Overall good quality of my nails! The tech I had was very friendly and made sure throughout the entire process that I was happy with her work. The shape and the paint came out beautiful. Very happy with the outcome!

I have been going to this location for 10+ years and the last 2 times I have been there (1x in June & another in July my service has not even been 1/2 of what it used to be. My tech did not converse with me what so ever (they usually dont too much anyway) but through out the entire time was chatting in Vietnamese with co-workers. I had an appointment (required) & upon my arrival was told they were behind & I needed to wait another 15 minutes... which ended up being 30 minutes. Part way through my service my tech left me to go work on another customer for 10-15 minutes. In the past my pedicure was FANTASTIC- not so much now, The massage was lame & I did not feel relaxed at all. Also, in the past after having a nail service I would receive an amazing hand/arm rub & then a neck & shoulder rub to finalize my service. I asked my tech if they had stopped doing this & I didnt even get a response. I will be seeking a new salon now & not returning to USA Nails as their service is no longer reliable nor consistent. DO NOT GO THERE EXPECTING TO BE PAMPERED. You WILL be disappointed.

Watch out people I was ripped off!!! I took my daughter there for her birthday to get her nails done they charged me $50 for my little daughter for a full set and gel polish. I was shocked like where they do that at? Mostly all shops charge 30-45 for a full set they said their full sets are $60 and they said since its her birthday they took off $10. I should have NEVER let her get her nails done there. All they care about is the money and ripping off people the lady next to us paid $125 for mani pedi and eye brow!! Greedy money hungry people they up the price an will the charge thats why they dont have the prices on the wall for you to see every body they charge differently!!!

Great pedicure! Fairly priced service for the everything you get and the time put into it. They had a variety of packages. I did the milk and honey pedi. The environment was very relaxing. Best of all the pedicure got rid of all the rough calluses on my feet. I recommend this place.

I go here every week for a nail polish/file. Every time I get my nails done here people ask me where I got them because they are so impressed. Its also very affordable ($8 for just filing and regular nail polish). Im so happy with this place! They always do such an incredible job. Theyre all so nice and welcoming too. Im very happy I found this place and will continue to go here weekly. :D

I’m so disappointed with my experience here.I went about a month ago during the day where no one else was there and two of the ladies were talking so much (one of them being the lady doing my nails) that she finally just got up and walked over there to talk and left me sitting there for minutes. She proceeded to have a call with a doctor and was yelling at the doctor over the phone in front of me, very uncomfortable. I had an 1.5 hour gel manicure that could’ve been 30 minutes due to the times she got up and walked away to talk to other people.I ended up going back recently thinking I’ll get someone new and got the same woman. She greeted me by telling me I don’t have eyebrows and that I need to fill them in. Then told me I look like a highschooler, all just very weird comments to make to someone in their mid-20’s. Regardless, it is super unprofessional to comment about anything on someone’s body/ appearance. She talked the whole time again and wasn’t paying attention which led to my nails being all different lengths, and I had to pay $30 for it. They do not look good.I absolutely would not recommend going here.

Not going back there ever. Older woman did my nails. Didnt talk to me the entire time. All of the workers were talking to each other in their own language. She was very rough with filing my nails. Left my cuticles very red. I had to ask her twice to fix a couple nails because she filed them crooked.

Couldn’t ask for a better nail shop! Very thorough with removing calluses, huge selection of gel polish, wonderful pedicure packages and comfy chairs.

Best pedicure experience I have had! I came here on a whim, but have found a new fave pedicure place! I was helped by both Ann and the owner! The staff takes their time, makes sure to check in at multiple points to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. USA Nails is clean, well designed, and everything is very updated. I highly recommend the sea salt scrub!

Sophie makes sure that all of her technicians do a great job. Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and Im constantly referring my friends to come here. They do prefer that you pay cash, but accept cards for transactions over $15.

I came in the other day for my usual fill-in. Tammy was the person who did my nails and she gave me a great shape. We had really good conversation and she treated me really well. She made me feel welcome and this was my first time coming here. Definitely coming back.

