Awesome visit as usual! They are amazing and caring and it’s the first vet that I’ve ever felt so comfortable with a veterinarian! They listen and take time to explain anything you have questions about.

The entire staff was amazing! My dog usually bites and has a very horrible time at the Vet when he goes. I took him here because a friend recommended it and was glad I did. He didnt bite anyone and I was able to get the muzzle on him with ease without me even being bit and there were several Vet techs in the room to help calm him down and assisted me on what was best to help him stay calm, overall everyone there was friendly, easy to understand what was needed and they handled animals very professional but at the same time as they are their own with love and care.

My older dog’s annual review and vaccination visit was professional and attentive to my concerns. My dog was handled kindly and thoroughly. I received the lab results timely.

As usual, my visit to Mobley was on time and professional. They made my cat feel at ease even though she was super scared. They asked all the right questions and gave me all the info about my senior cat that I hoped for.I am very happy with their service.

My dog recently had surgery at Mobley and they took great care of her. I was called multiple times the day of the surgery for updates and felt very well informed about the process. I had multiple follow-up calls and instructions. When I had questions the office was very responsive. Dr. Hendrickson is caring, smart and great with pets. I highly recommend this veterinarian!

It is a bit far from our house, but worth the drive. They care and are very dedicated to treating pets (and humans) with highest level of respect.

Dr. Weaver is the best. We have a German Shepherd who is very anxious but she is very patient with him and always gives him the best care. We are lucky to have found someone so great in our neighborhood!

Dr. Shepherd noticed our Dog had a blockage of her gallbladder and saved her life by helping us schedule emergency surgery. Lefty recovered fully and is now in excellent health at age 12. We are forever grateful.

The building is easy to access, the staff keep it clean and are very friendly! The vet Dr. Weaver was very amiable and listened to my concerns about my dog and made the decision to opt for meds clear and easy! The price was also a good value for what we received. My wife and I have been taking our two dogs to a vet group in a well-to-do area of East Nashville for the last year and a half. Their slow and unfriendly service, the absence of showing true intentional care, and their lofty billing/pricing drove us to search out a different veterinarian group. The first call to Mobley resulted in a warm, friendly, and insightful conversation where we were able to have my elderly dog’s prescription filled within a day and at a third of the price that the last veterinary group charged. It has been a win-win transitioning the care of our pets and ourselves to Mobley!

I love coming here. Leo and Kristen were great with my big ol pyrenees pup. Kudos to them for wrangling a rather feisty 115lb beast (he isnt crazy about doctor appointments) and for being so sweet to him. I wouldnt take my dog anywhere else!

We had a very short wait in the waiting room which I always appreciate bc no pets like waiting and being anxious. The staff and Dr Weaver were amazing and understanding. She helped talk me through all my pets options and needs and was very understanding about my budget.

They are always quick to respond to questions that I call in. However, I wish you took walk-ins. The old clinic was built on that platform, and as with children (the non-furry type), you cant plan when they are sick or in an accident. I cant afford to take my pets across town to the emergency vet and pay 3x the cost.

Much better dog clinics in Nashville. We took our dog in for a leaking mass on his tail. The mass started leaking horribly as we picked him up and they wanted to instantly amputate his tail and did not proceed to clean it or provide us any additional information except to watch it and good luck. We then took him to his normal vet where they thoroughly cleaned it, provided antibiotics, and gave us care instructions. Now everything is fine. If we hadnt have seeked another opinion, our dog would not have part of his tail and for no good reason.Also, we had a $15 billed that they didnt charge at the time and I called and left a message after repeatedly calling for someone to let me pay it. I was just notified after they keep charging interest that they wont return calls for things like that and that I have to either call them constantly to get someone on the phone or drive over to them.There are better veterinarian services in Nashville.

I am very appreciative of the care and dedication that Dr Coles has shown (and continues to show) in treating my two cats. She always gave me clear and detailed explanations of everything and I always felt my choices were clear and my feline companions were in safe hands.

Dr. Cole was a lovely human. She gave Huck the precise amount of focus appropriate for the goodest boy. She gave clear options along with a recommendation based on the situation. 14/10, would recommend.

