Is always a good experience come to the Santtee, although I always get my nails done, pedi and mani, this time I wanted to try the fiber glass nail extension, I loved. They also speak Portuguese, great service. Paty does a GREAT job!

Absolutely love and highly recommend Santtee Salon. The entire salon looks amazing. The staff is so polite and punctual which is always a plus. Its a huge space and they have plenty of parking space. You can schedule online and they cover all areas of beauty from hair cut,hair treatments, makeup, skin care, nails and eyelashes.

I had an appointment few weeks ago with a Thaina to have my nails done, she and all the staff was wonderful with an stellar costumer service. My toes are very tricky to get done due to the shape of my nails, but Thaina did a wonderful job and Im definitely coming back all they way from New Hampshire to get them done soon. Very very unprofessional people, it is clear how theyre running the business, no regard to customers.Found this place while searching internet for nearby massage salons, made appointment online for 1 hr massage, showed up on time was greeted nicely at the desk and they asked to wait someone should be coming shortly.They did, in a couple on minutes. Sorry sir there has been a mistake massage service to male clients is not available. WTH??? u asked me my gender when you took appointment details, everything was done a week in advance. No apologies whatsoever, got attitude instead, and useless suggestion of why dont you visit xyz salon in natick, as if theyre waiting for me last minute.When someone does not show for appointments, these places want to charge them in full, what is their policy if theyre not providing the service that was reserved.
