Ive been coming here for 3 years now and I cant imagine going anywhere else. All the girls here do such a wonderful job with their work. I get my nails done here and I also get waxed here. The store is always spotless.

This was my first visit to a nail spa. Loved this place and teh service. Its a perfect place with reasonable price and nice staff. I will definitely come back.

They were amazing!! I got a whole range of services from them and everything they did was super. I got chin, lip, stomach, and Brazilian done. They were fast clean and professional. I also got a full pedicure and nails done. They worked hard to make sure I wad pampered, and with my wedding coming up in a couple of days, it was just what I needed. What is more amazing is that they are priced perfectly in my budget.

Ive been here 3 times for a mani/pedi and each experience has been great! Ive had gel manicures before and took a break from them bc it damaged my nails... But the ladies here convinced me to try their gel manicures (vit E, etc) bc it lasts a lot longer and its healthier on the nails than other gel systems.Wow! Theyre not kidding! My first gel manicure here lasted 2 months (did not take photos) and it still had NO chips or peelings when I came back in. Amazing! A little pricier, but well worth it! Horrible place they rushed through my gel nails and they didnt even cut my cuticles. Missing color on my edges. Just horrible job.Also did a pedi cant remember the girls name but that was a great service she took her time and did a great job

I showed the lady a picture of the “Kylie Jenner” nails and had asked for them to be A little bit LONGER than the photo. I honestly should have left right when she cut the tips. She didn’t cut them longer than what I wanted and after, ask if I wanted it shorter (which is smart because then you don’t have to reapply the tip if it’s cut too short). Then, when applying the acrylic she used a wide brush and a large amount of product. This made my nails curve and look very bulky/bubbly. My nails were also at this point still different lengths and since my ring finger on BOTH were shorter than all the other ones and my pointers were longer than the other ones I had her file the pointer finger a little more. She applied the nail polish wrong as well.. super uneven. No nail looks the same. After walking out and looking at them, wanting to cry, I walked in and said something. Thankfully the manager offered my next set be free but still. I am so unhappy. I just want to do my own acrylics after this next round.

First time going to Sammi nails .very bad experienced .Was rushed with questions about what I wanted to get and what color and decisions as soon as I got in the door . I got a French manicure and a pedicure.was very rushed didn’t feel relaxed at all .I felt like they were ripping my shoes and socks off me .didn’t get to enjoy any of my foot soak for my pedicure and on my French manicure I can still see all the dusting from when they did the work . 10/10 I would always choose a 0 . Was not relaxing at all !!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. It is very easy to get in, no long waits. The service is awesome. They are happy, friendly, kind, and do an excellent job. They have the latest techniques that other salons might not have, such as Nail Dipping. I just moved to Mill Creek and now have MY nail salon for life! You should try it, no just GO THERE!

Ive only done pedicures, but they really spent a good amount of time on my feet. They dont shorten the messages and my feet left feeling very refreshed.

Besides their amazing skils and nail srtistry, work and artistry, Sammi nails is the only place that knows how to correctly and effectively help relieve ingrown toenails. Im a dancer and am on my feet all day at work too. Its important thst my feet stsy healthy and look good too. So far, No other place has the patience or skills to do that and Ive been to many. My nails always look fresh and stay that way for a long period of time. All the staff are very friendly and the owner exceptionally warm and welcoming. This establishment is my first pick for nail salon service

Oh man we got the royal service for sure. It was awesome!

Really unhappy. I wanted a cute design and they completely butchered it. Not even the right colors. The entire time they didnt even talk to me but talked to the other girls in their language. I know they were talking about me because the lady doing my nails knew I wasnt happy then the other girls came and flocked to me and started saying oh so pretty like they were trying to sell the nail art I didnt want. Ended up being really expensive. I felt insulted and offended they thought I would be that dumb. Not to mention she answered her personal cell phone while she was working on me. Will not come back and will not recommend to my friends.

I loved it here!!! Ive gotten everything from acrylics to gel to pedicures to eyebrow waxing and I keep coming back. They dont pressure you and make sure youre happy!! They are all so kind and just the best experience. Ive been to many nail places and I never have felt so comfortable. They know my whole family now because we all keep coming back!

Nice relaxing place for a pedicure. My feet always leave happy.

Not impressed. My sister-in-law and I came here for the first time and were rushed through for no apparent reason. We came an hour before closing for pedicures. We left barely 25 minutes later (which included the 7 or so minutes of drying time at the end). The staff hardly spoke to us and made us feel like a burden being there, and there was only one other person at the time! I could have done the same quick soak, scrub, and nail paint at home and saved my $30.

I have recently went to sammi nails and they did an amazing job. They had great costumer service also. I recommend this place 100%

I dont write negative reviews. In fact this is the only negative review Ive ever written. I went in for a shellac manicure, since the place I go to regularly is closed on Sundays. Couldnt be more upset & disappointed. Left with a bleeding finger, bubbles all over the nails, and my nails have never looked more ugly. All along the lady was telling me, dont worry I fix it and her idea of fixing it is to put more clear coats on top. So the nails came out thick and disfigured. Please get some staff that know what theyre doing.

What a pleasant stop this was.My mother, two Daughters and neice popped into this place last minute, to all get pedicures since my daughter was in town and my mom who is 87 has semi-bad overgrown toe nails that are hard and very hard to cut and maintain.The ladies were kind and gentle and very patient with nana since she tends to move around and gets gitters when people touch her feet. Nana was also very happy with the service which made us all happy.We all walked about with beautiful feet, along with nana nail and my daughter had her lip waxed.This place sits in the same strip mall as Baskin Robins and Azteca in Mill Creek.For me I request (shalak) colors for my toes it seems to last longer I also had the classic pedicure it was amazing, they offer 4 types of pedicures at Sammi Nails.The ladies here speak clear English which is also a plus when your with multiple people nothing was confusing everyone was clearly understood, which is always important.

I got the powder nails done here and they definitely did not know what they were doing....My nails look awful and chipped one day later. They also charged 45$!!!! Just for the manicure....

THIS PLACE SUCKS FOR ACRYLICS! I hate it here and it was awful both times I went. Today lady tried to say they were Acrylics but she didnt even put on the tips, I was spacing out on my phone and I looked up and she was putting the powder on my real finger nail already but hadnt even glued tips on my nails yet... Then she was super mean about it and i got up and left unfinished.

Kind staff, quality services. Pleased everytime.

The lady used a power tool to grind my nails down and I had to wait a couple of months for the ugly sunken layer to grow out! I had to deal with a crease in all my nails!
