The technician spent a bunch of time dealing with all my nast calluses, but was still gentle. IDK how she managed it. It has been 3 weeks since my pedicure, and the nail polish still hasnt come off. I will 100% go back. Pro tip: you get a discount on services if you pay your bill with cash.

Please go to Les!!! She is so sweet. Very gentle when providing services. She doesnt scam you or take your money like a lot of places do. She explains everything well and is sincere while serving you. Will definitely go back!

Friendly professional service. Ive never experienced such fast service and my nails look fabulous! My feet and hands were being done at the same time. Truly felt like I was being pampered. Definitely will go again.

This place is fantastic, we took our daughter there for her first mani pedi on her birthday and they treated her fantastic. Im personally a fan of getting pedicures once a month and Le does amazing work!! Highly highly recommend coming here!!

Nice, clean salon. Pedi was amazing! Manicure was meh. No hand massage, nothing special. Didnt snip off the dry skin around the nails. Paid $25 for what basically was just a nail polish application that I couldve done myself. Covid safety in place for the most part. There was 1 other customer in the salon, who wore a chin diaper. Owner, who was providing hand and foot services to this customer, said nothing to let her know she should be covering her nose and mouth. This made me feel slightly uncomfortable. I rated this 4 stars because of the amazing pedicure.

Le is a hard working, small business owner who does the best manicures and pedicures in the west metro. Her gel powder manis last me three (3!) weeks without cracking. Her luxury pedis include fantastic scrubs, gels and orange peels... amazing. She responds quickly to text appointment requests, which I appreciate, and she goes above and beyond to follow COVID safety guidelines.

I felt super rushed and the lady was switching between me and another person even though my manicure started first. She didn’t even let my nails sit in the light more then a few seconds before applying the next coat.Nail polish pulled and chipped on the side the next day. Few days later I have more nails pulling up on the edges. They also charged me $5 dollars because I wanted two different colors which is ridiculous.

Best fill I have ever received and they look so natural!! I went to my normal nail salon for over a year now and just accepted the fact that Im going to have to fix my nails after each fill. Le is efficient, friendly, super detailed and did not disappoint in her service!! I made an appointment to get my pedicure done too!

Such amazing service! This is my second time here and My was a sweetheart. She paid extra attention to my nails and I never felt rushed or hurried. I was helped and greeted immediately, everyone was extremely friendly. I will be back!

They dont ask if you want a deluxe pedicure they just assume and charge you for it. The wait between pedicure and full set was so long I did not get the full set. No hot water. Not very professional. Not enough employees.

I have been coming here for a year now and LOVE it! It is very laid back and when you are a repeat guest, they really build a relationship with you. Just like any type of salon, there are different personalities. I really have enjoyed Le and Khoun! Ask for them when you book! Ps- they have extra great deals on Tuesday and Wednesday! Call and ask. :)

Waited 35-45 minutes for my 15-20 minute pedicure. Asked lady to NOT cut my toenails and she proceeded to cut the corners very short at an angle! Relaxing pedicure says hot towel wrap, when I asked its a typo not discussed until after when you are paying... Not the best experience :(

Went to Les Nails early on a Friday morning for the bridal party that I was in. They opened the salon at 8am for us and had 2 techs ready and later had a third come in to assist. Our bridal party consisted of 6 individuals as well as the moms. All 8 of us were able to get our nails and toes done within 3 1/2 hours. Service was quick in the beginning and slowed towards the end. Overall, I was happy with the service and friendly personalities.However, I am extremely disappointed in the pricing/quality of my full set.First, I was shocked to find out they were charging me $65 for a full set, pink/white ombre with Gel clear polish - I did not get a choice in gel clear polish or regular clear polish. This upset me as we were quoted $50. I now live in the Seattle area, and know of a salon that can do the same thing for $45 with Gel.Second, I am disappointed in the quality of my nails. They are thick, they do not have even shapes on all fingers, and the WORST PART of it all is the Gel clear polish I had, in which I didnt get a choice, started to turn BROWN after just a few days. 2 weeks with the nails on, the color is now a light tan.For a $65 full set, the quality does not match the price!I will not return here when coming back to the Twin Cities area. I feel scammed honestly.Sorry for a lengthy review, as I feel its important to get the word out and support my fellow nail goers

This place is fabulous. I was recommended to come here after my normal place went out of business and having some bad luck at a few other salons I had tried. 10/10 will make this my new salon home.I got the delux pedi and mani, and even though they were busy I didn’t feel rushed or that they cut any corners. Everything was perfect.

I have been to EVERY nail salon in Maple Grove and Les is one of the best!!!! The best on this side of town by far!!! She is always kind, welcoming and doesnt pressure for upsales! She also offers SNS which is cool, different and a great compromise between fills and gel! She is amazing!!!!

Great place to get your nails done, they have sale on tuesday and weds on gel pedicure.

We made an appointment for a certain time. 30 minutes later they got us started. When I asked for an express gel manicure they put up a fuss. I mentioned they started us twenty minutes late to which the owner responded, “yeah for 3 pedicures. No manicures.” We will not be coming back and will be visiting the other two establishments near by.

Had pedicure appointments for me and my mother, they started her on time and me 30 minutes later. The lady doing my moms pedicure paused halfway through to start another womans nails and then stopped doing her nails to come back to my mom.We were regulars at this salon and I am very disappointed in our service. They rushed my pedicure to take care of other clients that were walking in the door. My nails were also cut crooked and way too short.

I wish I can give this place a zero, I pay $10 for my eyebrow and she did not do my eyebrows good, I dont even think she knows how to do them, I will never come back to this place. She mess my eyebrows up. Im so mad, next time Im going to Brooklyn center.

We found this salon online and decided to try it out yesterday. The owner, Le came in to finish my full set of nails as the salon got kind of busy. She cut my pinky finger with the file and then 5 minutes later cut it again (which got blood on the file). She charged me for the nail file stating that she couldnt reuse it again. The staff also split our tips with each other right in front of us - I wont be returning.

I had broken my fingers a few years ago, which left my nails short and disfigured. Le’s took great care with my fingers and gave me back my regular nails. They were polite, professional, and left me feeling more confident! I will most certainly be coming back again!
