Got there at 7 because that’s what time it said they opened online. They actually opened at 7:30. I saw 2-3 people inside and called several times to see if they had availability and no one answered. They called back at 7:30 to say they had surgeries and were rescheduling people off of today. She gave me other suggestions. Had the time been correct I wouldn’t have even gone and wasted my time. Other than that the person that answered was nice.

Im pretty certain that Ive never reviewed any product/business/etc. before because I just never felt the need, but Dr. Lutz and the staff here went above and beyond my expectations. Were in a pretty weird time in the world right now so although my contact with them was limited the care and consideration my rabbit was given warmed my heart. My rabbit is unfortunately getting older and dealing with health issues but I am confident in this teams ability to help me to make the best choices possible moving forward in these last few years of her life. I could honestly write more but Ill leave it at this: If you have exotic pets (small animals) this is an amazing place to bring them. Ive never felt like weve had a vet that actually understood the intricate differences of rabbits to other mammals until I brought her here. My only regret is that I didnt move here and find them sooner in my pets lives.

Dr. Lutz Was so Wonderfully informative and friendly when I brought my pets in for a first time appointment. He took the time to get to know me as their pet owner and I so appreciated that. His kindness and intentionality Will be the reason I bring my animals here in the future!

Dr. Lutz has removed six tumors from my little hedgehog and done an excellent job. I won’t take her or my cat to anyone else!

Everything about this place is great. Dr. Lutz answered all my questions as well as giving me extra information I didnt know I needed. Our bird Dobby received his check up and grooming with out being overly stressed. With birds this is a big deal. If you have birds Dr. Lutz is the Vet for you.

He understands the realities of being a pet parent and does everything in his power to meet the needs of both the humans and animals involved. I HIGHLY recommend him.

If more humans were like Dr. Lutz & his team, then the rest of us probably wouldnt like animals so much more than we do fellow homo sapiens. West Meade is an exemplary vet clinic, and I cannot recommend them enough. We brought our bearded dragon in today. They were very busy and the schedule was full, but we were told if we could bring her in and drop her off theyd try and work her in. The ladies were so sweet and let us know exactly what to expect. Well, they did work her in. I got a call from Dr Lutz a few hours later and he had assessed her and called to talk about what he found out and what to do. I could tell by our conversation how much he cares, the time he took during our call and he made sure we know exactly what to do to keep her healthy and take care of her and meet her future needs. Hes very personable and never once did I feel he rushed our conversation, even though I knew he had a very busy day. This place is about 40 minutes away from us. We did a lot of homework trying to find a vet that truly had experience with bearded dragons. So glad we did and we will definitely make the trip anytime we need to see the vet again. Its difficult to find a vet who is so knowledgeable and cares so much about every sort of animal. Our hairless rat Monarch had a rare-fast growing tumor on his penial glad and Dr.Lutz and the staff preformed two successful surgeries on our little guy. They treat everyone who comes to them to the best of their ability and I have never trusted a Vet and their staff so much with my loved ones. I know Monarch was well cared for while he was in their care.

After working for a vet clinic for 3 years and having a very hands on experience with my pets care I was very nervous about finding a new vet after moving to Nashville. Fortunately I chose Dr. Lutz! He has been amazing with my new kitten. While many vets are bored with routine vaccines, Dr. Lutz is so informative and attentive. Definitely 5 stars! The office could use a fresh coat of paint but fancy clinics cant disguise horrible care with glitz and glam. I highly recommend West Meade Vet Clinic!

We all LOVE Dr. Lutz, Laurie and Renee!!!! They take great care of our mini kennel (2 am staffs, 1 labrabull (pit bull/lab), and 1 lab) All of our dogs are rescues but the labrabull and lab came to Dr. Lutz from our friend with a rescue, so we switched everyone. Great decision!
