We had an appointment for 3:30 and we didn’t get seated until 4:10. I didn’t get my nails started until 5:00. I liked the color but they lady asked me if I wanted glitter and i said no thank you. She did it anyways. She messed up on my pinky and decided just to try to cover it up with some glitter(that i didn’t want). She did it to my sister as well.

They did my granddaughters eyebrows and they burned both of her eyelids. When I went to ask for my money back she just kept saying next time free. There will be no next time!

I normally am the type to not go as far as to leave a review but this was the worst place I have ever been to. I had an appointment at 1:15 and they didnt see me until 2:00. The woman who was filing my nails made literally all of my fingers bleed after I told her she was being too rough. On top of that she completely forgot The picture I showed her of what I wanted and got nothing close. On top of all of that I had worked really hard to grow my nails out and she cut them all off. Do not go to this place.

I wanted a manicure and to get my acrylics offThe lady just tore the acrylics off with a nail tip (fake nail) and caused 3 of my nails to break one of them breaking very close to the nail bed and it hurt.Then she just rushed through the job and didn’t even complete my manicure, no massage no cuticle lotion AND to top it off I’m pretty sure I saw her taking the nail file and buffer out of the TRASH CAN they were very worn down and the buffer was almost falling apart. Very disappointed and expensive for what you get

They were very quick with their service, didn’t have to wait at all to be seated. Ladies were very nice! I got the deluxe pedicure, it felt very nice and soothing my feet feel very refreshed, and super soft!

Went and did some self love got myself a pedicure and as always im leaving stress free and feeling cuteAbsolutely Love LOVE NAILS!

I have been coming here on and off for years my favorite lady is Cindy she is very good and quick! There are a few others there who are good but Cindy is my favorite! Everyone is very polite and quick to help accommodate you! My fill today took no more than 30-35 mins I was super pleased! Only paid 23 for a fill and with a tip!

Not worth the price. Pedicure was okay and my nails were awful to have been charged $110. Beware of the young man that sit by the front, you can tell he is just learning how to do nails.I would not recommend for nails!

I just recently started getting my nails done again after a fifteen year break. I was going to the salon across the street from here, but decided to check out my other options & made an appointment here. When I called to set up my appointment I asked how much an acrylic fill was and she told me, $15. That was $10 cheaper than the nail shop next door and I happily made my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes late 😕They were still very nice and accommodating. I brought my own polish thankfully, because they didnt have too many options in their regular polish section. When the lady came & sat down she quickly told me, your nails are too long! Thats an extra $5. I do not think my nails are too long at all, Im actually growing them out. Im totally unaware of whats normal for nail lengths, so agreed to the $5 charge. She began working on my nails ignoring my cuticles. I told her something needs to be done with them or as soon as I take a shower theyll have the look of a 2 week growth. She then put a tip on the drill and started grinding off the cuticles attached to the nail. I finally had to stop her and say, I dont care how much you charge me.. Just please thoroughly get rid of all the excess cuticles. I showed her where and she said, $5. I agreed and she went to town on them. She was so efficient and really paid attention to detail from that moment on. She was even clipping the newly formed cuticles before painting my nails. Over all, this woman did a MUCH BETTER job than the nail shop across the street. Here she paid attention to the little things & wasnt in a hurry to finish my nails so she could jump to the next customer. Yes, they told $15 but I agreed to the too long price of $5 and $5 for cuticles, if I truly needed it to stay at $15 I would have denied those extra services. That is the same price as the higher rated shop across the street, but this shop deserves the higher rating in my opinion. My nails are thinner, shaped better, smoother & my cuticles are GONE! I Highly recommend giving this salon a try. Im embarrassed to say, I didnt get the name of the lady that did my nails. Ill update in 2 weeks when I go back to her. Im adding two pictures so you can see what a GREAT JOB she did.

