I am not usually one to leave a bad review. And I am also not picky about my nails. However, this was the absolute worst dip manicure of my life. It took an hour and 15 minutes and she sent me out the door with product all over my skin and cuticles. The nails are not smooth or shaped well and it was over $50. I will not be returning and would not recommend.

I showed my nail tech a picture of the exact color I wanted and he told me which one would look similar. He was very nice, and told me step by step what he was doing to my nail. I’ve been doing my nails for years and he told me my nails were flat and not rounded so he took the time to shape them with dip, to be rounded! That was awesome. None of them seem to talk to their clients, and that one on one is crucial to customer service. However on the bright side, they never stepped away from my nails to do something else like i’ve seen in most salons. (going on phone, talking to eachother). Lastly, the nails were almost clear. My cuticles did not get cleaned, not even touched once! It made me so upset because I left for vacation that night expecting something good. However, the nails do look good. I should’ve been informed they were going to be clear not the pink I showed him. It’s also important to state the price before taking the card of a customer of any store! It was around $59 a little over priced for dip. I usually go to a different salon that gets the right nail color, and charges 40. I should’ve read the reviews. It’s a 50/50 for me.

I went here on a sunday (it was a very last minutes decision ) and I am glad I went here, the lady that helped me was sooo sweet! and she took me in right away, she asked me what i wanted and how i wanted it done and she did an amazing job! the price is so reasonable too! I highly recommend! my new spot to come get my eyebrows threaded

Had a wonderful experience receiving a manicure by the lovely manicurist Tren! She was very knowledgeable in her craft, and was very delicate with my very large and rough hands. She is also great with the nail buffer, as I dont care much for a clear coat polish. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and courteous as well. And the salon itself provides a very warm and welcoming ambiance all the while looking very modern and stylish. This is my new go to manicure location now that I am taking stock in my appearance. They will see me again in 2 weeks. Defly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great mani-pedi! Thanks!!! 😊

I heard some bad things about this place but wanted my nails done before work and this was closest (I work in the mall) so I said why not. All the staff were nice to me, my tech was great, best Ive had in a long time. She paid attention to what she did and made sure everything was perfect. I forgot her name 😭 but only $30 for a gel manicure on natural nails?? I fail to see that as overpriced. I was so thrilled with the service I tipped $10. I had a great time and was out in less than an hour, and my nails are holding up great (I work in a restaurant so they usually dont last the first day). Highly recommend cant wait to go back for another color!!

I went to this place and this man was doing my nails and basically was very aggressive and literally told me that he didn’t remember me from coming the week before because I hadn’t gave him a tip. Their staff rushes people. But they do make you nails really nice it’s just a matter of lack of respect

Really nice and fast service! I took one of my friends here cause we had about an hour to spare while waiting on a reservation at Cheesecake Factory. The service was friendly and the gel manicure she got looked spectacular. My friend had her nails done by Kim, and I think she just found herself a new regular. I paid $105 for a pedicure and a new set. The lady giving me a pedicure was rude, rushed and the polish came off within a day. I should have known something was wrong when she put the hot towel on my legs and it smelled like mildew. Not clean, rude people working there. I was trying to talk to her about the kind of set I wanted, she told me “you should get what we tell you to”. You don’t get what you pay for here, you get subpar services for a very high price.

I have gone here twice. The first time I was looking for someone to take off acrylic nails and they left my nails in shreads and me in tears. That was the most painful experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I then opted for gel because I was told that it would be better. I selected a polish and then the tech go to work restoring my shattered nail bed. About 3 fingers in and I realize that she was doing a completely different color than I had selected. I told her that was not what I wanted and she said that they didnt have that color and this one was better. I was mad but I didnt want her to remove anything else did to my nails already being torn up. I left dissatisfied.A couple of things in the later I was told that they were great and I decided to give them another try. The polish selection was limited and watered down so I went for gel again. The tech did not shape my nails and just slathered gel on without a care. What was really funny was that it again was nowhere near the color that I selected! They were acceptable when I left but I was not happy. 4 days passed and all but 2 of my nails were half chipped. Gel manicures are supposed to last 10-14 days.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, Shane on me. I will never go back.

