I attempted to call this location today to price tires. Someone answered the phone, did not provide their name but was laughing while answering. I stated I was calling to price tires and while looking at the photo to give the numbers to the employee he starts to have conversations with his coworkers or customers. I attempted two times to provide the information but the gentlemen seemed too preoccupied with his conversation to bother with listening to me. So long story short, I will never give your place of business a chance with the terrible service I received.Word of advice don’t even waste your time calling… go elsewhere.

After having a not so great experience a few days before at the 3000 W Braod St location with the purchase of 4 new Michelin truck tires (requested LT rated tires got P rated, told 1.5 hours took 3.75 hours wait to install, tires were left very dirty DOT showed 1 year 9 months old = fine but at least clean them up especially for $1079.00 I am still trying to get the grundge off them and too to include a leaking TPM valve that appeared to me to have Not been changed out (old one) as I was charged for and finally not providing me with any Michelin warranty card info etc ( did on my own the next day online)Stephen a manager at this location went above and beyond late in the day/evening as I wobbled in on just 20 psi was pro active, stayed late and replaced the faulty valve . Kudos to him and this location !
This place is Awesome! Especially Jason Lewis the Manager at the Poucey Tract location in Short Pump. Ive been following him and his growth throughout his career with NTB. Hes always knowledgeable about all my needs with and all my vechicals! Hes definitely an Asset to the company! His staff is always polite an always ready to help. Long story short, I was overcharged for an oil change because nobody understood how to work the computer. I wanted an explanation as to how they got to that price because I didnt request some of the services listed (I asked for a standard oil change, not premium), but the lady at the front was so lost and confused that after 5 minutes of her being a damsel in distress I just paid whatever discounted price she could figure out that was close to what I usually pay. They also insisted they called me to suggest additional services, which was why my car wasnt ready 3 hours later--but nobody left a message, so how would I know that someone called? I was also quoted an astronomical price for said services-- PLEASE STOP ASSUMING WOMEN DONT KNOW ABOUT CARS AND HOW MUCH REPAIRS SHOULD BE! They missed the mark on the basics--to the point where I checked my own oil before I left to make sure it was fresh--so why would I allow ADDITIONAL repairs??!? I usually go to a different location and I see Ill have to keep going to that one because this location isnt up to par.
After buying four tires I tried to buy another four tires and waited for over two weeks for them to call me back and they didn’t, I had to call them. Apparently they don’t want to sell tires or satisfy their customers needs
Worst service. They took more than 2hrs to just change the steering fluid. Even after specifically mentioning to check tyre pressure, they didn’t. And I was told to help myself with the hose to fill the air. While they specifically mention in their banners screaming FREE TYRE PRESSURE CHECK. Most irresponsible, unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Never go here.
NASCAR has nothing on this place! I was on my way out of town and had a low tire light come on. There was a nail in my right rear tire.These guys had the tire replaced and I was on the road in less than 1 hour.The quick service was only matched by the friendliness of the people!

I called 5 mins before arriving to inform them I was on my way to get a tire put on a rim. They told me it would get have to get fixed tomorrow upon my arrival because someone pulled in before me but their entire bay was empty other than the van being pulled out. I got nonchalant replies on top of bad customer service skills. I wouldn’t recommend to a friends friend.

I made an appointment over the phone with Jason, the store manager, for new tires. I explained what I needed and my budget and he was extremely helpful, courteous, and got me what I needed. I arrived at my appointment, the guys took my car back on time and had me in and out in reasonable time with high quality work. Everyone was nice and easy to work with! Ill definitely be going back!

I happen to come across this place Didnt expect it to be open due to the holiday. I needed a front-end alignment and I wasnt from the area. Then the nice gentleman. At the counter that greeted me. Told me that I also needed one more Tire. He offered me a tire at a great price. They were fast. They were easy and very reasonable price.

Amazing service and friendly staff.On this rainy Saturday I went to NTB again due to low tire pressure. The tall boys received me warmly and sent me back and forth to pick up the car. They checked my car very carefully,and they check my car is free. Their service is fantastic. I highly recommend that everyone go to NTB for fixing car.Their service is the best.
Always good service, sometimes wait is a lil long, but decent most times. Prices vary depending on sales and specials. Labor currently was about 129 an hour. Not sure what the average an hour is, but never had an issue with them. They also have their own credit card service you can apply for if you cant pay cash fully.
Had a brand new tire blow out and called them for a quote for installation. They gave me the cheapest price in the area and installed right then for me. Made it super convenient around my hectic work schedule! Will be coming back!

