After searching long and hard for a nail tech, Ive finally found one that i LOVE!!!! Im very particular with my nails and the little details matter to me! She takes her times and perfects every set. Love love!!

This place is amazing! I was there yesterday and it only took 45 minutes from start to finish. My cuticles and nails look perfect. I will definitely continue to use their services. They are kind, caring and always offer a nice cold bottle of water. Great service!

Guys please go else where!! they use the same tools on every client and don’t even santize. I asked for simple squared nails which he rushed, didn’t size the nails! The nails did not match up and the minute he was doing the acrylics I knew he was going to mess up.. he was splashing the monomer on my nails, and the actual gel polish was huge amount there was air bubbles and blobs of polish dried around the nail didn’t bother to check his work. My nails looked so huge and round. I ended up having to go to a different shop to fix them.. $55 was not worth these acrylics here.

I love how my nails turned out! I showed a picture of what I wanted and that is what I walked out with. Ill definitely come back and recommend them for cute nails. 5 star rating!

Love The Atmosphere Of This Shop. Shop Is Very Clean. My tech Is The Bomb!! Always Accommodating. I dont live close to her shop but I make the drive every 2 weeks to see her.

For starters, they don’t provide all of the services that are displayed on the menu’s they have hanging up. I was asked multiple times what I wanted and they gave me some one who did not know how to do what I continuously asked for. My boyfriend got a pedi as well and was cut multiple times and bled multiple times through out his pedicure…as well as being burned by the multiple layers of mint mask she applied. He had to ask her to stop applying so many layers because it burned. She always kept burning him with the hot towels. Instead of fanning them out to cool a little, she kept putting them directly on his legs. The pedicures are not at all worth the money and neither was the customer service.

Took an hour and 45 minutes for a basic acrylic fill which would’ve been fine if the quality matched that time stamp. My pinky got cut twice and there was dip powder dried on my finger tips when I left. Plus there’s multiple nails with gobs of the acrylic underneath that wasn’t filed away for a smooth finish. This was a beauty school quality manicure at best and for $50, you’d expect a bit better. Everyone was very friendly but that isn’t enough to go back for the services.

They did not disappoint! im absolutely in love with my fresh set of nails. My nail tech was meticulous at every step of the manicure; she was also very kind and patient as I changed my mind on color/design about 17 times.

It has only been two days I have a broken nail and a cracked nail. I paid way too much money with a tip, FOR WHAT? Plus I came from Saint Paul, I’m so disappointed 😔.

Took my nieces there and we all had a full set done. Took forever, the nail technicians are still using unsanitary filers and I know nothing is clean because you can see all the dust and old nails on the tools. The guy claimed to know how to do ombré but blobbed it on, my nieces gills was horrible because you can see the old acrylic. My one niece sat and waited for almost 2 hours just to be seen. The lady I had was super sweet but all my nails were uneven and a different shape. I forgot why I stop coming here and now I remember why. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

My mother in law took my sisters in law and Me go to here ! It was so clean, so bright and luxurious inside! They fit all 4 of us in last minute. Felt super safe as well, in regards to cleanliness due to covid.

This place has a dreadful system - if you call and they are busy they give you a time at the end of the day, but they tell EVERYONE the end of the day, so that when you go for your appointment, there are 6-8 people with the same time, and they are still backed up from earlier. Its a mess and after having this happen multiple times they have lost my business - now I am going to Nail Bar in St. Louis Park with a reliable appointment system.

I came in and right away noticed the lack of cleanliness of the shop. While getting my pedicure the lady “accidentally” touched my skin with her drill and was very rough with my skin. I did not feel valued. After my toes were done it was time for my manicure- they messed up the shape of my nails. Each nail has a different shape. At this point I asked for their manager and they told me he wasn’t there. He was there but just didn’t want to help me. 🙄I will never come to this salon again.

One of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. Waited over 30 minutes before I was helped, woman drilled my skin and it hurt a lot even bled once I left, none of my nails are level or even with the other hand. Over drilled so there is a dent in the nail. Would never come back! Will be calling the manager. Unacceptable.

