This is my favorite nail salon in the area. My acrylics are always done perfect and never break. My appointment always happens on time, the polish selection is huge, the pedicures take a long time and use scrub and hot stone included! Professional staff and every employee does a fantastic job. I look forward to my visits every few weeks!

This is by far my favorite set at my new favorite nail salon! Very friendly staff, clean, on time, professional, did exactly what I requested. I am so happy with my nails and will be a regular now. They did exactly what I wanted when showed the set I wanted ! Very nice and patient staff

The lady that did my nails, was in a rush didn’t take her time. My nails were all crooked. Nail polish all over my fingers. I gave her a design and she couldn’t do it so I gave her another one, and she was annoyed. I came here because I’ve heard SO MANY good reviews. But unfortunately I got the butt end of stick. I payed 68 dollars to have crooked nails. Never coming back here. Tammy is the best there so is her husband. Idk who that lady was... but she wasn’t good whatsoever.

I stopped in (from out of town) for a long overdue fill. I did make an appointment ahead of time but they were so busy I was seen about 25 mins after my apt time. However, despite that, I still give them 5 stars. They were all very nice and professional. Did a great job on my nails and also did a great job on the other patrons nails! I will definitely come back here when in the area.

I came in around 515 on a Thursday and the salon was quite busy. But it was just a 15 minute wait and I received my pedicure from Mia. She was very nice and did wonderful job. I would have liked a little longer of a foot massage, but I only got the classic pedicure, which still includes hot stones. I got a full set of acrylics with gels with Rose. There was a little glue left on my finger tips, nothing crazy. She did a great job, did beautiful designs, and did not make me feel rushed, even though my nails ran into after closing time. Given it is in Natick, I was a litter nervous about the bill 🤣. But they are more than reasonable. Classic pedi was 33, full set with gels and designs were $56. This is going to be my new salon. Very friendly and nice work. Also, if you pay in cash, you get 5% off. So I will do that next time

I had a fill today with Tammy. As always she did a fabulous job and also hand painted a beautiful design on my ring fingers. The staff is always warm, friendly and welcoming. Ive been going there for years and I would never go any place else. I highly recommend this place to anyone that enjoys having nice nails and getting them done in a relaxing and friendly place

I went here because it had good reviews and I really wanted a gel manicure with tips. I am really disappointed with the way my nails came out. I said I wanted square round, but then showed a photo of what I wanted. I guess the photo wasn’t “square round”. Either way, I feel as though they should have went off of the photo. Another technician fixed my nails, but the whole experience was unpleasant.My nails look okay now, but I do have sore and cut cuticles because she clipped too much. The manicure took over two and a half hours also. Really poor experience.

So I always do extra af nails for special occasions. I came in and showed one of the manicurists a pinterest picture. It was just for inspiration but she nailed it. I had gel nail extensions done and they were flawless. Then we did the gel color and the design and oh my god I have never received so many compliments. I got them done on the 13th and it’s now two weeks later and nothing has changed. They still look brand new. See you soon ladies! I’m obsessed with you and your unmatched talent.

I’ve been getting my lashes done here for way over a year! Tammy listens to exactly what I want & never fails to disappoint me. She is also one of the most patient and friendliest business owner I’ve come across. I developed an allergy to extensions and she went out of her way to find me a clinically proven hypoallergenic glue that works great for me. She’s also grown to be an amazing friend to me for the past year & a half i’ve been going. She truly loves & cares for her business. I’ve gotten my nails done with her a couple of times (since job doesn’t allow nails), but every-time she does not fail to disappoint ladies!! I got my nails done last week in marlboro & I came in Natick Nails so they could fix the mess marlboro had done on me. Love Love Love this Salon. Also, cleanliness, all their nail tools come straight from new bags, each & every one of them! Sometimes wait can be a little long but calling in ahead of time is the best thing to do! If it’s a long wait, it’s gotta be worth it!!🤍

My daughter and I have been using this Salon for a couple of years. We stuck with them during these most difficult times and booked two manicures every other week for months to support this business. This is despite the bad job that they did once in a while (e.g., they took off my daughters entire nail when removing acrylic nails one time and had us wait 1 hour for our scheduled appointment). Then this month I had to move our appointment three times due to various reasons (twice due to weather and one time due to travel plans). Each time I called a week or at least 4-5 days in advance to change my appointment. When I called to move our appointment this third time due to travel plans, they told me that they dont want my business anymore because I moved my appointment so many times. I would understand their position if I booked and never showed up. But I called each an every time a few days in advance giving them plenty of time to book other customers. So unfortunately, we are now bringing our business somewhere else. Thankfully there is no lack of nail salons in Natick. This is unprofessional and unacceptable in my opinion. I have never cancelled my appointments before (EVER) until it just happened to be 3 times this month. They demanded a $20 deposit to schedule another appointment for me. RIDICULOUS! I am upset that I am being treated this way after being a loyal customer for years. Just thought I would let people know about this unprofessional behavior. Circumstances change and I was being courteous to tell them in advance, while they are not willing to offer the same curtesy to me. Their loss at the end of the day! But very unpleasant feeling.

Went in for a much needed pedicure! I was desperate since i’ve been neglecting my feet during the quarantine. Everything was clean with separators between the chairs and everyone was friendly while appropriately distancing and wearing masks. Overall good experience! The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and did a wonderful job.

I will start off by saying the salon itself was very clean which is super important during this time. Ive gotten my nails done here twice already. The first time I got a dip manicure and the nail tech didnt touch my cuticles or prep y nails in any way and the dip started to come up a week later. I decided to go back because they have a punch card where when you get a certain amount of stamps, you get a free manicure. I got a gel manicure and the next day my nails began to turn brown. I expected more from the ratings but honestly feel ripped off.

