The shop assistant is a very rude person and I suggest that he go back home and raise pigs. Its a middle-aged man🤮No manners and quality！

Not open until 8! Showed up at 6:30 and everything was shut dark.

I don’t recommend going here. I walked in at 7pm on a Monday and 3 people were working. None had any one in their chairs. I asked for a basic manicure and was told over and over how much better a gel manicure is. No thanks. The water I was supposed to soak my hands in was cold and it was only enough to dip the tips of my finger in. For the massage she squirted a drop of lotion on the tops of my hands and rubbed the tops of my hands for literally 5 seconds and then I was told to go wash my hands. When I got back she wanted me to pay so I handed her my card. No, I don’t have cash. Then I was asked 3 times if I wanted to put a tip on the card. No! I don’t! Not until I see how they turn out. She put me under the dryer with only one side working, went and got her coat on and then said they were closing. I’m dumbfounded by this entire experience. Don’t waste your time and money here.

The gel manicure I got at Cupid Nails was fine. No complaints about that. The salon itself had a horrible smoke smell. I decided to just stay because I was running short on time. After washing my hands twice at the salon after my nails were done, I left with my hands actually smelling of smoke too. Absolutely disgusting. I will not be going back.

Si was amazing! They let me get my appointment in last minute and did not disappoint! I was the only/last one in there for the day and they didnt rush at all. (I felt bad but he kept reassuring me that it was no big). I had a Mani/Pedi done with a little bit of old gel to remove. My cuticles have never felt/looked this amazing! My feet/toe nails were rough from the 4th of July weekend in the sand and lake. After my appointment they looked the best they have in forever! Very attentive, professional, and friendly. I think I have found my spot in the SLP for a while :)

Twin City Nails could not get me in for the day and i have a wedding to go to the next day, so I had decided to go to this place. The service was okay. They spoke pretty good English. I had a pedicure and gel manicure. The lady that did my gel polish took her time and turned out good although they are pretty thick. I had asked for a design and the guy that painted my toes did not know how to draw. He had the owner do it instead. Its the worst drawing that I have ever seen. Its as if he does not know how to draw. I would not recommend getting a design on your toes. I could have done it myself better.

Our nail specialists were very talented and friendly. They finished in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Cupid Nails for any day nail services!

I got a gel manicure here last week and they did a great job! Within a week one of my nails chipped and when I went in to get it fixed it was not a problem! They were happy to fix and I didnt even have to wait! They are a great local business that Im happy to support, everyone is very friendly!

Ive been here twice. I wish it were closer to my home. Best manicures. Clean, (!!!) updated salon. Hygienic practices. The workers dont talk over customers. I appreciate HGTV on instead of trashy daytime TV. Its relatively quiet and relaxing at midday. You can pay with a card but tip in cash. I highly recommend Cupid Nails!

I loved my experience here. The nail technician was awesome. The place was clean. They took the time to do the job right. They made you feel like a guest and it felt like they took pride in their work. I will definitely be going back.

I have been a customer of Cupid Nails for more than a year.... they do a great job, are reasonably priced, are very customer friendly...I have had my nails done at no less than 5 other shops in the Twin Cities... this is the best I have experienced.

I havent had my nails done in a couple years and was pretty excited for it. I was looking for a new place close to my job and home at a reasonable price.. when I walked in there was no one there. I male did my nails he was really stand offish and didnt listen to anything I asked! There was no customers there the whole time I was there which I thought was really odd.. also when I left I already had a crack in the acrylic on my thumb nail by the next day. I went in to have it fixed and he basically just globbed on more acrylic powder so now my nail looks all thick and different then the rest now.But really the worst part of the experience is after a couple days I have notice the acrylic part on my nails next to my cuticles is already coming up from.my nail! I have had these nails for 4 days! Obviously they are put on thin because this place is cheap and rip off! Never will go here again!!