The worst full set I’ve ever gotten in my 15 years of getting them. They were very rough on my hands and skin. The acrylic from my full set was all over my skin. The nails were bumpy, misshapen, and uneven. I told them I would get it fixed elsewhere, just give me a discount and I will leave with the terrible nails. I didn’t want them to even fix it because it was so badly done. They refused to give me a discount (I didn’t ask for a full refund although I feel as though these nails deserve one). Overall rude and unprofessional about the situation. I even have a cut but can’t get a discount 🙃

Took 2 HOURS FOR AN ACRYLIC FILL. i’ve never had one that took more than an hour. they looked a great after, so i decide to deal and not write a poor review. however, two days later i have 3 nails lifting. never again. $60. i’m depressed.

Walked in without an appointment and waited for about 15 minutes for my gel manicure; wasnt upset since they were busy! They greeted me kindly and even took off my nail polish as they were waiting/helping another person. My manicure turned out great! My lady took her time and made sure to check all of the edges. I told her that one of my cuticles was a little but sore and she took care of me perfectly! I would definitely come back.

I went here yesterday February 10th at around 7pm. It was my first time here and Im definitely going back for my next fill.I wanted something different, an inbred color and my lady took her time trying different ones out on like 5 or 6 nail tips before I chose one and they turned out absolutely gorgeous!!!

It was overly expensive for what I got. I have sooo many toes and fingers that were bleedingAnd I wanted mat black and she didn’t ask what shape I wanted it was very bad I will not be going back. Oh and she got nail polish on my feet and didn’t clean it off. So I did end up with mat on my hands so I don’t know where the disconnect was

My friend and I got manicures and pedicures at this place. It was awful. Not only was the manicure visually hideous, we got infections on both our toes and fingers. They used a dremel to remove gel polish and went so overboard that my nails can be easily bent now. They cut my cuticles until each one bled and when asked if there was something they could use to stop the bleeding they were so annoyed and said “no” while forcing me to sign the receipt and ushering us out the door. While getting my nail design I expressed that it looked nothing like the photo I showed them and didn’t like it and she fully ignored me and kept going. Overall, not only an unpleasant but a dangerous experience.

Tried to get a pedicure here twice and every time i come in they say the wait is 20 min and you end up waiting over 2 hours to not get the service! They skip over you in line and go out of order! While others wait 10 minutes or less when you’ve been there waiting a very long time i don’t recommend this bail shop! On top of that the colors are very limited and every color i wanted they did not have!

I thought it was priced well too considering what I got. Will definitely be returning its by far the best salon ive been too since Ive moved to the area.

I’ve been a client here for years! It’s tucked away and kind of small, but the ladies (and gents) here do a wonderful job!

I usually go Golden nails for my dip fills and they’re usually pretty good but today when I went in, and asked for a dip fill, first the lady came at me with a nail cutter even though I told her that these were my real nails and did not want them cut. I was getting both a gel pedicure and dip fill. She tried to do my fill as the other lady was also doing my toes and she spilled her acrylic water on me. I asked for a specific color and she went and got a different color and forced it on me. I wanted an almond shape but she made some almond shaped and others not so much. She cut my at My cuticles till I was bleeding. She didn’t at any point ask me to wash my hands even tho she got all her glue on my hands. She put the dry coat over it and basically kicked me out of the salon BEFORE they were even dry. Did not put any cuticle oil on them even though she hurt me and I was bleeding and basically had me out of the salon looking like the pictures attached. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’m not going to be going back to this place.

First and last time.Really small location you could be asked to move so others can get by and is quite annoying since Im paying to sit and relax.Customers services was a huge low. Laughing and talking the entire time, which is fine but its rude when you are looking for good to great customer satisfaction. Times are changing and nails salons need to step it up when it comes to customer service. Main reason I will not come back here.Pedicures too long to start and then it was over before even started. Had to ask for lotion afterwards because she forgot.Gels, she continued to burn my nails after multiple times, telling her, showing discomfort and pain. My left pointer finger has a block dot that she painted over that I can see and didnt even finish cleaning around my thumb nails L and R. So I had to do that at home. I provided pictures below. It may seem small errors but I just dropped over $100 not including tip for TWO PEOPLE. It felt like rushed job.

