This place is amazing! I was just driving my car and suddenly my tire pressure dramatically reduced on one of my tires. I panicked and drove here immediately. I had a wonderful experience today. Despite being warned that they were running behind schedule and slightly backed up, I was still on my way in less than 30 minutes from arrival. All of the staff (manager, assistant manager, technician) were incredibly considerate, and walked me through my options. They did not try to upsell me on a more expensive option, I am thrilled to have found a reasonably priced replacement tire! Highly recommend.

They usually have what you need in stock. We have been going here for years - many cars later. They even beat the buy 3 get 1 free deals. They are good tires that look good too. Bonus: you get free rotations for life if you buy all four tires at the same time. Better safe than sorry, get new tires, dont risk your safety buying used.

They where AMAZING!!!!! I knew nobody in Gainesville and was stranded by myself in the middle of no where and called tire outlet 15 minutes before they closed and Bobby helped me out by staying 2 hours late to help me out with a flat tire. He was a perfect professional gentleman, he offered me a gatorade while he look at my tire. The valve stem was leaking so a quick and easy fix. When we first moved to Gainesville, I was bummed about having to find new service shops for our two vehicles, mainly because I feel that it is hard to find places and people that perform honest work. After bouncing around many shops for a couple of years we eventually found a great mechanic shop called Holton’s Automotive, and they actually recommended we get our tire stuff done at Tire Outlet. We have now been coming to Tire Outlet for a little over a year now and we are always pleased with their work, patience, and customer service. We highly recommend the Tire Outlet to our friends, family, and really anyone in the area :)

Came here due to a potential leak in my tire, and fortunately there was no puncture or anything. They were able to clean it up and fix the leak for me within 30 mins. All the workers are friendly. I am happy that it was done quickly and efficiently. Being a woman, I constantly worry about getting scammed by car places but they were very reasonably priced and did a great job. If you go there and have any issues definitely ask for Bobby.

Best tire shop in Gainesville!! This past weekend, I had a terrible experience at Firestone (also in Gainesville). Long story short, they broke my stud (that they wanted me to pay $300 to replace) on one of my rear tires because I had locking lugs that they said took 3 hours to take off (turns out, they didn’t have the right tool). They then refused to touch my other rear wheel unless I agreed to pay for the 3 hours of labor used on the other wheel as well as the amount of labor needed on the 4th. I refused their service and went right away to pick up my car, still needing the 4th tire installed. I was a walk in to Tire Outlet today just to even see if they had the right tool to take my tire off and they were OUTSTANDING!! They not only took off and installed my 4th tire in about 5 minutes, they were also able to convert one of my old ones to the spare and put it in the spare compartment on the undercarriage (which Firestone also refused to do since they said there was “too much rust”). I was in and out within 45 minutes. Firestone wanted $600+ to mount my last tire and I only paid $46 in total at Tire Outlet. They are now my go-to place for any tire needs and I will definitely be recommending everybody I know to do the same!!

I rarely write reviews. But they earned one. I found a 2 inch screw sticking out of one of my new tires this morning. The shop where I bought the tires is all the way across town and I was short on time. Based on good Google reviews, I called Tire Outlet since they are right around the corner from me. Brittany answered and was both polite and professional throughout. I asked if they did tire repairs and if they could fit me in this morning. She confirmed that they do, quoted me prices for both repair options (plug or patch) without me even asking and said they could see me immediately. I drove down and pulled right into one of the bays. One of the techs met me as soon as I pulled the damaged tire out of the back of my 4Runner, took the tire from me, and got to work. Fifteen minutes later the spare tire was off the car, the repaired tire was back on the car, and I was on the road again. The tech who did the repair was friendly and knowledgeable and the price was very fair. Would use them again without hesitation.
