I have only been going here for a few months but have never been to a salon that is this consistent, friendly, clean and accommodating. The entire staff is very welcoming and have been able to do any design/shape I have asked. If you are considering trying a new salon, please go to Nina Nails. You will not regret it!

After going to Luna Nail Lounge twice and hating my nails and the quality of their work I decided to try Nina Nails. I had called and scheduled an appointment for 5 pm. I got a phone call at 4:30 saying I was welcome to come earlier if I wanted.. I really appreciate you fitting me in sooner!! I am so happy with my nails and how they turned out. They were professional and so sweet. I will definitely be returning!

This place deserves 10 stars!! They do a fantastic job every time and everyone is SO nice. I have been coming here for about 3 or 4 months now & they always remember me and ask about my life which is so special. It’s usually not too crowded but even when they’re busy they make sure they do a good job. I always leave satisfied with my nails & laughing, they’re the best!

I decided to try this place and will continue to go there regularly. I got an ombre dip manicure and it looks amazing. She shaped them perfectly and it wasnt thick like other places Ive been. I also got a pedicure that was very nice. They actually give a good massage. The establishment was very clean and employees were friendly. Will definitely be back soon!

This was THE best experience I’ve had in a nail salon in years. I am such a fan of the mani/pedi I just had. I came with my mother in law and sister in law and we all had such a nice afternoon and beautiful nails. Other salons should take note! Everyone was so thoughtful and kind. They have such a great attention to detail for perfect nails as well. A lot of other places have mis-shapen or all different lengths and don’t care. Those kind of details matter to everyone at Nina Nails, so you leave with uniform shape and length. I still am just so impressed with the level of service and kindness. 🤩*bring cash to tip - it’s easier for them.

Wonderful place. 4 of us invaded early in the AM on a Saturday for a wedding, and all the technicians were skilled enough to be thorough and quick. Cheery dispositions, despite avalanching them with work especially considering they quickly had half a dozen other customers. All four of us left happy and satisfied and we look forward to returning ^~^~Tary

Love this place! I normally go to Luna nails across the street but I had a friend recommend Nina’s and this will be my go to place. Everyone was super friendly & I was in & out quickly; however, I was so relaxed the entire time. They didn’t rush one bit, just efficient. Their quality is fantastic & very affordable. I’m so happy with the work, the environment, & the price. Can’t beat it.

I am so impressed with the quality of my nails and with the kindness of the staff!! I was late to the appointment but they were so patient with me and they still accommodated me regardless of being late. While they were doing my nails, you could tell how important it was for them to have my nails as perfect. They really took their time and did not rush with any steps and you can definitely notice when they were finished. Kimchi really outdid herself with my shellac manicure (I had to post a picture because I was that impressed). I usually get bubbles or some of the color is on my cuticles, but not hers! My pedicure was also done so beautifully. The salon was very cute and clean when walking in. This was my first time and I am already excited to come back! I would recommend everyone to try this wonderful salon. You will not regret it!

When youre looking to have a pamper day for yourself this is the location. You always receive the extra focus from the staffs attention to detail. A beautiful and clean buisness providing the highest in service standards.

I cant express enough how satisfied I was with my visit here today!! Every single person there is extremely nice, warm, and welcoming !!! And when it comes to the job they did, AMAZING! The guy there (I forgot to get his name) does nails designs so professionally, not to mention he stayed an hour and a half over their closing time today to finish my nails! They turned out perfect and the price was amazing!!

I have never been to a better nail salon! Each time I have left, I say “these are the best nails I’ve ever had!” The shape is always spot on, they look natural (not thick or uneven), and the designs are beautiful every time. The people who work here are so friendly. I have seen Kim each time and will continue to go back to her.

My absolute favorite nail salon. Been coming here every 3 weeks for about 10 years now. All of the girls are very professional and helpful, I’ve never had a bad experience. Reasonably priced and very clean!

Customer service was great. I liked the precautions taken for covid. Beautiful job on my nails. I got a shellac manicure and I definitely will return.Edit:Ive come here 3 times so far and everytime service had been amazing and my nails always look beautiful when I leave.

My go to nail salon! My friend introduced me to this place and ever since then, I have continued to share the love by bringing other friends with me to this salon. All of them have had the same great experience that I have every time. They are easy to communicate with and always get my nails done the way I want. I am moving out of the area, but will visit whenever Im in the area!

This place is hands down the BEST! I have been getting pedis and manis frequently for 10+ years and always struggled to find a place that was consistent and offered top notch service! Let me start with the pedicures.... AMAZING!! Let’s be real, I get pedicures 99% of the time for the massages and the foot treatments. Hands down the BEST and let’s just say they are no 10 minute half done massages... these are 30-50 min (depending on what kind you get) and truly what a foot massage should be. I fall asleep pretty much every time I get a pedi here! They are so kind, always get me in with a smile, take their time making sure the experience is perfect and not to mention my nails always look perfect!! Thank you everyone at Nina Nails for giving fantastic customer service and providing a service and experience that makes me want to keep coming back!!

Called to book an appointment at 10:30am, when I showed up the lady said they weren’t ready and I needed to wait for 20min so I waited in the salon until 11am, still didn’t get service so I left and went to another salon… just waste 30min for no reason

Had a full set from another salon in mill creek I did not really love, came to Ninas and unfortunately I did not get the name of the man who did my nails there but he did such a beautiful job, was super attentive to detail and I love my nails so much now, I will definitely come back because of him and his beautiful work.

Wow! Nina’s nails really blew me away! The amount of time they spend on you and quality of work is wonderful! There was no rushing and Kimchi and Nikki did a great job! I got a pedicure and a gel manicure 💅 and the prices were definitely better than most:)Absolutely give them a try if you are looking for a new place! The peach 🍑 parffirin wax smelled amazing!!!! It is very clean, quiet, and relaxing. The massage chairs are great as well!Can’t wait to come back❤️

I have been getting my medi-pedi from Tina for almost 19 years. Occasionally if I couldnt schedule with her Kim, Cindy, or Nancy will give you the same quality work. Love the gel nails!
