I have been using The Guys Place at Beaver Creek for over 2 years now. I have had great experiences overall but wanted to recommend Constance by name. As all guys know, losing your favorite barber / hairstylist can be like having a death in the family. It can take months if not years to guide a new hairstylist to get your hair cut the way you like it. Well Constance pretty much nailed it the fist time out and has been ever since. I appreciate that she is friendly, warm, and welcoming at each visit and I could not recommend her more! Five Stars for sure!!

Took me a few months to find a great place to get my haircut since moving down from NY. Found this place on the recommendation of a family member and he was spot on! Harley did a great job of listening to how I wanted my cut done, made a few suggestions, and nailed it. I have been back 3x now and the consistency in the cut is perfect!

My son had an appointment at 800 this morning. They have a 5 minute grace period, or they will reschedule. I drop him off at 805 and when he walks out he didn’t have a shampoo or a massage. I called to complain and was told he walked in at 808 so they wouldn’t provide that service. Either reschedule or give him the services that are included in a haircut. I paid $20 for this and of course an 11 year old isn’t going to say anything and they’ve been only allowing the person getting the haircut to come inside so how would I have corrected this at the time? Definitely not returning, which is unfortunate because we’ve been going here for quite some time.

My first visit to The Guys Place a few weeks back.Alison was my stylist and gave me one of the greatesthaircuts ever. Alison was professional, knowledgeableand cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. Alison is the reason I will be a customer for life at this store.

My 14 year old son left after his haircut saying he would go back to see Dwight anytime for his haircut. He loved how it looked in the end and that Dwight understood how he wanted his hair!! Great experience!

I have had several haircuts here that were great. Yesterday I called and made an appointment for 1pm For some reason they scheduled it for 12:50. Whatever the mix up was when I showed up at 12:55 for my haircut the lady at the front desk was rude. With super cuts so close I just went over there and got my 15min haircut. I would have gladly rescheduled if there was a problem but I will not tolerate passive aggressive disrespect. I will not schedule another haircut here.

I went to the Guys Place in Apex and got my hair cut by a barber named Dwight, and I will not let anyone else cut my hair. Dwight is a perfectionist and will not finish the haircut until it is perfect. Solid haircuts! 10/10 would reccomend.

This place is awesome. Its clean, people are friendly and service is excellent. Melissa was fantastic with my haircut and beard trim, she was patient and very attentive to my request plus shes a GOT fan so conversations were interesting. Mens haircut includes shampoo, hot towel service amongst others. Get an appointment, be on time and you will not be dissapointed. Prices are very reasonable for the service they provide. Coming from NY all the extras they provide within the price range is a steal. Im so glad I came here.

I enjoy my hair cut there for myself and my son we get faded by a nice lady name Constance. After my cut she offers me a shampoo a back rub and final trim of the neck for the pesky fine hairs by the collar. Great experience just make sure to book in advance it is a very bust salon.

The guys place is loved by my family because of the peanuts, friendly staff, and the on-going offer of $100+ cuts for $25 from Eneyda. Eneyda, the stylist that works at the Cary location, is best defined as a diamond in the rough. When I was a single young man in California in the 1980s, I recall paying top dollar for professional hair styling. A good cut was essential for an average looking dude like me. As I got older and married, a Super Cuts or similar cut became fine. The work from their staff was adequate and appreciated and the cost wonderful. When I walked into Guys Place (formerly barbershop) for a random assignment appointment about 8 or 9 years ago, I got Eneyda. Simply put, she was a cut above anything Id seen from a Super Cut type business and equal to the stylists I once hired. Still more, she delivered the Barber Shop/Guys Place Model of giving men a little taste of the professional salon experience to an exceptional level (i.e., wash, cond., blow dry, and massage). My 2 sons would often get their cuts from other staff while I was getting styled by Eneyda but since they became teenagers and suddenly cared what the gals think, they insist on Eneyda as well. Please recognize her because she excels at what she does and how she does it.

I place a high value on a hair stylist that always remembers exactly how I prefer my hair is cut. Constance has been my go-to barber/stylist for nearly two years now. She is friendly, accommodating, dependable and very professional. The place is spotless and I feel safe here during COVID restrictions. I give it 4.5 stars, not 5, only because Constance does not do razor cuts at this time. You wont be disappointed.

