Im sad to say today they did not do a good job cleaning my car. I usually tip them for the work they do. I am not sure if I want there service, this is not the first time I was disappointed.

The 2 stars are for the wash itself which is decent… however they offer a pre paid card with 3 washes with an additional wash… but when I came her for the second time the charge me a different price claiming that my car was oversized even though it is the same car they gave me the offer on .. disappointed with the bait and switch… the lady at the counter said she couldn’t help and didn’t even oblige trying to help clarify the difference in price.. nor did she call anyone who knew.

Spider web left on mirror! I got the basic Super wash, so it didn’t include detail cleaning, however it did include both interior and out. Major spots were missing, carpet vacuuming was not throughly done. I will not come here again!

Very professional cleaners. Exterior and interior cleaning done for $42. I’d come back for future cleaning services. They took about 30 minutes for cleaning my SUV.

I get my car washed here every Saturday. They have a special for unlimited washes for only $45 a month. Includes tire dressing and armor all on all black plastic exterior surfaces. I have been going here faithfully for the last year now.Every year treat your car to a Clay Bar & Waxing. It will keep your paint GLEAMING, and the car will feel smoother than a babys butt. Lol.

They are good if you don’t have there membership because once you get the membership they don’t clean your car good anymore, I recommend like 4-5 people to them and now everyone is complaining the same thing I thought it’s just me but no,One day i even ask them 3 times to vacuum my car good and they still didn’t did a neat work.

This is the THIRD time I experienced terrible service at this place after paying $80 for their deluxe package! This time was the worst—their washing contraption bent my license plate and broke my Lexus frame, and they barely vacuumed and wiped down my interiors. I had to point out that they had not even attempted to clean my mats. Their manager did ultimately pay for my new license frame but was very dismissive about the damage done. The irony was that before buying their package I had told to guy who took my order that I had reservations about using their services again due to my prior two experiences but because they are near me, I wanted to give them one more chance. Boy was I wrong! Never again. I will go back to Hutch’s Carwash on Jackson and Mission in Hayward for better pricing and service from hereon.PS. For context, I am a lifelong teacher who tips generously and loves to write glowing reviews, yet I was so upset today by this place’s shoddy service that I did not tip them at all and felt inclined to write this critical review with the hopes of sparing others the costly experience.

It was a good wash and wax but it wasnt great. Theyre moving so fast the quality suffers a bit.

I have a monthly pass - wash it twice a month and youve gotten more than its value. The wash is good quality, but how well its dried depends on who does it. I dont like to hover over my car while its being dried and detailed like some people do, so I just deal with it and give it a wipe down when I get home.

Pretty good. Got their second fanciest service for $10 off their list price, including waxing, they did a pretty good job. As always, *the console and cupholders inside and cracks between seats remained dirty*, but I have yet to find a reasonably priced car wash that does a good job there.

Fast, friendly service! Great deals as well! I got a wash and wax for about the same price as a full service wash just about anywhere else. They do offer a monthly, discounted rate which allows you to bring your vehicle in as often as youd like. Staff was really great about wearing PPE when handling the vehicles, sanitizing as well as cleaning, and social distancing. Overall, a great job at a great price!

I was down here for work and needed to get my car cleaned so I came in randomly. The price was a little on the higher side but MAN IS IT WORTH IT. The only other time my car has been cleaned and detailed this thoroughly is when I do it my self and it takes a whole day. I was in and out in 20 min and am stoked with how clean she is.

I used there super wash option, not satisfied with the service, I hand vacuumed myself as lot of places were not clean

RECOMMENDED PLACE if you like your car looking as good as new. The prices may look a little steep, but its worth every penny and more. They are pretty quick and do a wonderful job. They clean the interior as good as the exterior. My car looks as good as new after every car wash and makes everyone ask where I get it washed.

For the price you get a good wash and detail. Dont be confused I only get there carwashes with a vacuum out and wipe down. They are good about getting you in and out in about 30 minutes.

I went on Saturday and was too crowded. The car wash and the detailing were not good. Ive paid for Ultimate Wash and even though it is mentioned that they will clean all the doors and interiors, they didnt do a good job. It was basic vacuum clean and dusted the dashboard.They didnt clean any of the cup holders neither inside the car nor on the doors. Also, initially they refused to clean the places around the door closing area and the trunk cup holders stating that they dont do it. But after complaining, they did it, but still not satisfied. The mentioned that they detail the wheels, but didnt even clean it properly. Im not at all happy with the service. The only good thing was they gave the car quickly. We cant trust their service and rather you should inspect and keep poking them to clean it.

Was disappointed to see as I drove off that they didnt clean the cup holder and some areas on the dashboard. Not exactly sure what comes with the ultimate package but no amoral was used to wipe the side of tires or anywhere inside.

I got a deluxe wash (about $65) and a seat shampoo ($30) The wash was no touch, a drive through- it left my car with black sticky patches. BUT I will go back to have my seats shampooed- they did do an amazing job with that!

HUGE PAINT CHIPS AND SCRATCHESGot a new car paint job don from a reputable shop, high quality. Third time I go here they made giant paint gashes in three different spots on my car. Scratched it in multiple places. Guy tried to convince me my paint job was cheap.

