By far the best manicure I’ve ever had. I came to this salon for the first time on a Saturday right when they opened. They didn’t have availability for me but snuck me in anyway. I got a pedicure first then a gel manicure. The nail technician was a perfectionist and was amazing. She was quick but made sure to make it perfect. This is my new favorite salon and will only be coming here.

They are so kind! They did such an amazing job on my nails. Very clean and they even check your temperature.

I wanted my nails done in a particular way, and had tried two salons before this one who told me they couldnt do it. I arrived here without an appointment and told them what I wanted (a gel manicure with triangle cut outs and an accent nail), they asked clarifying questions, and then set me up with Cindy. Cindy was very kind, patient, hard working and detail-oriented - she really took her time with my nails (right up until close). I have never been more satisfied with a manicure on my natural nails! Ive moved away from the area but the quality of the work guarantees Ill be back.

I got this for my baby shower. Cindy was very hardworking and friendly. She made sure my nails looks perfect before I leave the store. The ladies here are all so friendly and kind. I would highly recommend going here. A very good place to treat yourself 😊

I went in for a manicure and I received awesome service. The lady who was doing my nails took her time and did a great job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it turned out super cute. At other nail salons I feel rushed or they are stingy with the coats. I didnt experience that at all here.

They did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I was 41 weeks 3 days pregnant and went in hoping to go into labor shortly after. It worked. I had my baby hours after I got my pedicure! Really friendly workers as well.

Ann does my acrylic nails and only Ann! She shapes them beautifully every time.This place has a very large collection of colors and types of polish. Oh and they have pre-designed tips.They do this thing called a Cupcake pedi. Not sure what it is but a lot of people get it.

I have been to a few nail salons in my time. But here everyone was so nice and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly. I had Helen and she was fantastic! We have a Christmas party to go to and wanted a snowflake I showed her a Pinterest picture and she did a way better job. I will be back!

Had a great experience getting my nails done with my daughter. Everyone was really friendly. They took time to make sure our nails were done really well. The cupcake pedicure is the bomb!! 👍😁. Just make sure if you want designs on your nails you need to ask for it when you make your appointment so they allow enough time. They have tons of polishes and lots great design options. We just brought pictures of what we liked and they made it happen. We will be coming back here for sure!!

This by far the BEST salon I have scheduled! Been their client for over a year now. Super clean, welcoming, highly skilled. Make an appointment because they are very busy. I have natural nails so the basic manicure is my choice. My friend has gel nails that turn out perfect each time. Enjoy!

I made an appointment for myself and a friend to get nails and feet done. We were half an hour late because our phones sent us to a residential area. They called the next appointment and asked them to come in half an hour late and did everything that our appointment was for. They were courteous, polite, friendly and professional. The services were excellent as well. Highly recommend

They do good work but they charge much more than other salons. This is the reason why I gave them only 3 stars. If they were more competitive in pricing then the star rating would be much higher.

I came in at 4:22pm to be exact and was told that even though the sign says walk-ins welcomed I couldnt be serviced because they close at 7pm. I didnt ask for anything extravagant... just wanted an overlay with a design on two nails. So disappointing!!!

I went here on a recommendation and had the best experience. She spent her time even though my appointment ran past close by almost an hour. She was very pleasant and was awesome talking with her. I will definitely be going back.

I come here from a few cities North because I love it so much. I get shelack manicures ($36 if you pay cash, $40 on a card) and they always look perfect. My manicures last 2-4 weeks still looking pristine, and I work with my hands. Ive only managed to chip a nail once every ten manicures or so, and thats only when I try to push it to the 4 week mark. I go with my friend who gets specialty pointy acrylic nails, and hers always look amazing as well. They have a HUGE selection of regular and gel polishes, as well as an impressive assortment of decorations (rhinestones, Swarovski crystals, metallic powders, charms, ect). They also offer you free beverages (soda, water) while youre there. All the techs are very, very friendly and do all excellent job. This place is very popular and very busy, so make sure to actually call and make an appointment at least a few days ahead, you might not get a walk-in appointment.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done in the Mill Creek/Bothell area, and ive tried many places. Everyone is friendly and talented. My favorite nail tech is Helen because she has great attention to detail and precision. They welcome walk-ins, but I would recommend scheduling an appointment because it can get quite busy.

