It’s a nice small auction thats got good prices but I wish they would work on their organizing because sometimes you’ll spend a while just looking for the car you bought.

Interesting that your GM really thinks that two guys filming in public is something to involve the sheriffs office with. Public photography is protected by the First Amendment.

David johnson the generalanager will call the cops on you even if you dont do anything illegal in fact he wont ever call the station he will call his friend who is a sheriff to try and intimidate you for just being near his property with a camera. This is a man that doesnt value the first amendment more do his drivers.

I love this auction the staff there are great they helped me out a lot,even called me as soon as they heard about a counter bid. They serve small refreshments and if you get hungry theres a taco truck right outside Ive seen the best deals at adesa Raleigh for cars!

I have been doing business here for about 6 years and I have never had an issue.

The staff is the greatest! Be careful not to buy a lemon though.

The staff are nice, helpful, cautious and cordial, however their fees are way out of the average auctions. They need to address their fees or they will face a declining participation which will consequently lead to less sales and diminishing profits

Had to recover my own vehicle from them after a repo after spending $1300 I drove 3hrs to pick it up. Employees at the desk were very rude and they tagged me for another $210 and my vehicle had only been there 3 days and had to pay with cashier check they dont accept cash!!

This has to be the worst auction I ever been to the manager dont know half of the stuff he be saying .... the ladies in the front desk dont treat people with equal respect. I mean its a lot going on at the place people so be careful !!!!!!

I truly recommend this Auction, is one of the best ones in NC. We have been going to this Auction for the last 8 years. Never had any issues.

Breakfast not so great, the fees higher than comparable auctions .But they have a great manager and a great team, very friendly and professional

Took a $50 Uber to this location to take possession of a vehicle that I intended to drive home. The business hours on the website and on the automated phone answering service both state that the office is open until 5pm. I arrived at 4:10pm and was told that the office has always closed at 4pm on Thursday and there was nothing they could do until Monday. When I told the GM (who couldnt help me) that I thought this was bad business, he said keep it up and I wont help you anymore. I said Help me anymore?? What exactly have you done to help me??. He said, I was going to help with your Uber fees and waive the $15 weekend storage fee when you came back Monday. After their unprofessional and rude behavior, Im not holding my breathe. $150 in Uber charges and a weekend car rental later, I hope to take possession of the vehicle on Monday. I will never do business with these people again!!
