Ive been going to this salon for two years now. Nam is the best nail tech Ive had since moving to FL three years ago. Hes so nice, respectful, professional and pays great attention to his work. My nails always look so nice and you can tell he really enjoys his craft and has mastery over it. The owner is a sweetheart too. They make you feel like family at Noire Nail Bar, and for that Ill always be a loyal customer.

Great atmosphere, I watched and talked to my sisters while they got their nails done and the workers were absolutely amazing! Great work and efficient too :)

The gentleman that did my nails was very nice and did a good job. Sadly the gel polish that was suggested to me by the manager on duty started to peel off not even a week later. The manager that I spoke to tried to blame my nails and tell me they dont give full refund and all around tried to by pass the fact I spent more money and still got a bad experience Ive have a few bad experiences here and will not return. The guy who did my nails felt bad and gave me the refund the manager wouldnt.its very sad because they are so close to my house.

Never will i ever go there again, i got a full set and they didnt even last a week. plus Nam was working with me cut me a lot!!!

Nam Nguyen is the best nail tech ever! I have followed him from two salons in the last five years. He is extremely patient, competent and through. Always does a fabulous job and I get tons of compliments on my nails! Highly recommend him and other salon staff

Nam did an excellent job on my nails! He took his time perfecting each nail with care. Coffin nails with pink and whites turned out beautifully! Would recommend Nam to all of my friends! The owner is kind and professional as well as the rest of the staff such as Ai!

Kim did a wonderful job. She made sure I was okay with each step and it was what I wanted. She took her time and was very precise with every nail. Definitely going back and I made her my nail person. Beautiful atmosphere and great energy from all staff.

Was happy to get in as walk in appointment but the worst manicure and pedicure I and my mom have ever paid for. Both of us had a toe that was bleeding, the nails are all uneven and the full nail isn’t painted / some of paint on the skin / nail bed. On top of this our feet don’t even feel like we had a pedicure. Neither of us would recommend this nail salon.

DO NOT waste your time or money! Worst mani I have ever had. I still had polish from previous manicure. The nail tech was rough and rushing. My finger is still sore 3 days later. I was so frustrated by the time I left I didn’t ask them to repaint my nails. I ended up taking the polish off the next day because it looked terrible. It was a waste of $22!

Jealousy is the most sincerest form of flattery!!! The negatives comments about Nam and the salon are FAKE. Let me be the first to say I’m SUPER picky when it comes to my nails! I’m a hair dresser so I HATE if my nails start lift. Nam gets me RIGHT EVERY TIME!! No lifting & my shape is ALWAYS on point! He’s super thorough and makes sure you’re getting exactly what you want! 🙌 As someone in the beauty industry I highly highly recommend him! Book with him and find out for yourself! Sweetest and best nail tech around I swear!

Nam is Awesome! I have very challenging nails (break easily) and I am rough of them (computer work plus martial arts). He found a way to keep them looking amazing!

I went there to get a gel manicure and Nam did not get at all what I asked for. After consoling with the manicurist, he told me that his way looked better anyways. After only 3 days, my nails were already chipping. Also, I got an infection on my toes right after. Would not go again and was very over priced

I’ve been going here for probably about a little over 2 years and I couldn’t be happier. Nam is amazing, I ask for him everytime and he never disappoints. He takes his time with every nail and makes sure i’m happy with the final product. I would definitely recommend going here!

Nam did my friends nails. Her nails looks like my teen sister did them, the polished is lumpy and uneven. Im guessing he was in a rush or something. She will never again to many mistakes for them not to be corrected.

It was terrible the worst salon experience in my life. I got a acrylic nail refill. The lady twice in two different fingers made me bleed. I repeated said ouch multiple times. She never said sorry or stopped. She also lost control of her nail drill and it hurt my finger. I was in pain and she was the first one to look annoyed. My sister got a pedicure and it was terrible like it did not include the usual other salons offer. Me and my sister clearly felt like we were an inconvenience and they were rude and talking rude things about us. Never will go their again.

NAM Rudest experience I ever had. I was a first time customer just moved to the area and brought my mom with. Within 2 days one nail broke and 2 days later 2 more broke. All broke during normal activity pulling my pants up, entering garage code and itching my ear. The male tech NAM argued that I did something then proceeded to be rough and abrupt while fixing. I have had nails for 5 years and never have lost 3 nails let alone this fast. my mom and I are a package deal we go together every two weeks both of us will not return. I was willing to try again after broken nails but not after the rude service I experienced trying to get my nails fixed. I didn’t want to come back twice within a few days of each other either let alone be treated horribly when I do.

