I usually get my nails done by the guy who works here, he always does great. Had someone else today, nails came out very chunky and bumpy. not worth the price:/

The manager of this nail salon was very rude. As an amputee, nail salons always charge me half price for a pedicure. This salon charged me full price and completely disregarded me when I brought it up. The manager is not professional and I will never go back. Do not go to this salon.

After having gone to another nail place a week prior, Elite, I can honestly say that I will not go back! The following week I was having my nails done within a wedding party. I didnt have anything special done, just a simple manicure and with color changes on toes and fingers. TiTi did my nails and she corrected the botched nail shaping from the other salon and reapplied color. My nails were perfect! And significantly better than just a week prior. I will absolutely go back and I honestly think I would request TiTi again.

It would be nice if the prices were published prior to service.

The workers here have an issue with people of color.. they first were telling me my card wouldnt work.. which was not the case i left my keys and sent my assistant to pick them up within 15 minutes of me leaving thete.. iti the manager spoke to me on the phone and wouldnt give my keys to my assistant.. when I had to leave my store to go dpwn there she toldme she didny know or trrut her so wouldnt give her my keys..they started speaking in their languages I asked them not to do that and would not be back..this is the 3rd time I have had an isdue hete and wont be back

When you have an appointment, you shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes. They were extremely rude. Time is precious and don’t take appointments if you can’t commit to it. I walked out. Horrible experience.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with Aqua in Maple Grove so Im confused to see the mixed reviews. I went in for a gel pedicure today and I wore a dress. The woman gave me a towel so I didn’t have to worry about keeping my legs together in the chair which was super appreciated. I also appreciated that she asked me if I liked my nail color choice after she painted one nail. I always debate between colors and she gave me the opportunity to change my mind which was unexpected but kind. I really appreciate the people there!! They have always done a nice job. I think this is one of the best nail places in the Maple Grove area. Thank you!!!

Great place to get your nails done! They got me in fast and I had an amazing manicure and pedicure with Sam. I’m massively pregnant and he helped me in and out of the chairs and even carried my jacket for me. So sweet. The leg and foot rub was divine! And even though I have short nails he made them look gorgeous. Nice way to pamper yourself in a great atmosphere!

Really enjoy this salon. Typically would see Titi on a bi-weekly basis. Titi is kind and professional. I was going to this salon for 2+ years and unfortunately in the last 6 months when I’ve made an appointment I’ve had to wait for my appointment at least 3 times (sometimes up to 15 minutes for an appointment I scheduled ahead of time).Although I enjoyed going to this salon I will no longer be returning as I’ve been trying to call for an appointment and have had no luck getting anyone to answer my call; on top of waiting for an appointment I make ahead of time. Unfortunately I will take my business elsewhere at this point.

Best place to get your hair done!!! Cheap and the most friendly and helpful and fun staff.. prices are lower than competition..l havent had a proposal cut in years and was leery of what they were going to do.. LOVE IT 🥰!!

I sent my daughters and mother-in-law to get nails done. Majority fell off two of them by the next day. We called and they said well it all looked good when they left. We can pay more to come back and do it again. I was shocked by that response.

I have been to this nail salon twice to have my nails done, I came today to have my nails filled a second time, the first time I visited I had my service dog with me and they had no problems with it, they couldn’t stop commenting on how well behaved she was, the second time I came I didn’t have her with me because I wasn’t running any other errands, when I walked in today the woman checking us in said nothing about my service dog nor did the gentleman that told me to wash my hands, but the woman doing another customers nails near the sink felt the need to tell me they don’t accept “pets”, I told her she’s not a pet she’s a service dog and I have been here with her before but she insisted that “this is a nail salon and we can’t have pets in here” I told her that by law she couldn’t tell me to leave because of my service dog and finished washing my hands, my friend who was with me who also had her service dog with her was very upset and bothered by this treatment and just wanted to leave so we took our business elsewhere and I recommend anyone else considering this establishment do the same.

