They were very helpful with my tires. I had a flat on the front passenger and they changed it for me. They checked the other tire and there was a nail in that one too. They stayed until it was fixed! Appreciate it!👍

They forgot to put a washer on when they did my oil now I have oil all over my driveway and bottom of my car. Thats what I get for not taking it to the dealer and trying to save time. Not a good jiffy lube.

I saw that the store was open again last week, it had been closed for a long time... the sign said that they were remodeling. Turns out the store has a new owner. Stopped in today for an oil change on my way home from work and the staff was really great. They checked my brakes too, I didnt realize there was an issue until the manager told me to keep watch for as the brake pads were beginning to wear.

Workers showed me my cabin and engine air filter. They asked if I wanted them replaced. I said no. 2 minutes later, I decided I did want them replaced.When they replaced the cabin filter, they had dumped the contents of the glove box and did not put the items back.In addition, they put in the filter with a couple I gas receipts from my glovebox which made a horrendous squeal and they left a napkin across the fan which messed up the air flow. Needless to say, I had to pull it all apart to fix it and then put my papers back in the glovebox.Not very professional. I usually replace my own filters but was in a time crunch. I would’ve better off, time wise, to do it myself and it would be cheaper.

The owner was there this Thursday and I knew him from the place he owned in Lisle... everyone was working as a team and my trucks oil change with Mobil one and Mobil one filter went smoothly.

I tried to get an oil change here. When I pulled up the man told me to leave the car and head to the office. I did and sat there for 35 minutes, not being helped. Not even being told they would be right with me. They were busy and didnt seem to be getting to anyone in the waiting area (4 people) Im not quite sure what the 4 men working on the cars were doing, but they werent helping the customers. Maybe they need more people working there. I would have appreciated if the man who told me to leave my car there would have told me that they were running behind. I would have saved myself the aggravation of sitting in the small waiting area, wasting time. I walked out after 35 minutes and not speaking to anyone. No one even noticed. And the smell of the waiting area was an overpowering plug in scent. So I had the benefit of leaving with a headache. Thanks

My father uses to change oil here all the time. But last time, they used synthetic oil without asking him. This of course, costs more. He took the receipt without even checking it but found out at home that he was overcharged.

Ended up going in for an oil change and the store damaged my car. After going back to address the situation, their own staff admitted fault to damaging my car as they tightened down a part too tightly. They told me to get it fixed there or take it somewhere else. When I took it somewhere else they had me jump through hoops to get any form of reimbursement, they called and said they would try to reimburse me, but never followed up or sent the check. Think twice before going here as they will admit to damaging your car, but will not do anything to remedy the situation.

I had front brakes put on my car here. i was a little nervous, usually just have the oil changed. They did a great job, i was very happy. A couple of months later, i went back and had my rear brakes done! Another great job at a fair price!!!!’n

Took two of our four vehicles in for an oil change today. Service was great, prices are reasonable, however a customer was allowed in the store without a face mask on. Not sure that I will be taking the remaining two vehicles to a store that cares so little about protecting their customers.

I went here after Pep Boys turned me away. I was excited to get right in.The 1st point of contact Anthony, was very personable. Once inside I met Charles who was top notch total pro. I could not believe it, I was out of there in between 20 or 30 minutes. Oil change, tire rotation and they even vacuumed my car and cleaned my windows. I will be back, and recommend to everyone I know in the area, as I have been everywhere else, and this is not even just a little better, but way better. Also, I had no coupon, and still feel like a got a great deal!

I will be coming to this location from now on. Such a helpful staff. Taking care of me and my family. The new manager Austin was great, it was so busy and he was professional and made sure he took care of each customer including me and my family. Id recommend to anyone.

If you like oil on your driveway, and not in your oil tank, then this is place for you. Whats better than discovering oil on your driveway because the oil plug was only hand tight? Answer: finding out about your oil leak first by parking your car at your brothers house and then scrubbing/ degreasing his driveway before his wife gets home- only to then drive home to find out your driveway is worse because the oil has been leaking for over a week and its now sun baked in! You would think that this would be lesson #1 for their employees. At least I tightened it before it all leaked out.

Ive been coming here since the company I work for moved to Aurora. Had my oil changed 5 or 6 times now and every time, the service is quick and friendly. Also, unlike other places Ive been, they dont constantly try to up sell you. Since its on my way home, I make frequent use of the free top-off service they provide. Great place to do business!

They said they filled up air in tire to 35. The dashboard still shows low pressure, so I go and ask them, they tell me it takes time to get updated.Even after 15min its still the same, I fill it myself and dashboard reflects right away.So they had forgotten or didnt do it at all and even on asking lied about it.So can I trust them that they really changed the oil ???

