I paid $52 dollars for a Dip manicure and my nails only lasted a few days. The next day after my dip manicure my nails started to crack!! I went back and they fixed two of my nails. Then on the 3rd day my nails continued to crack and started chipping. Today is day 4 and my nails are chipped and cracked. I always do dip and this has never happened to me ever at other nail salons. Decided to go to the mall because I was in a rush and it was close to home. I will not be back to this place ever again. Not happy at all.

Sam was my nail tech. He was super sweet the whole time. Gives amazing foot rubs and overall very clean and professional paint job. He also did my hands and I got a full set acrylic a gel polish. I had shown him an image of what I wanted and he did it perfectly. Great shaping of my nails too.

My daughter went to the salon for manicure. The male tech was incredibly rude and did horrible job. After five min she felt not comfortable and told him she will be leaving . He was rude, yelled and made her pay $18 for absolutely nothing. We called the owner who was very nice, apologized and returned money. She really need to think about future employment of that tech. Also they do not speak English in front of costumers and you know when they are talking about you and not in the nice way.

My nail are beautiful. I showed them a pic of what I wanted and they delivered!!!!!

My daughter went in to get acrylics and we didn’t realize how horrible they were until we left. They were super thin, some of the nails were crooked, there were bubbles in the nail polish and they snapped the next day while doing a simple task. Also the guy doing her nails got up several times during the appointment and it seemed very rushed.

These guys were great! I walked in on a Friday night, and was thinking I would be waiting for a bit, but they got me right in for a dip!Had some fun conversations about my missing fingernail with my nail tech. He was nice, and very good at his work!I was in and out in under 45 minutes with cleaned up cuticles, and gorgeous nails! They stayed on until I had them taken off (because my nails grew so long!)I will be back!

Wouldnt even rate it one star if I didn’t have to. For a place that accepts walk- ins I experienced the worst service. I went in and there were only three people getting their nails done. I asked if they were able to do a manicure and pedicure and they asked me to pick a color so I did that and had a seat. 10 minutes later, two customers walked in with one of the staff and they immediately sat down to get their nails done. Instead of calling me up next, since I was there before them both, the other staff who just finished with a client took the other person who had just walked in. Then, two more customers walked in and one of the staff asked if I could wait half hour. Keep in mind these customers were also walk-ins. After AN HOUR of patiently waiting the staff began to notice that I was bothered. So they then asked me to take a seat on the pedicure chair. I sat there for TWENTY minutes with the water running and not a single soul came to attend me. I got very upset and just got up and left. I will never come back to this place again! I do not recommend.

Do not like the salon at all this is the worst salon in Natick and I do not recommend it. I went in for acrylics and they charge me like 50$ and they did not put a topcoat on my nails. they made My nails bleed and they didn’t do anything about it I do not recommend this the salon do not come at any cost even if it was the last salon on the planet I would not go.

Did a last minute blood themed nails here. The woman who did them was soo nice and did an INCREDIBLY AMAZING JOB!!! They have a cool 3D look to them which feel and look great! I highly recommend getting your nails done here! The staff is super friendly and actually talk to you, unlike other places that just do your nails and ignore you! I always go here and never anywhere else! Best 10/10 job ever!

Horrible place! Horrible job of pedicure and manicure. I feel like I got my nails done by a kid. The nail polish applied was so uneven and left the corners of my nails. Manicure was more like nail polish change, no scrubbing and superficial cuticle cleaning. Worst part, they keep pushing you to get the Organic quick dry nailpolish and dont tell you it costs $10 more. Overall, waste of money for $60.

So it could have been worse I guess. No ambiance, which I guess you would not really expect in a Mall. Fine if you just need to get it done. Rather unorganized, not that clean, not enough staff. Really rushed through both my daughter pedicure and my gel manicure. The person doing my nails was preoccupied the entire time with who needed to be waited on and other things going on around her. She never waited for the machine that warms the gel to finish each hand; she just rushed me to switch hands. I had to remind her at one point to turn it on, because my hand was in, and she neglected to start it up (she was too preoccupied, overworked). Then at the end, all of a sudden, she suddenly became very chatty, and started asking me personal questions, which bothers me. Im familiar with this tactic to try to get a better tip-its pretty insulting. Would not recommend for anyone that wants a relaxing experience. Manicure turned out ok. I told her the hand massage was my favorite part. I understand that sometimes there are language barriers. Sadly, I dont think she understood, but also, that should be part of the service and it was a quick rub and not what you would expect.

