They were over booked..but I was just glad to be spending time with my daughter

It was an inexpensive place to get our nails done but my gel manicure only lasted a week and I don’t feel like I was using my hands any more than usual. They looked really nice when I first got them done though!

First time at Daisy nails and I will go back!! So many colors to choose from! I have been getting my nails done since I was 12 and I havent ever seen that many colors to choose from. Very friendly and helpful on suggestions. I will definitely be back. They also take your temperature and have you write your phone number down when you walk in and send you a text message after with a coupon. ❤️

Super friendly staff & great service! I always leave relaxed and satisfied with my nails. I asked if she could try to do a coffin cut on my natural nails even though I knew they werent quite long enough and she made it work. I love it. 😁💅

I came in and was in a bit of a rush, but I was seated right away. I told Rosy what I wanted and I got all the services in 45 minutes. Although she knew I was on a time limit she still provided me great service and made sure every nail was perfect. I am extremely happy with my pedicure and manicure. Will definitely be back next time Im in the city. Nice, clean, friendly place

They had a lot of customers waiting so they do my nails on a rush and made a lot of mistakes. I did a full set gel with fake nails and have two colors, a lot of errors on my nails and I am really disappointed. I liked it very much. The lady did a good job and it didnt take long.

I went there to get my Acrylic nails off the guy that was working there didn’t use any Actone for my nails and proceeds to use painful objects to remove it. I told him it was painful and that I was in pain and he continues to painfully take off my acrylics. Wasted 10 dollars on a painful procedure that I could’ve don’t at home. My nails are still in pain if you ever consider getting your nails removed here don’t think about it just don’t. Never coming back here ever agian.

Rosy did my pedicure. They were busy and Rosy rushed on my pedicure and she peeled my skin by scrubbing too hard and did not clean my toe nails. I was planning to get my manicure but didnt get it done. Dont get your nails their if they are busy. I am not coming back.

I was very nervous at first because I’m a man but the way I was treated made me feel just like everybody else, I wasn’t made fun of or questioned, my sister and mom also got there nails done and they came out exactly how we wanted them. The lady who did my nails was Rosie and she gave me the best nails I’ve ever seen and I will keep coming back because the service was amazing.

Very poor work. My daughter went in and asked for coffin nails, and when I returned to pick her up, her nails where very crooked, bulky, lumpy, and square when they were supposed to be coffin shaped. I asked about her experience and she said the lady doing her nails rushed. The lady in front did offer to shape them a bit more but she to barely made a difference and left them scratched up on the sides. If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER will I return to this location again. Full set acrylic.

Super nice. I was late to my appointment and it was very close to their closing time. They waited for me and did my nails very patiently, didnt rush it at all! Two weeks in the nails still looks great, no chips!! Defiantly will come back again :)

I have requested over 10xs to STOP sending me automated texts- the ONLY time I gave them my number was upon checking in on the COVID19 sign in list by NO MEANS FOR SPAM TEXT THAT WILL NOT STOP EVEN AFTER RESPONDING STOP- I EVEN CALLED THE SALON REQUSTING THEM TO STOPI DONT EVEN LIVE IN MINNESOTA!

I waited 30 minutes for my appointment, my nails are uneven and too long, one come after three days.

Just went here today for the first time and received amazing service! The nail techs were very nice and quick! No wait time and they did my coffin nails perfectly, nice and thin like I like it. Only 5$ extra for 10 rhinestones and my whole gel set came to $45. I am very happy with my experience and will be back!

I have been coming here for years. My nails always look good and stay on. I only had 1 issue before when gel polish peeled and I returned and they re did my entire set. The staff is also professional and personable!.

I came specifically for the nail art that was shown in the pictures thinking they could do a professional looking work. The nail art that I wanted did not meet my expectations and looked like something I did myself. There was polish on my skin. Dead skin that needed to be removed and the paint job was bad. The price was affordable but I expected better based on the pictures advertised. I will not be coming back.

Ive had the owner Bao and an employee Chen both do my nails. Very kind, and efficient without feeling rushed. I feel that some folks may avoid it due to exterior of the building but its clean inside and Ive always had great service and the prices are very reasonable. Attached pic is my gel manicure after beating the hell out of them all weekend. Still going strong!

