In and out fast considering how busy it was. Service was great, and employees were very helpful!

I was really lucky to come in when there wasnt a line. They met me at my car and got it in immediately. I was back on the road in about ten minutes with no hassle or hard upselling, which I appreciate.

This place is absolutely horrible! I got my oil changed or so I thought and come to find out I waited for over an hour and a half for them to change nothing. My motor started knocking and come to find out they took their time and took my money but didn’t bother to change the oil or filter. Completely disappointed and almost cost me a vehicle. I do not recommend this is a representation of pure laziness and unprofessional business conduct.

I recently bought a car and wanted to get it checked out for any mechanical issues or overdue maintenance. They did a thorough check and it was for free. Even topped off my coolant for free. All of them were really nice! highly recommend it.

I would recommend this jiffy lube location to anyone! John has excellent customer service skills and the guys in the shop are so friendly. All smiling and working hard. got me in right away and did my oil change in 20 minutes! Not like other jiffy lubes Ive been to.

Price is a little on the high side, but service is professional, extremely fast, and I never found any fault in their work.

Super nice n quick service

Ive always been treated right at this Jiffy lube. In fact, a few years ago after having taken my Honda Fit to the dealership the recirculating air switch stopped working. I had given up on it but when I took it to this store they reseated the air filter and fixed it. They also found that one of my blinker bulbs had come disconnected and plugged it back in. They ended up saving me the money/time I would have spent having the AC looked at.

Quick service, friendly staff and price is reasonable. This will be my go to place for oil changes.

Massive shoutout to Jiffy Lube Coralville. Technicians are friendly and professional. They even take extra care of my car because it’s lowered by taking it to the low-car-friendly rack and when they’re done they pull my car back out and go around instead of pulling forward to avoid scratches. Entire oil change process is visible. Service is always fast. Walk-ins are welcome. Free hot chocolate. Etc. Always make my day every single time.

The staffs are really nice and professional, fast service, fair price, but my car got damaged on the steering wheel, a long scratch. The manager said the scratch is casued by “nature decay of leather”, they didn’t take the responsibility. That’s very interesting a 2017 model car can “decay“ in one day, just on a specific area. I’m just go ask if there’s any way to help me make the scratch smoother, but the manager’s attitude wasn’t good. Recommend the service still, if you don’t mind the possibility to get damage on your car.

Delivered in Iowa City today and needed an oil change...found this Jiffy Lube.Each bay was filled when I arrived, yet someone met me as soon as I pulled up, gave me the info I needed to make a decision, and held the door open to the waiting room. Now That, is friendly service.Once inside it was not even 5 minutes before I saw my vehicle get pulled in.Assistant Manager Rafael had the lead and was a very good representative for Jiffy. Answered every question, saved my oil filter for me, and was a hands-on with the rest of the crew, Cameron, Eric and Jeff, in what seemed like clockwork.I was in and out fast, with every light, window, and fluid level attended to.Would NOT hesitate to recommend the professionalism of Rafael and his team.Thankyou!

Generally a great place to get a fast oil change.Very disappointed that they are choosing to defy the Johnson County mask mandate and allowing customers in the waiting room to go without masks.

The inside office and restroom could have been cleaner. They really didnt check out the problem I was having with my windshield wash dispenser in the car.

Typically I’m out of the shop in 10-15 minutes. Nothing but good things to say about the guys running this shop.

First they charged me $100 for an oil change saying the oil I choose was why the price was that high ..when I always used that kind of oil, usually around $55.. then I asked them to fill up my window washer liquid as I was out. Didn’t check but this am...no liquid so I check to make sure everything was working... they didn’t put any in, I had to add a full jug of it. I am not going back there, I think the young guy who seems to run the place is charging everyone way more. Didn’t see the guy who was there before.

These gentlemen gave me the quickest oil change, with complete execution of every service expected, that I have ever encountered! I was completely satisfied and in and out very quickly! I would recommend this for the quality and punctuality of the service to anyone looking for this kind of facility.

I have a 2010 Toyota Venza. I had my oil changed, with synthetic oil for $112.00!!!!!! I paid $50 3 months ago at Mount Vernon Tire. I will NEVER ever overpay like that again. I will just go back to Mount Vernon Rd Tire and let them take care of my car and charge me fairly and dont take advantage of me.

Best Jiffy Lube experience Ive had in years. Being a travel nurse you get to experience different service levels all over the country. This place is, without a doubt, the best Jiffy Lube Ive used. Full service, fast, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend.

I asked for 10,000 mile synthetic and even named the oil. I also asked for a new cabin filter. They replaced my oil with a 5,000 mile synthetic, didnt give me a new air filter. They also didnt ask about type of oil filters and the bill was almost the same price as my original request

They serviced my car well, they took very short time to do so.

Infinite upsell. Surly front counter guy. Argued with me about oil requirement on my car. Very fast though. On my way home the tire pressure light came on. The next morning my left front tire was flat. On inspection the leak was coming from a loose valve stem core. The Jiffy Lube equivalent of spitting in your food.

