I had a gel manicure and it was fabulous. The technician was friendly (not too chatty, which I enjoyed) and she was extremely gentle, detailed, and thorough. I could tell that she truly wanted to make my manicure look amazing, unlike some nail shops who simply rush through the process to get it done. This salon has a very upscale feel to it. The location was professional and clean, and all the staff were warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, high quality manicure. On more than one occasion I had booked out an appt 3-4 weeks in advance for a lash fill and then hours before they call me and cancel it with no other options to get my another appt for a week. Super unprofessional the most recent time I got called hours before asked if I could move my appt to a couple days later and then Vanity lash lounge said well your 6pm appt that you booked a month ago now interferes with the lash consultants lunch break so we are canceling it. Horrible customer service.

They did a horrible job and didn’t even bother to fix it… it was mini volume eyelash fill … but they charge me full volume fill… and it is quite visible that there are places where there are no eye lash extensions…and my two eyes have different kind of eyelashes … when I told the artist about her disaster she just removed some extensions along with my natural eyelashes…

In March this year, I went in to get my normal lift and tint. I had received it previous and had absolutely loved it. When my technician was finishing up my lift and tint I noticed that there was leftover residue on my eye which I thought was weird because this had never happened before. I asked her, “Are you going to take this off,” and she continued with “No need to worry. It should come off just fine.” So I therefore proceeded and didn’t worry. Within a day after, my eye started to get really irritated and runny and I did not know what was wrong. I asked my mom and she said it looked like pink eye. I then went to the doctor and they diagnosed me with pink eye which started in my left eye for the first couple of days and then transferred to my right so I had it in both eyes. I was out of both school and work for 2 weeks because it is highly contagious and I had to get two different eye drops because the first one didn’t work. Pink eye if you don’t know is extremely painful and I would never wish that upon anyone. My eyes did eventually heal, and I wanted to get a refund for my money. But they simply said they didn’t do refunds and that I could come in and get another lift and tint done for free. I then proceeded to ask if they maybe had a different adhesive that way my eye would not have the same reaction. They said no and I still don’t quite get why they even offered it in the first place. I am writing this review as a warning to other because I do not want anyone else going through that experience.

I am going to this place for a while now and everything seemed to be great but on Jan 9th after an eyelash fill I got a very bad allergic reaction and my right eyelid got swollen, red and itching as hell.I called the receptionist and she told me to wash my eye as frequent as I need until the redness/ itchiness is gone. On Jan. 22nd I went in for an extended fill since I had no eyelashes extensions left due to so much washing.The second time the allergic reaction wasnt as bad as the first time.On Feb. 6th I booked an eyelash extension fill and this time was the worst I ever experienced. I called the second day to make an appointment to remove the eyelash extensions completely due to the outcome.After the removal appointment on the was completed I went to pay and I requested to talk to the manager, but the receptionist got so worked up and she was talking so laud like I was deaf, taking the request I made to another level, making me feel embarrassed and unconfortable so I left after she starting yelling Youre not charged for your eyelash removal today so you can leave now. All I wanted was to know the type of glue they use so I go find some other place that doesnt use the same glue (the type of glue was unknown based on the receptionist say), to avoid an allergic reaction again. The way my request was handled was very unprofessional and I am positive I would not go back there or recommend this place to anyone. Hope the receptionist would get proper training or there would be present a person that can handle a client request properly. Very disappointed!

I was considering going here but there is no descriptions of what the services entail. They dont tell you what the differences are in the discriptions between the differing pedicures or lashes. The pricing should also be listed with the services not in a sepereate area from them.

Im posting after my second appt. Wanted to make sure my first excellent experience wasnt a fluke. It definitely wasnt. Kitty did another fabulous job on my hard gel nail manicure. She and the other associates were very friendly and professional. The work station was clean and organized. The prices are reasonable for the work and product they are providing. Thank you, Kitty!

So exited to get a manicure after ‘quarantine’ ~ had 11a appt today, for a gel manicure. Pretty straightforward. Took literally 2.5 hours. I ended up standing for the second half because I physically couldn’t sit any longer. Wearing a mask was fine, and expected to for 45mins-1 hr but by the time 1p came around I was over it. Didn’t leave til close to 1:30. The nail polish was running and the sweet gal was clearly frustrated. Not sure why it was happening but it certainly was frustrating. Won’t be back.

