workers followed stringent hygienic protocol and professional behavior.

Just had my first manicure at Black N White Nails and wow! What a pleasure! Jojo expertly navigated the cuticle work (best ever!) and later offered me a neck massage, which is included in the regular price. So relaxing and it seemed to last a very long time. No need to relocate to dry your nails as you just place your hands under the counter top and air blows over them! Cant wait for a mani/pedi combo...I will be in heaven!

After reading reviews on walk ins being nearly impossible i called to make an appointment at 10:00 am for myself my daughter and sister for later in the evening and the man told me he only has two people working Monday through Friday and that i could not make an appointment because they had no time. they both had one appointment... one??!! then proceeds to tell me maybe next week....sooo... thats why im assuming they have two people working here because they clearly dont make enough to staff this place, and arent interested in new buisness...smh terrible first impression

This place refuses services to people (men) of Color. There was literally one other customer being serviced, but the guy told me to they were closing soon (6pm), even though it was only 4:30pm. Smh. Thankfully, Natick Nails and Spa, which is just right down the street, hooked me up. Should change their name from Black N White Nails to just White Nails ...

Wow okay this was my first time here but many friends recommended it.It is possibly the best most thorough mani pedi I have ever had. I did not plan on it being two hours long but once I let go of the fact that I was going to be here a while I did enjoy it.I had the only man working that day, I would love to tell you his name but he never told me ! In fact no one really speaks not even to each other. Which is fine with me as I can’t really deal with little bits of chit Chat ! So I was able to relax and catch up on texts and emails. Great foot and leg massage with hot black stone ! That was a great treat. Yes it’s a bit more expensive but coming from ten years in Wellesley I was fine with the price . It was fifty five for the mani pedi and I put ten dollars on top of that probably because I was just truly impressed with the outcome.So if you want EXCELLENT service and RESULTS.... no chit chat ... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

My wife jokeinly had me go for a pedicure. Mistake . Loved it. Mai was so atentive and took her time . Messaging my feet and calfs . I didnt want her to stop. I have been back Mamy times and Will be back many more. Thank You Mai.

Ive tried to come here 3 times over the past 2 months and every time I walk in, they basically turn me away with a stuck up look on their face before I get more than 5 feet in the door. Its always no time today when Theres never more than 1-2 customers in the salon.
