Well I showed up 30 minutes to closing time and they told me they were not taking any more haircuts and there wasn’t a soul in the place and this is after I went there before and the girl completely messed up my beard she ended up putting a big hole in it it looks so goofy I ended up shaving it off don’t bother going here waste of your time

Honestly the best cut Ive got in a over a year. Granted I only cut my hair twice in 2020... still, bang up job. I look phenomenal!

Checked in online and said to show up at a certain time which I did. When I showed up and checked in it said I had to wait another 41 min. I was waiting with my son on the one chair provided and someone else comes in and I am told I have to leave because they have a 1 person wait ( guess since I was there first it doesn’t mean anything). So after waiting another 41 min I come back and it says I have to wait another 5 min. Place is a joke.

The online check-in is really a time-saver. Ive had good luck with haircuts there. Maybe a bit more expensive than others.

I have been going here for 4-5 years since all of the local places have changed ownership or closed. For the price, the cut I get is great. I think it depends on who you get a bit, but they are always pretty on it. Their on-line scheduling system can use some work, but it has gotten a bit better over time. The huge bonus is my 3-4 minutes of the hot towel and scalp massage. Always Amazing!

Arrived at my wait time. 1st on the list and asked to wait in my car. NBD, glad they are operating safely. Then skipped over twice by walk-Ins. Went inside to wait after the next person left and was told that stylist was going on break. Left after 45 min w no cut. Just mad at myself for waiting.

This place is a great place to get a haircut. And they entertain the children.

This is a glorified military barber shop. If they use anything but a trimmer, you end up with an asymmetrical mess. The steam towels are nice, but going here to get a good haircut is like going to hooters for gourmet food.

Anna was wonderful! I have an asymmetrical, curly pixie. Anna knew exactly what to do; the curl lays perfectly and honestly, looks better than the expensive Deva cuts I was getting.

Horrible customer service! Checked in on my app as usual at 12:15PM. Arrived at 12:40, within 30 minutes of the suggested arrival time. Walked in the door and my son and I saw our names on the board. After 5 minutes of being ignored by the staff, our names disappeared. Finally a hair stylist told us to enter our phone number, which I’ve never had to do. Our names went back to the bottom of the list. I asked them to put us back in line, as we arrived at the store within 30 minutes of the suggested arrival time. The hair stylist very rudely refused, and insisted it didn’t matter because there was on one person ahead of us. My son went first, and then somehow 5 other people went in between us. Both times we checked in, we did so from the same account at the exact same time! It’s now been almost an hour now, and still waiting. The people who think and plan ahead get screwed!

I just get a simple buzz on my almost bald head. The staff is always friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. If there is much of a wait, other stores are very nearby. I have been about five times and will continue.

Make sure you see one of the younger women, myself and and my roommate got sub par(or in his case he had to shave his head when he got home) haircuts from a couple of the older women. Once you find your stylist though thats works for you, its great!

There is nothing worse than a bad haircut. Fortunately I have not had that experience at Sport Clips. The hair stylists are always so nice and fun to talk with too.

The stylists are good, however the extremely long wait times (sometimes over 2 hrs!) make this location unfeasible, even with online check-in (which isnt accurate). Its grossly understaffed all the time.Ive tried going during off hours (middle of the week, in the afternoon), but its a rare day when the wait isnt extensive.The stylists do their best, but theyre always rushed and overwhelmed. I feel bad for them.

People are great but the online appointing system is really really bad. They should use the one Rudys, Weldon’s and all the others have. They actually work. There is no way to predict when you will actually get your hair cut here.