Honestly - the way I feel about VLL is that they provide absolutely fantastic service every single time I’m there- I’m talking about ALL the ladies!My absolute favorite thing about Vanity is the fact that I can schedule my appointments based on the date and time that’s convenient for me (I never have to work around one person’s schedule) and it’s purely because the girls are all really good at what they do, because they are uniformly trained and have the same technique, so I never have problems with any of my lashes twisting/ pulling or sticking together. They aren’t constantly falling out or being damaged. Even after 5 years of having lash extensions (by Vanity), my lashes are healthier than ever.

Been going here for a few months for several services and I Love it! Its always a very relaxing and lovely experience. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Pam is fantastic at all waxing services and Maddy is excellent at lashes. I would definitely recommend coming here! The owners really care about their customers and treat you well. Tip:.... this is a High end salon NOT a walk in nail shop so please be patient getting a appointment and call ahead they get very busy for obvious reasons. Outstanding! :-)

This place is amazing! To start off I was greeted right away with a smile and pleasant atmosphere. I went there for a Chemical Peel and from beginning to end was an outstanding service. My face looked and felt smooth, soft, and rejuvenated. To my surprise ppl told me I looked younger and more vibrant, which always makes a woman feel great! I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone who’s looking for a positive and professional experience!

This was my first time here. They extended my nails. The sweet lady who worked on my hands was patient and very kind. She did an wonderful job! Ive never had this done before. I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the results. Ive had over 10 compliments from strangers saying how nice my nails look. Saying how natural they look.Everyone here was so very sweet. I would highly recommend this place.

I got my lashes done for the first time with Lauren, and all I have to say is wow! Lauren did such a great job with making my lash extensions look natural yet chic...I was really relaxed while she worked on my lashes. I even fell asleep! I love these ladies. They are super nice and helpful. They were great about educating me about services and how to take care of my lashes so I dont ruin my real ones! Waxing services are also wonderful.

SCAMMED! This was the most disappointing experience. I had a groupon for a manicure but they insisted it was an eyelash groupon several times and told me I didnt have to pay anything extra. After the appointment they forced me to pay for the eyelash extensions that I wasnt even trying to get. I tried reaching out to the management team several times but they never got back to me. Dont waste your time or money here. I truly hope this trash establishment goes out of business.

Review by my wife:UPDATE:I asked to see my before and after pictures, and while they didnt show them to me they did offer to have me come back and try the procedure again. I did and my results are much better this time. The technician made some notes about what she did differently (smaller shield, longer processing time) and based on my new results I will likely continue to go here.I went here for a lash lift and tint. My lashes are slightly darker than they were but nowhere near dark enough to skip the mascara. As far as the lift, I can see a small amount of curl in the lashes on outer edges of my eye, but overall they are still as straight as before. My hope was that I would no longer have to curl my lashes every day but the effect is not even close to that. I will still have to curl my lashes and wear mascara so I dont really see any benefit to the procedure. Afterwards the technician told me that she can only lift what I already have and that I would see more benefit if I used a lash serum to make my lashes longer. I dont think my lashes are particularly short anyway but if they were too short to see much benefit from the service I would have liked to have been told that before, not after. Ultimately Im really disappointed and wont be going back.

Got my very first lash lift and tint with Karen. Absolutely love it already! Not only do they look amazing but I actually feel like I can see better not having my top and bottom lashes always intertwined. Lol. Highly recommend this salon, service and Karen. Very professional, comfortable and friendly.

They can’t seem to ever pick up the phone!!! I’ve been trying to make an appointment for a week now! 😡 Nobody has time to be calling every hour!! I’ve had a great experience there. they are very friendly but this whole phone issues drives me away. So disappointed!

So glad to have found Vanity Lash Lounge, I had been looking around at different places for a leg wax and I’m glad I came here! Jamie does an amazing job, takes her time and doesn’t miss spots! I have had some bad experiences at other salons but coming here was a whole new story! I will continue to book with her for all my waxing needs and maybe take advantage of some other services offered in the future!

WAY to overpriced & my lashes fell out like a week later and I took such good care of them. Then When I had my fill I asked for more fuller lashes and they convinced me to upgrade to the couture lashes which are $80 per fill, and they still came out looking bad and not dramatic at all. I would advise going else where. Im so thankful I found a different salon that does a way better job and half the price.