Everyone is so polite, but I wont see anyone but Kevin...the BEST spa pedicure ever, not rushed, and super gentle and extra neat and shiny (I get the gel polish, its worth every extra penny). He does a great massage too and he takes his time, he suggested my eyebrow wax without being rude about it (I did need one...ha ha, turned out great). Just scheduled my gel manicure for later today. I love this place!

Went about a month ago for MY 1st Mothers Day :)I came from out of town and my mom bought me a pedicure and both the experience, as well as the results were amazing!! Tony did my toe nails, and he was entertaining and incredibly TALENTED!! Im a bare feet in the dirt kinda girl so he pulled out all the stops to fix my feet! I decided to get french tips (turned out far better than i have ever had before)...now a month later i am still rockin my USA NAILS pedicure :) Special Thanks to the owner Sophie as well!!!

I came in to get a gel fill. I also wanted the mood changing polish. She put on the polish so thin that you can see right through the polish. I also dont expect that when you have a customer in your chair, that you talk to your co-workers about your customer.

The service and workers were very kind but I was disappointed to find that only after having my gel manicure for 3 days that it already started to chip off! I got my manicure on Friday 6/29 before a weekend with my family up north and it’s now 7/2. It’s hard to give a higher rating because I spent a lot of money there so it’s a bummer that after only a couple days it started to chip off. However, the workers were very nice and seemed like they liked what they were doing.

They do a great job and really stand behind their work. They are very appreciative of their loyal customers. My nails have always looked great and when I broke a nail at work Sophie promptly fixed it. I will continue going here for sure

I went in to get a full set for my birthday. And first service was slow, but I waited. So I got them done the lady drilled my skin i Have 3 cuts than.one nail is a mess and one nail is not fully done. I wouldn’t recommends this nailShop

Nail place is currently under new ownership.Went to go get SNM manicure like I always do . When I arrived for my appointment I found out the wonderful lady that used to do my nails no longer works there. I had my nails done by Tammy who was very careless with my nails as she was using the nail drill I could feel my nail getting hot. It felt like the drill was burning through my nails. I told Tammy that it hurt she said OK and continue to use the drill.My $50 manicure normally lasts for three weeks . four days later the my nails Started to chip in Peel off. It’s so sad because I have been a valued customer of this nail location for three years now I have to find a new place😓. Everyone has their own experience but I work hard for my money and based off that I would not recommend USA Nails for anyone !!

Very mature and experienced staff (I think they purchased in mid 2018?). They take their time and do an excellent job! I never feel like they are rushing to get to the next person waiting (as many nail salons do). When they do my nails, their manicures last longer than anyone elses!!! It is a very quiet, mellow and relaxing atmosphere and the ladies are all very pleasant and nice. Also, reasonably priced. I would highly recommend. 2 doors down from the Super Target at Knollwood.

I. have been coming to USA Nails for many years through a couple different owners. The cutrent owner, extraordinaire, Thuy (sp) has the most lovely shop. She has consistently updated her equipment, surfaces, organization - I am always so impressed at her methods and inventiveness for keeping everything sparkling and tidy.USA NAILS is spacious, gracious, efficient and reasonably priced. On top of that, all the technicians are very professional and their work is guaranteed!I can be standing in the grocery line and somebody will say your nails look so lovely and I just tell them, visit USA Nails!

I always go to Vicky because she USUALLY does an amazing job on my nails. I was less than thrilled yesterday. My nail thickness are all different. Some are thin and some are VERY thick, they are different lengths, the paint job has bubbles, and she cut me. BADLY. When I asked her to fix this she seemed to get mad. I usually love this place, but when I pay a lot and dont get quality it is disappointing. I really would like to go back, but dont know if I can.

Sophie, the manager, did my nails in between phone calls and customers and consequently, my finger nails look sloppy and rushed, and thats what everyone sees the most. Went for a gel manicure and everything was fine except multiple nails have chipped. One the day I got them done, multiple more the day after. For $30 that should NOT happen.

