Way Overpriced. $64 for Pamper Me Silly. No special aromatherapy, no special massage, essentially just a mud mask on my legs. Since 2019 no longer a relaxing spa atmosphere since they share the space with Dellaria Salon. Loud music, loud hair dryers blasting. The massage chair is comfortable, but just vibrates. Better off with a quality well priced service at Creative Nails. Wont be back. It was my favorite place for 7 years. No longer.

My first time at Nails & Co. Spa in Natick was outstanding. I had never had a manicure before my appointment today and Emma made the whole experience wonderful. Her insights were invaluable and her high attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I would recommend her to everyone. I will certainly be returning!

I had the best pedicure here! It was so relaxing and professionally done. The person caring for me really took their time and paid attention to detail. I will definitely come back.There were so many COVID safety measures in place I felt safe. Temp taken at checkin, few guests, tons of plastic dividers and protectors around the stations.

They stick you in a small mini cubical with a chair that looks like its going to be comfortable then boom its a rock. They dont soak or make you wash your hands which freaked me out your hands just feel dirty at that point. Heres the kicker think of being in an arm chair and only getting to use one arm... So you are only using the right arm rest for your nails to get done... How do they do your left hand you ask......you move your left hand over to the right arm chair.. Yes like a pretzel...its located in a hair salon so all you hear are blow dryers and people trying to have conversation over then which is weird but fine. The nail tech was great it took what seemed like triple the time probably based on the uncomfortably of everything and maybe it just took long because it did. Then they charge 10$ over what a regular gel manicure costs which ehhh not worth it.. All in all i wouldnt go back. The star was for my great nail tech.

Ive been coming here for several years and I love the service and the staff. Emma does a great job every time, from my gel to now acrylics. Shes very helpful when Im undecided on a new color. My nails are always beautiful. Love this place, love the nice spa atmosphere. Great experience every time, highly recommended.

I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience here! I called last minute looking for a gel manicure & lash extensions, originally they were booked but fortunately for me they got a cancellation and their super friendly receptionist called me back right away! I was very pleased to have Emily work on both my nails & lashes, she did EXACTLY what I wanted and I felt SO relaxed!

Had a great experience at Nails & Co. Spa. Nice high end establishment and Staff is friendly. Sarah at front desk was sweet and informative. I had appointment with Alexis. She has great energy and is warm and friendly and conversational. She did a great job with my manicure.I also booked a couple more appointments for other services. Thank you for a great experience as I travel through Natick.

Since the renovation this nail salon/spa has gone downhill. It’s noisy and the most uncomfortable pedi chairs I’ve ever encountered. My legs must be kept at a 90 degree angle with the backs of my calves up against the chair because the chair doesn’t slide back. And my toes are scrunched up against the front of the basin because it’s too small. They don’t recline either. AND there’s no dedicated spot to dry afterward. They have you sit on an uncomfortable bench/seat in the loud hair salon space. It’s no longer a relaxing quiet and restful experience. So disappointing because it was my favorite place due to the quiet, private pedi setting before. I think Dellaria just wanted the location/space and had to keep the nail part as part of some deal but made it an afterthought in the design.

It’s a beautiful place to have a salon! My regular manicure stayed on for like 4 weeks and my pedicure stayed in for 2 months! The staff are lovely and they have it all

My girlfriend took me here for my first time after coming here as a patron for over 3 years. I was pretty nervous at first as I never had a pedicure/manicure before, but the staff was very accommodating and the manager, Anthony answered all of my concerns.I ended up feeling very comfortable letting someone touch my feet, and felt amazing (like my feet were on pillows) after the procedure. Thanks Nail & Co, looks like well be making future dates here instead of just dropping my gf off here while I go to the mall.

Fabulouse place! Lovely, calm atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and I love my pedicure. Could not have asked for anything more.

This is 1 of the only 2 places I get my nails done around here. Normally they do an excellent job. The massage is longer than most places (huge bonus for me) and the nails last awhile! Unfortunately one time I had a woman doing a pedicure who was very rough when she was removing my cuticles. I had three toes that were bleeding. She didnt ask if I was ok, didnt offer a band aid. I didnt really appreciate that, but out of the dozens of times that I have come, this has only happened once. Also - they tend to be a little more on the pricey side.

This nail salon is really nice. the ladies are very polite. Very relaxing setting . My only complaint is after paying 90 for a gel Mani and pedicure the polish is already chipping ..

Ive been going to this Nails & Co location for years after finding out it is closer to me than their other branches. I find the service from Anthony & Chad here to be amazing!I usually take my girlfriend here once a month and we both enjoy a few hours of relaxation. She always gets the gel mani/pedi and I opt for the same, with just a buff instead of gel.I have also tried their hydrafacial as well, and have to say the results have been great. The technicians are very professional, and the front desk is not pushy at all when I ask about the other services they offer.This Natick location is great, who doesnt want to spend some time here after some shopping across the street?Do yourself a favor and check out Nails & Co. Ask for Anthony and you wont be let down.

I will never step in this place again after the most embarrassing experience ever! Isabelle was very rude. I wasnt treated as a client. To expensive and i got a coupon by email the day after i paid full price for a facial and they dont want to tell you but if you try to get the discount they will tell you they booked for the day. I wont recommend this place, trust me there are so many places that they do the same kind of job for less money and more friendly front desk. The only nice person is Lucy.

I never write reviews but in reading some of the not so favorable, I cant help but do so...Nails & Co is a most lovely spa in which the quality of services, staff and attention to detail far surpass the upper echelon day spas in Wellesley, Weston and all of Boston! The atmosphere is very comfortable, chic and trendy!The staff is a wonderful combination of professionalism, competence and friendliness!Pedicures are done in private alcoves in over-sized massaging spa chairs! The clinically trained, knowledgable and qualified estheticians take great care in analyzing clients skin to tackle everything from adult acne to aging skin. Im hooked on the hydro-facials! These gals have literally transformed my mid 50s skin and have it looking soft, supple, bright and youthful!!! If youre all about lashes like me, no one from LA to NYC can compare to the lashes Jen does! Theyre 2nd to none!For treatments you find at the best 5 star spas, this place far exceeds at a fraction of the price! Sooooo happy to be a client there! :-)
