I usually don’t do this, but being in the same industry that services people and making sure my clients are taken care of and happy are always my number one priority. I felt, like I had to. I understand because I do hair, that I couldn’t get the dipping powder like I wanted because of discoloration from the hair color and my hands being in water so often. So we all thought it was best I do pink and whites. But I at least thought, they would have matched. I asked for coffin shaped and 2 out of 10 of my nails are remotely close to that shape, the rest are uneven. The glitter on one of my nails is way bumpier and wider then the rest. And different parts of the white tips on my nails don’t even match up with the rest. The one day I’m able to take my oldest daughter to get our nails done finally, cause I had the time and a sitter for my younger kids, and it was horrible. Not only for myself, but my 8 year old daughter too. Her nails look good, BUT her nail tech was BEYOND RUDE. As far as bringing my daughter, I pay for the mom and daughter experience and I literally watched her nail tech pull her hands or lightly smack her feet back in place multiple times! If you don’t like children, then don’t do their services! I’d pay and wait for someone who is more patient, friendly and who would of made her experience alot better. She looked miserable also, my daughter and the nail tech included. And who knows the next time I’ll be able to do this with her again. Time and time again I’ve spent years going in randomly hoping services and employees would get better here and honestly, they haven’t. NOW. I’ll never go back.

They are the BEST nail salon in the metro area. I use to live in Maple Grove and have since moved to Wayzata and I still drive up to see T, hes so awesome, the only guy there and hes great at eyebrows too. I absolutely love this place and will NEVER go anywhere else. T knows exactly how I like my nails and hes on point with doing them perfect

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Water was actually cold and I told her 3 times - she said it was “okay” each time I said something. The chair was broken - the chair didn’t massage, the jet by my feet fell off 6 times and would splash me, the chair squealed the whole massage while blowing the jet air, AND the chair wouldn’t move back, so my feet were literally crammed into the front of the foot tub. Didn’t massage my legs during the Luxury pedicure. AND THEY DIDNT DRY MY NAILS. I put my shoes on and the polish rubbed off both of my big toes! I just left without fixing it. I was honesty so over it. They essentially forced me into a tip as well. Beware.

I have been going here for the last six years starting with Prom. Still here six years later bringing my sister now for the first time to get her nails done. The salon is always clean and smells amazing. All employees are eager to help not only each other but to also make sure that the design is what I want. The prices are beyond fair and they are able to get your manicure or pedicure done in a timely manner.

T is super funny and makes the experience that much better. Quinn and Lily are my 2 favorite gals there. They are amazing!

They did a great job on my full set. However, a week later the nails started to lift off. I have to use glue to keep them on until I can go in and have them fixed.

I commend this place on their pricing and cleanliness but I’m not too happy with the full set of acrylic nails I got. They are very thick and are uneven in many areas. Much of the acrylic got stuck onto my cuticles leading to irritation. My least favorite thing is thick acrylic they do not look natural or pleasing to the eye. I went back to my normal place in Mound to have them removed and redone.

Water was too hot to begin with had to cool it down a bit.Leg massage which I love was a little shorter than usual.No complaints will be back over and over again

The first guy didn’t even know what he was doing. He only did the middle of my nails and skipped the sides. Then he “got busy” so my nails were just sitting there with powder all of them. It took like 70 minutes for a dip manicure. Terrible.

Turbo nails is amazing, i love going there and getting my nails and toes done. they do an amazing job! they are very affordable then many other nail salons, and there staff is absolutely amazing.

Twice now I have walked out because they are so late. I had appointments both times and they are never on time. Its incredibly annoying. If you dont have time to do my nails just tell me and I will reschedule but dont make an appointment and then make me wait for 20 minutes. Ill walk out

I had a pedicure and manicure by Sandy on Wednesday, 03.04.2020. It was not busy. It was the second time she has given me a pedicure. Both times she did not ask what level of pedicure I wanted. She just went ahead with the basic one. Also she did not put a top coat on the nails. Just the base coat, two coats of color. I watched and later asked her about the top coat and she said she had put it on. But she did not. During the entire time I was having my manicure, Sandy was on the phone and then talked NON-STOP with the male employee that was there.This talking in their native language I find very disrespectful. They speak English and in front of the customers, they should speak English or talk with others when they are not waiting on customers. It makes me very uncomfortable.There was no communication with me, no courtesy given me at all. I was not offered the wax treatment. Also, I have found that my manicure is not quality. A couple of my nails that are still rough and several nails are chipped on the ends. No one said goodbye to me or thanks for coming. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed.