The gel manicure literally peeled off every single finger 2 days later (had it done on Wednesday and they peeled off on Friday). Would not recommend this place

I have gone here a dozen times or so over the years, but after my last experience, I will never go back. I went for a pedicure, which Ive had there many many times with decent results. Last week though, the technician did not pay attention to what she was doing. She filed my nails so roughly it hurt the skin. My nails were cut unevenly, and so poorly that I now have 2 ingrown toenails to content with that I did NOT have prior to this pedicure. I dont know if it was an off day for her, or whatnot, but they lost me as a customer.

Terrific experience! I arrived late (within 30 minutes of closing) and they welcomed me warmly. I asked for a pedicure and despite my poor timing, they offered me my choice from their menu of options... they could have copped out and held me to the basic service just to get me out quickly. The pedicure (performed by a gentleman) was one of the better ones I have received locally! The upgrades I enjoyed (over the $27 basic) included callous removal, salt scrub, oil, lotion, massage and hot stones ~wow! I will be back... just park close to Sears, its on that side of the mall, level 1.

It was my first time getting my nails done. I chose to do the acrylics manicure which was $35. The lady i had was nice and made some conversation. She asked if i wanted gel manicure because it last longer, looks better and itd be $14 more. So i was like sure but she had to find a color similar to what i picked. I picked a dark red almost burgundy. And she had picked a bright sparkly red. She did ask if it was okay and i didnt mind. The result: it was good, she took her time. She noticed one nail was messed up so she fixed it. Im giving it a 4 star because a few of my nails were a little crooked. Also another customer was making their payment and asked if she can put the tip on her card. They said we only take cash for tip. So just a heads up.I read reviews on this place after my nails were done. I was surprised by how many negative comments there were. I guess it depends which nail tech u get and i got lucky. Unfortunately my friend who got her nails done with me got a rude nail tech. She was rushing it, rough on her nails, and told my friend to get her card out halfway through her nails being done. I dont understand why she did that lol. Other than that I had a good experience but my friend did not.

We waited in the waiting room for well over an hour when there were many seats open and our nails didn’t even come out as good as the price of them showed.

If I was able to leave no stars I would. Horrible . Does not know how to do nails. Left with my nails looking horrendous.

I never do reviews.... however, this was probably the worst service I have ever received from a nail salon. I simply asked for all the excess polish left around my nail beds to be cleaned up at the end. I was told in response that my nails are “old” and “it is the color” and that “I am the manager and have been doing this for years, took my time, and those are perfect”. When I asked if she was okay with my not being happy, her response was “yes, this is what you owe”. It was embarasssing. Additionally, other customers were met with an attitude at the door. Really disappointing.

My grandmother went here to get a pedicure before her vacation. Within a WEEK she had an ingrown toenail and shortly after her other toe got infected. It affected how far she was able to walk all vacation. Will never go back. Do not go here!

Honestly Im not sure about the bad reviews. Im sorry you had bad experiences here because my mom and I love this place. Youve got to get the nicest pedi on tbe list and you need to have Jason. He used to do reflexology so it feels like a million bucks. It is an hour fifteen minutes and amazing. I leave feeling like a new person and get pretty nails too!

I am barber so I love coming here and getting a pedicure . I’m on on my feet 13 hrs a day . Every time I leave here after my pedicure my feet feels brand new .

I paid $156 for a full set gel pedicure and for my husband pedicure and manicure. The girl that gave my husband the manicure was really fast she didn’t even clean them well even the clear pulishb came out the same day !! And my gel pedicure came out already they don’t do a good. It’s expensive for the job they do.