Very fast service. In and out within 30 minutes. I brought my minivan here and chose the $31 inside and outside cleaning. I can say that they cleaned the vehicle thoroughly. Wipe and vacuum the inside. They also will polish (or whatever it is called) the tire with the package.Just drive your car to the back of the lot, there will be a stall to choose the type of wash. Leave the key in ignition and go inside to pay. Wait and ta-da!Great cleaning quality. Definitely will come back if I am in the area!

This was just a mediocre quality wash. Its cleaner than when I took it so they are not getting a 3 star and they are very friendly. But they missed so much. Im disappointed since I expected them to actually be good from reading all the reviews.

The first visit was great. The second visit was okay. The disappointment was that they charged for the next month and when I called immediately (a few times) they were not ready to cancel it :)

The customer service was ok and the speed of the service was awesome. However I paid an extra $65.00 for an extra interior cleaning and feel like I didnt get my monies worth. There were a few places they missed and the windows from the inside had wet spots like they used an already wet cloth. The $29.95 value was the best way to go I probably would have been more satisfied if I had spent less.

Great value! For $25, we got a great wash and interior cleaning. The line was pretty deep but to my surprise, I was out of there in 30 minutes!

Initially, my experience overall was positive. It was relatively quick too. But once I got home and checked out my car more closely, I discovered plenty of dirty spots. Inside, outside, on the inside curve of the door handles, dry leaves on the carpet that should have been vacuumed out... even dust & fingerprints on the dashboard. I got the “super” which is the cheapest, basic wash. However, getting the “basic” just means they give you fewer options, it does NOT mean that they get to half-ass the job. I should at least get what I paid $26 for.

Claim to be open from 8 to 5 during winter/spring. However every time I come for service since its my only time available they are NEVER open at 8. Ive sat and waited for them at times till 9 am... Rethinking my VIP if I cant use it during advertised hours... Its pointless at this point. Aside from hat the quality of the wash is hit and miss, if they arent slammed its just washed no matter what package you purchase if they are open and not busy its a better wash n detail. There is a great place in Sunnyvale if you dont mind the drive.

Best carwash in Fremont. Not being biased but I like it when they vacuum the car after it goes through the machine instead of prevacuuming and get the inside dirty afterwards.They have detailing here but the results are a little sub-par when compared to the professional shops that offer ceramic coating and more.The good news is that youll get what you pay for at 27.99 a pop.

They dont deserve a star these people I have been going to faithfully for 2 years straight and I have a membership. So yesterday I get there while sitting in line for already 10 minutes waiting as they was up there talking as Im sitting behind 2 cars, and the last time the man told me to wait because I would have to drive up myself, so I was just following last weeks instructions. So yesterday a guy walks over and says very condescending you need to move your car over here I asked why he goes just move it and then throws one of the cones in the back of the car in front of me and walked off. I seen him come back giving me attitude by starring at me like he was mad about something but I honestly didnt think it was targeted to me because I dont know him, he was being rude to me not vice versa, and for what? Once I got to the man to get my receipt I thought everything was good. Well today I went to fill my tank and started to grab my credit card and notice two cuts on my seat where the back of your leg sits mind you, I wipe my seats with leather wipes regularly and I know my interior of my car, I love my car. I have very minor aesthetic scratches on the outside but my inside is A1. I immediately go up to the car wash because I live right around the corner and the manager Mike I believe he said his name was that is generally nice, I told Him that rude man yesterday cut my seats in my car. He the supposedly manager tried to say that my seats are worn out and they get like that. I showed him the leather wipes and told No they arent I wipe them down at least once a month and I come here about 5 times a month so I know for sure my seat wasnt like that. Im the only person that drives the car and I work from home so I know for sure thats not true. He said he was trying to explain to me about my car. But I know for sure what that rude for no reason man did. What his problem was I have no clue he is just ignorant, how the manager could go from nice to an idiot when Im letting him know one of his employees cut my seat is beyond my comprehension. I will be filing more reports in detail to BBB and the city of Fremont and if possible the Fremont Police for vandalizing property. I know for sure I will never go back there ever again and I will make sure as much as the community knows that this car wash has Criminal minded employees that like to cut customers leather seats. This is ridiculous and I have never seen people not able to own up to their mistakes. Karma always catches up in one form or another. Good luck with that Bad Business I been a Fremont resident since 1992 and this is the worst business Ive ever encountered and I urge anyone to never go there they are only nice to get our money. The service isnt that great anyway I just believe in supporting our local businesses because Im a small business owner. I dont want anything to be perfect but vandalizing and using some sort of knife or blade to cut my seat should be against the law.

Worst timings of Fremont..not maintaining the timings closes regularly by 4:45 or might be prior..as when ever I come it shows closed board.. even in timings in online it shows as 6:00, it is closed before 4:45.. same as on Sunday also..I was there by 4:00 bu still I see the board as closed.and no body in the store

Ive got to agree with the other reviewers; but I believe it is a management issue more than anything else. I was talked into the Special that cleaned the leather seats, all leather materials, etc. for just $99.00. My deciding factor was if it would only take an hour. I figured that 4 folk working on the car would only take an hour or so. 1.5 hours later I look at the progress and my car still had wax on it. I asked management to look into it so she asked me what time I had to leave and I said A half hour ago.Now rushing my car through, I got in and had to ask them to get the water spots on the windshield while I clean dirt left in the cracks of the leather seat.SUPER BAD....

Had my vehicle run through the wash by an employee. It came out nice but there were lots of spots from tree sap that didnt come off the windshield or the car itself.

I pay $80, and these are what they gave me lol,