Took 2 cars to get an oil change. they changed only one, when I get home to check the oil level for the second car, I see that the oil was DIRT BLACK. THEY DIDNT EVEN TOUCH the second car.
I came here a couple of months ago to get my 4 tires switched out for brand new ones and again today due to me hitting the curb during a terrible storm Friday evening. Ron the store manager is a great guy whom has taken care of me in a speedy and efficient way. Hes completely knowledgeable when it comes to his work and a great guy to chat with. I will keep coming back due to the great work they do and the friendly environment while I wait. I am 100% satisfied when it comes to what they have done for me. I will say I was given quotes of $140+ for 1 tire, but thanks to a special and a warranty I got last time I was here I am paying less than $50 for a new tire that matches my other ones. Thank you to the young lady who had my tire especially ordered and brought over from another store so I wouldnt have to drive an hour on a spare to get to that shop .This along with Rons superb knowledge and humor is what will keep me coming back.Thanks guys!! I appericate your attention to detail when it comes to my vehicle. I am a happy return customer for life .

I had to buy a set of tires all the way around and wanted some higher mileage ones. I was given a good deal, rebate, and advised to get the additional nail damage warranty. The tires are great and I’ve already used the damage warranty. I will continue to use recommend this store as long as I live in the area.

In and out very quickly, and the service manager was very honest and forthright regarding repairs. Rather than perform unnecessary ones, he indicated what truly was urgent versus declaring everything as a must be done scenario. Oddly enough, this particular service manager didnt go through the spiel of the upcharge racket. So, he saved me the agony of hearing it. More service centers should model this type of customer service behavior.
For a “chain” joint, it’s pretty good. They matched the lowest price on tires. Since they are close to me, they wanted to keep me as a customer. Bravo

I went to another NTB yesterday that was closer to my house and had a completely horrible experience. I called this location and Ron squeezed me and got me in and out very quickly. Very professional and fun. The atmosphere with the workers seem very healthy. I will definitely drive the extra 20 mins out my way to come to short pump to this location to get my vehicle serviced.
I got a great deal on a set of 4 Michelin tires. The installation with balancing and alignment was great.
If you can not do state inspections you REALLY should list that on your website. I made an appointment online to get tires put on my truck and wanted to get it inspected. Their policy is that you can not make appointments for state inspections you have to come in to the store. So upon arrival they inform me that they have not had a state inspector at this location for several months. If they had noted this online I would have chosen another location. Now I have to spend more time taking it somewhere else. Thanks for letting me know that you believe your time is worth more than mine.

Ron is incredibly rude, not to mention even with an appointment made days in advance I had to wait over 3 hours for my tires to be finished. The price online did not reflect the price that I was given at the counter, and Ron even had the gall to get smart with me, making me and another young lady behind me very uncomfortable. Skip this place if you can, theres a Firestone a couple miles down the road
Patched a hole from a nail. Was about $30, friendly staff, pretty fast (45 min) Never tried to upsell me on filter/brakes/etc which I appreciate. Fixed what I needed and on my way.

I have been taking our 3 cars here, on and off for 7 years. There have been a few changes on management a few times that I am aware of, which has directly affected customer service. I have found the current management to be very good -- honest assessment of work needed and good communication.
The cashier tried to ring up like 4 extra fees and charges when I didnt ask for it. Like lifetime warranties and such. The employee who attempted to drive my car into the bay could not drive a manual transmission and stalled out like 4 times until a manager took over. The work done was fine but the other stuff was enough for me to never come back.
I was towed into NTB after getting a flat tire on 64E traveling from Culpeper to Virginia Beach. I arrived with no appointment during an inexplicable rush the Sunday after Christmas. Matthew was able to get me in with very little wait. He asked my budget and was able to find tires far superior to the ones that came on my (certified used) car within that budget. He had my new tires mounted and balanced in less than 30 minutes, and I was back on the road in under 45 minutes despite the number of customers that kept coming in and him being the only person working the desk. The rest of my drive home on Cooper tires was the best my car had felt in the 16 months Ive owned it with the mish mash of unmatched tires that the vehicle was sold to me with. Although an unexpected flat tire is never welcomed, especially at the end of December after all of the holiday spending, I am very happy with my new tires, as well as the excellent service I received at NTB.
The previous time I was here to replace one tire I had no issues. However, today I had a scheduled appointment for a simple oil change. I was told it would take 1-1.5 hours, and that sounded odd because it was just an oil change. Nevertheless, I came back around an hour later. It took them 2 hours and fifteen minutes to do a simple oil change..... Apparently the mechanic forgot to rotate the tires and had to go back and do it.....

