I recently had to use Dee-way towing after attending a funeral last week and it was a great experience. I needed my car winched out of my grandmothers yard and put on my Uhaul trailer to get back to Atlanta.The car did not run and had been sitting for 3 years in sand.I wasn’t sure if this was even possible. The driver was professional, made my sign a waiver which I understood for liability reasons and winched out the car and literally put the car on my uhaul off his truck perfectly.The price was great, the driver was on time and went over and beyond to make sure I even had the car strapped down on the uhaul correct before leaving. He was awesome everyone I know will hear about this experience.

Towing desk lady Ms Everett, was rude and unresponsive to questions. Treated me as if I were demanding. I had several questions since the people who had my van towed did so wrongfully. She was beligerant and threatened me several times accusing me of interrupting when in fact thats all she did. I am hard of hearing and informed her I needed to ask again when I dont hear clearly. She was insensitive and just kept yelling. She refused to send me any details of the tow and storage, especially policy and legal. She claimed they sent a certified notice as required by the 3rd day. Later admitted it wasnt sent until the 12th day. I never received it. I have had great experiences with many tow companies. This was not one. This will prompt me to look at legal options for actions on behalf of the company who illegally had it towed as well as Deeway. Background check reveals serious criminal activity by Doug Dixon owner of record. Stay away from this company.

The operator was polite and quick to get a towing truck to me the driver was friendly and helpful absolutely amazing costumer service and grate price will be coming back to them anytime I need roadside assistance

They arent cheap. $95 and I was probably a mile from my home. But business is business. Nobody else had workers.

Dee - Way Towing. I Highly recommend this Towing Company. I was in need of a Tow for my Nephews Vehicle on Cassette Ave .This Company went across town and back for very very reasonable price . Tim the Driver was very Polite and Professional. Dispatch was also very easy to work with setting up a time. I even changed the time as I was going to b 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time and they showed up 30 minutes early on time.

He was very careful with our car not to damage anything, and was a very nice guy. If you need a tow, call them, and ask for Gerald. He will take good care of you.

Ive used them twice. I had different drivers both times but they both had the same great attitudes and they were very professional. Sorry I dont remember their names but Dee-Way got it right with those 2 guys. Will be a repeat customer if I ever need a tow service again

They had my vehicle since 12/3/20 but didnt notify us via certified mail until 12/23. Due to the holiday we did not get the notice until 1/4/21. They were charging us from the date they picked it up. This is absurd and completely unethical.

Son had blow out at church couldn’t find my car finally received a later saying that they had my car but was told that I couldn’t come get my car because it was on a Friday after reviewing Florida statute I found out that was a lie and that they where supposed to give me my car I record all conversations and after confronting them about the Florida statue they then proceeded to tell lies about never telling me I could not come pick up my car this company has no back bone they will look you right in your face and lie for an extra 25 $ I am filling a police report and reporting them to the bbb

Dont expect the wrecker to wrecker courtesy from this company. Called after trying to get a ride to a gas station or to have fuel brought to me and was so nicely told they couldnt assist.... so much for the wreckers code here in Florida.

My daughter car was towed and stored after being towed away with a blow out. The owner helped her above and beyond what anyone would do by getting a replaced tire. I will most defiantly use your company for all my towing matters, and recommend you. God bless you and thanks again

Do not apply for employment through this company, he will hire you in for $18 an hour and make promises he can not keep, there are no benefits and he does not paid for earned overtime. He fires people for “looking for other employment” and he does shady accounting deals with dealerships, like providing them with marked up towing recipes so they could charge their consumer more. I would stay away from this company 100percent.Edit to response; do not believe the lies I have uploaded a screenshot of the text message I got just 1 week before Christmas (for looking for BETTER employment) you can tell his type of character by the way he responded to my truth, and I have proof of it all! Plus just look at some reviews below from others who mentioned how helpful I was, by name! Either way it was a blessing in disguise, I have worked for a better company for close to 2 years now and have full benefits and amazing pay!

