This Jiffy Lube location has stellar customer service, reasonable prices and great efficiency. I was most impressed by their pandemic accommodations. Need an oil change? No need to wait in the lobby. Remain in the comfort of your car. During my most recent visit I did do a tire rotation, and in that instance you will need to wait in the lobby. I went during the early morning and had absolutely no wait. Will definitely choose this location for future car service needs.

They left a plastic bottle when I change the oil.If I dont hear the noise coming from the outside, I never noticed this for a long time.. causes trouble. I was lucky that I found out 30mins later. So I took them off from the car. I wish I could get refund. This was unacceptable for what I pay for service.

Nobody answers the phone and have called several times during business hours. Checked for correct phone number and also see no online reservation capability. Very difficult to try make an appointment, especially when you show up in person and they tell you that you must have an appointment!!!!

WOW..... I have been using Jiffy Lube for more than 15 years in DC/MD/VA/GA/FL area and never experienced this level of service: friendly, personal, professional, at tentative, and excellent works. The staffs here work like a sports team, jumping to help each other to complete the job. They take times to recommend and explain what I need and dont need, and show me the evident to support their recommendation (few pictures), all with such a great attitude. In addition, it only take about 15 minutes to get the order delivered on something they dont have in stock. What an efficiency operation!!I myself is a business owner and really admire how this unit run and wish I have the similar managers/employees. I hope/wish I can experience the same level of service in the mainland US when I go back, but for now, Ill highly recommend this particular location in Honolulu at 2550 S Beretania St. Thanks guys! Jiffy Lube guys are professionals, quick,and mostly their job done with no complaint. Two guys working on my car also founded that a rat visiting my vehicle. They founded pieces of bread. Make sure you come down to jiffy Lube in University Ave.

Jiffy Lube University makes preventive maintenance fast & easy. Very fast and professional. The prices were average to lube the differential and transmission, flushed the coolant. The work was done quick. There is a restroom on site. The environment was safe and pleasant. Highly recommend this business to get your lube on

Good service. Walk ins only. Cant make an appointment. It was a little busy when we went. Drive way was a little small and narrow. Good customer service. The tech let me know that my air filter was overdue for changing and changed it for a fee. We were able to stay in the car while we got our oil changed. When we got our receipt it said we declined a cleaning of our window. Which we were not offered. Not a big deal, but if it was offered I wouldve got it.

In and out within 20 minutes. Safety check and oil change. Awesome

Quick and friendly service. Good customer service and fair discounts. The only downfall was that I tried calling the number listed on Google prior to taking my car in to check how busy they were, but no one answered. I tried calling several times for a total of about 30 to 40 minutes, but no one answered. I had this same problem when I was serviced at the Kaneohe location. It might be a company issue with their phone?

Super quick and easy, you don’t even have to get out of your car. Everyone is super nice and they don’t try to squeeze every penny they can out of you like some garages.

They didnt tighten oil plug enough. Expensive oil leaked all over my garage. Great job, not.

We went for an oil change last Sunday and on Thursday night all of the oil leaked out of the car during a short drive in our neighborhood. To their credit, when we called the next morning to notify them, they sent a technician to our home within an hour to diagnose and rectify the situation. However, the mess that was left behind on our carport floor was not addressed. Our landlady is quite upset with us and is demanding that Jiffy Lube cover the costs of any cleanup / damages.UPDATE: Jiffy Lube sent a tech out within a week to pressure was and clean the carport. Happy landlady = Happy life. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

I had to edit this review since I left it while getting a synthetic oil change and didnt have time to input comments. It was that quick!! These guys were working hard and efficiently in the 91 deg. heat, checking my fluids & filters and I was in and out in no time!! I went from Kakaako to the Waikiki P.O. to the S. Beretania Jiffy Lube and back to Kakaako in less than an hour. AND got a discount using a coupon!

Came here in the morning, no wait! Was in and out in half an hour for a quality oil change. It’s the normal car shop type of sales on things they’ll check up on and suggest you change. Glenn helped me out and was super nice.

Quick, friendly and professional. They gave recommendations but were not pushy with the upsell at all costs approach. Was even treated to a “concert” as techs started singing.

They broke my a/ c while they changed filter. I complained they said it is a coincidence poor service do not recommend .

It was my first time having car issues and its such a stressful situation while youre on the road. I was so hesitant going to unfamiliar places due to this pandemic and I have a high risk family member at home. I only knew this place when my better half took me here over two years ago so I decided to take the chance and obviously no choice my car engine sounded like it was on the verge of conking out.Anyway when I got there at 7am everyone was wearing masks and not too busy at the time. I waited in the car about 2-5 minutes. They were welcoming and came over to ask what happened. Pretty much it was everything. My 2012 Nissan hasnt been serviced in over a year. My concern is having a functional and reliable work. I was thinking with all the problems it might not get fixed for a few days. They told me about 4 hours. I went to work and came back during lunch and it was done. Pricing was reasonable and fast service. I drove it around and its working just fine. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Jiffy Lube!

Sherran was excellent. She proved step by step directions with their new drive up service. All employees wore masks correctly. They were very efficient. 30 min for an oil change.

The oil change was quick, but pricey. And the machine that prints the reminder tags is ALWAYS broken. Its been broken the last THREE oil changes there, and I started taking my cars to another business because of that.This time, I was so excited that the line was short that I took my chances and lost. Having to use masking tape as a reminder is lame.

The people here are super friendly, but they installed a new filter (which was way over priced i might add) and it now hums everytime the airconditioning is on.

So I got my oil changed they never gave me a sticker that was fine but the fact that they enter the wrong mileage and couldnt corrected it. Felt more like they were scamming me. So Im never coming back here...

We were 12 months and 500 miles behind schedule for our oil change, but no one made a big deal or made us feel irresponsible. All employees greeted us with sincere and genuine aloha, were knowledgeable about their products, processes and services, conducted themselves professionally throughout.

Paid for a synthetic oil change, waited about an hour for them to complete it, when I got home I checked the oil level, it was missing about a quart of oil. Now I have to go back to have it completed.