Reasonable help. Terrible work on several of our vehicles. Over tightened lug nuts and oil pan drain plug on my fathers car. If you dont pay extra for the alignments, they go back to how it was or worse. Lie about times they will work on a vehicles. Had 12:00 appointment and truck wasnt worked on until 4.
This place sucks. Had an APPOINTMENT for noon to get an oil change. Its 12:37 and the car is still sitting in the parking lot. Customer service sucks. I wont be back. Ill pay the extra money for good service. Also the techs are lazy as hell and smoke cigarettes while working on your car. The tech had to remove a heat shield to change the filter. He put the heat shield back and only put the bolts in finger tight. We had to tell the manager to raise the car back up and TIGHTEN the bolts. Then found out the tech lost 2of the bolts. I have a feeling there may be a few good techs here. Ours was NOT one of them. I wouldnt take the chance. You can see nuts and bolts laying on the floor from all the cars they worked on and didnt put them back. No professionalism. Its now 1:26 pm and the car is STILL on the rack
Been going there for years. Most of the time it’s fine. I went there once for an oil change where they said it would for 45 minutes. Ended up being 2 hours. My young adult son took his car there today for an inspection. They never did take his car inside. He left after 3 HOURS. The employee at the front desk said they were about to take it back. Employee was unapologetic.
I had an excellent experience at your store #419 in Glen Allen, VA on March 24, 2018. Store Manager Pandora Thomas and Service Manager Jennifer A. Stanley are most pleasant in their interaction with customers. I have been using this location for about 4 years, and have no reason to go anywhere else.
Called to make an appointment and they suggested we drop it Sunday (9/17) and they would get to it Monday. 2017 Toyota Sienna with 37k miles, needed an oil change and diagnostic for excessive road noise (suspected needed alignment). I called around 1pm Monday and the service manager said it needed a control arm and the part was on the way and they would call me as soon as it was ready. By 7pm, no call so on Tuesday I called at 830am and the same person said they were working on it and would call as soon as it was ready. I called at 1pm and he said they are working on it now. I told him I was in need of the car and to please call me when ready. At 6pm I called again and he said it was ready and that he called but the message said the mailbox was full. I asked what number he called and he said the 804 number. I asked 804 what? and he told me the number he dialed which was incorrect. I told him we would be right up. Upon arrival, the same person handed me 1 sheet of paper and my keys. The bill was app. $1,200 and was not clearly itemized. I was so frustrated with the poor communication and vague answers and the 23 business hours I had waited that I went to the car to leave. After reviewing the bill in the parking lot, I couldnt find any reference to the control arm so I went back in for an explanation. Another employee overheard my question and came to assist. I told him that I was told the day before that a control arm had been ordered and was on its way. He said he would check with the technician who worked on it. After a couple of minutes he came back from the shop and said, yes the control arm needs replacing but your company car fleet people said that was a warranty issue so you need to take it to the dealer to get that fixed. In the end, I paid $1,200 for 4 new tires and an oil change. I was never asked for permission, never updated and never called.Summary: Terrible, vague communication. Two full days to get 4 tires and an oil change. No phone calls to update me, no specifics, no instructions to take the car to the dealer (without my pushing for answers). I will never go back to this Merchants Tire location on Pouncey Tract, nor do I trust them enough to go to any other Merchants location. Very shady, very vague and poor communication.
The staff was courteous and the waiting area was a step above what Im used to seeing; however, their services are also a bit more than Im used to seeing. Went in for a balance, rotation, alignmen and oil change. Typically, Id do oil myself, but thats besides the point Im getting to. My car was immediately taken in a d 4 hours later I was informed my tie rods (all of them) were seized. Not uncommon. But then I was quoted more than $500 for parts and labor which exceeds what Id even call expensive for the job. Buying parts myself would run
It was the week of Christmas, which is probably the worst time to have car problems and the service team was so helpful and understanding. I had my issue priced other places but Merchants gave a lady a fair deal and fixed my car promptly. Justin and Gene were very attentive and did an outstanding job. Thanks guys!