The owner, Sophia is very friendly. She is never too busy to greet a customer with a smile and hello. Their customer service is the best! Furthermore my nails were done with great quality and in a timely manner! I didnt feel rushed. They listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that!

Today I went in to get a basic pedicure based on the fact that I wanted to support this business due to being co-workers with a woman at work - her family owns this nail salon and she is super dope so I wanted to show love to her family’s business and get my feet together for summer! I was greeted immediately when I walked in and ushered to the pedicure throne where I was seated and began soaking. I had pleasant conversation with a nice customer whom I met just sitting there next to me and the lady who worked on my feet was sweet as well. She upgraded me to gel polish & although I hadn’t had it before, she assured it would be nice. She did an amazing job! I should have taken before & after of my feet haha! Her name is Vicky & she was so nice and her service was easily a 10/10! The prices are very reasonable & I will definitely be back and bring my daughter & husband to get our pedicures done soon ☺️

My African American friend and I came for pedicures and the nail tech said I like white skin. to me and it really hurt my friends feelings that the the nail techs have preference for helping white customers. Gossiping in their language the whole time. Very rude

I have been going to this salon for over a year. This location gives the best customer service of any I have been to. If you are unhappy with your service, Sophia goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied. While your nails are drying, they will rub your shoulders. She goes out of her way to learn your name and gets excited when you come back. If anyone complains about their services on the site, it is because they are Minnesota Nice who expect amazing customer service and extra services but dont want to pay for it. I work in customer service, and people need to learn to appreciate businesses that put their customer first versus trying to get everything for free. If you want things for free, go to somewhere that you can get a $15 gel manicure and then watch it peel off in 5 days.

Its over four weeks later and my first gel nail pealed off today. The salon was not busy at all when I went at noon on a Sunday.

The staff is great and the service. polish stay on a week and a half toes longer.

I usually really like going here but the last time I was in was a total joke. I was there for over 2 hours getting a pedicure and then a powder nail polish (I wouldn’t call it a manicure cause basically they filed and painted my nails). I got my nails done the 8th and by the 11th three nails polish has popped off... like an acrylic could but it was just polish and 3 of my fingers were rubbed so raw they had scabs. I spent $70 and tip on a pedicure and a polish that didn’t even last 4 days. Do not get the powder nail polish done here. They don’t know what they are doing and it’s poor quality for a lot of money.

DO NOT GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE HERE!!! I should have known better getting lashes done at a nail salon but I thought for $35 hey whats the worse that can happen... She glues my eyes closed instead of using a glue remover or something SHE CUT MY EYELASHES!!!!!!!!!!!!! A chunk of the top and bottom are missing. Nails were ok but during my appointment her version of small talk was telling me not to eat at Mc Donalds because I will get fat and oh you are not married.... Sweet.

Poor customer service! The service was so poor, I tipped with a ripped dollar bill! Given the fact that they are never busy, you would think they would treat their customers better. By the way, my full-set lasted only a week when it usually last for two.

Extremely BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and POOR QUALITY!! I have been a long time customer getting my normal fills and pedicures regularly of USA nails and this place has gone down hill for the past year immensely. First off, the help is horrible, each person who works here outside of the manager averages 60+ minutes for a fill and does not do good quality work. Workers are not gentle either by making you bleed with their tools or they do crooked, thick nails. They are usually behind on appointments and do not honor when they have appt which then you have to wait upwards of a half hour when you have an appt.I have tried talking to the manager about this several times and she does not address the issues and when I speak to her about her nail shop she grows silent and does not respond. Tells me she does not care.Today again, had an appt and took a half hour past when my appt time was, I let her know I was shopping around for a new nail place due to poor quality and customer service. She did not respond. After getting my fill she then tried to charge me for a brief tip, which I did not have a broken tip. Just not tasteful and again poor customer service.For someone who spends $100+ a month the nail industry is too highly competitive to have poor quality AND poor customer service. I will not be back.This ownership needs to get new management and better workers who can do nails quickly and well.