I came in with a basic checkerboard pattern I wanted done to my nails for my birthday the next day and I was told that the pattern was “too much” and it would “take too long” when it wasn’t anything fancy, just black and white squares. The man running the store wasnt helpful and almost rude

The first time I went there the person put the wrong polish on my nails and I was very disappointed and they charged me to change the color but I thought Id go back because its a very very clean nail shop so this time they were so gracious to me and treated me very well and Im going to go back again

I called to see if they had an opening, immediately the gentleman on the other the line said yes please come in. When I arrived I was told to pick out my color. I only had to wait 5 maybe 10 minutes before someone was ready. Pammy is who my nail tech was. I asked about pricing for more than one color and designs (as now a days there seems to be an extra charge at nail shops for just about anything and everything!) I was having trouble deciding what I wanted (I like my nails to be different and unique without breaking the bank) Pammy remained patient and did told me to take my time. She did my nails is a very timely manor and proceeded to hear me out on what I wanted. I had chosen 3 colors and wanted my ring finger on each hand to have all 3 colors and a design. She listened to what I wanted even though I didnt convey it well at first. She remained patient and made sure she knew what I was looking for. She did a wonderful job! I am very happy with the turn out and will be back! Thank you Pammy and love nails! ♡

Worst of the worst and they kicked me out

The nail tech just rushed the job...appointment did not make a difference, I still sat there for almost an hour. I guess because all I needed was a mani/pedicure. Things have been shut down for 3 months or better, I am on my feet daily at a hospital through all of this and I just wanted my feet to breathe and look decent for my Birthday in my heels....Didnt turn out that way. Ill be so happy when my regular nail shop opens back up. They were a last resort.

The gal did a decent job on my nails, although she clearly seemed annoyed that I wanted to keep the same almond shape after trimming them down some as she got a little aggressive with the filing and her demeanor changed. Ehh, nothing stood out about this shop that would have me running back.

It is difficult to communicate when you dont want them to do something thats part of their usual routine. They are very hygienic but use a lot of disposables and single use packaging to accomplish that.

This was my 1st bad experience paid 75 to have a newbie try to take out hang nails on my toes then mess up putting on gel polish on my fingers. Had another technician redo my nails n she did worse than the newbie. And I even tipped them...smh.

We received great service from the ladies doing our pedicure and manicure. Very detailed. No rushing. The only thing that is annoying is management probably requires they insist on gel or powdered dip nails. They want to force it on you. Wish they would understand that NO means NO. I came in on a Friday night for a fill. I didnt make an appointment ahead of time so I waited a few minutes (as expected for a busy Friday) The gentleman greeted me with a smile and was friendly as always. My nails turned out amazing and without flaw like usual. But I just couldnt help but notice the amount of complaining and impatience from other customers in the salon. These ladies do a fantastic job and maintain great customer service despite the lack of respect from the customers that come in. Great job ladies, you are wonderful.

They raised their rates, an unjust amount, in my opinion and considering they are nicer salons for now the same price, doesn’t seem worth it. It’s an older salon, not really updated inside. The nail technicians do a good job but due to the excessive increase in services, they doubled the gel nail removal charge, I won’t be returning.

I know why they call it love nails but they should also add pedicures to their name. I had the Best pedicure I have ever had. I wish I would have gotten the techs name because she was great and very personable. I would highly recommend getting your pedicure here.

I have been going to Love Nails for years and have tried several other area nail salons. Love Nails is very well managed and all of the employees seem to want to go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. It does not have the high brow atmosphere that may be important to some, but I like going in and just relaxing during the treatment.

I came here for a pedicure and to get my toe nails painted with 2 friends. We got the deluxe the chairs massaged soo well and everything about it was just 10/10

They did not push the cuticle back. I was in yeasterday. One nail was filed lopsided. They did leave a gap on all the nails so it looks like a weeks growth. If you love a local nail salon please share.

Talk about bait and switch. I was asked several times if I wanted gel nails, I said nope, I have acrylic.I was asked again if I wanted gel, and I replied that I have acrylic. I sat down and she brought out the powder and started my fill. When I was done they took me to the chair for my deluxe pedicure, The person next to me was about 5 minutes into their spa pedicure. I had headphones and was trying to listen to some relaxing music, it was too loud in there. She moved on to paint my toenails, I felt a bit robbed of deluxe part of the pedicure. The lady that started before me, yeah, she was no where near ready for polish. I do a design and often times 2 colors on my nails. I had to explain to the woman doing my pedicure that the pink goes on the little toes and the teal in the big toe only. This took an additional 5 minutes. Then for my design, she put a plain white flower. I was not happy. I said that I usually am asked what color flower she says she only does white. By now I am very frustrated, so I asked to have color added. this conversation took an additional 5 minutes, then someone else came over to add some color.I dried, went up to pay and it was $70.00. I said no way, they told me it was $10.00 more for gel. I said I specifically told her no gel. After arguing for a few minutes, I paid $60.00 and left a tip. I will never go there again.

