Love this place I haven’t done my nails in a while when My sister in-law came with me Hugo and Tammy did an amazing job with are nails I’m for sure I’m coming back with them and I recommend them to anyone they are amazing and the management is amazing. This place is great! Very clean and comfortable environment with friendly & talented staff. They were patient and went out of their way to make my young daughters feel welcome and at ease. And our nails look fantastic! Highly recommend!

Kevin is the best pedicurist . He is older and seasoned in his craft . He takes his time and makes sure his total focus is on the client . This whole spa has the ambience and the peace I look for from a hard day of work

Worst customer service ever. Clearly not the best place to go. Don’t waste your time!!! They say Walk-ins welcome but they don’t take walk-in. They had 2 people in their salon when I walked in. Never will I come back and I tip very well. They won’t be in business much longer.

I’ve been here many times. Never with an appointment. Today I walk in and three employees dong nothing. He says its a problem because in 15 minutes they have apt depends on what pedicure I want. Guess what I’ll never come here again. It’s not like there’s not anothe nail place on the next corner.

The lady that did my nails took her sweet ol time and I loved that but as for my little sister my mother noticed her lady rush through her little hands 👎🏻 idk if her being a child has anything to do with it but her nails should also be taken seriously.

This salon is amazing. Truly thankful I found Henry, Holly and Hao! They always do an amazing job! I am beyond satisfied with my nails every time. Hao is always professional and takes great care of everyone the moment you step into the salon. Henry & Holly are so precious and kind. They do exactly as I request with no questions or complaints. Never going anywhere else!

Unfortunately, leg waxing is not their forte. Disappointing.

I stopped by just to get a brochure. Ended up getting my nails done. Very friendly staff, numerous colors to choose from, clean, good at communicating your wants. I get Nexgen on my natural nails and want them to look natural and not fake or bumpy when done. I think Jennie did a great job of accomplishing that. What do you think?

This is the salon my friend and I frequent but todays experience was unacceptable. We made an appointment over 24 hours in advance, requesting a specific nail tech. When we arrived she wasn’t there and we were not even on the schedule...we were told we called the wrong salon...He asked me if I liked the shape after he had already filed down half my natural nail. My friend and I didn’t have time to sit here for him to remove all the nails, add tips and start over. There was no manager or owner there when we asked to speak to them about how we were unhappy with our experience. The guy said “You have to pay. You can come back next time if you don’t like it that’s our policy.”After leaving we contacted another Mars and Venus location to speak to a manager where we received the same response but we were told if we came back in we could have 50% off the nails we already paid for but we would have to have them removed and the only way to process the refund was to refund the entire transaction and charge me for another $20.....I am not one to bash a business for I am a manager myself but the way this situation was handled is insane to me.

I went to this salon 1 hour after Belle Vous Nail Salon did a sloppy nexgen job at my nails. I had their work taken off in this salon. I asked Krystal to clean my cuticles before doing nexgen ( if the manicure/cuticle does not look clean then whats the point of doing manicure? ). Krystal did a phenomenal job cleaning the cuticles and applying nexgen on my nails. i love it. this is what a manicure should look like. clean and gorgeous. i recommend Mars and Venus Nail Bar! You will not be disappointed spending your precious time here.

I love my nails. They came out amazing. Kate is the best. She took her time and was very patient and professional. I have looked many years for a good nail tech in North Texas and I have finally found someone that I like.I won’t go anywhere else.

My mom was impressed and told me to try it out. I’ve learned to do what momma tells you. Very impressed with cleanliness and friendliness of staff!

I always leave satisfied but today they went over the top, I had gone somewhere else to get my nails done since I wasn’t in town and the other salon left them horrible. I went and John fixed them for me. I will never go to another salon but this one

My last three visits here have been less than desirable which is disappointing as I’ve been coming here for over a year and referred many friends. Last time when they forgot about our manicures should have been my last try but I went today hoping it was better. The person doing my nails was very distracted while removing my next gen. I was covered in the polish pieces that flew off the roter. When he finished applying the new next gen, I pointed out how the polish was blotchy and my nails weren’t the same shape. He blamed it on the powder. Fine, but don’t finish my nails if you’ve noticed it! We talked about doing a different color over but I wasn’t happy with that. He offered to completely redo the set but I don’t have another hour to sit there and I sure didn’t want the same person ‘fixing’ them. To be fair, they didn’t charge me today but I did have to leave with less than desirable nails.I’m mostly leaving this rating and review based on a pattern of poor experiences. Today was just my final straw with all the pieces that went wrong. It seems that they have brought on newer and not as experienced staff along with a lack of supervision over customer experience.

Check your receipt!! I visited with my cousins, and paid for everyone and was charged an extra pedicure. I called when I realized and was told it couldnt be refunded because it had been a few weeks and I could come in for a pedicure.Couldnt go in for a few months so called before going in because overall my experience wasnt that worthy to revisit this place. They mentioned they would honor it. I went in, and was questioned again. They had no notes, no mention of that on anything. Thankfully I still had the receipt, a few calls and some 10mins after they agreed.No apologies, no extras, no discounts, it was like they did me a favor by honoring the pedicure they had already charged me for!Experience itself was just okay, a lot better places around. Not going back again.