Oh man Nam is the greatest!!! He is really friendly, and nice and does great work! I highly recommend!

Went to this place once and will never go back. Nam is unfriendly. Don’t say hi when you walk in. Don’t talk to you during your service. Don’t thank you. 2 days after my gel fill my nails were chipped and the polish was peeling. I walked in to get it fixed and they told me “we don’t have time you’ll have to wait an hour” I walked out and got it fixed elsewhere.

Didnt like my mani at all. Top coat wasnt evenly painted by Nam . Pretty expensive. Would have done a better job of I did it myself.

I went here and asked them to do one of their designs of their display. Nam doing my nails told me that he wont do it because its ugly. Then a women comes up and says that it is ugly also and told me to let him do his own design on my nails. I said no but they kept insisting and telling me. I felt so disrespected. Never going there again.

Nam did my nails . I am not one to make a bad review but I took my daughter, mother and mother in law and myself to get our nails done. My mother in laws accent nails peeled off after 2 hours of getting our nails done all she did was wash a couple of dishes. My mother had a no chip nail polished that was uneven and smeared on certain nails and for myself I had a dip nail polish and the top layer started coming off 4 days later. I understand if this was a one time problem but we all were dissapointed of how our nails turned out.

First time going for a fullset acrylic. Great person great job second time going i got someone different and yeah i dont think ill go back. Left with my cuticle bleeding so that was kinda sad. Design wasnt that good.

I went to noire nail bar today and had my nails done by Nam . He did an absolutely amazing and beautiful job . He was extremely patient with all my request I had and did my nails exactly how I wanted them without making me feel like I was asking too much . Nam is so nice and extremely professional !!!! As a licensed nail technician & Esthetician I’m very big on not only cleanliness but the whole process in which my nails are done and I was extremely happy with everything that was done . I wish I could rate this place more then five stars ⭐️ .... I highly recommend noire nail bar, and I highly recommend Nam . I definitely will be back .

I am so picky with shape and color and I always have something to complain about at other places. Kim did my nails and I was so nervous because I have never been but OMG she is AMAZING!!! I was more then satisfied, she made sure all my nails were even they were all beautifully shaped the color was light and she made sure to go back and make sure it was covered. I am 10000% going back to Kim she knows what she is doing and she is the sweetest!!

Nam did my acrylics didnt listen to a thing I said he violent understand English well I had to call another girl over,and he still didnt do what I asked for Im very dissapointed

Hannah is my nail tech. She always strives to give me excellent service. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly. I’ve been going here since last fall and I’m going to keep going back. My nails are beautifully done with art work too! Also, I simply text her to schedule my appointments. How easy is that?!

Vicki did an excellent job today n my nails. I wanted to have my own nails done with tips on three of my nails. She was very accommodating and professional!

Walking in here was nice because everyone was nice and personable. The tech was new so I wouldn’t say I loved my manicure because it was a bit bumping and air bubbles but my experience was pleasant. I would come here again.

Love it! Treat yourself!A much needed pedicure after way too many months...my technician TU was amazing!They have a wonderful menu (with the WiFi password too) of all their services. The menu has prices, descriptions and pictures, you know exactly what you are getting!She took her time on my pedicure, it was so wonderful.I had to wear a mask, she was wearing a mask, but I was still able to sip my coffee and relax!The shop is super clean and friendly. Sooooo many colors to pick from :)This was my first visit, but I will be back!!!

I have followed Naam to this shop, he has been my manicurist for over 3 years and he is always respectful of the surgery I have had on my ankle and foot, therefore he is very gentle. I love Becky and Ai. Never have I had so many people be so sweet and professional. I love Naam. Very clean environment. The best in Tampa.

This salon is dirty. Nam did my nails but he used the same towel on me as the girl before me. Nam was unfriendly and their prices do not match what is stated in their pricing/services brochure.

I had a pedicure done that by Nam. But Nam was horrible. I had the no chip polish put on now my nails look like big globs on them. Also my nails are cut right they are uneven.

In these times of social distancing Noire Nail Bar has the design to accommodate distancing and comfortably. I highly recommend this location as the customer service I received was exceeded my expectations.

