Usually this place is great but today was so awful. My pedicure was great but my manicure was done so poorly! The shape looks awful because she just filed them all down half a cm instead of cutting and filing which made it look sloppy, 2 of the nails had so much polish that it pooled to the bottom, and my cuticle was cut to where I was continuously bleeding! You can still see how red my nail is after the manicure was over. Also I believe she used cuticle oil and still brushed over my nail that had blood so huge safety hazard there! Hopefully she missed the blood and just got the nail. She also filed my nails 2 different ways, which if I didnt have strong nails Im sure the 2nd filing method wouldve broken a nail. She filed them normally first but then she filed them from underneath my nail so the file was used VERTICALLY! It was just as uncomfortable as it sounds given that my nails were continuously dragged backwards and forwards by the grit. My nails arent even smooth around the edges right now. And finally when I went to pay, she told me the polish I got was an extra $5 instead of telling me beforehand but she gave me a $5 discount (after I asked) since she clipped my cuticle so deeply. Overall the gel manicure alone was still $42 and definitely not worth it. Im going to go home and reshape my nails.

This is a very well run salon. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is tidy, and the staff are careful about sanitizing everything. The online booking is convenient, but they also take walk in customers. If you are looking to treat yourself to a relaxing pedicure or a well done manicure, I definitely recommend Van’s.

My sister and I got full leg waxing and a gel polish manicure, respectively, and we cant wait to bring a friend back for pedicures!My technician was incredible and did a great job - she was both the gentlest with my cuticles Ive ever had and incredibly thorough.My sister said her technician was super friendly, efficient, and thorough. Her legs look great and arent irritated at all!All of the other salon staff we interacted with were super helpful and polite as well, and the spa looked nice and clean. They were mindful about sanitizer, asking people to wash their hands before touching anything, etc! I loved seeing the family pictures posted as well :)Vans is top of my list for nails going forward!

Alice is the best! She is so talented, funny, and beyond sweet. I am so lucky to have found her. My nails last for weeks even tho Im a dog groomer and my hands take a beating. Love the relaxed fun atmosphere of the salon.

I love going to Van’s, I have been doing my nails, feet, and eyebrow wax since they opened.My nails always last longer then from any other shop I have gone to. The atmosphere is calming and friendly. The lovely women who work here keep everything extremely clean and make you feel welcome. I refuse to go any where else and bring my friends and their daughters her for our mom daughter outings.

In preparation for my 50th class reunion I indulged myself with a gel manicure and I couldnt be more pleased! As you can see, they turned out beautiful!I think the young ladys name was Tila, or something like that. I would definitely ask for her again!

The service was rude, way overpriced. left gunk on my skin and glue all over. Nail polish was all over hands. asked for a design and they said they couldn’t do it. under nails are dirty. asked for white on ring finger and they didn’t do it right. overall a bad experience and will not be coming back.

I have been here every 3 weeks to a month since April, and everyone I’ve had do a service has done a fantastic job on my nails and feet. I’ve gone to Tila multiple times for nails and she does a great Brazilian wax (2 times)!! She told me they are all cross trained! I would highly recommend for professionalism and quality.

My daughters & I go there regularly and they are awesome. The techs are very friendly but we prefer Sara, she’s our nail tech. She nice, friendly & awesome. She can do everything, all kinds of styles, just bring the picture. I generally just do plain but my girls go wild…they keep Sara on her toes. She’s amazing. Try her!!!

Ive been here three times now. Love the service. And theyre really great about being able to get you in last minute. Love this design from today.

Nails were pretty nice but they overcharge for EVERYTHING. They wanted to charge me extra money for having not short nails and coffin. They say anything other than short square/circle nails is extra. I’m not going to a place that charges 75 for basic acrylics. On top of that they wanted to charge me 10 extra dollars for a couple pieces of glitter. I can get a manicure and pedicure for that price at other high quality salons.

So when I went they were super busy! They werent social distancing, however masks were worn. Now I asked for a simple design on acrylics but they dosnt even apply the bases straight! I had to file it to the right shape when I got home and the nail art wasnt that good. To make it worse they cut my cuticles so short they MADE ME BLEED. It was not worth the 60 dollars.