I cannot thank Dr. Weaver enough for her help and care with my dog last week. I have an older dachshund who was suffering from pancreatitis. After our usual vet would not be able to get her in for several days, Mobley Vet Clinic not only was willing to see her as a new patient but offered her the best care and kept me informed every step of the way. I will be moving to Mobley Clinic for all of my veterinary needs, and I cannot recommend the clinic and Dr. Weaver enough!

I have been bringing my pets to Mobley since 2004. I have always found the doctors and staff to be very professional, and to provide exceptional care .

Dr.Coles is really good at her job and we always feel like we and our pets are her only patients.As is Dr. Hendrickson.The staff is patient and the vet techs and Kennel workers are great with our pets and us.

As far a care and interaction with my pets, the whole staff is great. However communication with the office is not very good. I used the contact form from their website, as well as direct email several times to ask about a non-pressing prescription issue and never heard back. I used the prescription renewal form to try to get a response. I indicated email was best, but got a text. I replied to it the the same day, but heard nothing back from that. Communicating by email for medical/veterinary issues is important to me so I have a written record of instructions, etc.

My dog Ray had an emergency and we went to Mobley Vet Clinic for a follow-up exam. Everyone was so great that I interacted with. The veterinarian was kind and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. They went above and beyond. For example, I made a remark about the difficulty of clipping Rays nails, and later, after she was taken inside for her exam, the staff noticed she was in a particularly good/relaxed mood, so they took the opportunity to give her a MUCH needed trim without me having to ask or come back another day specifically for the purpose. It was so thoughtful and helpful and I appreciated it very much!

Today, I spent $343 on my kids kitten to be told, “we don’t know what’s wrong but monitor him overnight.” I’m writing this at 0305 to say that Niko, our kitten has passed away. Another $115 bill later we’re without Niko. What did I pay for? I could have asked anyone in the street to give me a diagnosis such as “We don’t know.” I will be contacting you all, and whomever is in charge of this circus and expecting a refund. Super high protein cat food, wool blanket, medicine, etc he didn’t get to enjoy nor benefit from. Dr. services rendered I’m ok with (typically there’s a better diagnosis), so I won’t expect a full refund however, I will be getting something back.Do not go here. Go literally anywhere else. Try Mc Donald’s who knows!

Everyone there is just super nice and friendly and generally seems to care about the health and wellness of your pet. I love how close it is in the neighborhood too.

Wonderful staff and great doctors. They always are accommodating and treat my clients that I send to them with the utmost kindness and compassion. They give great information on treatment and follow up instructions as well. They take care of both the people and their pets! Cant say enough about the Mobley team!

Thanks to Dr Hendrickson for taking excellent care of my two cats who suffered from dental disease ( a year apart). She communicated specifically what the situations were and what she would be doing to take care of my cats. After the procedures she carefully explained what she had done, the current conditions and after care. She carefully checked for understanding. Because of COVID Ive never met her in person but she gained my trust through her compassion and professionalism. 💕🐱🐈

We love Dr. Hendrickson! I trust her completely with my dog. Shes had three surgeries with Dr. Hendrickson, and they went great. She even let me email her photos of the stitches when I was concerned about them tearing. Even after moving, I drive out to Mobley.

We take our two German Shepherds to see Dr. Hubicz at Mobley and we cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the staff. They are professional, happy to answer any questions we have, and are great with our dogs! Highly recommend.

Cupcake must have had a great experience because she did not come home horse. That tells me that she did not bark all night long every night while she was there and that makes me very happy.

They are the best! So kind and knowledgeable. We have great confidence in their medical treatment and care and that they will treat our dog like she was one of their pets.

Dr. Shepard really is great. I took Kitty to see her and Dr. S. was calm and allowed to me to ask questions a number of times. She took her tome to explain the answers in a way that was easy to understand. This was my second “crisis” that I’ve seen her for and both times I’ve been impressed.

I took my Cat, Toby for his monthly nail trim. The staff is always very nice and helpful. I just started going to Mobleys about 6 mos ago and when my Cat needed his annual exam and shots it was a very easy process. The Vet spoke with me on the phone and gave me an update after the exam.So happy I found this Clinic.

