Do not come here. Worst pedicure I have ever gotten and I am not at all picky when it comes to pedicures. He just seemed like he wasnt even trying. He put no effort into trying to smooth the dry skin around my toes, and filed my nails horribly. You can see in this photo how crooked the first and second toe are especially... The water I was soaking my feet in was room temp and when I asked for it to be hotter, it was only just lukewarm. Terrible experience.

My girl Tee moved out of state but the ladies here are nice. They dont like to do long nails much but they will. The new young lady is very sweet and is up to date with designs!!!

My fiancee was a passenger on Spirit Airlines and when going through the security checkpoint he accidentally left his white gold link bracelet in the tray. I feel like the security staff should have immediately informed him that his property was still in their possession. I will be coming in to the airport today to speak with the proper authorities. We desperately need his property to be returned. I have tried to contact airport security with no avail. We are extremely disappointed.

My friend was there this weekend to get her nails done. not only did they not clean up her nails but they were no where near what the picture looked like that she showed them. they also were very very rude and asked her if she could even pay for her nails and then continued to KEEP HER CARD until after her nails were done. completely inappropriate. do not go here

I had the worst experience an it was also my first time going I kept asking for acrylic an she gave me gel manicure an I had to pay 90$ for all this never will I be going back to that lady I even asked for small white tips as you can see In the picture it’s not what I asked this is only from a week this is horrible they are really thick not what I asked for again

I was told by V that I had 5 minutes to dry my nails and toes after she was done with my services. If she would’ve told me that before she did the services, I would’ve left. She kept accepting people walking in and the place was pretty full. I had an appointment and she wanted to rush me away. I should report them for violating COVID-19 rules on capacity.

They are normally pretty busy but for the most part they are friendly and do a great job with your nails. There has been a few fights/altercations there while getting my nail services done but otherwise it’s a good place that I would recommend to my friends!

I love their art work, but their wait time is overwhelming and they take other customers first and leave you waiting as if you havent been waiting for 2 or more hours. Ive been with them for years, cant take it anymore. I found a new home for my feet and nails. They are so Professional and Caring, but I still love Oriental, just need to be Pampered more Swiftly and Fair.

First time here and l loved the service

Ive been in the Minneapolis metro area for about a year now and never could find a nail salon that could do long nails without them lifting after a week but Oriental Nails did a great job. Two weeks and no lifting. I just went back to get a fill and have gotten a lot of compliments on my nails.

They did good I will come back again I did wait but it was worth the wait

Oriental Nail has its moments where it can be very packed and dis organized while waiting. Other than that they are very respectful does a wonderful job on eye brows and nails.

They do great Nails and eye brow but they dont know how to do eye lashes at all she struggled to get mines on and they fell of 5 days later Im pissed I spent 25 dollars.... Something to me to say never mind after they keep falling off when she was doing them never again

My experience here was horrible, i waited an hour for some lashes and the lady vee messed up the customer and got mad at me for telling her she did then she refused to do my lashes after having me sit up here for an hour. Will never go there again.

Friendly, efficient,and reasonably priced. Do not expect a luxury salon experience, but still great for what it is.

I love it not only for their service but also Im disabled and they are very accommodating so that I too can look and feel pretty.

Bad service was there for an hour just to get my nails done (acrylic full set) and they ended up falling off a week later my nails weren’t exposed to harsh chemicals nun of that they just fell off wouldn’t recommend it’s also very ghettos in there people yelling cussing out the people doing the nails

Ve always has great design

Went for my first time a month ago Vee did my nails very good at free style. The place was disorganized and very ghetto. I thought it was a good idea to have to pick a number when you walked in because I think if you didnt there would be alot of arguing and fighting with that kinda crowd. There is also a security guard monitoring that area of the mall but to me it was worth the risk......left very satisfied with my nails.

I like this place up until one of the ladies hurt my nail and then started being SO rude because I told her she hurt me. She then put my hands in dirty water and I found someone ELSES nail clipping in it. Walked out immediately. Nasty.