I have been going here regularly for my nails and pedicures for about a year. Consistently great service and attention to detail. Their color selection is simple but that’s standard for the Boston area. I do love how they have lots of matching/coordinating regular & gel polish as well as dip powder. That’s what keeps me coming back as I like my hands and feet to match each other. Chloe is my favorite!

Went in and got a fill done there, I didnt really notice till I got back home how horrible it turned out. The first time I went in my nails turned out really good so I figured Id go back but I definitely wouldnt waste my money seeing how bad they came out this time. Whats even more disappointing is that the technicians were looking at my nails noticing how bad they came out they should have pointed it out to me so they could have fixed it. Will definitely not be going back.

Great nail salon, great service! I was excited that they had the vegan nail polish I use at home that pretty much no other place offers. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely go back!

The ladies here were super helpful and took myself and 2 friends as walk ins! Great service and great conversations. They were so sweet the whole time. Highly recommend!!

Had a pedicure there less than a week ago and was very disappointed. It said on the brochure that the pedicure is 30 minutes all I got was 15 minutes of a very mediocre work. The lady did minimum amount of work and looked like she did not want to be there at all. I expected some good scrubbing or at least some good cleaning on my toes nails she did neither. She scrubbed my feet 5 second each foot at most. Told her not to clip my toe nails and just file them, she went ahead and clipped them anyway.

Best manicure I’ve ever gotten! Everyone there had a constant smile and were very welcoming, they also took the time to make sure you got exactly what you wanted. I’ll definitely be going back!

Very upset because I loved this place but me and my two sisters got infections after our appointments. I had to take off my acrylics. I have had such positive times before, but this one ruined it for me.

I have gone to Geneva twice and have enjoyed each experience. The first service I received was a gel dip full set, and the second a gel manicure. Each time, Chloe was super helpful and very friendly. I look forward to going back!

Excellent service. Nails look perfect every time.Very clean. All nail techs are very experienced. Would highly recommend.

Terrible experience. Asked for the powder dip and they did not take off the previous one. The woman attempted to file down the one from before. There was no cuticle maintenance or really any care and was forced to choose colors I did not want. The entire experience lasted HALF HOUR and I was rushed out the door for $45 dollars. Never will I go back. It was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon.

This is a great place to enjoy a manicure or pedicure. All of the staff are friendly, they do not just treat as just the next person in line. They all know the art of manicures, not just an ordinary polish that you can do at home. They also truly mean that if there issues with your manicure let them know so it can be resolved. The salon is very clean. The parrafin wax dip is great, makes your hand so silky.

Had a horrible experience here. Ladies don’t respect the woman managing the appointments. When it came to my turn, the lady being asked to do my nails refused and began arguing with the manager. They were speaking their language which didn’t bother me until I sensed some racism vibes because she didn’t want to attend to a black woman. I kindly canceled my appointment and made a mental note never to return here. Totally unprofessional and beyond ridiculous. But then again this is America in 2019 so no surprise here.

My daughter and I had appointments for a manicure (me) and mani/pedi (her). My manicure was 12 minutes from start to finish, no attention to detail or comfort. The ends of my nails still had nail bits on them when she started to paint some of which she removed the others she just painted over which are now chipping 1 day later. No hand rub other than to put cream on my hands, and two of my cuticles are a bloody mess today. My daughter also had the express treatment but her tech was a little nicer (no bloody cuticles). We were done with our appointment in under an hour but paid the same as a full service salon. Would not recommend.

The workers at this location have by far the worst customer service and always rush! PSA the lady with long blondish hair has a nasty attitude!

I got a standard mani pedi yesterday- my technician was extremely rude and the experience was actually painful vs enjoyable. She didn’t use any cuticle oil of either my hands or feet and decided it would be a good idea to use the cuticle clippers as a do it all tool to push back and clip my cuticles. I said ow multiple times and she could tell that she was hurting me and showed no remorse or attempt to change her technique. The nails themselves look fine if not a little rough around the cuticles (surprise) but I wouldn’t be back here from the sheer attitude of that awful woman. Also I’m not sure why the towels here look like they’ve lived a million lives but I didn’t want to put my feet let alone hands on them.

While my nail technician was amazing and the whole manicure was great, 2 nails have already completely peeled off and I got it done yesterday.

They are super friendly, the place is clean, and they do a GREAT job!They even have a complimentary paraffin wax hand dip with every manicure.
