Excellent, as always. Great service and so helpful and thorough selecting the same color for my fingers in gel as my toes in traditional polish.

They are soo nice. And they pay great attention to details. My toenails looked spectacular. I will always go back there just because they are so friendly and remember me.

First time going here and I am super impressed and very happy with how my nails turned out. She squeezed me in last minute, I am very picky and sometimes nail salons get annoyed of me because of it, but not her. And also was her first time doing a marble design and she did it perfectly. Literally they are too pricy. And initially when you go they market for gel and then for my 8 year old who wanted both a pedi and mani they said with gel it will cost a bomb $74. And then I said I’ll gm for basic. Immediately she stopped scrubbing my legs and said that’s all you get for your basic pedi. I’m really disappointed. 2 nails also she cut and I was bleeding. She kept putting antiseptic before coloring the nails.

I can’t stress enough how happy I’m with the job these girls do. I was looking for quite a long time for a nail salon that will make me happy every time I leave the facility, and now I can say with full confidence I finally have found one. Thank you for making me feel beautiful every single time I visit you! Love my nails!Also, love there music choice! They play classic rock, classic pop and everything in between.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had a great time getting my nails done for the first time here. The atmosphere was relaxing and they had great music. It was a very enjoyable experience with great conversation👍👍 Chi gave me an excellent gel manicure and they listened to everything I wanted and were very patient with me. Even helped me save money! Do not go here literally they’re bad. My nails come off the next day after getting it done. The style I asked for was not done right at all do not go here.

Just got a set of dip nails with Lon and I LOVE them! I am hard on my hands and she said dip nails are the way to go since they can take some abuse. She helped me pick a really simple color and was fun to visit with. She did a great job; it made my day!

Always very helpful when picking out the right color. Priced very well and the customer service is hard to beat. Would recommend for a fill or any other nail needs.

First, let me say I never give reviews but I feel so strongly about this I just had to. I was referred to Mitchell Nails by a co-worker who said I should go and see Julie, the owner, when I wanted to have a new set of acrylic nails put on. I called and made my appointment with Julie for 6:30pm and arrived early. I had not even got in the door when, who I now know was Julie, asked what I needed. I told her I had an appointment for a full set of nails and she promptly yelled at someone from the back to come up front. At this point, I knew she was the manager as she was working with another customer and they had said her name. When I sat down I told the employee I had scheduled an appointment with Julie but if she thought she could do my nails I was fine with that. I have to say I am somewhat picky with how my nails are done so I am always prepared to walk out with some kind of dislike whether not shaped correctly but the full set I received was nothing short of horrible. During my appointment Julie had finished up with the one client and in the meantime another client had walked in clearly who had also made an appointment with Julie. I realized she had double booked herself, which is why I was trying this place as my normal place was always double booking working on two clients at once. After she was done with her clients she walked over to check in on me and promptly, what I would call, reprimanded me for how long I wanted my nails and scolded me for not telling the employee how long I wanted them, which I had and they were the correct length, of which I had asked for. I asked the girl if she wanted to make them shorter and she said no they were find but that she was the owner. I said I realized that but never in my 20+years of having acrylic nails done have I ever had someone tell me/or scold me on how long MY preference was on the length. Whatever happened to give the customer what they want? For those of you maybe saying that a longer length costs more, again in over 20+ years of having my nails done at that length are they such a long length that I have been charged extra. After the reprimand by the owner, Julie, it was clear the employee felt awkward and she rushed getting my nails done. I am sure to get me out the door. One of the only things I want that I just cannot bend on is that the acrylic needs to be built up to give the illusion that my nails are curved as my natural nail grows upward. I had clearly expressed this, twice, to the employee who was doing my nails who ensured me that she could do that. This was absolutely not the case. They are flat and at the end of some of the nails they are actually curving upwards. They are not smooth and rounded on the sides, in fact, I probably could have done a better job myself. One of the nails is already lifting. I paid my $35 ($5 extra for an American manicure) and walked out. I will have to now go to another place to fix them so they look like what I paid for what I had requested at Mitchell Nails. I wouldnt recommend going here unless you want to go somewhere else within a few days and pay double for a set of nails. The salon is nicely decorated but I would have rather done to a place with less ambiance and gotten what my money was paying for.

My first time doing manicure in this place I didn’t like it how she did, after she finished I look at my feet I still had the dead skin,And I showed to her she said oh okay I’ll fixed she when up I get the tool nail, I stop here there no thanks.i Get up when to the eyes brows done the lady was on the phone while she was doing my easy brows I told her do you even know what I want. she’s star shaking her head at mad moment I was piss and told her how I want . That’s was unprofessional.i had the worse horrible experience. You lost a customer I’ll never go back or recommend any I know!!!!😡

The staff is super nice, its clean and you cant beat the prices! I walked in with a picture from Pintrist and they helped me find the perfect color and were so meticulous about shaping my nails to perfection!

Customers service is bad.

It wasnt aweful but i came here with a friend for a pedicure about 3 weeks ago it looks like they reuse some of the tools most places replace, which doesnt bug me as much as the fact that we where told to sit under the heat lamp but then no one told us when we where ready and all of the technicians disappeared. Some where eating on the other side of the store or watching videos. We sat for about an hour under before we got up to try to find someone to pay, then notice later that no top coat was applyed on mine at all and both me and my friend had spots on both sudes of the nail where a pretty big gap of natural nail was left with no color i wont be going back but maybe we just had a bad experience
