Went in as a walk in, got helped right away for a pedicure. Everyone was nice and professional, the lady who done my pedicure was so nice and friendly, she took her time, she wasnt Ina. Rush to get rid of me. I will be going back soon because they were the best place Ive been too for me.

I went to this nail salon for the first time yesterday morning. Firstly, when I asked my nail tech about ways to grow my natural nails, she kept saying “it’s up to you”. Secondly, when it was taking me a while to make a choice regarding my manicure because I was provided no assistance, she told me I needed to “hurry up because she had more customers”—mind you I was still getting my pedicure and the salon was virtually empty. Additionally I had to get my previous full set soaked off and she offered NO HELP. She practically forced me to soak and rip the acrylic from my nail bed myself, then had the audacity to say “that must have been a lot of work”. Lastly, I asked what price I would be paying for my mani and pedi and originally she told me $50 for each. However when I checked out my total was $120.Overall, I would not recommend this salon for new clients. It seems like they have their “loyal clients” and are uninterested in helping newcomers or walk-ins.

I’ve gotten my nails done a couple times by different workers here. They don’t properly take gel off which caused 4/10 nails breaking within a week and long term damage to my nails. I’ve also left with scrapes on my feet from a pedicure being done poorly.Their prices are cheap but so is the quality.

My Husband and I just got the Green Tea Pedicure. It was well worth every penny of that $60! Lasted about 40 minutes hot rocks and hot wax enough said! Go get you one!!

Would not recommend ): Super disappointed with my experience at Magic Nails. I went in for a pedicure. I could tell the nail tech was irritated that I chose the cheapest pedicure on the list, and was irritated when I wanted regular polish instead of gel. (It seemed like she thought I was a cheap customer?) Anyway, she completely rushed through my pedicure. She did not clean around or under my nails at all. She asked if I wanted a cut down, I said no, just filed square. She swiped each nail ONCE with the file. 😂 She basically smeared cotton across my foot to remove my previous color, but she didnt remove all the old polish, and then painted the new polish right over it. I was so shocked, I was literally speechless.There was a group of women sitting across from me who were already complaining about their pedicures, so I did not want to be another Karen in the nail salon making a scene.I just sat there and let her finish. I decided to tip her $10 on the $25 service, because I already felt like she was judging me for getting a basic pedicure. She was SHOCKED to get the 10, because Im sure she knew she did a careless job. The only good thing I can say is that I like the color I chose.Needless to say, I went home and finished cleaning my own nails. I wont be going back.

I went here to get my acrylic fill in. Cecelia cut me with the drill twice and did a terrible job shaping my nails . Two weeks later one of my nails popped off and I have a green fungus on my nail. I immediately removed the rest of my nails and 4 of my fingernails have a fungus. When I went back the next day to show my nails and to see how they could explain and rectify the issue, they were all rude and didnt care about the severity of me being infected with nail fungus. I cannot get my nails done for 6 months because of Cecelias improper, negligent acrylic application. I also requested for her real name because the licenses on the wall didnt say Cecelia and she refused to provide her licenses number. I went back two days later like they told me to so that I could speak with a manager. There was STILL not a manager there. Cecilia STILL refused to give me her real name or license number. They completely ignored me and refused to acknowledge my concerns.They are BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL and UNSANITARY. Dont go here!...unless you want a FUNGUS.

Stopped in here for a pedicure before vacation. One of the few around that offered a walk in on a Sunday afternoon. My nail tech did a very nice job! I will definitely be in again! I have been to Athenian across the street and this nail salon is so much better!! And better prices!

UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPROFESSIONALI got pedicure and Gel nails done here the time I was getting my pedicure the owner and the employee was arguing, or sounded like their arguing ( speaking their language) and she was so rough with cleaning my feet,, They did not cared about customer trying to get relaxed, they just care about the “numbers “trying to rush u outI felt overwhelmed and stressed, I ended up leaving there with a massive headache !!! I will not go back

If I could give it a lower score, I would without thought. The place needs a deep cleaning. The ceiling fans were disgusting. The chair spit water out first onto my clothing, then the lady wasnt paying attention and it overflowed. For some reason I decided to stay. After waiting over 45 minutes, I look around to find 2 ladies who came in after me were already getting a pedicure. I got my shoes and left, while the lady kept saying that she couldnt understand why I wanted to leave. Dont waste your time here. I always go to Venetian and decided to try a place closer to my house. Absolute waste of time. Wouldnt hurt for the entire place to get a good scrub down.