I needed to find a good nail service close to where I live. Im so lucky that I tried Daisy Nails on East Lake St. It has a clean and attractive space. It made me feel welcome and comfortable. B D did a deluxe pedicure and a manicure. It was relaxing and energizing and VERY well done. I now have a place to go that I can call MY nail salon. Wonderful service and affordable. Try it.

Really bad for fake nails.My fill started lifting immediately and 1 nail fell off completely within days. I went in and was charged to fix it, she refilled the lifting nails as well. It happened again a couple days later. I went in and that technician thought it was funny they were already coming off again. I told her its a waste of my time and money so its not really funny. Im in over $50 now on a fill that didnt even last a week. She wouldnt refund anything. She cut me on both of these visits so I really wasnt interested in her trying to fix them again.

Actually got to soak for a decent amount of time, then she massaged for a good amount of time. When we had a misunderstanding about the decoration, she took it off and did it beautifully - how I had hoped, without complaining or murmuring to her coworkers.

I came in a for a polish change (granted I just had a manicure a week ago) and the tech did not do a good job. She drenched my nails with remover and left residue of the previous polish under my nails, in the cracks of my nails and didnt rinse/wash the acetone remover off me before painting with a very pale nude. I asked about fully removing the polish I could see around my nails and she claimed my previous color stained my skin, but she was just lazy and couldve gotten it off by using fresh cotton swab. She was borderline rude and tried to up-sale instead of doing a decent job and rushing to play on her phone. Disappointed and waste of my money/time unfortunately.

So like most smart people I read the reviews before making the long drive to south MplsI called two hours to make an appointmentLady on the phone was pleasant.When I arrived the same lady greeted me. I remember her voice.BUT the actual tech was RUDE!! I have extremely sensitive feet. So I told her and instead of taking that into consideration she was rough. Like I had made her mad or something.Mind you I greeted her with hi how are you. She ignored me. When she asked me gel or polish is where everything went to hell. She become angry and with the biggest attitude she told me that she was going to charge me more for polish! WTH??? I asked her wait! What? She look at me dead in my eyes and said yea. Did you not read the sign?! I answered I didn’t see that on there. By now I’m upset and I told her never mind. She then was trying to take back her funky attitude and what she said. I told her straight out that her customer service SUCKS!“ you’re not doing me a FREE service!” This is your job! If you don’t want to service me I’m sure I can find another place that will happily do so. By now the manager is next to me asking me what’s wrong so I told her and she gave her a look. And right there they stared talking about me in their language. I flat out said excuse me that’s rude. The manger said your right sorry but the other one didn’t stop.I’m almost 100% sure she was cursing me out in her language just by the way it sounded.I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

The shop was emptier than usual for mothers day Saturday. Was a misunderstanding with the design that I wanted, but the technician removed that design & applied beautiful ones - seemingly with no complaint.👍

When I walked into daisy nails, I was greeted and asked to pick a color. I didnt have an appointment but i informed the guy I already have a color. He said someone will be with me in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes of me waiting, a group of 3 ladies came in for their appointment, so they were seated. No problem, I understand how appointments work so that was fine. I would have been nice for an updated time of someone to be available as the time I was originally told didnt happen. After maybe another 15 mins of me still waiting, another lady walked in and was seated right away. So I got up and left. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was not happy with the service. For the amount of money I spent 😭😡😡

My technician I felt was talking and laughing about me in there language to the other tech. It just felt that way with what they said and the other tech looked at me and laughed!!! I feel if u have someone in ur shop the employees should speak English to each other. They speak English to me, so its a strange feeling when there talking in front of u in a sneaky kind of way!! Speak that way when no one is there!!! Its RUDE!!!! PLUS SHE WOULDNT GIVE ME A BRUSH TO SCRUB MY NAILS, and after I washed my nails with my fingers there was so much scratchy acrylic under my nails and I had to file them underneath because she didnt know how to do it!!! Ill NEVER GO BACK!!!

Ive never actually been here, but the photos look beautiful. Im making up for a racist 2 star comment I saw, some people dont speak the same language as you. Do not allow your insecurities and assumptions to mix with the fact that you dont understand what somebody is saying. Very distasteful.

Unlike some others they take reservations and Ive always been able to get in. I always ask for BeBe, not that the others arent good, but shes very nice. Prices are very reasonable.