I went in to Vanity lash lounge to have my eyelashes done, I thought it was very expensive but I had a Groupon and I figured you get what you pay for, I asked the stylest how long would they last? She told me 3, but possibly only 2 weeks, so I decided to go ahead and do it, she strongly recommended that I purchase their special eyelash shampoo that they make in house to make them last longer and look better at $38.00 for a bottle small enough to take on an airplane, shame on me, I bought it. But like I said you get what you pay for, right? WRONG! On the very first day I lost 2 lashes, then the next day, they started falling out like leaves from a beautiful maple 🍁 tree tree 🌳 on a windy fall day for the next 6 days, at which time I had to leave my house looking like an escaped mental patient to go Vanity Lash lounge to show them what happened, she says to me, yeah, thats what happens sometimes... So I tell her I want to return the $38 bottle of lash shampoo, which by the way you can find all over the internet for $8, she tells me no returns! So I got 1 week of looking like Brittany Spears leaving a rehab center, and a $38 bottle of eyelash shampoo. You would probably have better luck buying lashes and (special shampoo) from the Dollar store.Very poor quality and service.Shame on you Vanity lash Lounge Mill Creek.

So I missed a appointment ane they charged my card without my okay. People are human they forget things but for a company to charge your card without you even knowing is bad business as well as they should point it out when you very first go there. So no surprises later. I will Never go back here as well as I would never refer anyone to go there. Bad business to work with. No wonder I was told I would hate it there and never go there...here is the truth!! Never go there!!

Came here for a mani/pedi. The staff was really nice, not very chatty but thats fine. I had 2 different techs for the mani and pedi and the tech that did my pedi offered to do gel for my feet, she mentioned it was the same price as the service I selected and that was a great thing to point out. I appreciate any time an employee tries to give their customers the best deal or value. The place is pretty big, there arent any partitions between the lash techs, but Ive heard good things about their other services. They do so much more than lashes!

I came here for manicure not too impressedAfter our lady experience we will never come back here again. My nail polish chipped on most of the fingernails in less than a day (usually it lasts for over a week). Perhaps they havent wiped off the lotion well before applying the polish.He finished my manicure in10 mins and moreover he dint even cut my cuticles.Now I understand why the salon is often so empty and will drive an extra few miles to a much better place. I asked him to do remove cuticle then he removed some and charged extra for that.I also felt bad the way he treated me.. it was so uncomfortable. Seriously I suggest not to go to this.

A couple years ago I got lashes done at a salon in Mill Creek. I had never had extensions, so I didnt know what to expect. I loved the way they looked, but after my 2nd fill the lash extensions all fell out and took my eyelashes with them. I wast devastated. Fast forward 2 years later. I still wanted the ease and beauty of extensions, but didnt want to ruin my eyelashes again, so I researched and picked Vanity Lash Lounge in Mill Creek. I mean these folks do lashes all day everyday so I figured they had to be better than the place that didnt specialize. Jovi was my lash tech ( I dont know what you call them, Im calling them lash techs). She was very kind, professional, and when I told her my story she put my mind at ease that I wouldnt lose my eyelashes again. Its been 9 months now. I visit Jovi regularly. I still have my beautiful extensions, I still have my eyelashes too, and Jovi has a fan for life! Moral of the story, if you are looking at getting extensions, dont go to a salon that does nails, or hair, or waxing and only does extensions on the side, go to Vanity Lash Lounge that specializes in eye lashes, learn from my mistake.

Dont let t he glam or fancy look fool you. This place and its staff are unprofessional. They dont give you their cancellation policy on the phone and nor do they care to take proper email from you so they can email to you their silly cancellation policy and they want to deny you service because you did not cancel with 24 hours. Even though they admitted that it is their fault for not properly taking down the correct email address they still will not schedule my appointment. I am so disappointed in their so call customer service please save yourself your time and money and go to a lounge place that knows how to treat their customers. I will not even send my dog there. Also they hardly pick up the phone

Rude cleaning n spraying around while trying to get nails done i said thats effecting my asthma n she told me to go to the front how rude she didnt clean around anyone else but me. Not coming back doesnt feel welcoming.

Update: owner contacted me with a free service to make up for my bad experience, the lady that did my service is also not working there anymore. I apperciate her following up with me and making sure im happy.I got an eye lash and eye brow tint. After she finished she asked if I was happy with the result. One of my eyebrows was darker than the other and she missed a clump of my eyelashes, and with blonde eyelashes it is very noticable. I asked her if she could fix those problems and she said I would have to make another appointment. So i left very unsatisfied with my results.

I love my new curly long lashes. Tech was a little awkward but she got the job done eventually.

False advertising. They claim they use Russian Manicure (or e-file) technique but they don’t. This was the only reason I even considered this place. I wasn’t happy with a rushed service and thick nails either.