Ive tried a few salons in the area and always left disappointed, however today I was very happy with my nails and experience. I also got my eyebrows and stache waxed, and she did an amazing job. I went in Jan 2021. I had to sign a covid release form.... but was not asked to wash my hands or use sanitizer before my appt.The glass and surface I sat down in front of had not been cleaned in a long time.My nail tech wanted to go as fast as possible (probably so the appt was convenient), but she kept hitting my skin/fingertips with the dremel which hurt... she was using it at such a high rate of speed, I kept having to pull my hand away and say it was too hot for my nail beds, but she didnt care. She also used the dremel on my cuticles intermittently which hurt badly... at the end of it all, I have misshapen nails done in too big of a rush. too thick on the acrylic application, too much pain for 1 appt, and a dirty salon. HARD pass.

Very clean salon with plexiglass barriers and good COVID-19 cleaning practices! The nail technicians are very friendly but also happy to let you relax in the massage chair with a magazine if you prefer. I love getting a gel pedicure here to eliminate drying team - it always looks great and lasts for a long time. They have such a huge selection of gel colors and brands that selecting a polish is the hardest part!

I wont be going back. Tools were dirty, table was stained and I noticed dust and grime on almost every bottle. But the worst part was the nail tech made me bleed pretty bad while trimming my cuticles. She didnt wait for them to stop before continuing so the polish stung pretty bad. After that, I noticed a black speck on one of my nails and instead of buffing it out she just added another coat of polish. I can still see the spot and have since noticed a few lumps and uneven filing. Seriously not worth the trouble. Go elsewhere.

The lovely young lady did a wonderful and professional job on my nails! I asked for tips and gel nails with a clear top coat (they do however highly recommend a color coat to prevent yellowing of the nail). She did exactly as I asked her and she went above and beyond by taking extra in removing the cuticle edges. Thanks you guys are the best!!

I like this place. Its small and nothing fancy, but they do the best jobs. Gel lasts pretty long. Prices are just right. The workers are all nice. Love the music and the chairs are super comfortable. Ive recommended to multiple friends - love coming here! :)

Im a guy that simply got tired of cutting his own toenails so I started coming here about a year ago. What a fantastic experience! I had never done this before and I loved it. First they soaked my feet in nice warm water and then massaged my legs and feet. The pedicure was great and then they buffed the dead skin off the bottom of my feet. When they were done my feet felt great. I only wish that I had started doing this years ago.

Everyone here is so nice and friendly. My nails are always left so neat and clean. The appointments are usually running a bit behind but never waiting for more than 15 min. High quality and good prices.

Dont go to golden nails.I am very unhappy with the manicure and pedicure I got this evening. during the pedicure they soaked my feet trimmed my nails and dremeled versus filing. They prepped my feet for polish without heel/sole scrubbing, lotion, or any of the other usual pedicure services. I asked for the rest of the pedicure, heel scrubbing etc and I was told they didnt do it because I was getting a manicure. They eventually did the heel scrubbing, but the pedicure was incomplete and disappointing. In addition there was no top coat applied to the polish.During the manicure they again got out the Dremel despite my request to file. I have extremely thin and fragile nails. The Dremel sort of burned holes in them. (These extra thin soft spots hurt!!!!) The nail bed is red.My cuticle area is shredded and red.There was no lotion or massage or any of the generally base manicure norms.The gel is lopsided, as in, quite thick on one side of the nail and quite thin on the other side.THEN they charged me 67$. A gel manicure pedicure is according to their signs-- $42. They said the difference in price is the use of gel nail polish vs regular polish.I showed them the sign. I asked about the over charge and they just kept repeating the price. They said the prices went up.I rarely get to treat myself to a kindness like a pedicure. Having the service be done so poorly and to be over charged by such an extreme amount is disheartening and frankly gross.Dont go here. Please dont spend your hard saved money for a manicure pedicure here.Photos are not clear but the blue nail is very lumpy air bubbles and nail filing chunks in it.Huge hangnails. So disappointing.

Horrible job on a fill. Lady was careless with my fingers and nails are lopsided. Can see fill marks under polish. Used dirty file on my nails. Will not return or recommend.