The staff was rude and made my girlfriend cry who brought my injured dog in while i was at work and she was at home sick. We put a muzzle on him just so he wouldnt lick his injury or bark just and just as precaution since he was hurt and they said might not even see him because he was an aggressive dog (Even tho he walked into the place tail tucked and shaking and never barked or growled). I heard good things about them; this was our first and last attempt to give them our business. I am sure someone was just having a bad day, but so was my girlfriend and dog and the situation was not handle properly or professionally.

This clinic does not accept emergencies. They only work with current patients. Do not go for an emergency.

Society’s punishment? Do what’s right? You listen here. My sister brought her German Shepard in pain, after struggling to lift his 100lb weight over there. This was an emergency. He can’t walk. She called from the parking lot and they said we cant see him without an appointment youd have to be in the parking lot before nine and I said Im here now and she said yeah well we cant see him without an appointment. So much for caring about animals.

Dr. Weaver and all other staff members who communicated with me were very professional and compassionate. Even though I couldn’t go in with my pets due to pandemic precautions, I had no concerns about the quality of the care they received and was kept well-informed about what was being done. Nothing but great experiences at Mobley for my babies!

These folks are friendly. I love Dr Hendrickson and was able to casually email her a video of something my dog was doing that concerned me. She called me within 24hrs for a quick chat, reassured me about what she had seen on the video, and was friendly throughout.

They saved my sweet little boys life, and even better, they took such good care of his crazy, worried dad. The doctors and staff were all amazing. These are people who love animals, and when youre worried about your pets health, its so comforting to know that theyre getting love along with their medical care. They took us as emergency, non-established patients, and after this experience, I will never go to another veterinarian.

The receptionist was very friendly, answered the phone immediately when I arrived and came out to greet me at my car. The staff seemed caring and made the visit simple and efficient. The vet (Dr. Shepard) seemed warm and friendly, even over the phone, I dislike that everything has to be curbside, instead of being able to go inside with my pet- but they made me feel as comfortable as possible and made the experience still feel somewhat personal given the circumstances. I have only used them for routine care and vaccines so far (new patient appointment for my cat). Thank you!

I have been going there since I was 3 years old and was quite worried when all of my Vets retired and Mobleys was sold. It was a little rocky at first but has settled and Im pleased to say that I still get the same great service that Ive always gotten. My dog is a rescue and not terribly people friendly and they are always understanding. Gizmo loves Dr. Shepherd, well as much as he loves any human person, and I always feel comfortable leaving him in her care. I would give them 5 stars except for one small thing, I am very allergic to scents such as perfume, laundry detergent, body lotions, hair products, etc. and every time I get Gizmo back, he smells so strongly that it triggers my allergies so the car ride home is quite unpleasant. Ive not mentioned this to them so I feel bad deducting one star so I wouldve only taken 1/2 star if that had been an option. The office staff is also wonderful despite being twice as busy due to Covid-19 and the move to curb-side service. I feel comfortable leaving my baby in their care.

Dr. Weaver was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, answered all questions, and did not rush or hurry through the appointment. I definitely felt she cared about my pets welfare and future treatment. I originally was going to use one of the discount vet chains since I have two dogs and am mindful of cost. My niece, based on her experience, suggested I give Mobley a go. So, I did. And, after this super positive customer experience, I think I and my two girls found a home.

We had our first visit with our first puppy, Gus, and we couldnt have left feeling more confident in the care he received and the education provided to us as new owners. Gus was cared for, everything was explained, and we were told what we can expect in the future for him. All of our questions were answered and we are so happy to have found a great clinic for Gus as he grows!

Dr. Shepherd and her tech were do great with my dog. They were very patient with her and gave her lots of treats to get her to feel more comfortable. All of my questions were answered AND my dog didnt hate me when we walked out the door to go home. We had a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Mobley and Dr. Shepherd to anyone!

The doctors Ive encountered have been great but getting someone to call you back is a task. The front office could use some major tweaking. Ive waited 3 days for a callback and finally called back myself only to be met with a negative attitude and no help. I will be going elsewhere.