The owner, T, is amazing at doing nails. I’ve been going here for months and he never disappoints. I’ve referred many friends and they all LOVE; him as well. Today I tried something new, I got my nails dipped. He has 94 different colors to chose from. I went with a sparkly army green. LOVE; them!Thank you so much T!!!

Nice salon, very friendly staff. Staff is accommodating and attentive. Frequently longer wait times, but only because they are busy. I dont love the salon set up as its a bit smaller than other salons in the area, but its clean and tidy which I appreciate. All in all its a nice salon that I go to regularly for the solid service and good end results.

Love this place! The entire staff are so friendly and helpful. I had a horrible experience at golden nails in Golden Valley and went straight to Turbo nails to fix the problem. They had me seated in minutes and I left satisfied with the results.

This is my first experience at Turbo nails. I came in to get a pedi which was so relaxing. I just did regular polish and didn’t realize they weren’t all the way dry until I got home. I called and they told me to come back in and they would fix it. When I came back they were even busier than when I left but they were still able to get them fixed for me! I will definitely be coming back!

This is my go to place for nails! My first ever full set was here 13 years ago when my mom took me for my first ever set of nails. I have great memories of this place and just recently started to come back frequently. I’ve been coming here consistently for the past 8 months after living in a few different states and I have to say this is still by far my favorite place to get my nails done. The staff is so friendly and they truly care about your experience and want you to walk out happy. This is by far the best nail salon in the Maple Grove area. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and personable. The prices are SO reasonable. They do not rush through services either. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone.

I received a gel manicure earlier this week and within less than 24 hours, several of my nails had chipped. I went in for a complimentary retouch of the nails the next day and was not treated well. It was quite clear from the moment I explained my situation that they accused me of the poor gel quality, instead of taking ownership. I received no apology and had to wait over 30 minutes to even be helped. I appreciated the retouch, however since then I have had the majority of my nails chip or completely come off (the mani was only 4 days ago). I would highly recommend a different company in the area, such as Le’s Nails, for better long term satisfaction.

This place should be known as a chop shop. Basic pedicure in less that 25 minutes. She completely ignored me when I asked her to NOT cut the corners of my nails... and then she didn’t file one foot, so I reminded her... I had to tell her three times as she was not listening, AT ALL.Too busy talking to her coworkers while trimming my cuticles... and she cut too short and bleed.Worst experience ever!

I stopped in for my first time on a Wednesday at 2:00 pm. It was empty. Staff was very rude. I was out of there within 15 minutes. My nails were barely filed and she was rough with trimming my cuticles. I would have expected better customer service and quality, especially being a slow time of day. My gel manicure lasted 2 days. Would not recommend this salon.

I loved this place because Cindy was the best technician I’ve ever had. She was so talented and detailed with my nails, not to mention she genuinely cared about me. I will not be going there as Cindy isn’t there any longer.

First time getting my nails done and was better than the picture i brought in i will be back because i like the atmosphere and the hand wax smells great!

I am really disappointed in my experience. Ive always loved it here. My pedicure today was awful. It looks like a child painted my toes. I even asked her to fix it. Not sure how to attach a picture. Its so bad.

I had an excellent pedicure! This is my second pedicure there, and I would highly recommend this place. Mi was my manicurist, and she is very caring and experienced. Even though they dont all speak fluent English, if there is something they dont understand, they will find an answer to your question. They use disposable plastic liners and clean thourallly after they are done. I am very picky about cleanliness, and I dont think that this was a problem.

I used to go to Peony Nails and now I only go here. The staff are super nice and Ive never had to wait long even when I come in with no appointment. Love my nails every time I leave here!!

They tell you that they can take you immediately and then have you soak for 35 minutes. Didnt do a great job removing cuticles, but otherwise the pedicure was ok.

Terrible staff, considering rudeness. The lady who did my nails did terrible, she wasnt focused on my nails.. instead, she was focused on he co-workers. Good prices though. I would honestly never go here again. I showed the lady what I wanted for my nails, and she did nothing the same as what the photo looked like. I got gel nails, and the lady didnt even put the gel my whole nail, most of it was on my skin and it was burning.