Everyone here was great. The staff were all having a good time WITH their clients. Very professional and the atmosphere is super relaxing and calming while still being open to some fun. Also love being able to book online, a huge win for me. My new nail place for sure. Be aware they have a self check-in station when you get there and it is for appointments AND walk-ins. Confused me at first as I didnt have an appt. Now no worries.

It was very nice here! I do have a complaint, barely anyone was wearing a mask, and the person doing the nails was rude. When she did my nails (I got gel) she mixed up my colors with my moms, and when she got done there was little things of hair. But this place was cool!

I got the Van’s Special and had an amazing experience. Best massages I’ve ever received during a pedicure. She took her time and made sure everything was great.

Sherry did a great job shaping my nails and helping to find a color I liked. They always try to accommodate customers. My least favorite part are the customers who walk in 15 minutes before closing, or have a loud conversation on their phone. Please be considerate, because the staff take good care of you.

I always enjoy going to Van’s! They have a very profession, clean, and relaxing vibe. I’ve always had great nail technicians every time I have gone and my nails always turn out beautiful. They are on the more expensive side of other nail salons I have gone too. It was $42 for a basic gel manicure when other places I find is around $35.

Was super disappointed when I went to pay! The lady said oh I do this for you and I love my nails but not at $90 what a joke 😔 then the lady who did them was upset because she felt like I needed to pay more, I only wanted rhinestones on my middle finger and them shortened (and now will have to go to another place to get them shortened since they are too long for me) but she said this was the look and I wanted squared ovals not coffins.. I thought the customer chose, guess not.

We booked the appointment for three people and it was so relaxing. The pedicure and manicure was wonderful and well worth the money. The hot wax on your feet was just simply devine! All of the lotions and scrubs smelled so good. The salon was clean and had so many options for colors and choices. Kannie did my manicure and pedicure. She was very professional and I would definitely request her for a future appointment! She has so much personality and did a great job! We will be back next month!

I’ve been going to Vans for a few years now with my family. I used to adore them but lately they have really not been on time with scheduling. The past two days I’ve called ahead, and both times I’ve gotten there they told me they can’t take me. The times before that I’ve made appointments and have waited 20-30 minutes to get in. They do great work! But I wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re in a time crunch, even if you have an appointment.

The pedicure I received was amazing! I opted for the gel polish, and the firewalker pedi. 1-1/2 hours of relaxation, massage, and the best foot care.The prices are quite spendy, but, a treat like this once in awhile is well worth it!

I have gone to many different salons for eyelash extensions — Van is by far the best... She is professional, her salon is clean and neat, she fully cares for her clients comfort during the service. Her lashes are beautiful. She does not over apply she makes your lashes look natural, yet sophisticated. Van runs her business very professional, she is efficient as well as kind. Booking appointments is so easy, and Van always tries to accommodate. The value is excellent. I recommend this salon for not only eyelash extensions but also for Manicures and Pedicures. They are the best in Maple Grove, MN....

Went in the day before my wedding with my bridesmaids. They are very flexible and patient and really care that you get what you want. All our nails looked amazing (and still do). The work that they do is amazing and Van is so sweet and talented. My left pinky nail is basically non existent and Van was the first nail technician I’ve been to who was willing to put an acrylic nail on there. I am self conscious of it in pictures and this was the first time I was able to show off. See steering wheel photo for proof!