I came in to get my nails done at 7:45pm. They close at 9pm but they couldn’t do it. They only had two people working and I was going to offer to wait but they said someone had an appointment. Idk about the actual service, but if you say your open until a certain time you should really be open and able to provide your services. They should change their time to close at 7 or 8 pm. Sucks

My wife is very disappointed with the quality. If youre going to apologize for messing up, take care of the bill instead of making us pay for a sloppy job. I recommend hiring better technicians.

Find somewhere else to go. My nails are all different lengths, I took the file from her so my nail wouldnt be an odd shape. She cut my cuticle so bad it was bleeding - today its super painful and I have put hydrogen peroxide on it and a bandaid (so my manicure looks great *Sarcasm*). Once she was done she asked me to use the ATM to take out cash so I could get $2 off... they probably make a profit off the ATM, and my bank would charge me fees for using it, so I said no and gave her my credit card to run. I would stay FAR AWAY from this place.

I just want to say (even tho they aren’t open during covid19) that this is my favorite nail salon. Sam always does an amazing job. My nails are always shaped perfectly and the length i want. it’s a very personable salon, and i can always have good conversations. And as someone who works in the cosmetology industry that they do follow the state guidelines as far as cleanliness goes. I have also worked in arbor lakes and the hours sometimes change and it’s hard to get the hours to change online, the salon i worked at tried many times. mon-fri the mall itself is typically 10am-9pm, sat is 10am-8pm and sunday is 11am-6pm. i’ve seen reviews saying they refused them because of what time it is, and as i don’t know the day or time, this is just the information that i have.

Literally kept asking for tip. Rude and unprofessional. My nails didn’t even come out that great either. Weeks after I took them off by soaking them and the texture was gummy. My cousin was in town and also a nail tech told me that they used mma on me. She helped me take them off. MMA IS NOT SAFE. Never coming back.

I gave her design and color and she didn’t do both and I also gave her a size and all my finger nails were different sizes.

I love this salon! The staff is so friendly and everyone does a fantastic job. I really love when Ann does my nails. My gel mani lasts 3+ weeks without chips or breaking. And the Hawaiian Pedicure is the best! I highly recommend Aqua Nails!

I like this place, they have a lot of great colors. My pedicure always looks great and stays on for a long time. However, the gel manicure, I cant say the same. It really depends to who does my nails. Some of the nail technicians are better than others. Sometimes my gel lasts a week and sometimes it lasts a good 3 weeks. Also, some of the nail technicians are very nice but some of them are very rude. Overall, 3 is a good score for them. They have a great nail salon, very clean with a lot of great color options but they do need need to improve in a lot of things.

I really wanted to like this place as my friend suggested it and we went to have some girl time. We made appointments together and were there right when it opened. Though there were only 2-4 customers they will would not let us sit together. Add to that the lady who did my nails cut my cuticles on my thumb and middle finger & my thumb was bleeding and all she could say was sorry. Also they tried not to give me the discount for paying in cash (It was more there than at Ivy nails where I normally go.) I will never go back to this place again. I dont know how they stay open. Ivy Nails in Brooklyn Park does a much better job. We were not offered any water or anything (though it was super hot that day and I am always offered a beverage at Ivy Nail). I wish I could go back in time and re-do the day because I would have never darkened the door of this place!**TO the 5 star reviewer below; yes I do get my nails done on a regular basis and get Gel nails done & I get it for less and IVY Nails and they do a million times better of a good job. I love my nails!. When I moved to Maple Grove a year and a half ago, I visited 3 or 4 nail salons in town area and was not able to find one that did my nails the way I was accustomed to.Finally, I found Aqua Nail Salon & Spa and have been going there ever since. The atmosphere, service, quality and staff are top notch. I have received many compliments on my nails since I started going there.I highly recommend this salon, you wont be disappointed, and if you make an appointment, you dont have to wait!

They take the time to do it right. I never have problems with my nails when done here. Go early in the day before thy get busy!

