I’ve been going here for the last 10 years and I no longer live in that area. They are so friendly and their nail art skills are the best! Also, they are gentle when go ins the manicure and pedicure. Since COVID-19, it’s appointment only but I have always been able to get in same day.

They always do a great job but I wish I could have tipped on my card. Never have cash on me. Felt really bad...had to go to many places to try and get cash but didnt work out...I will for sure bring Linhs tip next time (double tip)! She did a great job!

Made me pay before my nails were done in the middle of me getting them done and they did not do that to anyone else in the store. I am African American.

Im usually coming up with creative things for the technicians to do and they do it politely with a smile and enthusiasm. The service and quality is beyond anything Ive received at this price point and above. Id highly recommend Cosmo two friends and family.

I instantly knew I would love this place when I walked in. Nook was my nail technician and she is absolutely effin amazing! She has 16 years of experience and was super attentive and confident when handling my nails. I had almond shaped acrylic gel nails and it turned out to be super beautiful! I am definitely going to be a regular there. Nook, you rock!

I have been going to Cosmo Nails for since just after they opened over 7 years ago. Every time I go something else (even fancy places) I totally regret it! They all know me by name and they take amazing care of me while I am there.

Went in to get my eyebrows done. The employees were very friendly. I asked for thin eyebrows and the employee did exactly what I requested. I live in Brooklyn Park but work in Minneapolis. I will definitely be back; I was done in 10 minutes!

My wife went here on a Saturday morning for first time, to inquire about getting her nails done, and the person confronted her, What do you WANT?! Then they still were short with her about ...Go choose a color. She decided to leave, instead. Is that how much they want a potential new customer? She left. All she did was go in as a potential new customer, but if they cant be polite she will choose another place to spend her money she works hard for all week.

This place is efficient but still does a good job. For a tip, you have to give cash. You cant add it onto your bill if you pay with a card. I got a gel manicure there, and it stayed on really well. I finally took it off after 3 weeks. Sometimes with gel, a manicurist will end up making the end of the nail a little goopy or have a little bubble. But that didnt happen at this place. One of the employees little girl was walking around, playing on the empty chairs, and talking to customers. It was kind of cute, but I could see how some people might get a little annoyed. I dont know how often that happens, but its not that big of a deal. They also dont have any TVs to watch. But overall, good experience and great manicures.

Stopped in last minute and was able to get in right away. I had the deluxe pedi...def worth it. It includes a hot stone massage! Price points are good and staff was friendly.

Came last week for fill and wanted design with rhinestones. The owner stated she doesn’t do rhinestones, shocked I asked why? She stated it takes too much time, they fall off easy and most of her customers are conservative! Now today I come back because polish has been chipping and nail broke. She informs me that it will be 30 mins with such a dry, unwelcoming tone. I take it as my “kind” isn’t welcome so just an PSA for those who are black .... don’t bother wasting your time or money WE aren’t welcome here!

I will never go here again. When taking my toe nail polish off, she was very rough and scraped the skin off my toes. Then she put some cleaner on my toe nails, which burned. I explained to her that it was burning and I had to remind her that she had hurt my toes before and that the cleaner was burning. The massage was basically non existent AND she wiped the lotion off. When applying my gel polish, she set the lamp ON my toe nails causing the polish to be messed up. *sigh* Never again.

From the moment I walked in I felt unwelcomed. My sister and I were there for mani/pedis. She left with sore feet and I left with a horrible manicure. The manicure was a two minute soak in a tiny bowl of water of dial foamy hand soap, and the nail polish was put on uneven and full of air bubbles. When I returned the next day to have them fix the nail polish they lectured me on how they dont guarantee the polish to stay past one day!! I had two flowers painted on my pointers and after she painted them on told me they didnt look good! BUT put on the clear coat and sent me to dry. Will not return and suggest you save yourself the time and money