Visiting town for work but needed to get my nails done. Got hot pink with sparkles and I wish I would have taken a picture of the bottle. The technician was very gentle, and it was incredibly relaxing. This is definitely my new go to shop.

I am very disappointed in what I got today. I had gone in to get a pedicure. i got in quick, but she had cut my toes so many times and they were swollen and bleeding!! My toes were so irritated and it hurt so bad. After she gave a (30 Second) massage, she proceeded to cut my toes up even more. never coming back. Very unprofessional. Very Discomforting.

I went to get my toes done here on the 29th of December and it was terrible my toenails was cut uneven and paint was just slap on really poor job for 50$

THIS IS THE WROST PLACE!!! It was rushedand hurt my nails. They were rude and didn’t let me chose what I wanted. My nails started coming off the day after. I also noticed the nail polish chipping even tho I asked for gel.

I decided to try this shop despite the negative overall ratings:Pros: many workers so the wait is short, they have water for customers, they make suggestions on color matching. The lady that helped me did a good job on my pedicure and was thorough.Cons: I took 2 stars off because they dont accept American Express. And the gel manicure by the same person was sloppy. I had lacquer on the skin around my nails which peeled off over several days.

Said they couldnt wax my eyebrows. Even had photos as references. Trust me not hard to do. Made me wait over half hour to come back to state this. Went to better place on Cereal 3 Avenue. Better service there and price and great work.

I called this establishment and made an appointment around 4pm for 7pm. When I arrived at 6:50pm the women in there said they were busy and it would be 40 minutes. I then mentioned I was here for my 7pm appointment. It then went awkwardly silent with no additional response. I stated again that I was here for my scheduled appointment. One lady said the owner is the one that answered the phone and set the appt but, she was not there to know how busy it was. I received no apology due to their inconvenience. I then decided to leave as apparently this establishment did not care to have me as a client.

I toke my mom and my sister to get a pedicure done, and I told her to massage and clean the feet well. The lady only literally took 10 minutes on my mom and sister. Another lady came the same time as us and that lady was sitting there for at least 45 minutes getting a pedicure. When I told her that she did not do a good job, she didn’t clean the feet well, they started being racist and I told her that our money is the same as the other lady that they were taking that lovely time on.I will never go back to the shop and is the worst nail place and they treat you nicely depending on your skin color.

I highly recommend this place! I have high expectations when it comes to nail salons/spa. This place is extremely clean and they provide wonderful service.

The worse cuticles bloody polish chipped off gel polish

I have been going here for awhile. They have clearly gotten busy and have let sanitation go. They place has gotten more dirty. They did not follow proper sanitation procedure. The disposable liners are a joke because they never sanitize the bowl or jets now. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I always liked the place because they used to follow sanitary guidelines. They did not on my last visit. The tools they used they pulled from a cup clearly not cleaned. I wish I had said something I now have a infection on my big toe. I will not be visiting them again. Not worth the risk.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Dont waste your money or time.

It seemed clean enough and my nails looked great after. Though my nails were just a simple filing and gel manicure. With more complex manicures they seem to struggle.

Ive been here twice and I must say that they do one of the best gel polish manicures Ive ever had! They also use plastic rims in each spa tub so no fear of a dirty foot bath. I get my nails done often and Im quick to not frequent a business again if service is bad. However, this is one of the best places around and they have excellent pricing.

They do everything so quick to finish and not lose the next client and leave your nails messed up. Will not come back🤬 do not recommend whatsoever!

And they talk about customers in Vietnamese all the time, and sometimes they laugh out loud a lot. Highly awkward and unprofessional environment. So I wonder why is the owner no where to be found! We recommend this place. Its in a nice new building thats quite comfortable and easy to get to.

