I took my sister here for her birthday. It was both of our’s first times at this salon and my sister’s first pedicure. We had such a great time and could not be happier. We got basic pedicures with the chair massage and a movie. Cindy and Lily were wonderful hosts and made us both feel relaxed and comfortable. All equipment used was new or sterile. Everyone wears masks as well as washes their hands when arriving, making it cautious and considerate of covid spread. I normally go to a place in wayland for pedicures but I can’t imagine going anywhere but c & d from now on :)

Ive been going here for years now and never really had a complaint especially when it come to getting my feet done! There amazing at it and they take their time to make sure you’re getting what you want and of course that you feel relaxed!! Now I got my nails done a week ago and two of them already came off. They were different shape n length. They where Aldo a few crooked ones. I sadly won’t be doing my nails their again but definitely will go to get a pedicure! ❤️

We had such a blast here! Watched a movie got the best pedicure I’ve had in years!!! It was such a family environment! I felt at home and comfortable! The pedicure was so relaxing I almost fell asleep like 3X my man lovedddddd his pedi and massage chair!! Highly recommend this place!! I would give them 10 stars if I could ❤️❤️❤️ 💅

I stopped in for a pedicure without an appointment and only had to wait 10 minutes. The staff was amazingly friendly And Lele gave me the BEST pedicure. She was meticulous! I wish I lived closer.

C & D Nails changed ownership several months ago. This is a family owned and operated business. Logan has been doing my nails expertly for several years & I followed him to this salon. Each of the nail techs is an expert who takes the time to do a fabulous mani andpedi! I’m fussy about how my cuticles look & each of the nail techs meet my standardsmeticulously! C & D Nails has a large variety ofgel colors which meets my desire to change color frequently. Each tech is an expert! You’llbe thrilled to be pampered here!

I have been going here for around 10 years. I enjoy seeing the same familiar faces. They are great at acknowledging when you come in, and 99 times out of 100, they do an excellent job. Most of the time my manicure lasts at least a week. Unfortunately my most recent visit was the 1/100 that wasnt good. The massage lasted 30 seconds per arm. Sure they are reasonably priced, but thats my favorite part of the massage, so if its not lengthy then I dont tip as well. Then after only 1 day the nail polish was chipping. I really only go here and one other place, and most of the time I leave here very impressed. Thanks C and D for (almost) always doing an amazing job, but people really enjoy the longer massages!

I’ve been to this place twice and will never go there again. The first time I wanted to do a cat eye gel manicure. The technician seemed to be totally inexperienced in this type of a manicure, so after putting 4 coats of nail polish, she gave up and another technician had to take over. She was also struggling and after I asked not to put any more coats, she stated that it should look good and she needs to keep trying until my nails look perfect. Needless to say, all those layers totally came off in less than a week. So after couple months, I decided to give this place another chance. When I came, I requested a simple gel manicure. The technician put 2 layers and was about to put another one. I stated that I don’t want another layer, but she just continued doing it. When I stated the second time, that I don’ want it, she got frustrated and started talking in Vietnamese to her neighbor. The neighbor told me in English that the color would look better with 3 layers. I don’t care, i thought to myself, I like 2 layers ( which seems okay in every other nail salon). The technician continued talking in frustrated Veitnamese language to someone and kept putting the 3rd layer. The nails finally looked good, but it was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Would never give this place another chance, 2 was more than enough.

Have came here and some days are good and some days are bad! Today was the worst had a good pedicure but getting my Gel Dip took over 1 hr the tech kept burning my skin got to the point where I had to tell her to not do anything to my nails just put a clear base and I would be going else where. It was ridiculous service and to top it off the tech had the nerve to charge me for nails that i didn’t get done only got a clear coat

Absolutely the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. Ive been getting my nails done for 10 years now and Ive never had such a bad experience. First of all theyre extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time the guy doing my nails did something he would just sigh. Like excuse me. All I asked for was coffin shape with white paint and matte overlay. My nails came out horrible, the shape is all messed up my paint job wasnt even finished. My friend came in to see if they could do her nails and after standing for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledging her she left. I paid the $29 for this awful nail job and I left. I never go without tipping but they didnt even deserve to have me pay for the full set. Dont get your nails done here !

I went there as a walk-in to get gel manicure and regular pedicure. I asked for help with choosing color but staff didn’t understand much English. The lady who did my nail was rushing to finish my pedicure . Some of my toe nail only received half polish. Then my manicure, she cut my cuticle but somehow poked through the skin of my thumbs making them bleed. I didn’t like the color they used as I asked for grey so I asked her to change to different color. The staff started speaking in Vietnamese about my complaint. She changed the polish color but I’m still not satisfied. The other staff apologized but it’s not helping much after bad service I received. I won’t go back and won’t recommend to anyone.

