I have been going to Krystens Nails for I while now and Vinnie does my acrylics and nail art. I am very particular and meticulous about who does my nails. I have gone to many salons but Vinnie is the only one who has perfected the way that my nails look. I get compliments all the time and will never go back to another place. Finally made it back to my friend, Vinnie, for a full set of liquid gel nails for vacation. The artists at Krystens are ALL so talented! They also keep their stations clean, have precautions in place to keep everyone safe, and dont overbook the salon so youre always seen at the right time. They are professional, kind and priced extremely fair! Always look forward to my appointments - even though its a drive for me, its worth it every time!

The owner and all staff are extremely kind and take their work very seriously! I religiously go to vinny for my nail art and he never disappoints. The owner/manager is super professional and very talented at what they do. Best place to get nail art I’ve ever been to.

Was skeptical at first because it is not your typical boujee salon BUT the services they provide are unmatched. My acrylics have never looked so good, their nail art is 10/10. I use to have issues with nails breaking too easily but that has not been a problem due to the quality of their work.

Incredibly rude & unprofessional. Not clean AT ALL. Be aware of manager being overly sensitive, aggressive, defensive and emotional while screaming at customers over every single little thing. I witnessed it happening on numerous occasions while getting a manicure myself. So incredibly embarrassing! Not to mention I have been screamed at and talked to in a horribly disrespectful manner as well to the point where I left this place crying! Wow. It really astounds me that they continue to run their business with absolutely no care for customer service though I truly don’t think it will take much longer for them to get in trouble because what is happening there is absolutely despicable. Just scroll for a second and see how they reply to low reviews and I think that will exactly explain what I’m describing here…. 🙄😊 Stay away as far as you can. There are so many other places around that offer much more pleasant and cleaner service!

I never posted any reviews about nails salon or anything in Google but this is my first time ever.First,I love this place. My nails came out so nice. Second, Staffs are very friendly and very professional. The technician offered me very good price, he didn’t charge me for the nails fixed even though it wasn’t his fault. Before i came, my nails were lifted up from the conners because the other place didn’t fix that and came out horrible. Then my friends told me to come here, I finally found place where is relaxing and nice services. Thank you so so much, i will come back again soon.

Went here for a very overdue pedicure (truly my feet were a mess) at the last minute late in the day on a Saturday, and was astounded by the TLC of my technician, who was unrushed & very detail oriented -excellent foot massage, and absolutely perfect polish job. All staff were polite and friendly. Reasonable rates relative to area. Massage chairs are a little dated, but small matter compared to quality of service.

If you want the best Manicure/ Pedicure you’ve ever had, look no further. I’m not a spring chicken and now my way around a salon. I used to use Krysten’s under the old ownership and they did a great job but these new owners are absolutely over the top fantastic. I was shocked at to how meticulous my girl, Ni, was doing my pedicure!! I use Jony for my nails and designs, Vinny is fabulous too. I can’t say enough about this place. Check it out for yourself, you won’t be sorry, you’ll be amazed.

Pre-Covid, not only did one nail tech worked on my hands. - the owner also helped his co-worker and gave his expertise. My nails came out so pretty, it made my vacation to be honest. They really do care how your nails look. Thank you!

I get the powder dip. Looks great every time. The team is friendly and the atmosphere is always positive and fun. I cant say that about any other nail salon Ive been to!!

They were professional, friendly, and skilled. I got dip powder and they made sure I was good with the shape. My nails didn’t chip at all and I came back again with equally good results.

I came back here for a fill and design with a full set still on but wanted to change my nail shape. I figured the nail tech messed up on the shape because he made me get a full new set and charged me for a full set, after ripping my old set off and removing half of my nail bed on my pinkie due to not paying attention and going way too fast removing the acrylic nail. He didn’t realize and proceeded to rip the acrylic nail off with pliers when I was already bleeding from before. My most terrible experience getting my nails done. I will never be getting acrylics again. I wish I could upload a picture of my nail damage.

I got a dipped manicure which was fine until 3 days later 2 of the nails fell off. Weeks later I went to another salon and I couldn’t get one of my nails even painted because whatever they did made 1/2 my nail fall off. It hurts because they must have filed too much. I won’t be back!

Vinny is the best nail tech I’ve ever had!! He redid my horrible set from another nail salon in natick & only charged me for the design... I’ll never go to anyone else ever again!!!!

This is my favorite nail salon in the area! Very friendly and talented staff. I always show them a picture of the nail design I want, and they are able to copy it exactly. I love how creative the nail techs here are, and I havent been to another nail salon since coming here! I definitely recommend making an appointment beforehand, though, because they do get really busy!

First time going here and it was amazing! my pedicure was so relaxing and came out so nice. the staff is really nice and they do a great job. Krysten did my gel manicure and it was perfect :) prices are reasonable, they do an amazing job. i highly recommend and cant wait to go back!

A disappointing experience, especially since the reviews were so positive. The people were nice but the place did not give me the feeling of being clean. The pumice they used, looked like it had been around the block a few times. Things were old and used looking in most places. I might have gotten past that but other than the gel manicure itself, everything else was less than good. The prep for the pedicure was sloppy and they barely scrub your feet and the lotion massage lasted all of 10 seconds. For my hands, I got a small spot of lotion on one that got rubbed in and they put nothing on the second one. I was pleased with the number of coats they did for the gels and they seem well done, time will tell. Im new to the area and was hoping to love this salon since its so close by, but looks like Ill have to keep searching. For those who want to know, gel Mani was 28 and pedi was 25.

I have been a very satisfied customer since my girls were in middle school. They are now in their 20s. I always scheduled my pedicures with Krysten who was excellent! I called recently and was advised Krysten no longer works here. Then I was told that as of April the business had been sold. I am looking for another nail salon for future pedicures. Wishing Krysten and Angie best in their future endeavors.