Scheduled appointment was for 10:00 am today so I dropped my truck off at the shop at 7:30 am with intentions to pick it up around lunch. I went back to the shop at 1 pm and to my surprise, my truck was sitting right where I left it.Is it so difficult to make an appointment, do the work and collect my money? This store is under new management from the previous time I had work done and I assume they will change everything in the next six months.How about this...pick up the phone and communicate with your customer? I called three times before going up there and nobody answered the phone. When a customer is paying over $800 at your shop, they expect a little professionalism. It takes two minutes to call me and let me know that you are way behind schedule. It is a major inconvenience for me to drop off my truck and get someone to bring me back up to pick it up. Not to mention, it took me 5 minutes to type this review and every bit of an hour to complain to every person that would listen to me in reference to the poor performance I received.
The store manager (Pandora Thomas) and her staff went above and beyond assisting me with my tire purchase. They agreed to complete the purchase knowing that they would have to stay late because of the bad weather that was forecast. I will definitely go back for future needs.
They rounded the lug nuts on my truck using the wrong size socket... if it wiggles its too big...may have gotten a $40 discount on my tires for the inconvenience but we have still not been able to get the lug nuts loose and may have to do the last resort by taking a torch to it that will cause the rim and studs to be completely ruined. If I have to buy new rims they will have cost me over $1100. I will never use them again.
I was on a trip back when I had a tire blow out and stopped at this place to get it replaced (WORST DECISION EVER!)Not only did they put the wrong size tire but also scraped the finish off my wheels!Now this place won’t even do what’s right and repair their damages!Guys do NOT let them do the same to you!Avoid this place if you can!
I scheduled an oil change on a Saturday since my mechanic was closed. They told me I needed 4 new tires and my rear shocks need replacing. My jeep only has 17000 miles on it. I bought it June 2016 with 11000 miles. I do not go off roading with it. It did not make any sense. I told them I just want the oil change and to provide me with a print out of what they said I need done. I then took my jeep to my mechanic who said they absolutely lied. At most when I rotate my tires at the next service I should do an alignment. Merchants just saw a female and thought they could get money out of her. Do not trust this location!
Shipped warranty tire from Tire Rack to Merchants. They worked with me to get my warranty incident certified with the warranty service without complaint (a bit of a hassle for both me and Merchants).. They also charged exactly what Tire Rack said they would charge to install the tire, which has been a problem at several shops in the area. I will definitely be going here again in the future!
Service here is always good! Always greeted and most of the time they are timely, if there is a delay youre told and usually given a free oil change or some compensation. The guys are always nice!!
So, I went to their shop for the alignment. My car was shaking and I explained them the whole situation about how my car is acting. Anyway, they took my car inside and came back stating the the alignment and balancing is bad. (mind you, I had the alignment checked to a local mechanic and according to him the alignment was ok) anyway, I let them do the alignment and balancing considering it will solve the shaking issue. After they have already done the alignment, they state that you also need to get your tires changed as alignment may not solve your issue. I am like, why the hell would you do the alignment if that wasnt gonna solve my issue!!!! (my tires are in really good shape) - I left the shop with the exact same issue I entered in and paid them about 150 bucks. I just wanted to make everyone aware that THINK ATLEAST 100 TIMES BEORE YOU DECIDE TO GO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND WOULD TRY ALL THEIR BEST TO RIP YOU OFF. i WISH i COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STAR
Too busy to work...I called and tried to make appt. Was told it was first come first serve and there was 2 already there. I showed up and was #3. 2 hours later, after trying to find out how long my inspection would take and watching 5 people talk and play on their phone while one guy... (the guy that does inspections?) Was working non-stop. I decided (they decided) I should take my vehicle somewhere else. Funny thing, every place I called, knew where I was talking about...I wont be back.
My Kia Niro needed a Tire replacement and NTB worked it out with my warranty. Virginia was very helpful and friendly. Awesome experience..PS I always go here for my oil change and other services for other cars too..
Ive used them for over five years, and in the last year it has completely gone south. No customer focus and half-ass apologies for wasting your time and failing to perform the work, as written on the slip. Little to no monetary consideration or free service for wasting the customers time. Total apathy. I am disgusted with their attitude and performance. Do not trust them with your personal safety or families safety in your vehicle.
Disrespectful and poor service. Got an alignment and everything tightened up after I installed my new suspension. 3-4 hours later after promised only an hour I take my car home. The next day hit a bump and everything comes loose. Call back to see if they can check it out and disrespected again by Ron like he doesn’t care about customer service. Doesn’t know when to he’ll be able to look at the vehicle and doesn’t know what’s wrong when they did my car the previous day. Will never come here again. I spent money on services I didn’t even receive.