I went to Vans for the first time yesterday to treat myself before I delivered my baby. Everything was great at the beginning; I requested mani/pedi and had a choice option out of the catalog based on the services and pricing, I requested the firewalker pedicure & the firewalker manicure. The pedicure went as expected; I have no complaints however when it came to the manicure, I had a terrible experience. It felt as if I was the last priority as she would answer the phone and walk away in the middle of my services and/or greet customers/walk away for long periods of time. It took a great amount of time and I didnt even get the service I requested (for some reason I was given a regular gel manicure)... it just doesnt add up. I feel that she was so distracted by everything else going on around her that I was just another number. The distraction even made her cut my finger and bleed over the table due to the fact that she was not focused on providing the services that I requested and did not receive and too focused on everything else around her. When it came time to pay, I had an outrageous bill that wouldnt even add up to the services I requested. She mentioned that was because I had a gel application? Which does not make any sense at all as I requested a firewalker pedi/mani and even still it wouldnt add up to the price I did pay. I felt rushed to pay, rushed to leave without explaining the services I wanted, and being pushed to the side by the staff. I have been waiting so long to treat myself as this is something I normally do not do with the busy life I have. I understand that there are busy times of the day and I empathize with that however what I do not understand is there was staff there who were walking around or not serving a customer where they could have helped out the lady who was working with me. Not only that but I paid way more than the original services I requested and didnt change what I wanted to receive in the middle of everything. All in all, I am disappointed.... I read reviews for the sake of finding a good experience and receive comparable services to the other individuals who experienced the services before me. I am never one to complain but for the sake of this happening to another customer in the future, it is imperative that you get the results and services you requested rather than being blindsided. On top of being overcharged for the services that I did not request for, I had to pay my sitter an extra hour and a half because I spent that hour and a half being left in the chair and constantly abandoned.

Came in with a friend 30 min before close, they got us in immediately and did a great job! They were super accommodating and friendly. The shop is gorgeous and clean! Relaxing music was playing and not a TV in sight! Thanks again! Will be back again for sure!

Came on a Sunday, had nice service delivered as per usual, but today they were very busy, my service technician rushed my service and I also felt the cost for service was overly priced. Overall, I paid $105 for a basic pedicure and a basic gel manicure. Not sure if it was worth it.

Nancy did an excellent job with my Toenails and feet and lower leg she’s also very aware of me being comfortable and was there through the end to even help me with getting out of the chair which Can at times be very helpful to a senior citizen I have her name and will definitely go to her

Vin took care of me today and did a phenomenal job on my fingernails. :) He made me aware that I picked color changing nail polish and took the time to show me what colors they changed to. He even swapped one color out that didnt mesh well with my fall themed nails. Although he had to keep helping those that walked in, he was apologetic and was attentive to me. The salon was very clean, relaxing and had enough nail technicians for each one of my sisters and mom to get all done at the same time like we reserved. Van was also super sweet and she gave my sister a next time discount card for her birthday. Will definitely go back!

Vans is amazing, my friend and I have been going to this salon for a few months now and the service is always great! All of the staff is professional and does a great job. I have gotten manicures, pedicures, facials and eyelash extensions at this salon and have never been disappointed. Van the owner did my dip powder ombre nails in the photo and they look amazing. Van has also stayed late to get me in for an eyelash appointment when my schedule was to crazy to do any other time. The customer service is top notch at this salon, I cant say enough good things about it!

Worst manicure I ever had. He did not remove the previous color completely. They use very low quality nail polish. Cut my Cuticle too short it was bleeding I had to ask for a band aid because I was not offered on..he made no attempt to make small talk, walked away numerous times then would come back what a joke.I wont be going back.

Van takes such special care of me! I can have pink and white nails every time and they turn out beautiful. I love my pedicures - awesome nails and wonderful foot massages. I also treated myself with lash extensions and I love my new eyelashes. Van did an amazing job. Fuller, thicker lashes and they look so natural and pretty. Less time to do makeup and no more clumpy mascara. Always great quality for every service in a relaxing, clean and pampering environment!

Haven’t done any heavy lifting never had this happen to me and just got my nails done on December 23 and this is how they look not even a week in.

I have never gone to the same nail salon twice as I can never find one that I like. The people here were absolutely amazing and took their time. I loved how my tech was gentle when he filed my nails and took his time making sure they looked great.

I called in ahead of time and the nail tech said the regular full set was 45$. So I came with 50$. Then I got there and they were kind of aggressive with my nails, but I didnt think anything of it. At the end the nail tech said it would be 60$. I think they used me because they thought I was young, and piled prices on top of the original thing without letting me know. Overall very very disappointed with the professionalism and the quality, because they were un even and bumpy.

Amazing will be returning again and again. Clean and very friendly would highly recommend !