Mani & pedi were great. DO NOT LET THEM DO YOUR EYEBROWS. I asked for them to not be made thin. The lady stated that she was going to clean them up. My eyebrows now look like 2001 and they’re uneven. When I stated this they kept repeating, “See, they look nice.” They don’t. I won’t be back.

From day one love nails have treated me and my daughter like good friends. They are professional and do a superb job. I always get complements on my nails wherever i go.

Terrible experience. I went in for a gel manicure and its looks like a 12 year old did it. She cut my nails way too short to the point where they hurt, the ends are not filed evenly whatsoever and the polish is not evenly distributed. She also left the polish on my skin under the nail. Ive never had a such a bad gel manicure in my life.

I just received the worst service ever!!!!! I told the lady I wanted # 51. When she brought over the Polish it said 15. She told me dont worry that they switched the numbers. Me trusting her. I asked where was the sample because this is not what I picked. I chose a deep purple and she gave me red. And argued with me that I was wrong. When I asked for the sample or magically disappeared and they could not find the color sample. This place is horrid. And trick u to pay. I hate them and will never return!!!! I hope they hey shut down soon!!!!!!!

They charged me $31 when they said it was $20. The nails were so short and ugly. They were crooked also. The man was so rude and ignorant when I mention it. I wanted coffin shape but they made it square. They were just way too short and the shape were all crooked and different. I truly was very angry about it because everything about it was very bad.

The prices here are very reasonable and the skill level of the technicians is good as it relates to manis & pedis. I DO NOT like the eyebrow waxing however. ALWAYS way too thin.

They gave me a fungus!I was getting a pedi and so was the guy in the chair next to me. His tech was using a electric nail file. She sat it on the floor and my tech picked it up and quickly drilled into my big toe and sat it down. I was looking up and heard the drill and saw the actions in my peripheral vision. It was how the guy reaponded that confirmed my suspicions. His dead skin was all in that file and she didnt have any reason to use it on me. I have aince developed a fungus in that one toe nail, in that one area. I was given a solution which hasnt helped by a foot doctor which was very expensive. For whatever reason I was too embarrassed to confront her. I wish I would have!

I wanted to like this place, I really really did. Its close to home, and the people who work there are all very nice. However, they just dont do great work. I get gel manicures, and several times I had to go back after just a few days because something had peeled or chipped. I had to watch them working very carefully every time to make sure they were doing what I had asked (the length and shape I had asked for), and often had to ask them to go back and do a nail over. In the end, it ended up looking ok every time, but I was just never quite satisfied with the experience. After many months of giving Love Nails a try, Im going to be making the trek back to St. Paul to go to my old nail place- its worth the trip.

I went to Love nails years ago and I loved the lady who did my nails. She always did a good job. I moved out of the area but was in that area visiting yesterday(April 1,2017) a friend and we went to get our manis and pedis. First of all the prices are totally ridiculous. They charge $25 for a basic mani and $15 for gel polish...which I didnt know until afterwards. So I also wanted a gel overlay on my nails. We started with pedis and all they did was cut and file your toenail,dip your feet in bags of wax,lotion your legs and feet and paint your toe nails. They did no massage and no scraping the dead skin off or anything. So the person who used to do my nails was there so I requested her for my nails. I dont know what her problem was or if she was angry or didnt want to do it, but she did a HORRIBLE JOB on my nails. One of them was extemely crooked and lifted so I asked her if she was going to fix it and she told me it was my pinger(finger). My nails were all uneven and extremely thick and unnatural looking. She was very rough and sloppy and by the time I got done I was charged $90 in total and told that my nails cost $35 plus $15 for the gel polish! I was in total shock and disbelief because she would always do such a good job. I left there peeling dried gel powder off of my fingers! They have definitely gone down hill and I will not be back nor would I recommend anyone to go there. There services are not worthy of the price they are charging people. I can go to a nail shop in Eagan and get way better service at a cheaper price. I see a lot of negative reviews in them so if they are treating their customers like that....than its time to hit them where it hurts and thats in their pockets. I am highly disappointed.