These folks not only squeezed me in for an emergency flat tire while my family was in the hospital, they also fixed a tire sensor issue that has gone on for years with two other places telling me they couldnt fix it. You could also go bowling, play laser tag, ice skate, get your nails done, or take taekwondo lessons in the same parking lot while you wait! I didnt have any time for that mess cuz they fixed my tire too fast...A+ to Tony, Ron, et al.
I consistently had my car serviced here while I was living in the area. Seeing as I drive 60+kmi a year, I was glad to find a shop that had great staff, reasonable prices and a good side room where I could continue working while my car was serviced.
Been here a few times. Not happy at all. Most recently I took my car in for a supposed wheel bearing issue. That was not addressed but a $1,000+ power steering issue was discovered. 3 months later the power steering is now a problem And the new mechanic questioned the work that was performed. And..the wheel bearing is a problem now. I would not recommend going here
Recently I have been taking my car to speedy mobile automotive for the larger fixes (not oil changes or tire rotations). He told me that my tires are wearing incorrectly and that the business I go to may not be rotating them as they say they do. Last weekend I took my car to NTB for an oil change and tire rotation, and I asked them to check my balance since my wheel is vibrating at high speeds. I dropped off my car for the appointment and asked to be called when it was done. I walked around the store next door for 1.5 hours when NTB called. I was told that my battery was running low and that I should replace it. I have a push-to-start and I can normally tell when my battery is dying since the car takes a little longer to turn over, and this was not the case recently. I said, “do not change the battery, but is the oil change done?” They replied, “we are starting the oil change now, it will be ready in 30 mins.” This is 1.5 hours after my appointment time. I walked around the store for 30 more minutes and leisurely walked back to NTB, which took another 20 mins. I got back to the store as my car was coming out from the back. I walked out to verify they had rotated the tires (since I had marked them on speedy’s request). The tires had not been rotated! I walked back in to collect my keys and pay. The cashier told me that the balance was fine, but the control arms needed to be replaced ($1000.00) and the battery also needs to be replaced ($200) for a total of $1200.00 today. I asked which control arms, and they told me both the fronts. I also asked if they rotated my tires, he said yes, I said no because I marked them. He went into the back and yelled at the tech and said it will be done in a few minutes. This was about 3 hours into my visit for a simple oil change/tire rotation. I watched the tech rotate my tires with 2 issues. #1 he went front to back without crossing. #2 he sheared off one of my wheel studs while trying to remove the lug nuts. The cashier walked up to me and told me what he did and that this service would be free. I left quite frustrated at the customer service and the cost that I was quoted for the repairs, $1200.00! I called speedy and told him everything. He said that it is unlikely that both control arms would go bad at the same time, to bring it in to him and he would let me know what was wrong with my car. The next day speedy called me and told me the control arms are fine and that the balance was red on 2 of my tires. He charged my battery at no cost and I got out of there at ~10% of the quoted NTB. Speedy, thanks for saving me some money and being so kind and honest! This isnt the first time he has helped me out either!
This place is really only good for an oil change. They have tried multiple times to sell me on things I did not need. Dont trust them.