I went to have my nail dones first I didn’t like them but I went back and they fixed them and I got them really beautiful I would recommend this a 100%

Went once and my nail color (gel) peeled off very quickly. Maybe a week and a half after getting them done.Went again today to give them a second chance. This time getting a full set. Two of them were not even straight and the rest looked like bulky square boxes and fat (clearly way too much product) on my finger.Never once have I had this happen anywhere. They did fixed the two nails which were not straight, but I still hate the set due to the bulkiness. Currently soaking them off, wasted money.I did gave them three stars for how clean the place was, the staff was nice, but I was pretty unhappy with what I paid for.

I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had here with Kevin. I hesitate to share his name so I don’t have to fight to get in with him, but seriously AMAZING and relaxing. My toes and feet looked great when he was completed. He took his time and gave the BEST massage. I will be back, soon. Thanks, Kevin!

Had a great experience with Amy. She was amazing. Went above my expectations. I have only gotten fake nails once before and was hesitant but she made me feel very comfortable and did and amazing job with a ombré tapered shape full yet. Definitely going back and only seeing Amy!

After months of not going to the nail salon I decided to get a mani-pediThe nail lady was very friendly and the salon is very elegant and clean but my problem is and was with quality. I don’t mind paying for good quality.The dip for my hands cracked the next day and was too thick. My feet didn’t feel like I’ve had a pedicure. ( I do a better job at home) I spent $150 with tip and it wasn’t worth it.

After looking for a long, long time, for a place that I was happy with, finally Noire Nail Bar came to my vecinity. What a Nice, fancy looking and clean place this is! Always very pleased with how they do my nails, I dont have a specific nail tech, to me all do a wonderful job, are very pleasant to talk to. And for that reason I will definitely recommend you to come here and try it, you wont be disappointed! 👍

Nam use poor quality gel, it never cured. My thumb nails peeled, even after going in to have it fixed. I will never go there againif you go, stay away from him

Overpriced and rude. My pedicure took all of 5 min! Had to ask the lady to file all of my toes as she only did the big one. Was not asked if we wanted a beverage while others all around us had them. Felt rushed and like my presence was an inconvenience. Had an appointment too! Nail polish is already chipping off and its only been 2 days. Very disappointing and will definitely NOT go back.

Found my new piece of heaven. Noire Nail Bar is a beautiful nail salon thankfully located so close and convenient to my new home. Becky Vo, the owner is also a member and neighbor in the community. This is my third visit here and my second with Kevin, who is a wonderful massage/pedicure. He’s super quiet, but that’s perfect for a relaxing Mani and Pedi experience. His manicure is one of the best I’ve had in a while. I really love this place. I feel all other nail bars in the area are subpar. Its so nice inside, all the employees are polite, and knowledgeable. The last pedicure I got here was the best Ive had in the last few years. They always do a really good job waxing my eyebrows too. I just wish they werent so pushy with what type of pedicure you choose, they love to try to upgrade you.

So the first time I made an appointment online I put the correct information for me to get eyelashes done and when I showed up they said that they thought it was a full set for nails even though I showed them it said full set of eyelashes and I had to sit in a chair for an hour and a half to wait just to get them done and I know it is usual to have irritation after but this lasted for over a week and I had a big red spot on my eye. Plus some lashes weren’t straight and they hurt anytime they’d be touched. When I went to schedule a refill the same thing happened. I showed up after calling ahead this time too and making an online appointment and they said they thought the refill was for nails, then I showed them how it said eyelash refill and they told me to call ahead and try again tomorrow after I had called ahead the previous day so this wouldn’t happen again. I would not recommend anyone to go here ever for eyelash extensions.

I had a full set of acrylics with gel done by Amanda. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails to look and she replicated the picture exactly. She was super nice, very neat and precise. It was my first visit but I am definitely going back.

Everyone here is still amazing. This is now my go-to place since the night they opened (I went by lucky chance to see if they were open yet and they were!) and definitely worth the drive even if I moved again. I love it here so much that I can even just say what kind of style I like and get good recommendations and trust they pick out colors I like without even having to describe too much. Lately I’ve been getting metallic accent nails here too and the fresh flower with warm lotion and aloe arm rubs along with the flower infused cuticle oil just makes me feel so pampered and happy each time that makes me so happy love it every time :}.

Great job on my nails. The technician was not friendly. Did the job quickly and walked away. The place is clean. Was not offered a drink. Felt rushed and lack of special attention.