Came to get my nails done and it took 2 hours when it should have taken one hour at the most. The shape of my nails were not right I asked for almond and they were all round and then some of the nails had bubbles in them from not being done properly. I would defiantly recommend going somewhere else in maple grove like Nails and Spa, Kathy there is wonderful and much better quality and price then Aqua Nails .

I just had the WORST experience here. My friend and I brought our 4 year old daughters for manicures, and the woman who did mine did a terrible job. She kept hurting me when doing my cuticles, and I did tell her several times it hurt, and she completely skipped the lotion and massage. After my nails were dry, she came to put oil on them, and she kept pushing the tip of the bottle too hard against my nails, and three of them ended up with holes where she chipped the polish. I told her I did not have time to sit and have my nails redone, due to the fact we had somewhere to be, and the 4 year olds nails were dry, and they had been very well behaved. I asked for her to remove my polish and just give me a refund - I paid in cash. She told me to go back to her station, and to wait, and we just kept waiting. I finally told her I needed to leave. After waiting longer, the manager finally came over and told me since the woman had done my cuticles she could let me get a free polish change next time I came. I told her I did not want that, I wanted a refund. I went on to say I even brought my own polish, and she can keep the tip if she wants for the cuticles, even though she hurt me while my cuticles were being done. The manager had been doing my daughters friends nails, and said she could hear us, and I never said that. I looked at the woman who did my nails and asked if I had told her she hurt me, and she said, yes! The manager then told me last time I was there I caused problems. The last time I got a manicure there was in December, and there were no problems! She then said something I couldnt understand to the woman, and as the manager was walking away, she asked me my name, so I told her, and then she said she was going to remember me. I will not stand for being threatened when I was wronged, and just wanted a refund. I told her I would have just left with my money, but now was going to tell people about my experience. At least in the end, I did get my money back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They employee lazy workers. I work at an upscale salon in Excelsior Mn and stopped here after leaving the beach in Maple Grove. I arrived at 8:20 (they close at 9) After a 2 min deliberation a male worker asked if I could come back tomorrow theyre going to close, at 8:20?? Bad business. Our salon would NEVER DO THAT TO A CUSTOMER walk-in or not. I value everyone of my customers! Sometimes a walk-in can and most often becomes a regular loyal client. Their loss. Id advise you go where people love what they do and value you! Make it a great day :)

Horrible experience went in on Sunday evening with my cousin and let me just say I would not recommend this place to anyone! (I should of read the reviews) I tried out this place because I was told they were good... Not even close actually. It was my first time in. Let me start with how they are too over priced for the poor job they did. It’s Wednesday and my nails look like I could use a full big time. I talked to the “manager” who told me I could come in so she could fix them and I did but she didn’t do anything. The girl who greeted me laughed when I said I had an appointment with their manager and walked away. Horrible service will not be back. If you have cash awesome you’ll get a $2!! Discount don’t use their atm because it’ll charge you extra to take money out and they also charge extra for the shape you want if it’s anything but squared, they don’t charge extra for squared nails. I will continue going to my regular nail salon and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! NAILS & SPA off of Main Street in Maple Grove.

Finally after years of searching for a good nail shop/tech, I have found it! This place is spotless and they have a large selection of nail polish colors. Wow!!

I’ll never step foot in this nail salon again. From walking through the door and everyone was complaining about me walking in. Next thing I know is I’m sitting getting my Pedicure watching people “CLEAN” their tools and bowls and all they do is rinse them with water. If that wasn’t already a great start to this experience. They went super fast and tried to hurry to get done as soon as possible and made me bleed 2 times. When everything was done and said I went to hand her my card and the lady I had said “You have cash? Pay in cash” I said “No I don’t have any cash” then She goes “Go to ATM and get cash we give you $2 off” I was like “That’s okay” She goes “Do you have Cash to tip?, I need cash tip”. NO WHERE IT SAID CASH ONLY! There are many other better nail salons then this place around the Maple Grove area.