I went in yesterday to get my nails done and at first they started to do someting totally different, it then took more time to get out of there. they cut my fingers several times and now my fingers hurt like hell. i know i will never go here again or recommend it to ANYONE i know. they also did my nails so that they look like they are already grown out, no happy. i would honestly love my money back

I used to come here all the time until I came in to get a fill. The lady who did my nails was eating these red chips as I was sitting down & did not clean her hands. There was crumbs between her fingernails. She left my some of nails uneven, others were fatter, some were too long & I did not like the way they came out. I felt like she didn’t care about how they looked, she just wanted to finish the job

Went there for a pedicure. Staff was very nice and friendly. They seemed to be in a rush and didnt do a very nice job. I could have done a better paint job on my toes.

I went into Turbo Nails for the first and last time yesterday for a manicure and pedicure. I made an appointment because I was told that would guarantee the time for me to start and I would not have to wait. I picked out my color and still had to wait 10-15 minutes past my appointment time. I understand that they get busy, but the fact that nobody explained the wait to me or apologized for making me wait was upsetting. Then half way through my pedicure the pedicurist got up and walked away. She did not say where she was going. I sat in the chair with lotion on my legs. She returned 10-15 minutes later and sat back down to finish. She did not apologize for leaving or making me wait. At that point my water was cold. She knowingly knew that it was cold, but she did not offer to make it hotter for me. As I am sitting there waiting for my pedicure to be over I looked over and saw another woman stop her pedicurist because her hand was BLEEDING all over the woman’s foot! It was the most disgusting thing I have seen. While that was happening another woman was finished and new woman was about to sit down to start a pedicure. The pedicurist did not use a cleaner or soap to wash out the basin. She just sprayed water around in it and then had the woman sit down. When it was time for my manicure I paid before my nails were painted. I had to ask for my change back 3 times before I received it. It made me think that she was pretending mot to understand what I was saying or hoping that I would forget. This place is disturbingly unclean, unsafe and unsanitary. I will never be back there and I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy.

Giving 4 stars because the place is great only due to Cindy and Quinn who do a great work and are super friendly, everyone else is not the best and the place is clutter.

I went here to get a pedicure and manicure for my wedding day. The staff was VERY friendly and I really liked them. However, my wedding manicure - which was supposed to be gel/shellac was done very quickly and did not look good afterwards. The manicurist skipped alot of steps because she was in a rush. Luckily it lasted through the wedding day but i took them off a few days later. The pedicure was better but that also chipped off less than a week later. Would not go here again.

I have been to this salon numerous times - normally go there when I dont want to drive the extra miles to my normal salon. This time I can say I am thoroughly unimpressed with my manicure. Had to go back 24 hours later because polish on one nail just peeled right off (had gel manicure). 2 1/2 days later I have 3 more nails that are bunching up and starting to peel. She never spent much time filing them once policy was applied and I had to point out to her issues - overall she was just not there to do a good job I guess. Lots of policy that is down in the sides of my fingers and had blotches of spillage that I had to peel off myself.Each time I go there for a manicure I get more and more disgruntled. Pedicures are ok.Probably will only go there if I have an emergency and no one else is open.

Lovely staff - talented nail artists - been my go to place for years

My pedicure was fine but it took way too much effort to get my nail tech to cooperate when i got my acrylic nails removed. She refused to soak my nails, we disagreed about there being acrylic on my nails (which she tried to paint over) and ny paint on my feet looks like she painted over old paint

Disappointed! I typically go/went there for my fill-ins on my acrylic nails. Everywhere else Ive been you get FREE fixes of up to 3 broken nails with a fill-in. Then they ask you if you want all these additional services but fail to mention its not included in the price. I went in for a simple fill for like $15 and somehow the total doubles to $30!? Then its hard to argue with them because only one person seems to know English to explain how it got to be that much. Seems a little tricky. Then they suggested I go to Da-Vi Nails across the street. Definitely not! What a horrible suggestion.

Worst pedicure Ive ever has. Polish was thick and wouldnt dry. She didnt seem to know what she was doing. So not worth $40 when I have to repolish the next day.

Clean, but terribly slow. Waited an hour after our appt time for a simple pedicure. None of the employees seemed in a rush.

Recently had a mani-pedi and the technician was very rough with my hands and feet. She nicked my cuticles in several places, let the tips of my fingernails rough.

This place is awful! Dont go here! The service was awful! The manicure was done improperly. And the gel nail brand they use didnt even last a week! It was peeling and chipping. Save your money and go elsewhere!