Employees are constantly doing “Burn outs” behind the shop in the back entrance driveway(Go look at the pavement). Employees are also, vaping in the shop bays at night. If these kids don’t care about their cars or themselves enough that they can not only smoke their tires and lungs. Why should I let them touch my car? Paul needs to talk to them and manager Peter needs to step up his game and stop treating his coworkers like friends.

This is the best Jiffy Lube in the area. They get you in and out, and are pleasant to deal with. If you want someone who knows your car inside and out, go to the dealer....these guys change oil and they do a good job!

* This is a follow up to the 5 start review I posted 8 months ago. I will leave it so you can read it. Bottom line, when I went back to collect my complimentary oil and filter change, nobody had any information about the incident. I was not going to get a free $100 oil change. They DID heavily discount my cost but I still paid over $60 dollars out of pocket. That is long way from FREE. They felt bad but said did all they could. Jiffy Lube has lost a decades long customer in me. Too bad.THE ORIGINAL INCIDENT AND REVIEW: A long time customer here. Last oil change I spotted a problem for the first time. I saw an oil drip on the driveway and returned to the store. They inspected and felt they had solved the problem which they thought was poor cleaning. The manager apologized and put me in the computer for a 20 dollar discount on my next visit. I thought this a fair resolution to the problem. However, a week later the drip reappeared. I returned to the store again an even closer inspection showed a minute crack in the OEM plastic oil filter housing. The manager acknowledged that it must have happened there as the record showed I only had my oil changed there. He showed me the cracked plastic part and offered an aluminum replacement at no cost to me (a $160 value). He also made sure my next oil change will be at no charge. I have always had good service here with no pressure to up sell me. The way they handled and owned up to this issue was worthy of a 5 star rating.

POOR SERVICE. OVERPRICED.I came for an oil change. The guy who received me pulled my car in along with the rest of the cars, didnt ask for my name or any information and explained the procedure poorly I had to ask him several times what to do. I told him I was going to walk over to Mcdonalds to get lunch while they changed my oil. But since they didnt take down my information I didnt know how long it was going to take and how they would contact me. I didnt feel comfortable leaving my car unattended so I waited in the seating area. It was when they were about done did someone come and take down my information along with going over the cost. Boy did I get ripped off. $30 for an oil change AFTER a $9 dollar coupon. Thats the price of many other auto shops would charge at the REGULAR price. Wont be back.

Today was my first and last time ever visiting a Jiffy Lube location. I should have known when I was looking for directions and I came across the reviews which should have told me to stay clear; however, I had a gift card worth $50 and decided to give it a try. I got a ready to pay and the gift card was not authorized. I paid the bill and then called the number on the back of the gift card once in the car. I called and the gift card said $50. So I went back into the store and spoke with the representative and he verified $50. He voided my transaction and refunded my $58.10. He then retried with the gift card customer service and card authorizations. The card still did not work. I called customer service which I received rude service and was told to go back where the gift card was purchased and get a new one. That was in March and we dont have the receipt anymore. The purchasee stated she has the statement showing where it came out of her account. I told the customer service representative this and she said well that is still not any good. Basically the person who bought the $50 gift card lost her $50. That was the only reason I chose Jiffy Lube because I usually take my car elsewhere and due to this experience I will and the others that I speak with will take our cars elsewhere too. This was the WORST experience I have had trying to get a stupid oil change.

They didnt have the air filter my car needed in stock. They signed off on my receipt that they vaccumed my carpet. LIES... I was in and out so fast, I left wondering if they even changed my oil. Honestly...

I love Jiffy lube and this building is impressive. But the staff is rude and careless. No customer service at all. Sort of make you feel like cattle wanting to herd you through. I was one of only 2 cars even there. Just bad people skills so I drove off.

The staff here are excellent. Didnt try to upsell me, and even offered 40% off a tire rotation, because their garage was otherwise empty. Apparently, my tires were stuck, but these guys seem to know what theyre doing.

This place is a joke ! They will lie to you, I have even seen parts broke countless times because they put people that are uneducated on the smallest tasks. U have a good %age of having your car broken. Avoid this shop at all costs possible

I always want to leave these guys a good review because they have good customer service when youre there but they are incompetent and do not check their work. Its an oil change for gods sake. On my first car they forgot to fasten a few screws because they installed it wrong so my underbody panel was rattling at highway speeds. Cool, people make mistakes. I take my second car in a month later and I find out the next day its leaking oil. Either over tightened or under tightened the oil filter or drain plug. I dont have time to keep going back to get something done twice EVERY freaking time. Unemployment would never be a problem if we can swap out with the employed that are incompetent.

Went in for a oil change. At checkout the manager informs me that my car has excessive oil leaks. I asked for more information and he just wanted me to pay my bill and leave. Just like that. He said its company policy to not tell customers about those things until checkout. Theyll never get another nickel from me.