Gel collections are huge! I can find any color that matches my outfits. Clean and good environment nail salon ever compare to someones around the area. The nail Techs are very nice and take time. Ive been coming here for 3 years and always satisfied with my nails.

I had a very poor experience my first time at Aqua. The salon was very dirty and it did not appear as if they clean their equipment or tables. I got a full set and asked for rounded tips rather than squared. She began to round the tips and after doing one hand she told me that it would be 5 dollars extra. I told her that if I would have known that I would have just gotten square. She responded with Are you kidding me? And several times throughout my manicure she told me Its been a long day I just want to go home although I was there 2 hours prior to their closing time. She paid very little attention to detail and skipped several of the steps the nail salon that I frequent takes. When I went up to pay, she rudely said tip??? Before I even got my credit card out. All in all, I was very unimpressed by Aqua and I wouldnt return.

The experience was not that great. The place was very nice and the workers are very sweet, but when asking about services, they made it very difficult. They dont offer dip nails, which I thought we very odd. This is the first place Ive been to that doesnt offer dip. Then, when I was asking about French, they seemed to not understand what I was asking or how to explain the procedure. I asked for French tips with no acrylic, and they told me that can do that but I wasnt sure how they would do that without dip or acrylic. Then when I saw them gathering materials to do my French tips, they were only going to paint them on and thats not what I asked for. I tried to get them up explain that to me any times before sitting down and getting the mani and pedi, but it just seemed like they wanted my dollar more than giving me a good service. They did great on my pedi but the service and manager were awful.

This was the first place I ever went to get my nails one, and I was very impressed! The first time I went I had the best service Ive ever received. As I have now gone several more times, and had several different people, my quality of service varies. A woman sitting next to me was getting an expensive set and her manicurist was face-timing her children the entire time. I was not impressed.

THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!! 7 of my nails came off 3 days later!! I will never go here again. Plus the polish was chipping.

I have been here many times in the past, including bringing in my wedding party just before my big day, but my most recent visit didnt go like it normally does. My nail tech was friendly and very thorough, so thorough that one of my cuticles around my big toe was trimmed too far so now its pretty sore and I have two open wounds - one on the side of my foot from too much de-callusing (when I dont really have calluses to begin with) and another above my pinky fingernail from to rough of filing. This happened at another salon three weeks previous so its possible it was tender to begin with and didnt take much but either way, Im reinjured. I didnt say anything because thats not my personality, nor is it my usual experience at this salon. I will probably go back in the future but I guess Ill have to request no callus work and that they be very gentle when filing.

LOVED this place! Went over lunch with a coworker for a manicure and gel polish. We had appointments and they were ready for us when we arrived. The woman doing my manicure was very professional and talkative - we got along great! Prices were very fair, especially for the level of detail taken on each nail. Overall, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Aqua Nails to a friend, especially for a manicure!

Did a walk in so I knew I would have to wait which didn’t bother me. I was told it would be a 10 min wait, then waited a little over 30 minutes. Then I get to pick out my color which is very difficult as they only have a very small selection. (Plenty of gel options but that cost way more) they offer the brand sinful colors which is a 2$ nail polish at Walmart. If you are a professional nail salon at least offer more professional brands. The pedicure took under 12 minutes which is ridiculous because every salon I have ever gone to does at least 25-30 for a basic pedicure. The staff was friendly so that is why I am not giving one star, but this place is not worth the drive. Just stick to your normal salon, that’s what I am going to do from now on.