Prior to today Ive had good experiences here but today the nail tech filed two of my nails after she applied the gel polish and left the edges ragged. Two of my other nails were still slanted so I had to clip them myself with clippers when I got home. Also, I can see brush strokes on my thumb nails.

I LOVED this place! Sisi and Cathy helped my friend and I and they where incredible! We live an hour a way but will definitely be going back. The environment was fun but relaxing and they did an amazing job with my Mani/Pedi.

Im only giving it a 3 star rate because there were two very nice ladies that did take care of me. BUT the nail tech that did my nails was very rude and such in a rush. She MESSED my nails up and would laugh every time I pointed something out. It got to the point where she was fed up and asked someone else to do my nails and she went home. I was as nice as I can be but she crossed the line when she started to laugh. You pay for what you ask for right?? So I complained to the manager and she was so apologetic about it and was so happy to take of me with no doubt and keep in mind its 15 minutes past closing time.

I had a good basic mani pedi there. Kim Nguyen is good and diligently did my nails.

The girl working on me was nice enough and did an awesome job on the massage part and took her time, which I appreciated. I gave them a 3 because the surrounding employees looked upset/pissed off for having to work there. Also, my friend (who received a mani) and myself (pedi only) both had crappy quality on the nail colors they have there.We both got different colors, brands, and even had them on different extremities! Neither hers nor mine lasted longer than a couple days/week.

I like the people here, theyre honest and do a great job. Not pushy like other places. I see the gentleman here Lu or Vu (not sure) he remembered me from monthsss ago and made sure I got the full value of my gift card from what I was asking to have done. Im very happy with his work. Also theyre accommodating to children which is sweet.

The best i have found in the nippers area. Friendly, clean, great location and easy to get to. Oh, great manis and pedis. Lots of selections for regular, gel or dip. Get the frequent visitor card for pedis.

First off I came in to the nail salon and asked for a mani/pedi and was told to sit in the pedi chair immediately, however I wasn’t serviced until an hour later, no water or anything, the place was honestly not that busy. Secondly the nail tech I had kept making these random side bar sarcastic comments. I brushed them off and just continued with the service. I like to get French with a design on my toes. I told her to freestyle the design because that’s what nail techs do. And she said pick out the colors and so I picked out the colors, and she “ oh that’s too many!!” and laughed. First off my nail tech back at home does a lot of colors and it comes out perfect! The design she did was very subpar. My mani came out okay but I never ask for anything other than a basic solid color gel manicure.Basically they are never getting my money again.

One of the worst pedicures EVER. After I said I wanted their basic option, she completely checked out. My feet look essentially the same with a change of polish. She just got up and left while someone else did the polish. Two hours later, its already chipped. Then they just left me sitting...I finally had to go to the front and ask someone to take my money. I will not be back.

Went to get pedicures with my very sick mom. Unfortunately i could not get one cuz they did my mom first instead of us at the same time and she is too sick to wait for me. Worst part is that no one even cared...no apology nothing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!

If I could give a 0, I would. The technician cannot shape, trim, or polish. I have nail polish all over my toes--and that is after she wiped with a polish remover pad AND then got out a paint brush, dipped it, and went around my toenails. Wish I could show that I have large nails meaning, easy to hit. Wish I could show you the blotchy coral toenails. Poorest job of polishing Ive ever seen. Then the crowning touch: She put my fingers in warm water to soak and ....disappeared! I finally dried my hands and started to go look for her. The manager (I assume, who was at the next station with a customer) said, Shell be back. I asked, Where did she go? The answer: Oh, she is doing a flower on a childs pedicure. She wants a flower.Now, I happened to know that the child was not this womans customer! She was the managers! I said, Let me just pay for my pedicure and started toward the reception desk. The manager answered, No, no, Ill do it for you. Please. Sit down. I said, No, no! You would be leaving YOUR client! There was a brief back-and-forth and I paid. She said, Sorry several times. And THEN she said, You should stay. The combo is cheaper. I said, I dont mind. Id like to leave. Finally, she ran my card and let me sign and I left. More Sorry-ing.The only reason I went there was because my absolutely wonderful nail-master was off today and I couldnt go tomorrow and absolutely had to have something done before Wednesday. Now Im thinking I should have just gone as-is. What a horrible, ridiculous experience. I cant wait to get back to Wi.

Traci Nguyen was VERY rude and aggressive. When trying to express my discomfort with her about my situation, she refused to listen, over talked me and was just aggressive with my damaged toe nail. When she came with the drill, I then expressed I was not comfortable, and she got upset and refused to service me. Someone later came to assist me but I was NEVER apologized to for the rudeness and aggressive behavior of Traci and I will NEVER RETURN.