Ive been getting haircuts from Alison B. for years. I actually followed her to the Guys Place when she transferred to them. The Guys Place has a much better atmosphere than her previous place of business (another well known shopping center chain). Its always super clean and all of their staff seem very polite. One of the things I remember about her previous place of business was the way some of the other stylists would bicker in the background while I was getting my haircut. Ive yet to experience that at the Guys Place, in over two years.Im a 46-year old white male with thinning hair. Ive tried shaving my head and I cant pull off the bald look. Alison has a knack for making my hair look thicker; so much so that my wife and daughters are quick to tell me how much better it looks after she cuts it for me.

I love taking my son to get his haircut here. Very friendly staff and good service. I do recommend you make an appointment at least the day of the haircut. I see a lot of guys get turned down trying to get a walk in appointment. Also, it’s fun to watch people tear into the peanuts like they’ve never eaten them before.

A great stylish haircut with no clippings to poke you afterwards not even weeks after from the same clothes! The back massage and the peanuts (currently suspended for the pandemic, sob) are a bonus!

The service is excellent! The salon is very clean and they are following all safety protocols. The stylists are so talented. Their receptionist Sofia is so sweet. Highly recommend this place!

I went to the Apex store because the Morrisville store closed. I was greeted, or shall I say rudely greeted by Alison, a stout woman who made it very clear that she was very unhappy to have to cut my hair from the onset. I dont know why. She spoke me condescendingly as she cut my hair in 10 minutes. She really didnt want to cut my hair. This was the worst hair cut experience in my entire life.

Constance has been cutting my hair for the last several months and I would definitely recommend her to be your stylist. She always gives a high quality cut while ensuring that I’m at ease in her chair. I get so excited that I come once per week. It’s great to know a business will be taking care of you!

Ive been getting consistently fantastic, affordable haircuts here for 2.5 years. The shop is clean, well run, and offers nice amenities. Constance does a great job, remembers my likes and dislikes, accommodates my special requests unflinchingly, and works a schedule that fits well with my own. The shampoo, hot towels, and shoulder massage round out the experience!

Never going here again. Very dissatisfied with the last three hair cuts. I could have done a better job myself honestly. This place used to be great but in the past year or so has gone down hill quickly.

The place is clean, hygienic and they take proper precautions for COVID19. I have been to their Raleigh location and the service was excellent. I walked in for my first appointment, not realizing that I had found my permanent salon and stylist. That is precisely what happened. The Guys Place is a first class establishment, and Darcy is an absolute gem.Darcy was just returning and walked in right behind me. She immediately sized up my style and just blew me away during my consultation, knowing exactly what I was seeking.Darcys station was clean, and she had appropriate product. Her work was precise and it was clear Darcy enjoyed her work and took pride in quality and detail making sure I was thrilled before she let me up.The shampoo, the massages, and everything included was simply a tremendous value. I walked out feeling absolutely electric. A great haircut and experience really builds up a mans confidence. I cannot be more pleased and recommend The Guys Place enough.

I moved to the area over 5 years ago and after trying nearly a dozen places and not being happy at any of them for 1 reason or another, it was great to find Constance and The Guys Place. She has been great! And they are making sure to keep their clients safe and healthy during this pandemic, which has been a relief.

It was the worst haircut ever. I thought of trying this place after reading all the positive reviews but was disappointed. The haircut was totally uneven. I will most likely have to get my haircut done at some other place to fix it. The shoulder massage post haircut lasted like 5 seconds.

Let me start by saying I have had a ton of bad haircuts in and around Cary and Morrisville over the years. Today was my first time using The Guys Place in Morrisville. I made an appointment with Marsha after seeing her reviews online and was pleasantly surprised to experience my first cut with her. I must say that this first haircut with Marsha is fantastic and it’s exactly what I wanted. It looks great and she’s extremely courteous and professional. I would highly recommend scheduling with Marsha in the future. I will continue to do so. Best first haircut with a new stylist to date!!

The haircut was done good based on my 7 year old requirement. The bill was 20.75 and the minimum tip was 5 (poor value for money ⭐).They wanted parents to completely stay outside the door and not to stand inside the lobby though both myself and kid are with a mask which to me is illogical (unprofessional ⭐).But they should atleast clean the cut fair from the shoulders and face.( Unclean work⭐)⭐ for handling on time.⭐ for good haircut.This was my first and last time going to this place.

