Absolutely fabulous, we will definitely be using them again if the need arises. Showed up on time (actually they called saying they could come early but we werent ready and they were super nice about that), nice, professional, quick, and at a very reasonable price. I was especially thrilled with the yard waste, we didnt even have it bundled and they took it all, including raking the ground to get the small bits. They also took a massive treadmill out of the basement and noticed we had recently painted so they were extra careful. Could not be happier!

The pickup team called to offer that they were running early and could pick up the old furniture 1.5 hours ahead of time. We agreed on the new pickup time. They showed up as (revised) scheduled, I walked them through the pickup.They were careful with the doors and other objects (railings, stairs).and they were able to get the old furniture out of the house and into the truck in 20 minutes. Team was prepared with all the paperwork in order.All in all, a very efficient transaction.

I had two men help me get rid of a few things. They were kind and quick to get things done. Zero issues with them!They called me when they were in close range and were always available if there were any questions. I had to reschedule my first appointment and they were so nice about it and got a me a new one right away. No complaints, everyone involved was great.

Family owned and operated. Highly professional. I needed a hot tub moved from inside my house to my back deck. Two professional spa movers came to the house looked at what needed to be done and told me it couldnt be done, that there was no way it would fit through the doors. Junk King came, told me there was no problem and that they were insured incase something did happenTwo crews arrived on time, did what they needed to tip the hot tub on its edge to make it through the doors, carried it around my house and set it exactly where I wanted it with absolutely no damage to house, furnishings, carpets or hot tub. Thats not all, the cost wasroughly half of what the professional spa movers quoted over the phone for one crew. They couldnt have been more careful or respectful of my belongings. The gentlemen who came were prompt, friendly, courteous, and efficient. They carefully hauled out a bulky and heavy sleeper sofa through a narrow entryway, paying extra attention not to damage the walls, floors, or door jambs. They worked quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them again, especially for items too big for me to haul to a donation center myself but that I dont want going straight to the landfill.

Fantastic experience as always. We’ve used their service before for hauling away old furniture and so forth. This time we rented a dumpster. Very polite and friendly as usual when dropping off and picking up. The driver, when he came to retrieve the dumpster was my 6 year old’s hero of the day. A small frog wound up right in front of one of the tires, which caused her to freak out due to fear of the frog being run over. He got on the ground, found the frog, and saved “Jimmy” the frog.

They called to let me know when they would be there, They were polite and very quick to empty out all the junk in my garage which was accumulated over many years. They did a good job and saved me a lot of work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing junk removal.

The Junk King team called about a half hour before arrival to very the location and brief overview of what they were picking up. I have used Junk King twice now for cleaning out old furniture, cleaning out my garage and getting rid of lawn waste and an old split rail fence. They are so easy to deal with. The price is extremely affordable and they make getting rid of your junk a whole lot easier than hauling it to the dump yourself, especially if you don’t own a truck. Yesterday they came and dropped off a dumpster and we actually filled it in one day. I called them and they said because I had worked so hard they’d come out that evening to pick up the dumpster so it wasn’t in our driveway any longer than it had to be! Awesome people, I would highly recommend Junk King and if the need arises I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

The team that came and picked up our junk were very professional. Looked at all the stuff we wanted gone, gave us a price, and set to work.We had A LOT of stuff.....and they worked like a well oiled machine to get it ALL stacked, packed, stuffed, wedged & tucked away on that truck. We were amazed how much they got loaded on one truck. Happy to have it gone......Well worth the $$.

I used this company today to haul away two large piles of yard debris (branches and logs). The crew was polite, professional, expedient and efficient. I have nothing negative to say except for the fact that I think the price seemed quite high. $350.00 for removal. I think around $275.00 for the 20 minutes of work between 3 workers would have been more equitable but I do understand that they charge by volume. I still think I was overcharged. It was expensive but they did an excellent job of removal and clean up so, I would hire them again. Sometimes paying to have someone else do it is worth the cost. I can see why they have stellar reviews. Seems like a really good company.
