Car was towed here due to an accident. They had fun with going through my car and taking several things. Per the reviews I see I am not the only one and a friend of mine that had stuff missing when his car was towed here months ago. Do not recommend them at all.

I broke down and called them and they were very busy the owner himself came and help me I really appreciated what they did for me it was so hot outside and they got there on time for me thanks again

Today i had such a tough day and as i went to leave my apartment everything got worse, my car was towed.. Again. I made my way to always open towing already upset but luckily to my surprise i was greeted with warm faces specifically Kathy. Kathy was generous enough to stay past her scheduled time and make sure that i was able to pick up my vehicle. She understood my distress and i really am thankful to have had such a great experience after such an awful day. s/o to kathy!

I was originally was coming into this establishment after speaking to a female on Wednesday. She was ignorant and rude. When I arrived on Friday I was greeted by this woman Kathy which wasn’t the women on the phone. Kathy really changed my attitude about this place by being pleasant and explaining everything I needed to do to get my car back and offered to help me do it as well! Thank you again Kathy your the best and as for the other women you need to work on your customer service and attitude towards people because it’s uncalled for.

I was in a terrible car wreck and they held my car and the car was totaled and they kept my vehicle. The dispatcher Kathy was AWESOME! They kept me updated and when I was able to they was courteous and let me retrieve my belongings from the vehicle with no issues. It was pleasant experience! Thanks againKathy!! Got in a wreck on the highway was pretty shook up. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. When we got to the tow yard after, Kathy was super helpful and great explaining what to do and what to expect.

My car was stolen a day ago. They were very polite and friendly when I came to pick it up pretty close to their closing time. Daniel was super sweet. Everyone pitched in to give me helpful tips for future references.

I would like to think Kathy and Daniel for great customer service making sure I didnt forget all my belongings as well as for my drivers license and for Daniel for assisting me with my belongings.

We all know how aggravated and how stressful it is when your car gets towed. We all have a tendency of taking it out on the wrong person the whole situation itself just really stinks. I wanted to do this review to give a shout out to Kathy!! I have to say given the circumstances she made my day this woman deserves a big fat raise!! I had given her an attitude which it wasn’t even her fault it was my own stupidity. We need more people like her in this world. Today was full of frustration trying to help my mother collect her belongings from her car which was unfortunately totaled. Howeverrr, they definitely made it a lot easier. As easy as they could especially kathy & cornell (hope thats how its spelled🤦🏼‍♀️) plus shes hilarious so thats a plus.

Unbelievably rude man blocked an entire street to tow one car in the late hours of the night. When I kindly asked if there was room to allow me to pass by he got hostile and screamed “You have no idea who owns his company” as a threat as though they are owned by the mob. The worse place, they stole my radio out my car they try to lie about fees, there is a guy name chico and he is not a honest person. If your car is here be very careful.

The lady I was on the phone with was rude, They hanged up on me and seemed to be very unprofessional by the way she handle my situation.

Most of these people giving one stars just seem mad they got towed in the first place. Obviously thats frustrating. But they showed me really good service. They got me my car back in no time, explained why I got towed, and told me how to find other parking close by in the future. Even let me know it sounded like I might need new brake pads.

Called for my car to be towed in a hurry, driver got there quickly and was incredibly helpful and understanding. Always going to use Always Open going forward!

I was being towed by mistake so the officer asked the Always Open Towing employee to drop my car and the employee responded Noooope, not doing any drops today The police officer told me that that was illegal but he wasnt able to take my car back by force. The police had to call every few hours for 3 business days to ask when they were ready to give my car back to me. Always Open Towing illegally kept my car hostage for 3 days. The police said they filed a report and I was welcome to sue Always Open Towing. They are criminals and should be avoided as such

Youre not given a choice in the matter when your vehicle is towed involuntarily, and I do not expect it either... I get it, I screwed up and parked where I should not have. This shouldnt mean that I be subjected to sleazy proprietors who charge over the state regulated maximum.So if you happen to be unlucky and towed by this sleazy company, sorry... get ready for an incredibly poor experience.And if you have the choice, I recommend trying another company.

These monsters towed my spouse’s father’s van without warning after he died and wouldn’t allow any of his children to see the van unless they paid $350. They said they had two hours to pay or the van would be sent to a junk yard. They finally allowed one of the siblings to see the van for only 5 minutes and charged her $108. This is absolutely unacceptable and immoral behavior towards a family grieving their father. Do not give these people your buisiness under any circumstances.

The worst experience I had in my 15 years in Boston. Not that having your car towed has to be a nice experience, but what can i say if extend your ordeal by making you wait 2 hours at 12:00 am, because they go to sleep somewhere in the night. And When the guy finally arrived to open this “always-open towing place”, he was rude and dispatch me while watching some sort of soft-porn movie at the golden channel. Not to mention that the place is creepy as hell.

Car got towed Im okay with that, but what Im not okay with is getting charge an additional $20 for a total of 5 miles And try to justify for it. Already making money on the tow itself and storage now i have to pay for the fuel the takes my car away. Smh

Called them on referral from AAA ( big truck AAA wont tow) at 5:20 on a Friday night was told it would be a while which is common after several calls to dispatch and them saying we gave the driver your info ect. Finally at 10:20 ( yes five hours later) I got a call back saying sorry we are too busy to tow you tonight. Meanwy I had called other companies but they had like 3-4 hour waits but I figured these always open would be here before them so I passed BIG MISTAKE.

I called them to get help with a flat tire since my tire jack broke. They took my information and said expect a call back from the technician. I called back after a hour and a half. They said the tech will call you. I AM still waiting for that call(not).

Called them last night and told them I’m coming to get my vehicle. I arrived and they ask to come back on Monday.

Never ever choose this company. They freaking damaged my car when towing it.