This is your typical Jiffy Lube. You go in for just an oil change and they will try to sell you some of their more costly services. This location is usually very busy and waiting area is quite small. On a good day if you are lucky you may only have to spend 30 minutes waiting for your car. Its convenient just plan on spending time waiting.

Fast. Very convenient on a busy schedule. Skeptical about air filter replacements. The one in cedar rapids showed me the air filter with a full leaf on it. No way that could stay on there. Planted? I have no proof but... I will check them out myself prior next time to make sure.

Where should I start?... Changed ownership and now prices are excessive. Given they dont carry the type if bulbs or oil my car needs, I always bring my own. Still had to pay regular price! (wasnt even offered a $5 coupon) Double paying for everything! Didnt check other fluids or inspect. Ran out of wiper fluid 3 days after oil change. Then tried to charge me again when I returned for a top off. Also, they left the ( pan?) under my car hanging/to drag on the ground. (lost the screws and didnt even mention it) They just lost my consistent business of five years. I am an extremely high mile driver. (4000k+ per month) moreover, my door handle and blinker switch were left dripping with oil.

Just left Jiffy Lube and had the best experience! I’ve been getting my oil changes there for 6+ months and this afternoon I experienced my first flat tire. The employees changed my tire quickly and efficiently, and ended up sending me on my way without charging me. It was an awesome experience and I’d recommend anyone in the IC/Coralville area to service their car at Jiffy Lube!

I will never come back to the coralville store. I came to get an oil change. And they messed up my car. The oil is leaking every were and they unplugged my head light. Got pulled over by the cops to tell me my light was out. And it was just working right before i went there. Also my car can tell me how much life i have for my oil when i left it said 40% it should of said 100% DONT EVER LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR!!!!!!

Ive told them twice to top off the coolant when I go to get my car serviced, yet my coolant levels are bone dry when I leave. It is VERY frustrating when Im driving down the road and start to smell my radiator and realize they didnt do the job they said they would.

NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE.I went in for an oil change with a fleet vehicle and they also changed the cabin filter and wiper blades. When I was checking out I was told they put on Rain X Blades.The next day it rained and the driver side wiper did not work right, streaked and missed parts of the window when running. Went back and talked with Dick, Ass. Manager, and told him what was wrong. Asked if there was Rain X blades used and he said no. Was billed for non Rain X blades. Fine, dont tell me you put something on you dont. Asked Dick if they could replace the bad wiper and he said there is not Rain X blades on the car, I know he told me that already, just need the bad one replaced. Dick kept going on about these are not Rain X blades. Good Lord gave you two ears and one mouth, shut up and listen to the customer. Dick starts yelling at me. Yelling! I just wanted the bad blade replaced. Never got it done. Dick waved and laughed and so did the other employees that were just standing around as I drove away.NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE.Too many other places to go that will treat you right.

Wont be going back. Decided to give them a shot purely from a convince perspective for myself. Pulled into the line for a dock and the guy working just stares at me instead of directing me to a bay. I had to waive out the window and ask where he wanted me to go. Then when Im told which Bay another employee walks to my window and ask what year my vehicle is as they are out of stock on a lot of year model fittings. He then grabs what looks to be a Haynes manual, looks under the hood, and says yup all out. Figures! Next time worth the drive across town.

Went to get transmission fluid changed. It was as black as before I had it changed. They made excuses then went on to say that they were wrong initially and offered me a full service for a discounted price after I questioned them. After the service which I paid another $50 for, the fluid barely changed. I havent had any issues with the car, but feel that I did not get what I paid for

I want to let you know what kind of service I had at your Coralville Jiffy Lube. I took my vehicle to your station about a month and a half ago and on my way to work in noticed that the hood of my car wasnt completely closed. I pulled over and closed it. I then called your store and let them know this happened. I went to the same station last night and asked for them to make sure that the hood of my vehicle gets latched. They slammed the hood down extremely hard and then laughed about it. After I left there my tire sensors started going off. You were to have checked and filled the air in the tires. I then got off at the Coralville exit and proceeded to Tires Plus and they fixed your screw up.I dont know what kind of people you have working for you but you may want to make sure that they are actually qualified. I dont think that that was appropriate I take care of my things and what your station did was unacceptable. We have 3 vehicles and use jiffy lube but with the way things were done last night, this will be the last time.

Oil change price high

Not super helpful. GO NEXT DOOR TO CENTRAL!!My engine light came on while moving across country. I figured the oil just needed changing. Went there because I had a uhaul trailer and knew they they have the in ground bays. They said they couldnt help me at all with, not with the oil change, not with removing the trailer...a liability. Thanks for nothing guys. I ended up getting the trailer off by myself and took it in. Fast oil change, but thats about it. When someones in need, a sorry its a liability falls short in so many ways.

This Place is awesome!

Twice I have had the splash guard fall down and drag after service from this station. Two different cars with the same issue, then after I have then fix the front splash gaurd the other one falls down, so I am guessing the stole the bolts or clips from that one to fix the front one. 3 times same issue shortly after there service, last one on the same day.