I go to their nail shop every two weeks and I went to get a fill in and it was by a older lady she charged me $50 for my nails and when I get a fill in its usually $37 cause my eyebrows are included and sometimes I want a certain shape like coffin or round they barely shape it right and some of the nails dont match up. I might have to find a new nail shop the only thing theyre good for is eyebrows...Update I don’t go here anymore they burned my skin with wax and the lady that was doing my nails started telling me that she basically is skeptical of black women coming into the shop because they won’t pay. I’m a black woman sitting in her chair getting my nails done and she was making me uncomfortable saying that because she probably thought I wasn’t gonna pay because I’m a black woman also. I was disgusted and haven’t been back in so long. Check out Nail Haven in Roseville instead they’re amazing 🙂

One lady was very rude

The workers there talked about me in Vietnamese. If they have the nerve to insult me unknowingly that I understand Vietnamese, Im pretty sure they talk about their other customers with them not knowing that they are being talked about. I will not be returning to pay for a bad service and to be insulted.

I went here yesterday with my son. I ask for eyebrow and lip wax and the lady burnt my upper left right eyelid also burnt below my nose with hot wax. My face is all red and it hurts. I will never go to this place again this place is bad business I also have photos. Photo of before & after wax. I dislike people like them.

Went in for a dip manicure today. $42 and I got nicked at least 6 times and every time I said that hurts or ouch she just kept going until I took my hands away. She kept my hands in the acetone for so long my fingers look like they are peeling after a bad sunburn. I have given this place multiple chances over the last 5 years and every time is a disappointment. Save your cash and find someone to do it right.

Sandy did an absolutely PERFECT job on my gel manicure. Very precise and thorough. I will be coming back for sure.

I didnt want the machine used on my nails and asked if she can manually do the filing she said no and burned three different fingers and when I pulled my hand back in pain she squeezed and refused to let me take my hands for a moment. Sad. Overall I love the colors and quality

It’s decent not that good not that bad

This was my first and last visit. I got a french manicure, the lady who did my nails made my finger bleed as she was jabbing my cuticles and pulling them out. Then she points at it and just looks at me, doesnt apologize or anything. The whole bottom half of my nail had blood on it. So when it came to putting on the polish, my finger was still bleeding. She painted over the blood, spreading blood all over my nail and brush and then dips the brush back in the bottle like its nothing. At this point I have noticeable blood streaks all through my nail polish. When I mentioned it to her, she ignored what I was saying by acting like she couldnt understand me because she doesnt speak good english. Then she didnt let the white tips dry long enough before applying the clear polish over it, so she also streaked white polish all over my nails and kept going. I told her I didnt like the white streaks and I had to keep telling her because she kept trying to ignore me. She ended up redoing my right hand 4 times because she wouldnt let the white polish dry before applying the clear coat. The 4th time he puts me under the hand dryer, hoping the white polish dries. She sends another worker over who starts to tell me how beautiful my hands are and how beautiful the manicure is. I show her and tell her about the blood streaks and white smudges all over my nails and shes says it so beautiful. and walks away. It was ridiculous. It wasnt until they wanted payment that all the sudden they understood english. I said I wasnt paying that much for bloody, smudged nails, so the head lady comes to fix it. Ignores the issue with the blood and tries to fix the white streaks. She used her own clear polish and ends up streaking my nails with red polish because she had just finished putting a clear coat over someones red polish and their polish wasnt dry either. This happened 2 more times before I got fed up and just paid and left. No apology, no discount, nothing. So now I have 1 finger with blood dried into the polish and 2 smudged nails instead of 4 smudged nails. The fact that she was so casual about painting over blood and getting blood all over her brush and putting it back in the bottle was enough for me to not go back.

Ive been here two times overall but both within the last 3 months.The first time I received a manicure with gel polish and pedicure. The pedicure was quite nice but the quality of how the gel polish was applied was pretty bad. Really bumpy and uneven but it lasted for 4 weeks, twice as long as Im used to.I justified going back the second time because of the cheap service and how long the polish lasted. This time was a gel polish change and gel manicure and was done by a different person. The young woman used the drill that is typically used to shape acrylic nails on my real nails causing pain, discomfort and of course many nicks and cuts along my cuticles which she used super glue for. The polish was applied sloppy, this time even overflowing under my nails.I left with fingertips pounding, cuticles stinging and polish under my nails that when dried needed to be peeled out from under my nails which negated getting the manicure in the first place since it was ruined shortly after I left.I wish I would have said something at the time but I really dont think it wouldve helped.