Got my pedicure done today by Hanna and she did an awesome job. She was very attentive. Next time coming to her again.

Best place to get designs

I’ve been coming here for a while and love their services. But now I make an appointment but typically have to wait for 15-30min before I even get seated. Please don’t take appointments if you can’t keep them. Tell me to come back another time or take the appointment for later. I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.

Three person did my nails so it is not professional at all.The pedicure was great though.For my lashes it was quick but it was not lash by lash after 5 days i lost so much of them. I won’t go back for sure. And the price that i paid was not the one on their leaflet.

They clearly state WALK INS WELCOME yet every time I have come here they are “too busy” to take me.Today, my FOURTH time coming back here.... they were not busy at all, I would have been happy to sit down and wait. I arrived at 3:15 and they told me to come back around 5:30.... unfortunately this is the third time they turn away my business and they aren’t polite about it either.I unfortunately can’t make an appointment because I’m a server and the time I’m out of work varies plus I work 7 days a week so it’s just not possible for me to make an appointment. If you’re an appointment only salon don’t advertise that you take walk ins. I’ve never been able to get my nails done here as a walk in, they just don’t want my service. I’ve tried 4 times.... I’m disappointed and feel disrespected

So incredibly impressed with attention to detail paid to my nails while at this salon. The staff were very welcoming and the lady that did my pedi and gel mani took her time and genuinely cared about my happiness with her services. I would definitely travel the 45 minutes from Connecticut to come here again!

Tammy and her husband did an amazing job on my gel manicures and my cousins gel acrylics. They are so sweet and funny. Youll definetly be satisfied with your service no matter what. Prices are reasonable and services are wonderful. Im impressed.

This use to be my favorite place to get my nails done, everyone is really nice but I came in to get a regular pedicure and gel manicure and had three different people working on my nails? They say yes to everyone even if they don’t have time. Only some of them speak english which can be a problem sometimes. Ive made appointments and still have to wait about 20 minutes to be helped. Sometimes the sterilizing packets are still open like they were never used?

I go to polished nails all the time and the girls are always friendly and listen to my requests! Jenny is very nice, helpful and remembers my name which makes it feel like a more personal experience! My nails always come out great and they do an excellent job with my eyebrows! Overall, always a pleasant experience!

First time here. I was on crutches and the staff were all very helpful and did a great job! They do dip manicures which not everywhere does. I called ahead and waited less than 5 mins !

HORRRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I make an appointment EVERYTIME and still wait anywhere between 15-40 min.It;s always 2-3 different people working on my nails. Tammys husband makes the acrylic so thin, my nails literally break off by a week of having them done. Right now its been a little over 2.5 weeks and I am now missing 5 nails because they pop off without even touching them. Worst salon I have ever been to

I don’t know why there has not been any reviews in the last few months but this place has just gained a regular. Every-time I go I’m never disappointed all I have to do is bring a picture of the color or design I want and that’s it and my pedicures are amazing I just moved around here and I have been looking for a nail salon went to 6 different places before stumbling on this place now if I could just find a hair salon my life would be set.

I had been a customer of this salon for many years with the previous owner Jenny, and loved her work. I had been going to her even when she was an employee in the old house where they used to be located down the street. Jenny then purchased the business and opened up in its current location. She sold it a couple of years ago to Tammy and her partner. I had tried several of the employees, and finally made an appointment with Tracy, who was great. Then I saw Serena who was also great. Both of them have left the salon. There seems to be a large turnover of staff. Several times I made an appointment with Tammy, the owner, she only did a manicure on me once. She was also supposed to do my pedi, but pawned me off on someone else. The other times I was turned over to an older woman who has been there for quite a while. Her pedicures werent bad, but the manicure was terrible. After I got home I had to not only repolish my nails, but also had to reshape them. I think Tammy only likes to do the fancy acrylic nails with designs, etc. She is not interested in doing regular manicures, or pedicures. I happen to have beautiful natural long nails, that I only need a regular manicure, so she doesnt seem to be interested in that kind of work.I feel very bad that after all the years I have been going to this salon, I now had to find somewhere else to go.

First time I gave them a try they where good with my nails.. when I came back for my fill today had the worst experience ever took very long and did not leave my nails to the way I asked all different shapes and lengths. Worst place ever and changing prices to what it was before. Do not recommend their services!!Now have to go spend money else where to fix their horrible work

Ive been going here for years! Dont mind the other negative review, Denise doesnt work there any longer. Jenny, the owner, has been doing my nails for years now. I have to say, its the best manicure Ive ever had! My moms a hairdresser and Ive been fortunate enough to have my nails done by dozens of people, but Jennys is, hands down, the best! They also do a great pedicure! All OPI polish, along with some others. Great gel manis and fills, too!

Worst salon ever been going to this salon since June this year. Started off on a good start in till yesterday the owner decided she would accuse of me of wrong doing which is spoken defamation. The owner of natick nails and spa should be ashamed of her self falsely accused a paying customer over the phone not professional at all.

My experience was excellent. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly and did an excellent job.

I usually go to polish nails for my nail services, the employee Denise, who was doing my nails spent the whole time on phone. I was unable to communicate any of my preference to her. When I attempted to voice my preference she became very rude. In addition, she did a very bad job on my nails. I had to go to another salon to do it over. It was a very unpleasant experience and I would advise anyone not to go there. A manicure after a long day of work is meant to be a relaxing experience not a frustrating one and this is what I just experienced at Polished nail spa in natick.

Worst experience ever! I take my nails seriously! Got a pedicure, yet still had dead skin on the bottom of my feet smh! Was going to get a refill as well but I was so unhappy that after my finger nail polish was removed, I walked out smh! No apologies or any type of effort made to fix the situation, never going back here again.