I went here to get my nails done for my wedding. Me and some of the bridesmaids got mani/pedis. Very clean salon and they sanitize properly, which I was happy to see! The pedicure was great but getting acrylics wasn’t so great. I’m a cosmetologist myself so I’m a little picky on what I want my nails to look like. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she barely looked at it. Then she made the nails very very thick- almost bubbly- and very long. I felt rushed and she seemed like she didn’t care about her work at all. I had to fix them when I got home so they would look good for the wedding. :(

I went about a week ago and the lady that did mine made my fingers bleed. She drilled the tips of my fingers when she drilled my nails down to the length I wanted them, the sides of my fingers, and the skin when she drilled (filed) my cuticles. She asked if I went there last time I said no. She said my nails were horribly done and it was more work for her..I also paid with my card and she told me it was a certain price so I trusted thats all that would come off my card. Nope she charged 10% tip without asking if it was okay. And because I didnt know I tipped her an additional $10 cash. She was kind of rude from the start and kept telling me its better to pay cash..why does it matter if it is cash or card? Its all money! And her tip was cash! My fingers were sore for days and have scabs all around my nails! I probably wont ever go back there again! My friend went there a day later and the same thing happened to her. Her fingers bled and were sore! She said she wouldnt ever go back! She went there once before and she thought maybe this time it wouldnt happen again. And it did. She apologized for referring me there. And I told her no need to apologize it wasnt her fault they did that! It wouldnt have been so bad if my fingers wasnt cut up and sore. And they would have told me up front they take the tip out. So she got double tip. She knew Ive never been there so she could have spoke up. Ok Ill stop ranting now..just a bit frustrated! I know we wont ever go back or refer anyone there.

Dont expect a real salon experience here. When I go to my regular salon, Im offered tea, coffee or water. They take my coat. Offer me a nice magazine. And I relax to soothing music.No beverage here. I had to schlep my boots and winter coat around the salon with me just throwing it over the chair next to me. As for relaxing music, they had The Price Is Right blaring from the tv. And when I asked for a magazine, they handed me a few very old copies of better homes and gardens - the older lady next to me got seventeen magazine. It was a decent pedicure with a half price coupon, but I would NEVER pay full price for it here.The staff is barely pleasant and the quality of service and ambiance here is equal to any strip mall nail salon.

It hard to find a Nails salon that doesnt smell nails like this one; great services and fair prices. I love their new fancy and good massage pedicure chairs. Absolutely love it!

This place by far is the worst! My sisters and I went to get pedicures and they took forever. We felt rushed and didnt get what we paid for. We paid by using our credit cards and they refuse to take our cards and wanted us to take out money from their atm machine that they had in their store. Service was bad and still wanted tip money. Never again going there.

Worst pedicure experience Ive ever had. I chose Aqua because I was short on time and was going to be in the Arbor lakes area that day.I made an appointment and got there 5 minutes before hand. When I showed up I waited for someone to greet me for a few minutes and then when someone eventually came she was surprised I was early and pointed at their clock, which was set 5 minutes slower than than the actual time. So, I waited 15 minutes before I was seated. When I was seated, the water was cold and I asked if it could be changed for warm water. Either she pretended to not hear me or she just ignored me. The Pedi as a whole was not relaxing or done well. Then when she asked for payment I handed her my card and she said they prefer cash. I told her I didnt have cash and then she told me they have an ATM I could use. Which I didnt want to do because Id get charged the ATM fee. She then rolled her eyes and took my card for payment.Overall, it seems like this nail salon is poorly run and I will not be returning.

I was here this summer may 2018 with a HUGE wedding party. I called back when I noticed my fingernail was greenish brown under my gel polish. My doctor said “it’s nail fungus call the salon & report it!” I did!They wouldn’t return my call & when I called back again they said, “nope didn’t get it here!”NEVER GO HERE LOOKS CLEAN ITS OBVIOUSLY NOT!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went with my cousin today and we got the same exact thing done and they charged me 37 and tried charging her 50!!! She’s 16 so I obviously threw a fit. I told them I was gonna give them 40. And I got yelled at by 2 employees.. they upcharge you for blinking. Take your money elsewhere ladies.

Bad experience, Ill never go back. The tech was good, he did a excellent job. The ladies treated me as if they didnt want to service me. No worries, Ill take my business elsewhere. This was my first time in the shop, I was looking for the works manicure/pedicure and facial, instead the level of customer service I received was horrible. I was disappointed, I heard good this about the shop.I dont normally write bad reviews, but the experience was so bad, I had to share.

