I think this place used to have another name, Ten Nails or something, but now its named after the proprietess. She and her husband run the place. I wouldnt call it spotless, but Im sure it passes inspection. Its really comfortable and pleasant, and when I was there this afternoon -- miracle -- the television wasnt on. It was actually silent a few times during my pedicure and manicure. Heaven!

Shes a great technician and knows beauty. Paula has a great attitude and very serious about pleasing her clients. Love my lashes.

Paula is really cool. Nice personality. Does nails well. But! I would only have her do my nails because the others are not as talented. When done by others they’re either uneven, fatter/ slimmer than the others or I’m overall just not satisfied.

Been getting my lashes done my Paula before she got her own shop and still love her work never had a problem with my lashes. Thanks Paula.... As a guy I was unsure of what to expect as this was my very first manicure and pedicure. Paula was great at putting me at ease. I chose the luxury treatment and loved the foot/ lower leg and hand/forearm massage. I highly recommend!

I would say they are the best nail shop Over South. They are really good on nails whoever you go to. Also my favorite is the eyebrows. The woman that does it never dissapoints me. I travel 25 min to come here. Love it!

They do an AMAZING good but the wait is extremely long. Ive waiting three hours multiple times. They have a system where you come in and write your name on a dry erase board which is the order that nails will be done. However they allow customers to leave and come back and their spots are held. They even wait if theyre late. You could of been waiting dor three hours and someone will walk in and get right in a sit because their name was written by a friend or they left and came back.

I made an appointment for my daughter and I at 3pm on a Monday. When I made the appointment I made it with a certain technician who came recommended. When we got there, that technician was working on someone so I took another but my daughter was willing to wait until she was done since we made the appointment with her specifically. No big deal, but then the girl we were waiting for took another client! It was now 3:45, when I asked her about our appointment she rudely stated she had an appointment too. Not sure if she double booked or was lying, so we continued to wait (all the while children are screaming and Im sitting on a pedicure stool due to no available chairs) finally at 4:45 she takes my daughter. No apologies, no discount, as a matter of fact we couldnt even get her full attention because she was on the phone the whole time. I wouldnt even be upset if we would have gotten an apology or if she would have told us she had 2 people ahead of us, so that we would have had the option to chose someone else or come back. She was inconsiderate and unprofessional, I will never go back.

Great work and nice ladies. Wish they did appointments though. Its first come first serve so I wouldnt recommend going on weekends.

Paul is very rude! She needs to learn. Customer service, she acts like we have to sit there and take her attitude! I sat go somewhere else where the will appreciate your hard earned money!!

DO NOT RECOMMED!!Unprofessional and unorganized I made an appointment for my birthday. I had to wait for an hour just to be told that someone else was ahead of me which was a LIE. They will have waiting/wasting your TIME just to make more money.

BAD. I called in and asked for an acrylic gel full set lady said it was $35. I got there and she charged me $45 at first and then added it to $50 because of length and shape which was mentioned in the call and still ended up at $35. The job was remotely sub-par and completely not worth even $40. Not going back.