Simple child mani had to be redone 3 times for sloppy work. Pedi chipped off within one day (watered down/cheap product) and nails (gel) left with rough edges yet prices are high. Customer service was lacking. Nothing posted that tips are only in cash and then I was told how much I should leave as a tip which was WAY over what they were getting for shotty work.

Never coming here again. Used to come here all the time. But the one time I came with a friend all the staff were completely rude. All I asked was if I could sit near my friend well she was getting her nails done and the lady who was doing my nails stomped around and got pissed and started talking about me in their language. Hope they realize they just lost a customer who had been coming for awhile. For the service they provide it is way overpriced. Hope they also realize customers know when they are being talked about even though they can’t understand their language. Wish I could get my money back and then some from today! 😡

I’ve been going here for a few months now for my acrylics but today I decided to get them taken off because my real nail underneath was getting too long, and my acrylic was starting to come off. The woman started to take off my acrylic with another acrylic!! It hurt so bad and the woman seemed annoyed at me and laughed at me being in pain rather than trying to help me. She then let my nails soak in acetone for a bit because I was saying how I was in so much pain from her digging at my nail and destroying my nail bed, but when she took my hands out and filed the nail, she did a poor job and I had to finish the rest of it at home. And a few hours later I realized that my skin is chipped and flakey probably because I was soaked in the aceton for too long. I ignored the bad reviews for a long time but now I’m realizing all the bad reviews make sense.Save yourself the trouble and go to a less expensive, higher quality, friendly salon! This place is TERRIBLE.Also I’ve talked to my other friends and they’ve seen worse things happen in that place than I’ve seen. This place should be shut down.

Horrible people. the service the provided was terrible. my nails came off in a week and when i went back the nails lady got mad because they had to redo again. do not go here. the workers here are mean and they say mean stuff about everyone. the prices were wayy to high for the service they brought.

6/7/18 afternoon! friend gave me a gift card let me try this nail salon. Although I read so many bad reviews before I go, I still want to give a try ! Im in town for work. I stopped in for a pedi. I chose the luxury pedi for $45, plus cash tip. I failed to check my receipt. They charged me $61! I am on a flight home early in the a.m., so I cannot go to the shop to dispute. I will not go there again next time I am in town. Disappointed in getting taken.

Poor customer service. The person doing my nails got up and left Midway through, and was replaced with an older gentleman with poor polish application skills. When I asked him to please redo a nail, he told me my nail was too short and did not redo it. Will not be back.

The worst experience I have ever had anywhere! Went to treat myself for my 40th bdayI wanted something fun on my nails. But when I asked the woman to help me match the colors I was told no over and over again very rudely. I was told they dont have that color and when I asked if they had something similar she said I dont know you go look. I no help. It was to the point that customers were shaking their heads at her as well. It was not relaxing at all. She dug into me with her nails and had on a ripped up glove . She acted as though I was bothering her by paying her to do her job. It was my first and last time. I would never recommend this place

I had a half hour to wait for the Apple Store so stopped in for a Basic Pedicure. Everyone was nice until the woman couldnt convince me to have a specialty pedicure (double the price or more). Maybe I would have, but I was short on time. After I was firm, the woman ignored me and barely did anything except a polish change, then stood there for her tip. I killed time in my wallet and left her 15% at the front desk. I normally give more. I hate the salesmanship routine. It doesnt make them earn more money in the end if theyre rude.

I used to come here all the time. The girl at the front desk has a horrid attitude. The service they proved was wayyyyyyy over priced. They messed up my acrylics I called less then 2 days after I got them done had informed the girl at the front desk I would be in a few days later for them to fixed they told me they’d fix them over the phone I show up they tried to force me to pay for nail refill when the nails they did had started coming up.. she told me I could come in on any day to get them fixed aside from that night now they claim I have to pay for their mistake! Almost the entire staff is extremely rude! Unprofessional and are not gentle at all! They’ve officially lost a regular cUstomer! First time Ive ever not tipped a service provider and Im a hairdresser and work for tips so I know how it is. Had my hands on a dirty rag covered in other peoples finger nail clippings the whole service. The woman was rude but I was polite the entire service. She cut me over and over again. After she took my old acrylics off she just threw new tips on right after without filling or buffing my nails so I can see all the broken and shattered nails underneath the new ones. My friends service provider cut her acrylics down with actual scissors and not nail cutters. Horrible service overall. Will never be going back.

