The only reason they get 2 stars is because their staff members in store are nice and knowledgeable.Our pool pump died and we found one on the leslies website and ordered it. Website said itll ship to the store in 24 to 48 hours and we can pick it up. Great! 5 days later, no call no email, we call the store. They inform us that the 24 to 48 hour time on the website is not valid and it is actually 7 to 10 days. Keep in mind, the shipping tracker said that it was already processed for shipping and we were waiting for it to arrive in store.Called today, day 9, to verify where the pump was only to find out that they never had the pump, they are out of stock, and had we not called we would have just been waiting for nothing. Oh and a refund? Glad we called because that probably wouldnt have happened either.Meanwhile our pool is green and unusable during prime season.Theyve lost a customer over this for sure.

Purchased a new Variable Speed Pool pump from them. The one I wanted was in stock in Pikesville. Calvin drove down there on Sunday morning prior to the store opening so I could install it that day. He also performed water test with a step by step print out. Two days later our pool is ready to go. Thank you

This organization has no clue of what is required to install a pool. The corporate people do not even have a clue. They dont even carry an integral part that is required by the NEC for the safety of the users. A pool water bonding plate that grounds the pool water is not included in the above ground pool packages, and nothing in the instructions even mentions this part. DO NOT waste your money at this place.

Friendly, quick water tests, easy to understand instructions for chemical balancing. Not the cheapest but certainly convenient. Helpful staff!

Went to Leslie’s pool store for water testing they gave me chemicals to put in my pool after a few days my pool turned green I went back up to get my pool tested again and they gave me more chemicals it cleared it up a bit but still not all the way. Went on vacation came back pool was green again we went back up to the pool store to get our water tested they gave us more chemicals to put in the pool it is still green I took another sample back up and they wanted me to buy more but the other stuff didn’t work I will not be going back!!

So happy to have this family owned store near me as a first time pool owner, I was CLUELESS how to use the chemicals needed to keep our water safe and sparkling clear and free of bacteria, algae and pathogens. I am confident now in taking care of my pool after getting free water testing done in the store, and getting detailed instruction by phone The guys at Leslies are professional, patient and kind.

Went here 3 times this year for water testing. They keep telling me I have copper in my water. So I have spent up wards of $500 over those last three trips there. So I went back a week later to have my water checked again. And still copper so I decided to not purchase anything this time. So instead out of curiosity I took a water sample to 3 other local pool stores. And wouldn’t you know there is no trace of copper or metal to be found in my pool water. But the PH and hardness was all out of wack from the chemical that they have been telling me to keep adding. So after moving to a new place for water testing my pool is back to normal. I’ll never use this place again. And I personally know of 8 other people that are having the same issues with leslies. So needless to say that’s another 8 people that won’t be back there either.

They always have what I need to giter done! Their in-house water tests are right on the money and take all the guess work out of how much chemicals to add to your pool!!!

Trying to return an item is near impossible and very very expensive. Numerous emails to customer service unanswered and calls never go through to their customer service. Also 15% restocking fees plus $15 shipping return fee, higher than anyone else in the industry.Very unsatisfying experience.

We had shopped here for the past year and bought all of our pool supplies here. My wife loved the place - past tense. Today, however, we used their pool opening service due to lack of time on our part. To our dismay, when they removed the cover, they neglected to inform us that it was our responsibility to remove the leaves from the cover. We are new pool owners and didn’t know that this is normal. The 1-star rating comes from the folks who removed our winter cover and dumped all the leaves on top of the cover right into the pool! What was the point of the cover if this was going to happen? Why didn’t they say anything BEFORE they dumped all the leaves into the pool? What kind of person does that? Someone who is not worth my time or money, that’s who. Now my wife and I have to spend the next who knows how many days cleaning out the leaves that are now at the bottom of the pool. No more will we spend a dime at Leslie’s Pool Supplies in Westminster, or any other location for that matter. They are not the only game in town and they will not be on our list of places to spend our money.

The store is nice and organized, however the customer service is terrible, almost 35 minutes and no one take care of us, the guy in the front desk was always on the phone, they should said at least wait a minute.

Had a problem getting some parts and a new filter for my spa. Stopped by this location when I was out even though its not close and the store manager was amazing with everything. Despite being a hour away I will visit this store again for my needs. High quality chemicals and good service even when busy.

They Dont answer the phone. Arrogant enployees. Times on the door dont match when they actually close. Avoid the overpriced store.