Update to my original review: Avis dropped the ball on recovering the vehicle for over a week. During this time, the ladies at Dee-Way, specifically Ashley and Lena were very helpful and polite. They made sure to keep me in the loop since Avis and their recovery team failed to communicate any information. Im leaving it at 3 stars because Im still frustrated with Dee-Ways stringent documentation required to retrieve my belongings. The ordeal would have been much less stressful had they let me pick up my possessions on the first day with my rental agreement and license and keys in hand. The first lady I spoke with was also very rude, but like I said all other employees have been pleasant and helpful.Our rental car was mistakenly towed from our parking spot this morning, and Dee-Way towing has been absolutely unhelpful and rude through the entire process. They wont let us retrieve the car or even any of our belongings from it without ridiculous documentation despite numerous Avis employees calling them with the details of the rental agreement. The older lady working the front desk is obnoxious and rude. So now because of them we are incurring ridiculous fees from the rental car company and are losing all of our personal belongings that were in the car. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

My driver was respectful and one time I respect it a old school classic car knowing how to maneuver it on the trailer without damaging anything and got my car to its destination

An Awesome towing establishment, owning and operating in Jacksonville, Florida. It is such a breath of fresh air working with such top notch service providers. Every driver that I have encountered, has a clean truck, neat appearance, happy go lucky and a pleasure to meet. The supervisors and dispatch are down to earth pros in the game. They have a selection of nice new equipment, and I just know that all of the above is growing their companies everyday.

We bought a Truck on Friday night and Saturday we got stuck in mud .This Towing company pulled our truck out from mud, on the passenger side, but made a mistake by hooking the truck on a wrong spot and cause damage, I called them to report they said call Monday .,called Monday they said no we not responsible, it was dark and the driver didnt see where he was hooking a truck on....Sorry ...I took the Truck to Toyota and the demage is $2000-3000 .. I tried to call and Talk to the owner to cover the cost, but he said he is not responsible for it and wont cover..I told him I will have to hire a lawyer and he said go ahead, you wont scare me because I have hundreds of people like you complaining for demages,,I think that should be a RED FLAG FOR HIS BUSINESS...They make more demage than they helping You..If I could give them a 0 star I would.You should shut your business and be embarrassed to operate this business by Harming Others. I hope You can Use the 150 dolars I payed you in saving Your business and lawsuits...from all the people who complained and have same issues with tou..

This clown is so inconsiderate. He decided to block the entrance to our apartment complex and refused to move to a more convenient location. He wasnt even picking up a vehicle at the time. So disgusting.

Driver drive through yard even after i said somthing to him before,tore a ditch in my well manicured yard in eagle harbor.So i called the office the so called supervisor told me that his driver would fix it,when i told him no its worse than a little tire mark he hung up,ofcourse i was angry i didnt even call for a tow it was my neighbor, furthermore the druver could have pushed the. They may be good at towing but horrible at driving. Just watched a driver from this company almost cause a wreck on San Jose blvd.

Said theyd take about an hour. So I call about an hour later(1hr30min later). Apparently the driver isnt even headed toward me at that point! I call again at 2 hrs supposedly 10mins out. I call again at 2 hours 20mins and supposedly 15 minutes out. This is BEYOND frustrating its 94 out and Im stuck Im a sizzling car waiting for someone who is seemingly never coming. Yup Im still waiting as of 2 hrs 40mins later. Im livid.

CHRIS AND HENRY ARE THE G.O.A.T.S OF DEE WAY, MY WHOLE TIRE WAS OFF AND MY CAR WOULDVE TAKEN MAJOR DAMAGE TO THE FRONT END DUE TO IT BEING UNBALANCED. CHRIS WENT WITH THE SUGGESTION, IT WORKED AND THEY SAVED THE DAY.

My wife and I were on the way to the hospital to see our son. We stopped at a CVS to get some things and when we got in my truck, the battery was dead. We are members of CoachNet and they sent John from Dee-Way to help us. He boost started my truck but it would not keep running without the boosterpak so John secured the pak inside my hood and then he followed us to a nearby auto parts store so that I could install a new battery. This is going above and beyond normal service and John and Dee-Way are to be commended on the amazing service that they provided. John was a very nice and caring person and my wife and I truly appreciate him and Dee-Way. We were still able to make visiting hours to see our son thanks to John and Dee-Way!!
