I just called this salon to inquire about the services that they offer and also check on the time that they would be able to get me in. I was told that they could do my acrylic fill and were available right away. I had an appointment at another salon for later that was really a time crunch for me so I was happy to get in sooner here. I canceled the other place and came on over. When I arrived, I was met by a sign saying cash only. It would have been nice for them to tell me this on the phone as I do not carry cash. Then I learned that they only do dip acrylic and I dont do this. I prefer the brush on type of acrylic which I understood on the call that they did. Now I have called back the other place and my original appointment is gone. If you are going here, double check everything to make sure that you are getting all pertinent information.

Not sure why the reviews are so low on Google, they are good on Yelp! 3 words from me... Hot stone massage! Best bang for my buck in a long time for a pedi. It was amazing. Second time getting my eyebrows done here and very pleased with the results.

By FAR the WORST experience I have ever had in my life. My nails look awful a 5 year old could’ve done a better job. If you want a horrible experience go here. She literally did my shellac manicure in less than 10 minutes because she had an appointment that she failed to communicate. I asked for a shellac manicure and pedicure she started doing my nails and then told me she wouldn’t have time for the pedicure. She didn’t cut my cuticles until after my shellac was on even though I asked her from the start. I have shellac polish all around my nails and imprints in the polish.....and she charged me full price. I wouldn’t have even cared if she realized she did a horrible job and acknowledged it and gave me a discount. I go to get my nails done to enjoy it.... there was no joy what’s so ever. I left with ugly nails and no pedicure.

I used to come for manicure&pedicure with my mother to this salon. We have not always been too impressed, but used to return due to proximity to my mothers house.After our last experience we will never come back here again. My mothers nail polish chipped on most of the fingernails in less than a day (usually it lasts for over a week). Perhaps they havent wiped off the lotion well before applying the polish.When she stopped by the next day to fix it (something I had to convince my mom to do) - the owner refused and said that it was perfectly normal for the color to chip within a few hours; and they would not fix anything after you walk out of the salon.Now I understand why the salon is often so empty and will drive an extra few miles to a much better place.I also feel bad that my mother was treated this way right before mothers day.

First time for mani and pedi full spa experience as a walk in and after 2 plus hours my nails are transformed. I havent had a pedi for a long time and I am runner with gray toes.Second time just a mani to maintain after 3 weeks. 3 weeks without chipping. Most of the time after 2 weeks my nails will chip so I am surprised it lasted that long with traveling and handling heavy lifting.The environment is clean and they have really comfy chairs.

Not ever coming back. Worst customer service Ive experienced yet. Went in with a Groupon perhaps that was a mistake but hey these things are pricey.