Pricing is a little high, however, customer service and quality is great. She took care of any ingrown nails and little skin fly aways. She was also respectful and engaged me in conversation.

Horrible!!! The woman who did my nails spoke English and she even said she graduated from a high school here in MN and she understood everything I said to her in English. Ugly nails in the end smh waste of time and super painful!! Please please don’t come here!! When it came time to pay she insisted I use the ATM but they charge me to take out cash. I told her I will pay with card and she got mad. All of a sudden she says she will charge me $50 plus a tip and I’m like hold up???? No no tip!! Just $50 and that’s it!! Have had great experiences in the past, but went in for a gel manicure last week and it’s already peeling! Should last 2 weeks, only lasted 6 days. Very disappointed, will not be coming back.

The atmosphere and commodities are very nice and relaxing, quality of gel nails, not so much. Much higher priced than other places for less than acceptable finished products. Rude nail Tech also. Not very personable. My nails turn out thick and uneven, very artificial looking. I think I will keep driving to CJ nails in Zimmerman because its worth the drive😀

I have had a few manis and pedis here and have been very pleased. Its true that the front desk people are less than friendly, but they are efficient and the nail techs are fabulous. Only one wasnt very chatty, but she wasnt unpleasant- just quiet. The rest were very friendly and did an excellent job. Im looking forward to my next appointment before my baby comes!

Had an appointment and waited over 30 mins bc of some walk ins who got there shortly before our appt time. And they took them before us. Had been before and was happy but was super discouraged with the service today.

I went with my friend, we both had a coupon that was on their website for a $25 full set. Then the lady continued to pressure me into getting gel “lasts longer $10 extra” i agreed to it, knowing it probably would look better. i get to the chair & the lady starts using her tool on my nails making them “rough” looking she asked me what shape i wanted and i said “tapered SQUARE” & continued to show her a pic on my phone of the shape i wanted. She said “that’s coffin $5 extra only square shape” i told her it wasn’t coffin and was a square shape and she said $5 extra making my bill go up to $40, they continue to over charge me & my friend. I told her i didn’t want my nails done anymore, and walked away and she was very rude to me and then made me move in the waiting area while my friend is still getting her nails done. Very disappointed. this is the 2nd times ive been here, the first wasn’t the so pleasant either. Extremely rude workers.

I tried to look up on our records ( The digital check- in, the camera and the credit card receipts) but I couldnt find any name matching to your name in our salon records. If you really came to our shop last week and got bad experience, please bring the receipt or anything shows you came to our shop, you can get free service with the same amount you paid for the last time. From your receipt, I also want to find out who did your nails so I am very appreciated for that. Thank you.

Pedi.. Fast, hygienic, friendly service, no pressure to buy something i didnt intend. And my toes look fabulous!

Nails were cut so short my toes hurt. The Polish was uneven and didnt even go to edhes. We had an appointment, but they rushed.

Called at 7:20pm today and was told if I could not be there in 5 minutes they will close because they are slow today. Closing early when their hours are listed until 9pm. Bad business

1) the atm fee is only $1. Most atms charge at least $3 so idk what that review is tripping about. They offer $2 off and and the atm fee is $1 so if u have to use the atm for the discount it’s still $1 off. If you had a business you’d prefer cash too.2) most of the techs do a great job, there have been times that I’ve had to point things out for them to change to my liking and they do exactly that. If you don’t say something while your nails are being done and somethings off, that’s your own fault. They will definitely take care of you.3) all the employees are actually super nice4) Ann is my favorite, she does my nails perfectly every time.5) that’s a lie that they wouldn’t do a service an hour before close unless the service requested was gonna take longer than an hour, which a manicure/pedicure definitely would.6) they don’t overcharge. $25 for a full set means $25 for exactly that. Gel costs more anywhere.7) any negative reviewer probably doesn’t get their nails done regularly because I’ve tried places all over the twin cities and at overpriced places in uptown and I still make a 30 minute drive to maple grove to go to this location regularaly because of the excellent service.