Exceptionally clean. Sweet, nice girls who chat when you want or if youre just there to relax they just help you relax. Ive been going to another salon for years and have had a hard time switching but I think the time has come. Q spa and nails is perfect.

I had my first FILL & PEDICURE here at Q Spa and nails and I am beyond pleased with my experience. The salon itself is very clean, organized, with a great atmosphere, good music playing, great décor and a TON of color options! The nail technicians are all so sweet, I’m pretty sure every one of them at one point or another introduced themselves to me while I was there. The technicians seemed to communicate proficiently with one another, never leaving anyone standing around at the front door for any period of time, never letting a call not get answered etc. They all seem to genuinely enjoy themselves at Q Spa & Nails. It’s really hard to find a nail salon with such a great uplifting atmosphere. I called about a week ahead to book an appointment. When I walked in there was absolutely no wait. I was greeted with smiles and HI HOW ARE YOU the moment I walked through the door. *PEDICURE: The pedicure was average. It was enjoyable but there were no pedicure packaged to choose from nor was there a price list that I seen while I was in there. **FILL: My fill was AMAZING! I never knew that a nail tech could actually get the shape I’ve been wanting for years now. The design is OUTSTANDING! It looked exactly like the image I found off Pinterest, to a “T” it looks exactly the same! They have gained my business, that’s for sure. I’ll be going here for my fills from here on out!

I paid all $90 Tip $20 for me and my mom just 40 minutes of pedicure.i choose parafin and massage services( little) but there were NO massage and workers talking each other. horrible services

This place is the best! Very clean and friendly! They have quality services, and pay attention to the small details to make your appointment that much more enjoyable. Get the ice cream pedicure, its worth it! I cant say enough good things about Q nails! I recommend them to everyone.

Made an appointment for me and my daughter two days earlier. I let them know I needed an appoint to do manicure for both and a pedicure for one of us. My daughter decided last minute to get acrylics and when I told the lady she made a huge scene in front of the salon about how they couldnt do that and I would need to come back. She even read my personal phone number off in front of everyone. I was mortified and my daughter was so embarrassed and let down as she had been looking forward to this for a couple days. This is the second issue I have had with them being rude in front of the whole salon. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My new favorite place for a pedicure. Clean facility, equipment worked well, excellent customer service. We went for the ice cream pedicure. Little pricey, so special occasion sort of thing, but included paraffin dip and hot stone massage. I will be going back for the regular pedicure.

Went there today with a friend & her daughter who made an appointment for two & not only did they have it written down wrong they only did her daughter nails REALLY who would only take the child. Then not only did they not make accommodation for her the took everyone else who came in. Wow... I would never and I mean NEVER spend my money in here. Did I mention I would not have to because no one asked us did we want anything. Then on the way out the guy made a comment they have families to get to. Ok glad you the only person in the world who have a family. How rude to think that. So thank you so much Q nails for making me miss time with my family because I came all the way out here for nothing.

This is my favorite nail place. The ladies are friendly and know what they are doing. Most of all every tool is sanitize after using and the place is pretty clean.

Horrible experience, arrived to my appointment on time with my sister, was told we would be next to each other which didnt happen. Then I showed the girl who did my nails a picture of what I wanted which was not even a design, she helped me pick the colors and said the colors are the same in the picture. Then it turned out a totally different color, then she said honey, thats the color you picked extremely disappointed in this place and wont be coming here again. Awful customer service.

I made an appt being the reviews sounded good, and who ever said average time is 15 minutes needs a new watch. I made 10am appt( thats when they open) the fill took an hour, then was $25 for the basic fill, then had me put hands in a gel dryer with regular polish which blistered, marks the polish, then put a top gel on, and again baked for 5 minutes. Took 1hr 45 minutes for full. Looked horrible, drove straight to another salon. Never recommend or return.

Ice cream pedicures are where its at!! Worth every dime!! Their shellac manicures usually do not last as long as I would like, but they are done well.