Im a frequent customer of C&D nails. I started off getting gel manicures but my nails were getting weak (not the salons fault, but from months of gel manicure damage) and the manger suggested switching to dip powder. Yes it is more expensive but I believe her suggestion was thoughtful and accurate and not a ploy to get more money. She was totally right and my nails have never looked better. They have also really upped their pedicure game offering deluxe/spa like pedicures. They do have a few young techs that arent as skilled, but they more advanced techs check their work and always fix any mistakes if asked. I generally have the manager for my nails and she is by far the best in the shop so ask for her if you can!

I had an appointment today. I called yesterday and made the appointment for today at 4, for 2 pedicures. My mother and I show up and are told to pick a color. I pick mine pretty fast, and notice the technicians are all occupied. I go sit down in the waiting area. My mom is still deciding on a color, and is rushed to sit down in the pedicure chair. I then get called over. We both put our feet in the water. Hers is scolding hot. After 4:20 (20 mins after our appointment time slot) her water is cold. No one has told her that theyll be right there. No one has apologized. I ask the woman doing my nails if she can have hot water, because hers was now cold, after sitting there for 20 minutes. She had a really hard time understanding me, but eventually put hot water back in her tub. Again, not apologizing that NO ONE has helped her, or acknowledged her. Keep in mind she was rushed to pick a color, and 20 minutes later is still sitting there. I got two coats of the color, however it clearly needed another one, as it was opaque and streaky. I felt she was rushing me to get to start my mom. She again had a very hard time understanding my request for one more coat of the color. She eventually understood and did another. She never asked if I wanted a trim, or any taken off. She just never clipped my nails, and I would have liked for her to. She then finished mine, and began to get the tools ready to do my moms. Its now 4:30. We wanted pedicures together. Now either I have to wait for hers to begin, or she has to leave and not get one. She decided to not get one. I cant blame her, no one spoke to her, and mine was obviously very rushed. Once she said she wasnt getting one, the women working immediately began talking in Vietnamese, which we found incredibly rude. We used to love this place, and have been coming here for more than a decade. The new(er) management has just let this place go downhill as far as service is concerned. Its been sub-par, but never this bad. The technician then brings me over to the nail dryer. She turns on the manicure dryer, not the pedicure. After sitting there for 5 minutes I finally realize it, and turn the pedicure one on. She came running over and asked what was wrong. I tried explaining she never turned it on. She did not understand or apologize. I then went to pay, after my nails drying for 5 minutes. I couldnt make my mom wait any longer. She gives me the receipt, which Im expected to sign, and then walks away, not giving me a pen. The whole experience was terrible. I cant believe I paid for that service. They barely apologized to my mom, who had been really looking forward to this. Not a single thing went right today. It was rushed, not keeping to appointments, and the staff didnt seem to care whatsoever. There are plenty of other salons in Natick that will treat you better. Im hoping the owner will reach out, and make this right, however Im not holding my breath.

Its under new management and I was incredibly disappointed in my pedicure, I told them what I wanted when I started but they didnt do it and it was so rushed! So disappointing, I had been going there for years and loved their pedicures.

My nails are really long and have been weak ever since I kept shaping my nails. Anna takes the time to takes care of my nails and keep them strong. When I had messed up my gel nails, she took care of them within the next few days of calling in.

I have been going to C&D Nails for almost 20 years. Family run business that does great manicures and pedicures as well as waxing.

Now that David and Cindy are gone this place sucks, new person in charge Anna is RUDE, she got upset with me when I asked her to re- shape my nails because I didnt like the shape, she then proceeds to tell me that next time she wont ever do my nails,she then goes on about how the previous owners hated the place and thats why they are no longer there. Wow! Talk about customer service, Ive been going to this place for over 10 years and to be treated so rudely is disappointing.

When you go here you need to ask for the owner she is the only one that knows how to work.

YesterdayMay 102019 I went to C D Nail 179 west centralNatick . it was a bad experience the girl name ANNA she was so Rude I not recommend no one to go this place .

I use too go here a lot I’m going somewhere else they are rude and also charged me over what they said they would...

So disappointing. Asked for acrylics and she gave me gel instead. When I questioned it she said she couldnt do acrylics after what she had already done. Wont be going there again.