The customer service on the phone was so poor, I paid extra for a longer tow to go to a different NTB location. If my parts hadn’t been warrantied with NTB I would have avoided them all together. This location has a reputation for being rude and difficult.
A poor score is being generous. My boyfriend took my car to them Sunday Afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. The tire rotation was not done and the next day I get in my car to go to work and my car begins shaking violently and cutting off like its about to break down. My engine light is also flashing and a pungent smell is coming out of my car. I call the store to notify them of this and the guy who answered was very polite and asked where my car was and stated that they may be able to come out and look at it but he was not the store manager. So, the store manager Ty (or Tye, I am not sure), gets on the phone and before I could finish saying what was wrong to him, he states that he noted all those things about my car before they changed the oil. I stated that can’t be true because none of these things were happening before my car got there. He stated my boyfriend said those things were happening when I got there. I repeated and said, my boyfriend said that my car was shaking violently, that my engine light was flashing and that there was a pungent odor coming from my car and the car sounds like it is about to break down so I know what to ask him. He said yes and I noted it on the receipt. I said I have the receipt and it does not say any of those things. He asked what I wanted him to do and I stated that I want my car back the way it was before it left his shop. He stated I could bring it in and hung up the phone in my face! I called back and asked for Tys last name and he refused to give it to me. I asked Ty if there was anyone above him or a branch manager I could speak to and he said no. He said he is the only one that can assist me. I stated that is not adequate and there is no way there is not anyone over top of him. He again hung up in my face. I called back AGAIN, and Ty changed his story and said there are 200 over him but he would not give me any of their names or numbers. I asked him why he would not do that so I can get some assistance and he stopped answering despite my inquiry. I called my bf on three-way at this point and left a message letting him know what was going on. I hung up and called back again, told Ty I want a refund and he said he would give me a refund. Unfortunately, now I will have to pay more money to reverse the damage they have done to my car, to a real mechanic. But there is no way I would give such incompetent people another chance to ruin my car any further. I pray no one has to go here and experience what I have. It was sickening.

I was sent to this NTB location after a call was made on my behalf by the service manager of another location when they searched who had my size tire in stock. A conversation with my information was exchanged and I was told to drive over to this location where they could put a tire on my car before COB. The young man was very unprofessional and short when I asked him to look my name up in the computer and then refused to get the manager when I asked to speak with him. Worst customer service at this location!!
Went in for a oil change and mechanic for got to put oil cap back on drove 30 miles to work with out cap off before checking to see why it smelled so strong. I called the store and Shawn offer to clean it up but never apologize for the potenial mistake. I took car back up they cleaned it up while I waited a was apologetic but when I opened the hood oil was still running down the hood I will be my 5 cars elsewhere.
Takes a long time and alignment guy made my alignment worse. Dont waste your time here.
Had an 8am appointment. Staff refused to work with me on tire placement stating that there is a law against putting new tires on the front (ended up being policy, not law). I ended up just needing 1 tire and Im still here 2 hours later. Leaving without any fixes.
The front desk staff and the mechanic really went out of their way to help me. I was traveling to Norfolk, Virginia when my tire couldnt make it any further. I was 15 minutes outside of Short Pump when I called NTB on a Saturday evening 45 minutes before closing. The front desk confirmed that they had my tire in stock. I had to of course wait until help arrived to remove my tire and get the tire and rim to NTB. Around 7 I called back and they actually answered my call after closing AND they waited until I finally was able to make it there 40 minutes after closing on a Saturday night! I was so thankful that they made my emergency, their emergency. I was able to get back on the highway and continue my travels. NTB did their best to help me so that I wouldnt be stranded without a tire. I will now actually travel from Charlottesville to NTB in Richmond now to buy a matching set of 4 tires. Thanks NTB!

No state inspector are you freaking kidding me?! How can you run a car service store with no state inspector and the lady was just plain rude. Do not go here!

If they say one hour they mean three. I have taken my fleet vehicles here for a while now since I refuse to go to the Jiffy Lube across the street which manages to actually be worse (much worse). Consitently slow service at this place, so I just plan to either wait or pick the car up the next day. It is a good excuse to walk over to a great restaurant teh Maya Grill and grab lunch.
Bought tires today online and since they were overbooked for the weekend they came tonight, picked up my car, took it to the shop, installed the tires, and brought my car back to me. Great service! Thanks Gene!

Very poor communication; was told my work would be done by 12pm after dropping it off the night before. Still not done as of 7:30 pm, and I have had to remake plans to get there 3 times now! Not happy, would not recommend .

Awesome repair shop!! very thorough ... i see all these complaints of everyone complaining about there recomendations... but ill tell ya this... my wife was in the shop last wednesday to get her air pressure checked!! the technician marcus was out at the car with her and pointed the steel belts on her driver front tire... if it wasnt for him we would have never even known and on top of that it was snowing the next day ... these guys are great... dont listen to all the negatives!! we can find faults in everyone... thanks guys