My pup Monty and I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Mobleys clinic. We needed urgent care for Montys severe upset stomach and two full days of IV fluids but we got him back to eating and drinking on his own. And I was even allowed to sit with Monty during his IV for cuddles & care. We felt understood and well taken care of. I can highly recommend this vet clinic! Thanks again!

Dr. Coles is absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable, and doesn’t mind discussing the details of your pet until you fully understand their status.She is very calm and patient.I’ve never had a better experience with a vet doctor.

My Vet, Dr. Hendrickson, takes exceptional care of my puppy. She is so easy to communicate with, goes above and beyond to help me understand medical things I normally wouldnt. You can tell she truly loves her job.

I’m a new customer to Mobley, and with curbside service, I was worried about how it would go! Thankfully the receptionist and the vet tech were super nice, asked good questions about my dog, and explained how it all would work. I appreciate the way the veterinarian, Dr. Weaver, listened to me, and asked thorough questions, even though it had to be over the phone! They double checked before doing any procedures, which I appreciated since I wasn’t in the room. I felt like the whole experience was great! I’m excited that I picked Mobley to be my place to take my dogs when they need care.

I really appreciated Dr. Shepard and Rachels attention to Kitty. I was very emotional and they were extremely patient and understand. They took the time to get to know Kitty and even comforted me along the way. I really appreciated my experience. I also the nurse that brought Kitty in after her blood was drawn was extremely nice as well. Kudos for the team for this being my first time here and excited to have found a new Dr. for my pet.

Late review: In the Fall of September 2018 my in door cat I let out ate some Daylilly flowers and it poisoned him shutting down his kidneys with a high fever, I forget the doctors name but he saved my cat putting him on an IV fluids for 48 hours to flush his system. My dog when there from 2001-2014 till he passed and they was always good to him.

Mobley vet has been very caring and responsive to my pets needs.

What a wonderful experience, even in the midst of a pandemic. These people were so concerned about my Dolly’s well-being they saw her almost immediately with no appointment; they squeezed her in in-between other appointments even though she was a new patient. I am so thankful and grateful. We will be coming back, and I have already told my friends about the experience.

Dr. Hendrickson is so patient and kind with our dog who pretty much HATES going to the vet. He has the hardest time with the pass off and does better when we arent with him, but she doesnt vilify him for this and even called to let us know he was doing well during his visit, which helped put my nerves at ease!

They weren’t very responsive to emails, sometimes taking days before I received a response. They also didn’t seem very organized either as compared with some of the other vets I’ve been to. They called hours after the appointment to get my information for payment, other vets I’ve been to took my payment information while I was in the car parking lot, while I still had free time and my info on me.

Dr. Shepherd was fantastic - super friendly and patient with answering all our questions. This was our first dogs first visit to the vet and everyone there made us (and him) feel really comfortable and confident.

Mobley has always been AMAZING to us and our sweet baby, Kurtis!! I would recommend them to everybody! We dropped him off the other morning and I was terribly upset and worried sick about him. They reassured me that he would be taken care of and he definitely was! They were able to squeeze us in first thing in the morning and were super responsive. Of course my anxiety was super high about waiting to hear the news, but they called back very quickly and reassured us he was okay as soon as blood work and everything was complete. We were informed we could call back at any time for anything. He is getting stronger and acting more like himself as the days goes by. I am so thankful for them and their knowledge and love for animals. Thank you so much to the amazing staff at Mobley Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Weaver! :)

Took my large neurotic dog as a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon, and she got excellent care. We will be returning for her regular visits as long as we live in the area. Thank you all so much.

My first experience: called for rabies shot for my small dog, I got a young receptionist on the phone. Her demeanor was standoffish at best!Most people I speak over the phone with, have a professional demeanor at least, but once in a while, Ill encounter a person with an ice-unkind personality, like this receptionist I spoke on September 01, 2020 at 8:20 am.

We have a dog that is very nervous around strangers however given COVID, most places were only doing curbside. unfortunately taking her to a vet that only allowed curbside wasn’t an option for us. multiple people suggested mobley and we were so pleased with our experience. the staff was more than understanding with our situation and Dr Coles was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. she even called the next day to check in! i’ve already recommended mobley to several people and will be making this our official vet after having such a good experience.

