Walked in and we were promptly greeted. #1 takeaway is that this is a place that respects that we are in a global pandemic. The staff not only PROPERLY wear their masks but also enforce it! #2 is that they are gentle while working on you. #3 they speak good English as well and dont mind have meaningful conversations. #4 they did great work! We got Medi and Pedis... my fiancé loved the color selections for all those who get paint as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BUSINESS!

I paid for moms fill and pedicure and I had to leave for an appointment. When I let them know I was paying for my mother they calculated the total and charged me. I even tipped $30. I later get a call from my mom saying they miscalculated when they charged me and asked my mom to pay an additional $10. My mom was also a regular her fir 2 years. I wanted to treat my mom and was very upset to hear that they had messed up and asked her to pay for the difference. They should have taken it out of the tip since it was their mistake. They have lost my mom as a regular after this. Terrible customer service.

Walked in asking for a mani/pedi. The pedicure went very well so hence the 2/5 rating. However I am beyond disappointed with how my acrylics turned out.The manicurist did not pay close attention to detail, she didn’t even push my cuticles back, the polish was not evenly applied so you can see the uneven ridges… after trying to reference the photo of what I wanted and telling her so many times I wanted a French tip look, I gave up. Worst mani experience yet.I paid my $115 ($75 for a full set mani and $40 for pedi) and left very disgruntled. Would not recommend and won’t be returning. Going somewhere else to get these redone.Photos of what I referenced, the result, and the receipt.

I went here for the first time over the weekend I had made an appointment because I wasn’t sure how busy they would be for a friend and I we even showed up a bit early and they took us right away! They were so friendly and the lady that did our nails was amazing! She was so understanding when I kept changing my mind and she talked to us the whole time making it such a fun experience! I will definitely be coming back!

The technicians here are super nice and do a great job!! They really take their time and pay attention to detail, and the prices are better than the other places in the area. I moved nearby recently and tried several salons before finding this place and sticking with it. Can’t recommend enough!

Kim, Amy, and Hannah are all amazing! The salon is so cute and beachy themed, and their pedicures are absolutely amazing. The dip manicures I have gotten here are much better than any other salon I’ve been to. I even brought my whole bridal party here to get our nails done before my wedding! I can’t recommend Cocoa Nails enough!

I originally asked for ombre nails but they couldnt do it. So I asked for the obvious picture below and this is what I got. I didnt want the sparkles but I ended up getting them anyway because the pink powder was oddly seeping to the white tips. I was told by the owner that it was suppose to be that way... It looked awful. Really disappointed. If you come here only get standard one color nails. Theyre not good with designs. I come here often and for a while I made this my go to spot. The staff are relatively friendly. One staff member particularly named Amy goes above and beyond. Unfortunately when Im paying $50.00 to have my nails done my expectation is to walk out satisfied and unfortunately I was not. Like most nails salons I felt obligated to tip but this is my last experience here. Great service is important and unfortunately so is a good diversity of designs and styles. I will not be back here.

One of the best experiences in Mill Creek. They did exact what we wanted and were very nice. I ended up getting a pedicure too. We did not feel rushed or unimportant. Will definitely be returning

This nail shop is clean, newly remodeled, very friendly staffed. Theyre always available, will not turn you away. Helpful with colors(Im a lil picky.. lol) Amy always does my nails perfectly. Ive been going to this shop for years. Refuse to go else where!

Best nail salon around. My daughter and I come for pedicures often and they do an amazing job. They are friendly and always remember us. My daughter has her nails done and is always pleased. I always feel pampered when I come here. Great nail salon.

I love Coco Nails and Amy has made a point to assure my comfort and give quality service since I started going here a year ago. My previous salon kept getting bigger and louder and was no longer a relaxing environment. Many of the technicians wouldn’t listen to my requests and were very rough with my hands, fingers, toes and nails and when I brought it up they’d shrug and say it must be that way.I decided I wanted to enjoy my pampering time and since day one Amy and Coco Nails have always done a great job! She is gentle and always listens to my requests without making me feel “guilty” for asking for a change. They do acrylic and gel and combine both if requested. My nails look great and I never get the lifting I would occasionally get from other salons. It’s a smaller place and much quieter and more relaxing.We recently had a bridal group there and they made sure everyone got what they needed and my pedicure was awesome... I almost fell asleep during the massage! :) They give great, long massages and use hot stones and paraffin wax so my feet look and feel brand new when I leave. Definitely a smart move coming here!

I had a great experience getting my nails done here. Not only did they do a great job on my fill, but the lady that did them was super nice and talked to me about my baby and family and genuinely listened as we talked back and forth. I regret not getting her name, but I will absolutely be back so I will get it next time! This is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon.

I always have a wonderful experience at Coco Nails, my nails always look terrific and I get lots of compliments from people about how nice my nails look.

Such a great experience! I am 9 months pregnant and due any day now... My experience here was the pampering I needed before delivery. They ladies here are kind and do great work. The shop is cozy and very clean. They ladies here are very busy yet very attentive. Service here had been by far excellent. Will refer in a heartbeat and a return visit for myself.

I loved this place and the staff is very friendly and the prices are right! When you are running around and just finally need to get your nails done, this is the place to go. I got my shellac manicure done in 30 minutes and it was clean and relaxing. I will be definitely going back!

Really nice staff and clean facility but they are just not good at any aspect of a pedicure or manicure. Pedicure was very fast and just not great. They are not great with polish application. It was more like having a friend do my nails than a professional. Went with an actual friend and both had regular pedicures and shellac manicures. Nothing crazy and we each had different folks and nothing turned out. My friend’s nails were worse but my toe nails were not filed well and the paint not applied completely, her toe nails were just messy. My shellac finger nails were thick, uneven and clumpy. I won’t be returning and will go somewhere else to have them fixed. I’m really shocked by how bad they are especially for the price and after reading reviews. I think with more skilled staff they would be fine.

I love to get my nails done at Coco nails in Mill Creek. Kim is the owner of this place. She is super nice and helpful. I always have a hard time to pick out the colors. Kim always give a great suggestions and she wants to be sure my nails look good to go out the public!

They do not trim cuticles; rush through the pedicure; massage is one or two weak passes per foot; warm up a couple of rocks to pass them over your legs once; put your sandals on before the polish! I’ll keep looking for a good or at least acceptable place.

They were super busy but told us to come in anyway. 4 people working and 7 or 8 people getting various beautification done. I felt rushed and they didn’t do that great of a job.

Today, I got a full set and although the ladies are very nice the work they did is horrible. I was juggled between two nail techs and did not take the time to make my nails all even... ended up with uneven nails, some wider than others and paint job 👎🏽 Even my husband said they looked like crap... and he is a guy who usually says everything looks good! Going to another nail place in hopes I get them fixed! Just wasted my money here.

Great service, clean, and comfortable. There are many options of places to go to get a mani pedi in the area and I’ve tried out a new place the past 5 times I’ve gotten one in search of a place the stands out and makes me want to come back. I finally found it! The two women who were working when I went were very friendly and the one who did my pedicure did a great job and was genuinely friendly. What set this place apart from the rest: customer service and cleanliness. Both women were easy to communicate with so I got exactlywhat I wanted. Only minor issue was the selection of nail polish wasn’t the best.