If you ever come here ask for Sam he does the best job everyone else is mediocre

Used to live in brooklyn park and went to different nail salon and recently moved to maple grove. I wanted to try a new salon since it was closer to me. I had the worst experience ever!The reason why I gave it one star was because the staff are very rude. I usually get my nails done and they were very rough on my nails. They buffed my nails and when I got home, they hurt more than usual. And when I say that, it hurt really bad. I have never had any problems with that until I got my nails done at this salon. Another thing was that my card kept declining. I did not know why but then I tried my other card and it went through. Then I paid for my friend’s nails with the same card that went through and it declined it. I had to use 4 different cards. They kept insisting to use the atm in their shop but I refused because I knew their wasn’t anything wrong with my card. I did not know why my card declined. And all of my cards? They worked everywhere else after and before I came to the shop. Also they charge you $2 for using a card and a $2 discount for using cash.I do not remember my nail tech but I insisted her to buff down the acrylic because it was way too thick for me. She kept telling me that she wouldn’t do it because it wouldn’t look like. I asked her again and she refused. She painted my nails and I just went and paid but did not tip her.ALSO, dont get me started on their machines to dry the nail polish! You literally have to use your ankles or wrist to lift up the dryer to dry your polish. They did not check on me after they sent me to their dryer station and took the next customer. Their dryers STUCK! They would turn off and back on. Sometimes you had to rest your wrist a certain way to get the dryer to turn on. Most of them didnt even work so you had to shuffle through them to see if one worked and one didn’t.

Very terrible experience, I broke a nail and I went in to get it fixed. The lady did a very sloppy job and my nail is on crooked. As I went up to pay she was also waiting for me at the desk after I payed her for a tip by saying tip? Im never coming to this place again. If you want a good nail job for your money this is not the place for you.

First time there for pedi and mani. Had TiTi and was awesome!

Ive been there twice and both times the nail techs were rough on my cuticles, very rushed. This last time I asked if they offered customers anything to drink. The tech said just a little bottle of water, but didnt offer me any. Later I asked if I could have one, and she rolled her eyes. Only 1 of 6 manicure fans worked. They told the girl sitting at one that didnt work to keep lifting it up with her hands and keep turning the switch off and on. Crappy service.

My wife got new nails from there and they were great.

I went to Aqua with a friend and I saw Tina. She made my thumb bleed and 4 other fingers filed down to the point there was none of my real nail there! We asked another lady (forgot her name) to split the bill half and half between me and my friend. She charged my friend 65 and me only 19! We were told 30-35 dollars per acrylic nail sets and ended up paying over 80. The didnt tell us they took their own amount of tip out of our bill and told my friend to go to an ATM and take out money but didnt clarify it was for a tip. We thought it was part of our bill! They were really rude and got frustrated with us because we didnt understand them. Im hard of hearing and told Tina and she never took of her mask to mouth the words. BAD experience, wont go there again!

Ive given this place MORE than enough chances. Quite a few rude people here. More than once they have tried to over charge me and I caught them on it. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service, and the attitude.

Poor service. have been this place for 3 time and they keep asking to pay cash theirs English is not enough not recommend to you all.

They do the best long lasting nails that I have ever got and theyre extremely kind and patient.

I like this place a lot. They always do the good job for my nails and pedicure. I love their techs too but they dont take vouchers anymore. Feel a littlebit disapointed but its ok, I am still comming back because they always charge the fair prices.

This salon is very upbeat and up to date! The services are very upscale for a wonderful price thats wallet friendly! Speaking of friendly, the staff are great! When i walk in im always greeted and feel very welcome here! Everytime ive gotten my nails done here they have looked wonderful! Never had any problems here! I always go here for my mani, pedis and spray tans. I love that they have over a dozen pedi chairs! Works really well with parties. I will continue to come here! I LOVE AQUA!