Everyone was very friendly and the service was exceptional. Dr. Cole was fantastic and provide detailed information regarding our puppy Leo’s visit. I’ve already told 3 people about this clinic. Prices were extreme reasonable. Thanks

I have been going to Mobley Clinic for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. All the staff and doctors are so very nice. Would recommend Mobley Clinic to anyone that asks.

Took me in within 10 mins of arriving with my very sick elderly chihuahua. Dr. Weaver listened to my concerns and we discussed a plan to nurse him back to health. When I called the next day to ask some questions and pick up some anti nausea she was very accommodating. Friendly staff, great care.

The staff has been incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. When the tornadoes destroyed my old apartment they boarded my dog and did not charge me a cent. These are genuinely good people!

Ive brought a few foster dogs through East CAN to Mobley and theyve always been so helpful and kind.I cant thank the doctor and nurse enough who helped me with the kitten I had found that ended up needing to be put down. They definitely made me feel so much better about the situation.

Dr. Hendrickson is the best. She is thorough, patient, and caring. She makes sure she explains whats going on with your dog, what could happen, what typically happens, and what her plan of action is in each instance. She has a bubbly demeanor and an excellent bedside manner. Its as if your dog is her dog. That seems to be how she approaches her work. She really cares for her clients and their animals and doesnt come across clinical and hands-off. When you are dealing with a less-than-ideal situation, all of her skills come together to really put me/the client at ease knowing we are going to make the best decision for the animal together. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Hendrickson...and neither can Shelby, Gaston and Alice Cooper.

Dr Hendrickson has always done a great job caring for my boy. Recently he was seen for recurring stomach issues. She was very thorough, called when she said she would call and listened to all my questions and concerns.

Our doctor was very through and detailed in evaluating our dogs health. The vet techs were very pleasant to deal with, even considering the difficult conditions presented with the corona virus social distancing.

I will always take my dog there they are very friendly and nice to deal with.

I have been taking my babies here for a few years now and Im so glad I found a permanent clinic for them. Everyone who works at Mobley is absolutely amazing. They care so much for both the babies and the parents. They never over charge and are always trying to figure out the best and most cost-efficient treatment. Doctor Schoonover in particular has been a dream come true for my senior dog and I honestly couldnt imagine what our life would be like without him keeping our baby in the best health possible. But honestly, everyone we have dealt with at the clinic is wonderful and I always get a smile on my face when they recognize my baby and enthusiastically say hello. I 100% recommend everyone to this clinic. They really know what theyre doing and care about the patient.

We have been coming here for 18 years. All of my fur babies have had the best care and are treated like their very own family member. Dr. Mobley is the best!! However today we saw Dr. Maddox and she is super awesome! The entire staff is so lovely here!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Mobley’s has taken care of my pets since I was a kid. The doctors are compassionate, passionate and down to earth. Dr. Shepherd is amazing.

The appointment went very smooth even with the new rules in place. It was probably harder on the staff but I think they all handled it very well. It was easy for me although I was not able to be there with my dog. She is very spoiled anyway so its probably a good thing that I wasnt there with her. Lol. I took a friend to get her hurt kitty put down and this man and his staff were beyond amazing. They conducted themselves with kindness, love and compassion. I would recommend Dr. Mobley to any and all folks whom truly love their animals.

All the veterinarians have been great. Most recently Dr Hendrickson’s attention to my old ailing cat was so appreciated. She’s working with me to figure out supportive care.

Took my babygirl to this clinic... the lady that came out her name is rita.. she was very very rude and yelling at us saying we need to get all of her vaccines. We could not afford to get the vaccines at this time all we could afford was the medication and examination for her skin. I can not stress how rude this woman was. So stay clear of her. My wife called and complained while I was waiting on my baby girl.. next thing I know a woman named Tammy comes out and was very apologetic and calmed me down. Very very nice woman. I recommend this place and their services but I do not recommend Rita. Very very rude!!!!!!

I would give them negative stars. Our poor sweet kitten passed away less than 48 hours after we took her to them and they told us she would be fine.