They say that the way to drive more business is to create a personal experience with your customers... This business does exactly that and more. The service was so professional and outstanding. Phenomenal one on one experience while having a pedicure and massage. All the comforts you would desire in a full suite like this. Staff and everyone was spectacular and friendly. Loved all of the services they have. The best massage chairs and mimosas in the morning. Love this place will be returning and recommending to all my friends.

Google should have a option for unlimited stars, this is by far the best nail salon I have found and Ive been to several. The staff here is amazing and so kind. Krystal does the most amazing work and is so talented, patient and kind. I have finally found my permanent nail salon.

Not impressed with the pedicure I got at this salon. Manicurist needed training, not very skilled. Nails were uneven, jagged edges, polish was old and thick should not have been used.

I love this place because it seems to be very clean. I just moved to the area so I have only been to this nail salon twice. The people are very nice and both times I loved how my nails were done. I am really picky about my nails.

This is one of favorite nail salons. They know us when we come in and are always nice and pleasant. The salon is beautiful!

My first experience there was great! I was greeted kindly at the door and i was even able to get in even though I was a walk in. Everyone was very nice and made me feel welcome. I wanted a certain kind of dip color that they did not have but they even tried to see what they could do for me to make it happen which doesnt go unnoticed. They also have an AUTOCLAVE front and center which makes me feels secure that they santized their products. Also they have the plastic covers for pedicures and from watching it was changed after each customer which ALSO does not go unnoticed. I had Kevin for my gel manicure and parrifin wax and he was very funny. Overall best nail experience so far!

So clean & professional! So many colors to choose from & a long range of menu options for pedicures. Love the milk & honey! Plus, they have wine here... I will definitely keep coming back. *Cheers*

I really wanted to like this place because its close to my house and offers wine. However after my 3rd time here I have come to the conclusion they are not overpriced and basic. I paid $85 for a basic pedi and gel fill on short nails on 12/24, 3 days later my gel polish is chipping. It happened last time as well. The drinks arent free they definitely include it in their prices. Will not be going back.

Three generations were more than pampered today! Many firsts: first time I have not felt rushed; first time to have jelly aloe Vera added to pedicure ( absolutely amazing); first time my nails were perfection ( you are amazing, Helen); and finally, first time an Owner truly Tom interest in satisfaction (Nikki, you are an absolute joy). Yes, we were three generations of total satisfaction!!

Horrible customer service. I gave this place 3 tries... not impressed. After spending over $60 dollars the last time and acrylic melting off and rhinestones ALL coming off. I called and spoke to the owners. They wanted me to pay an additional $20 to fix what their tech messed up the next day. Save your money and time. There are WAY better salons in the area. Not to mention everyone standing around eating and talking about you in Vietnamese pointing and screaming! Not welcoming at all. Sad bc I really wanted to like this place.Update: The owners are now LYING to get customers. I don’t have time to go back and forth, but I was truly shocked at the way they were handling the situation and I ABSOLUTELY told them I would write a review to warn other potential patrons. I had to walk out of there with half filed off nails and redo them somewhere else. And pay additional money when the owner told me over the phone to come on in and they would take care of it. Which was a lie. Who pays $60 for a full set and when stones fall out or the acrylic starts coming off in ONE DAY. I spent over 3 hours and then to come back only to be lied to is ridiculous. Shame on you.

Had my first visit a couple weeks ago to get an acrylic fill and had a wonderful experience! Yesterday, I ditched the acrylic and finally tried Nexgen. WOW!!! Raymond was brilliant and my nails looked perfect! Love this place!!

This is the first nail salon in Forney that I have been impressed with. The place is gorgeous, clean, they do a great job and there wasnt a wait even with most of the chairs filled. I will definitely be back.

My mom initially brought me here back in August. I am very skeptical when trying new nail places however, this place over exceeded all my expectations. I got both a pedi and mani and was overly excited and impressed with the outcome! The staff do a great job of making you feel welcomed and take the time to speak to you and etc. I live in the Arlington area and will be coming back to this business! You will be extremely pleased with their service and walk out loving your nails and feeling happy 😊! Nails are an investment and it’s hard to find good places that truly care about their customers and willing to go over and beyond in their services!

My first and second experience with mars and Venus nail salon was great although the third time I sent my dip nails chipped and broke my real nail after just a week. I’m going back tomorrow to get it fixed but I am really upset my real nails have been compromised once again by another nail shop 😪

Very nice salon! John is awesome! I work with my hands a lot and have bad calluses. He filed them off without me having to ask!

Very disappointed.... I arrived for my scheduled time 11:30am on time, only to get there and my nail tech Krystal is not there. No one called to notify me that she was not going to be there. So I arrived and she’s not there the front desk lady tells me we didn’t have your number to call you. I politely told her that’s incorrect. I’ve been coming here for almost a year every two weeks. I always make my appointment 2 weeks ahead of time. She offer another lady which I was ok with, and then she go in the back to discuss it. I see all of them turn around and look at me, ok it’s obvious y’all are discussing me. Made me feel very uncomfortable, and I’ve never felt this way before today. I asked can she do my nails? The young girl said yes pick a color, I’m still standing at the counter, never offered me a seat and that made me feel like she really didn’t want to do my nails. So I guess I’ll be searching for another nail salon.

I went in yesterday for dip nails and had a great experience, everyone working was very friendly and helpful, and my nails came out great! Tammy did a great job, I got exactly what I asked for. This is the only place I’ll be getting my nails done from now on, really great experience overall!