Always receive a great pedicure here. It lasts a month or more. Last time I went in I decided to treat myself to a manicure too and opted for the gel. I received so many compliments on my nails and it lasted for over two weeks without a chip. It probably would have lasted longer, but I took it off because my nails were getting too long for my taste. I would recommend Cupid Nails!

I just got my gel nails and pedicure there yesterday. This place has a very cute and relaxing environment. My mani was done by the amazing. She did such a beautiful job! I would recommend Cupid Nails.

Never any issues with materials/polish, though I typically do gel. The staff are very friendly. As staff allowed, they double teamed (one techn working on each hand) a gel application for a special event I was to attend that evening. Could not have been more thankful. Nice selection of colors. Clean.

Went in for the dip powder and within 24 hours i already had pieces chipping off and cracks in my nails. they did a very sloppy job. im a week in with only 4 nails intact.. would never go there again. paid $50 for garbage nails.

Worst experience. For $80 there was bubbles in my acrylic nails and not even a couple of days went by and my nails are starting to peel off as for the pedicure the guy did such a horrible job that my mother had to finish the job that they didnt do an hour after getting it done as well as my gel Polish smeared on my big toe. I would of gone back but they were closing and I was getting married the next day so I had no time. I will never go here again. I feel like that I wasted my money and I wasnt able to do some of the photos that I wanted for my wedding. Big disappointment

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!If you really have to go, do not have your nails done by the guy, who apparently says he is the owner !!SO HE BASICALLY GLUED ACRYLICS TO MY SKIN AND DID NOT EVEN BOTHER REMOVING IT UNLESS I DIDN’T ASK FOR IT!On top of all that he charged me 50$ even though I said I don’t like it, he pretty much said I DONT CARE YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY!He even added “what do you think, I’m returning money to every customer who doesn’t like their nails?”THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN DO YOUR NAILS IN ENTIRE MINNESOTA!!!!

My best friend and I have gone here for pedicures multiple times. They are always so nice and accomodating.

Was my first going and really liked it would go bacc again most definitely, and I posted a picture of me getting the pedicure treatment/leg massage and also got a manicure a very simply one and was great. Good prices as well and walk-ins are welcome, ENJOY!!

Very sad experience. Nice people, but the person that did my service was either new or very scattered. She ended up redoing some of my nails 3 times and trying to clean up all the excess. I wont be going back.

I will not be coming back here. They started my appointment 20 minutes late even though I had a reservation. They also repeatedly messed up on my nails, having to redo my big toes several times. I had originally come in for a manicure and a pedicure but because of the delays I ran out of time for the manicure. I will say that the staff was very nice, but I did not have a very good experience overall.

Do not go to this salon!!! The worst service possible!!!! The nail tech(male) who did my gel polish nails would not listen that base coat was covering part of the skin next to nail and argued that its still my nail. Long story short, polis started peeling off almost right away. When I came back to fix, they didnt have any available nail technician and thus unable to fix their own mistake. Lots of wonderful salons around twin cities, stay away from this horrible service salon!!!!!!

Gel nails peeled off clean after 10 days. It came off all 10 nails in whole pieces, they said thats normal, not willing to pay $40 every 10 days for new nails. Manager said it was my fault. Not great CS.

I went here based on some of the positive reviews I saw, but I was sorely disappointed. I received a mani and pedi and both were awful. My nail chipped after one day, and when I called, they told me we cannot guarantee polish and that I didnt stay under the dryer long enough. My toes and nails were under the heat lamp for 30 minutes while I wait for my friend to be done!My pedicure chipped after a week (which has NEVER happened before).Friendly staff overall, but please do not waste your money on this place.

I have been coming here for years thanks to a referral from friends. It is always a wonderful experience with great staff!

I made an appointment and still had to sit and wait 30 minutes before being helped. Once I was called the pedicure chair I was sat in was broken and made for an incredibly uncomfortable experience. I also got a mani with gel polish and after 2 days the gel started to peel off... overpriced and rundown. Will never go back.
