I have been to XPO nails 3 times now, and have received the best service EVERY time Ive gone in. It is a small family owned and operated business that has been there for 10 years. Dont let the strip mall location scare you away, they do a great job and are all so friendly. I had a Gel manicure and Pedicure for my 1st 2 visits. Never have I ever been to a place that has a hot stone leg massage INCLUDED in their pedicure price! And they always offer you a complimentary water or soda, AMAZING!Today I decided to try something new and went in for a full set of Pink and white ombre acrylics. I was a little nervous because its been 10+ years since Ive had fake nails but they look beautiful! I LOVE them. The owner (I think her name is Nina?) Paid close attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted. This will be my go to nail salon and I recommend anyone check them out!

I really wanted to like this place because the workers were nice, but unfortunately it is one of the worst pedicures Ive ever had. I got a gel pedicure (40$) and the paint is completely uneven. One toe even has a spot of paint missing somehow. My nails are all different shapes in terms of how they cut and filed. My friend got a regular pedicure (25$) and same story with hers. The filing hurt both of us :(.

This is a family owned business that does great work for a really reasonable price. Ive been going to see Lee & Jenny for years & will continue to do so for years to come, as they treat me like family & make my nails look great.

I moved to the area just a few months ago and thought Id try Nail Xpo when I needed some pampering. When I made the appointment, Jennifer (the owner) was the one to do my nails. Ive now gone back every couple weeks and have walked out happy each time. Jennifer and the whole staff have a lot of experience and do a great job. Also, you cant beat their pricing for a gel manicure.

Pretty disappointed in this place. Super outdated and the pedicure lasted about a third of the time at my normal place. Had blister on the bottom of my foot from a pair of heels that usually anywhere else would clip off, scrubbed my feet for two seconds. Massage for less than five minutes. Basically paid $40 for a gel polish change and me heading home to scrub my own feet. Will never be returning

LOVE getting my nails done here. They are so quick and precise. Definitely a hidden gem in Plymouth.

I don’t think this place has good sanitation standards the place seems pretty old and dusty, the lady that did my nails used the same tools that were sitting on the table I asked If they were clean, she said yes, but I really don’t think so... my fingers were paining after I had the manicure done.Big variety of gelish colors and service was done pretty fast.

The best prices Ive seen for mani/pedi combo, and the results were quite good, but the smell of chemicals in the salon is overpowering. Its hard to breathe and I would never visit again just for that reason.

I was looking on Google Maps for a new pedicure place and happened upon Nail Xpo. I am so very glad I did! The service was amazing! The owner himself did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure I have ever had! The regular price is $25, but you should definitely spring for the Luxury Pedicure which is $35. They do a sea salt scrub on your legs and a clay mask, wrap your feet in hot towels and to top it all off, you get a hot stone massage on your legs and feet! AMAZING!! My feet have never felt better. I cant say enough about this place, even the massage chairs were fantastic!! I will be a repeat customer for sure :)

When you have been a loyal, caring customer for over 12 years, you would think you would be treated as such....NEVER AGAIN!!

The girl that did my pedicure was absolutely gentle and kind. She took her time and did a great job! Totally recommended!

Went there at 6pm to get my nails filled and gel polish, online it says they close at 7. The salon had about 5 patrons all getting services or drying. I said I wanted to get a fill and gel polish, had my own polish with me, they told me that it’s not gel and they wouldn’t do my nails unless I picked one of their colors? Very bizarre way to treat a customer.

The price for a gel manicure is awesome. Only $22, but I dont think I will back. The lady (Jennifer?) was extremely rude, not friendly and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Very short and curt. Im willing to pay more for a manicure for a more welcoming environment.

Legitimately the best gel manicure I’ve ever had. It also was the quickest, and the cheapest! I will absolutely be back.

If Im lucky, my gel manicures will last two weeks.The pedicures here are amazing. This is the only place I will go and splurge on a pedicure. Staff is pretty friendly here as well.

My favorite nail salon ever. I even moved far away and still seem to find myself back at XPO. They are really reasonably priced and they give you the full treatment. They even give you a salt rub on your feet and legs and follow it up with a oil and hot stone massage. Amazing.

After a horrible experience at my last dal9n I decided to google some salons in the area and read the reviews here and they were not wrong. Did a great job on my nails and Im incredibly picky!! Will definitely be back!!

Usually when I go to a salon they will trim cuticles and shape my nails. I didnt get either. I live super close and it took 10 minutes tops to drive there, get my nails done, and get home. Very disappointed. Place smelled smokey too.

Wasnt bad. Wished they would have used a pumice for the manicure. Paid $13+ tip.

This place is a dive. The woman doing my pedi kept sniffling and making disgusting throat noises. The massage chairs are all wrapped in gorilla tape and worse than a county fair ride. The posters on the wall are faded and dingy. I only came here because of the high star rating. Its cheap, but I will not be back.

My acrylic stilleto nails were shaped perfectly when i went in, only needed a fill (less than 2 weeks had passed) and slight trim. She filed them into very short squares, i had to ask her numerous times for pointy/stilleto. I eventually showed her a picture, but since they were so short at that point they look like tiny 1/4 inch triangles. Also got a pedicure, they gave a great 20 minute massage but only scrubbed my feet for 1-2 minutes, when I left the was still lots of dry and dead skin. I literally went straight to walgreens bought my own pumice stone and cuticle trimmers and finished it myself at home. They were very nice people but I wont go back.

The best pedicure ive ever had! I love this place! The pricing is more then fair and family that works here are very sweet and friendly. How can you go wrong with a mani and pedi for only 30 dollars!

Fast and good color selection

I do not know if it was a product of the language limitation or market strategy. I arrived guided by other comments and ratings and was disappointed and ripped off. I asked for Manicure and Pedicure, the mother or business administrator asked me to choose the color, in a fast and unintelligible English ... they caressed the dirty one and did not remove even one percent of my cuticles. When I finish putting the color they give me a bill of $ 60.00 dollars !! I asked: But, the signs say $ 30.00 !! Yes, if it is a manicure with a regular color ... but you chose gel, you said yes ... when I asked you. This time in perfect and understandable English. I give a rating of two, because the only thing worth highlighting was the leg massage ... short, very short but good.