. Me and my husband just had a wonderful dinner and I figured while he hit Newbury comics Id get my eyebrows done.I should have read the reviews. I get taken to a room which having the privacy was nice. The table bed had disposable paper so I guess thats cool. She hung up my purse for me.But my eyebrows dont match! I asked for a softt arch and got an L and some fudged up C .. I had to tweeze when I got home. Was horrible.

I wish I could give negative stars! Ive never been treated so poorly at a nail salon! I went here out of desperation to get a manicure and have my dip nails taken off and I will never go back! I told the man there I had dip and wanted to get a manicure he literally laughed right in my face, made a joke with the other ladies and said he couldnt do it and I waited for another woman to help me. If youve ever had dip nails its a very similar process to gel just takes a few extra mins. He was so rude and Ive never been made feel that way. And Im the kind of person who tips 20% for basic service, never complains, or has special requests, so even posting here is a stretch for me. He could have just said he couldnt do it. It was so not worth it even in an emergency. Its too bad I work so close by and will NEVER EVER go back and will tell all my coworkers who go here to stop. Smh.

I got my eyebrows done and I liked the results and service.

Awful! Our gel painted nail peels within days. We paid so much for the gel polished because it should last couple weeks. Never again at signature nail and spa.

The worst nail experience of my life. They sat me down and put my hand in a dirty bowl of regular water no suds of any kind. Then they switched nail techs on me twice. I should mention that I saw on tech put her used tools in a bag and seal it then my tech got the same bag of tools opened it up and began the manicure. I asked for no polish, what I got was nothing other then a nail filing. There was no cuticle oil no suds. I was not offered a chance to even wash my hands. They released me with all sorts of crud in the corners of my nails and charged me $14 to file them. Unbelievably bad salon!

I never ever write reviews but this place is Absolutely AWFUL. Stay away. I could do a better job myself without spending the money and the staff was sooooo so rude on top of it. No massage, didnt do cuticles on either hands or feet, nail polish ALL over my skin, and the attitude telling me to hurry up on top of it blew my mind. Had 3 different people work on me and every single one of them rude, rushed and SO sloppy. The woman didnt even completely take off my color underneath before painting and shape was opposite of what I told her. If I could give them zero stars I would. Run for the hills away from this place.

The worst salon Ive ever been to. I got an acrylic gel set a week and a half ago. The guy I had refused to do the coffin shape that I wanted and I had to tell him three times to cut them shorter and narrower. One nail was completely crooked so I told him to do it again and he told me my knuckle was crooked and wouldnt do it until I was firm about wanting it redone. From then on he was super rough and rushing and I left with cuts around my fingers. Two of the nails have already fallen off but I dont even want to go back to get them redone. Also they overcharged.

It is one of the worst . I went there for a gel manicure and I knew what I wanted. However, a lady insisted me to go for French manicure (she was upselling) and did a horrible job. Though I always knew that French manicure I not for me ( wish I had gone with my gut feeling) . The moment I said I dont quite like it, she said she can talk to owner and change but I will have to pay. So basically, she was saying that I need to pay for two manicures . I knew the second one was going to be worse. She had been making faces and talking to her colleague in Chinese as I showed my dislike for what she sold me.Never going there again !

They were very over priced and/or made a mistake. They charged me $66 for a eyebrow wax and a gel manicure. When I questioned it, they said the wax was $12, so my manicure was over $50??? The customer service was awful. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

Looks like a child did my manicure. There was nail polish all over my fingers and she did not shape the nails well. She also missed half the nail when applying the nail polish. She did a rush job. Worst manicure Ive ever had.