What Im looking for is a standard mens professional cut, as well as someone who is friendly without being overly chatty (I like to quietly relax when getting a haircut). The person at the Guys Place did great on both counts so I got my appointments with her consistently. But there was a time that didnt work, so someone else cut my hair. They did an even better job, but they left. So I got someone else - great job, someone else - great job, and now I dont even bother to ask for a specific person. In summary, I feel this place has the mens cut Im looking for down pat, and they consistently do a good job no matter who I get (which is very convenient for making appointments). Sometimes my experience is a little better than others in subtle ways, but Ive always left satisfied overall.

I was a walkin but she was very polite and greeted me with a huge smile, then got me in as soon as possible. It made me feel very welcome. The Guy’s Place is awesome! Kaylin has cut my hair for a few years now. She used to be at the Creedmoor location but I followed her to the Morrisville location. Kaylin is fantastic! The Guy’s Place is top notch and all the stylist are excellent.

I would come here again! Darcy gave me an excellent haircut -- prompt, professional, and an easy experience for men. I would have given them 5 stars except that they need to improve on their safety measures next time. A mom with 4 young kids just walked in, with no masks, and wanted a haircut for one of her kids without an appointment. (Well, one kid was wearing a scarf as a mask.) Please folks, follow your own rules and tell people who come in unannounced that they have to wait outside for the safety of customers! (Im glad they did disinfect and wipe down my area, before and after, and I was the only customer they were working on at the time.)

I just found this place in June and it’s amazing!!! I was expecting to pay $40+ for a haircut that included a wash and neck/shoulder massage. The staff is on point every time.

The lady clearly didnt know what she was doing, normally they will spray water on my hair, and comb it. But last time I went, the lady just sat me down, and gave me the worst cut ive seen ever.

I have been going to The Guys Place in Morrisville for 3 years. Amy is my stylist and she always does a wonderful job while keeping me entertained! I love the service and the prices so I make the 30 minute drive because its worth it. The scalp massage is worth trying as well.

I took my son to A Guys Place in Apex for a haircut and style for his winter formal. They did an amazing job, he looked great. I do however need to give a special thanks to their receptionist Sam for helping majd that happen. I got our appointment time turned around but she was very forgiving and made it happen. Jessica cut my sons hair and due to me being a first time customer, Sam was very helpful with explaining the appointment process and the late policy. Jessica was very talkative and my son will definitely be back. All of the stylist at this salon work very hard and I hope they know how appreciated they are!

Cannot express how good of an experience I had here. The staff was super friendly, the haircut was top notch, and the pricing was fair. They have some nice touches to the business as well, to include TVs at each haircutting station, but what really sells me on going back is the personable staff and the conversations we had.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My husband had an appointment at 9 a.m.. He got there at 8:45. There was a man already waiting there who had an appointment at 8:00. IT WAS NOT OPEN. No Employees EVER SHOWED UP. My husband left at 9:50 WITHOUT ever seeing anyone open the shop. The man with the 8:00 appointment (When they are SUPPOSED to open), was STILL THERE. We have busy lives. Time is precious. ESPECIALLY on a Saturday morning when we could have slept in a little!! I expect my husband to hear from a Manager/General Manager and the sooner the better!!. The longer we wait... the more angry I am becoming. What a WASTE of our time!! UPDATE: 8/11/19- I see that the OWNER has replied to my review stating that he reached out to everyone affected. I purposely asked my husband SEVERAL TIMES yesterday throughout the day to see if he received a phone call. HE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALLS REGARDING THE STAFFING ISSUE/APPOINTMENT:(

They claim walk-ins are welcome, but you should make an appointment. This is especially true during busy days or times. It would really be nice for them to have some transparency on how busy they are or how booked up they are with appointments. I do like their service, but I dont like the inconvenience of having to make an appointment every time or risking showing up and not being able to get a haircut in a reasonable amount of time.

Honestly one of the best hair cuts I have ever gotten. Ananiyah did an incredible job on my Marine Corps haircut. I have never had anyone cut it this good before. 5/5
